Perfect for what I needed them for! I use these for cat food and water under a counter. I have two side by side, one with the water dish and one with the dry food. They fit perfectly (rather than sticking out as my last trays did), so now we can walk normally in front of the counter without having to step over the trays. And I don't have to worry about the water dish over flowing, because I know that the water will be captured in the tray and not end up all over my new floor! The tray has a small edge, about an inch tall. The tray isn't as thick as the boot tray I was using, but it still works fine. We have a Great Dane that weighs 185lbs and he is quite lanky and tall, so finding something that accomodates him was not easy. This crate fits the bill. If I had to find a negative, it would be that he has to lay corner to corner in order to stretch out; but if he curls up, he is fine.This crate is going to take up ALOT OF ROOM! We knew when we ordered it that it was huge, but after it was set up, it was still a little shocking to see how much space it took up. If space is at a premium in your house, I would actually measure out how much room this crate will use before you order it, because I think you will be surprised!That being said, we are very pleased with it. It is exactly what we expected and is perfect for our Great Dane. It shipped to us within a week. Don't forget to purchase the crate tray, as they are sold separately and do not come with the crate. This kennel is HUGE! and totally worth the money (which is the best price out there) It is perfect for our Mastiff it gives him plenty of space to lay down and stretch out. and he still has room to grow. Delivery was super fast. It did take two of us to put it together but it wasn't hard It only took about 15 minutes. The only issue we had was that the front panel with the door the top clips are backwards so it doesn't hold the top like it should (you can't set anything on the top or it sags a little bit) so we just put a zip tie on it and it works great. I'm positive they would send us a new one if we requested it but it doesn't impair the structural integrity of the kennel so we didn't bother to ask. Other than that it is great and very sturdy Which we needed it to be cause our boy is a rough and tumble gentle giant with tons of puppy energy.morningstar2000
Be warned that these are a nightmare, the sizes quoted are wrong and they do not match the crate sizes stated. Why they sell them by the length of the crate when they need to fit across the width is beyond me but we had to get the 76 cm to get the right width for the 91 cm crate and it still didn't fit. Also they are too tight top to bottom so you can't remove a mattress for washing without taking it out. Poor design all round.Janet

It is flat on the bottom, not hurting your dog, it comes with a bed liner, it has plenty of doors to open for options, and the best is that it folds up and rolls away when you need it. The top fits nicely on any standard exercise pen, when set up in a square. It gives the pen stability so the sides don't move. It also prevents dogs from jumping out of the X pen (if it is able to do so). I set this up at trials, and my two dogs are happy and comfortable. They rest while they wait for it to be their turn. One of my dogs won't go in a crate, but will go into an X pen, so this works out perfectly. We get the stability and safety of a crate, but the two dogs share a space larger than each would have separately in crates. They can move around and lie down with total comfort. I actually bought these as litter-catching trays to go under the cat boxes. I have an old cat who sometimes misses and even when he doesn't, he has a habit of tracking litter everywhere. I've been looking for a large, flat shallow tray to go under the box and these are perfect. I bought the medium-sized tray. I was expecting cheap-ish plastic but these are more rubberized and much better quality than I expected. Very happy with them. I'm sure they'd work great in crates as well.Elissa
I bought this as a replacement due to my original one cracking. It seems to be holding up really well. The only downside to this product is the fact that I bought the wrong size. I bought a bigger size than I needed. Luckily the whole crate fits in it, so it still works for me. This is my fault though, not the manufacturers. Will purchase product again, if I need to.Kristy06
I ordered the 30 inch pan. It came in a box that says 27 inch pan. The problem is that the width is only 18 1/2 inches leaving at least 2 inches where it is too short for the crate. I am not sure how to make sure I get one to fit. My Midwest Kennels are in great shape but older. I am trying to find the right size to order. Have to have one at least 20 inches wide. The 27 1/2 would work from back to front of crate.Christine3239

Received the plastic trays in good time. When I received the trays they were of such cheap plastic that the edge was broken off both of them. I would have returned them but I had no choice. I purchased a damaged tray at a small discount from the store, thinking the crack on the corner lip of the tray wouldn't matter. It didn't even last through the first use. I bought this when my dogs tray began cracking and definitely needed to be replaced. The price wasn’t awful at hand but in comparison to the crate, it’s a bit much for a tray in my opinion. It was $20 for the tray when her crate was only $40. Seems a bit steep for a piece of plastic to sit on. Other than the price, it’s great. Light weight, easy to clean and remove. I did not buy this as a replacement for a dog crate! My elderly cat had began urinating on one spot of carpet. I began using disposable pads but was worried about the urine soaking through to the carpet while I was at work. After cleaning the carpet I put this down and covered it with a machine washable/reusable pee pad. This works perfectly for what I needed. When I change the pee pad I just wipe this pan off with an antibacterial wipe.Mustangsally0123
My Dog has identified that where the Logo is stamped is this products weakest point. Because She has tore through the Logo twice now in the past 3 months. I know pets are and expense but not because of inferior products. Get Rid of the Logo!!! No one wants to spend $20 to $30 dollars on something that lasts only 1 to 2 months under my Dog and a lifetime in the landfill.Craig24
