My dog ate this willingly only twice. I've even dipped it meat juice & he will not eat it. If I crush it in his food he rejects the whole bowl. He is not picky at all. so these must taste pretty bad. They are very dry. no idea if they work or not, can't see results if he won't eat them. I can assume the ingredients are medicinal. I had not heard of the Sentry brand or of the stop that! Behavior correction spray before. However, I live in an apartment building with small dogs & I have a close friend who has three small sized dogs as well. So, I thought it would be interesting to see how this product works & knew between my own home & my close friends home there was hyper dogs to try it with hahaha. This stop that! spray is to be used right away at the time of a "bad" or unwanted behavior happens. It's to be sprayed at a distance not directly on the dog. It lets off a fog horn sounding noise & let's out an interesting smelling scent. It has definitely worked especially for my friends two youngest dogs. This product has been used for a week now with very positive results! We recently adopted a new rescue Shih Tzu mix named Luna. She was actually an owner surrender. Not being 2 years old yet, she still has a few bad habits. One of them although cute at first is barking at the dogs she sees or hears on the television. We have tried several techniques but they have not been completely successful. We decided to give this product from Sentry a try based on a friend's recommendation. I made the mistake of not making a trial run before I first tried it. Not really sure who was affected the most by the sound, Luna or myself. This product does grab her attention as well as anyone else within earshot. I would highly encourage one to warn the humans in the room before spraying. The scent is not unpleasant to us, nor did it seem to adversely affect Luna. One drawback is the recommended distance to initiate the spray. It's not always possible to be that close. That being said, this product has been the most effective so far, but I stop short of saying that it will completely change the behavior. In fairness to the product this could be due to several factors. 1. The only time I have used the spray is when the behavior needs to be corrected so there may not have been enough actual opportunities. 2. I had a perfectly pleasant experience with this company, but the product itself has only caused my puppy to act out. I'm not sure why, especially after reading so many positive reviews, but these "calming bites" trigger the opposite behavior in my dog. He has far more energy and it's all destructive/aggressive. Every time I've given him a full tablet, he has stayed up later than usual wanted to play (think midnight instead of 9 PM). So these bites aren't for us. These calming pills are great. We use them for our 60# pit bull who is afraid of fireworks and thunderstorms. If it's around a holiday or we see a storm coming in, we give 2 beforehand and it takes the edge off of her fear. She is still scared and will hide and shake a little but it is much less stressful then it would be without the pills. We will follow up with 2 more later that night if the storms go longer or the fireworks might continue. We also use it for some of our foster dogs- over excitement in the car, before a vet visit or any other really stressful event. My poor poor pup – he was never properly socialized during his formative years, and came to us at 11 months old and a bundle of nerves. Between separation anxiety and the general fear of all things unknown, it's difficult for him to function sometimes. We've tried Thundershirts in the past, which worked okay (but he got too fat several times and popped buttons constantly), and other pills and liquids weren't too helpful. I decided to try Composure. The price was right and I figured worst case, it doesn't work, I give it to a friend. My dog has used this product about 15 times now and I'd say it was effective 66% of the time, if not a little more. Now, I know a 66% chance isn't the best raving review, but the situations that required him to be calm were never exactly the same, so it's hard to judge a product when one time it's crazy loud fireworks that were even annoying us humans, mild thunderstorms, or strangers in our house. I'm very happy with this product and will recommend it to everyone in need of calming their pets. I was very skeptical of this product but when my older rescue dog developed an unrelated to weather or noise anxiety I wanted to try some non-drug therapies first. It seemed as though she had an immediate response to this product. I can't say for sure that it was the entire cause of her relief but she is much better since starting it. It is certainly worth a try. Your dog may or may not like the taste so be prepared to use either pill pockets or some other method of making it appealing. My dog ate them for the first couple of weeks but now needs them wrapped in a pill pocket or cat food. All in all, I feel that if you don't want to use drug therapy for anxiety as a first option, this is a good choice to try.

My dog regularly gets takes supplements, and while he didn't immediately turn his nose up at these, he wasn't super excited about them either. I think to him they seem more like medicines than a treat, and everyone who has a dog knows that you need to make things seem like a treat to dogs. If they think it's medicine, they won't eat it. He licked it a few times, attempted to chew, and in the end it was gone, but it wasn't immediate. Cons: There's room for improvement. It has a hard consistency – I think chewy would have gone over better. I also wish that the pills were sold based on size rather than one tub of supplements for dogs of all sizes. It has 90 tablets, and that's a 90 day supply for a small dog, but medium dogs take two tablets which means its a 45 day supply for us. It's even less for large dogs. I am so happy that I was able to try the All-In Dog Supplement for my older dog (6 year old Shiba Inu). Shiba's are known to develop hip dysplasia later in life, so I've started to look around to see if I can incorporate some more vitamins or other foods into his diet. I love the product – your packaging – AGAIN – is HORRIBLE. I ordered two of these and one arrived opened and about ten left in the the bottom of the container. The other container was in tack! So one container completely distroyed. Other items in the box were broken open: The box of Cat Food – 30 box count. Totally broken apart and all the cans were all about the box. And many dented! The shipping box itself had obviously been broken and arrived in super bad condition and a lot extra tape. The box was a mess and was part of the delay in its delivery! So I buy this for my 2 cats and 1 dog to avoid having to buy two different products that are essentially the same thing. I crumble 1 treat into my senior cats' wet food each day and give 2 daily to my young dog for preventative purposes. Before starting on these, both of my cats had showed some natural decline in mobility, and one of them had torn his ACL tear when attempting a high jump. After just a few days of these treats, both cats showed greater mobility, and the one with the ACL injury was jumping again after a little over a week. After several weeks, he's moving like the young, athletic cat he used to be. Most importantly, nobody seems to be in any discomfort anymore. … I will just say, though, that this new advanced formula with collagen is much stiffer/denser than the regular formula without collagen, so crumbling the treats can be a little bit of a pain. This product works great for my dog. She’s coonhound and beagle mix. When I first brought her home she shed something awful! HAIR WAS EVERYWHERE! I was at my wits end and so ready to rehome her due to the excess shedding. I stayed up all nite and googled and came across this product! She really loved the taste of it in the beginning, but now not so much, so I give her 1-2 tablespoons a day. I’m definitely keeping her on this for a while. It’s much more convenient than having to melt coconut oil and applying it on her food. The pro: it definitely works! Plus Petco does price match in store with online! The con: Can be a bit pricey, as You have to buy 2 or more bottles before you see results. And your pet may not like it! I suggest holding on to the receipt, as I bought one for a friend and their pet didn’t care for it. The instructions say to double the dose for the first 30 days depending on the weight of your pet. Cookie weighs about 25lbs. For the first 30days I had to give her 4 tablespoons a day sprinkled and mixed in her food. 2tblsp in the a.m and 2tblsp in the p.m. from the 16oz bottle so I ran out of the fish oil in less than a week. My wife and I went in to grab this and ended up talking to a representative in the grooming who missed lead us and gave us false information and we ended up paying $150 for a de shed Bath. My baby pit bull loves this. She always seems hungry. Yet I feed her plenty and extra most days. Since adding this she seems satisfied for longer between feeding. I just drizzle most every bowl she eats with around a tablespoon. Her coat has become super shiny and smooth. Her dry patches at her elbows have gotten better as well. My baby had a tick bite on her neck that would not heal until started her on this. She also has more energy for play. And more responsive to new training. The only reason why I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because it took a little longer than expected for these to kick in. My dog has terrible anxiety and when it storms, she shakes and pants heavily and just paces everywhere. I had to look for something because her behavior was becoming so bad, I couldn't control her and she's normally well behaved. I saw the reviews and ordered these. I gave her two due to her size and after about half an hour, the shaking and heavy breathing stopped. She became so calm. I should have gotten these a long time ago! This product literally saved my cats life along with the Blood Sugar gold. I noticed my cat was drinking tons of water, bloated and not walking well due to arthritis. I took him to the vet. Spent 576 dollars to be told he has diabetes, congestive heart failure and arthritis. He is 12 years old and has been a great pet. I could not give him shots twice a day let alone spend a 1000 dollars more in dealing with that and his heart. He has fluid in his chest and lower abdomen. He was breathing very heavy in his lower abdomen instead of in his chest. This was a sign of the fluid slowly building up in his chest cavity closing in on his lungs. I started my dog on these drops about a month ago, as we were having trouble with uncontrolled high blood sugar. My 9 lb dachshund mix was on 6 units of novolin N twice a day and had blood sugar staying into the 400 consistently. She also has Cushings disease which she had not been treated for. Certainly did the trick for my little dog. Usually whines , throws up etc. even a short distance ride in car. Took him on a 2 hour drive and yea no throwing up, no winning and slept on the way home 4 hours later. . I also used pheromone spray when we left and that also contributed to his being calm.
