Works well, has a few issues but nothing really bad. The bowl holds water good and doesn't splash around even in a off road trail. The lid has a large o ring that seals up tight, sometimes to tight by that I mean it cant get air in tank to let the water rise into drinking area. So sometimes you have to burp it to get water in bowl, could use a air inlet to correct that. I like the probability of it. The blue lid broke a piece out of it, just the edge, so now I have a air inlet for.this one. Seems to still work fine maybe even better but will leak if tilted, where it doesn't leak with normal seal ring. I like it over all and purchased a second one.daveo7777

The Pet Gravity Waterer holds 4 gallons of water for our labs. I was so excited to try it and it’s just the right size for our big dogs. High quality material and the bottom snaps on. The best way to fill and up is to attach the bottom while the water jug is sitting up filled. Flip the gravity waterer over once locked in place. Make sure so much easier. I was highly surprised to see how big this product is in person. I definitely recommend it for anyone with large dogs that suck water like it’s free flowing. Now I won’t have to water for a full day. The 4-gallon waterer/feeder is poorly designed. When used for water, it sucks the old water into the reservoir (and any food particles that get into the water), causing the water to get smelly and gross. Plus, the bowl fills up too close to the top, which creates messes. When used for dog food, my dogs have to dig at the container to get food to drop (the kibble is small, so it shouldn't be an issue). I have had other brands of gravity feeders, and never had these issues.Lorri
This is the sorriest excuse for a product. It broke within seconds of use, apparently the base is two pieces. The jug is THIN and weak, and WILL COLLAPSE under the weight of the water that's supposedly designed to be inside it! The lid is a pain to get off. I used to have a similar product, the base was one piece, the jug was super thick and didn't have a lid to remove and replace when you filled. A MUCH SUPERIOR product was built way before this one and yet this one still exists. Don't waste your money, I'm trying to figure out how to take mine back.jesse
