This is one of my go to toys for my girl in her early years of childhood(1-3 would suggest). I am an huge fan of the Mattel brand, Laugh Learn is one of my favorites that they offer. They have options for a girl boy puppy, which is super cool! I have purchased this for daughter when she was 9 months old. It is an engaging toy with sounds,lights,singing. Even an adult would have fun playing with this puppy, they are pretty easy to find in stores a good value. It sings the ABC’s upon the press of the foot or hand, definitely an teachable toy. Plus they last a really long time!! I would highly recommend this toy for any parent with younger kids ranging from 1-3 three years old. This is a soft, colourful, cute, educational and interactive puppy. Bought this for my 4 month old and he really enjoys it. He’s now 6 months and pressing the feet and hands. The levels on the yellow foot changes when held down. Do it grows with your little one. The tunes are catchy, and there is a variety of learning content and fun songs. The heart also lights up which grabs my baby’s attention. This would be great as a gift as it will last long as a toy. I highly recommend this puppy. Love it! One of the best toys we havesheena.c

This toy could spur the imagination. It’s the first toy he picks up. I think the intent is to be able to learn some of the colors and words associated with it, which it may work for with some kids, but he mostly just enjoyed the songs and lights, especially in bed at night where they were the brightest. However, he may be 6-8 months past the prime age for learning from this particular toy, since he already knows most of the body parts and colors. The design is really great and has lots of colors while still being tasteful and endearing. Quality, construction, and durability are all really great, and I imagine it will last for as long as we want it and then happily gift to another little one who will get years more out of it. Washing might be a concern, but the few things we have gotten on it have rubbed off with a mildly wet soapy cloth Usability is really good and the squeezable and interactive elements all activate reliably during use, so there is not much frustrating searching and poking to activate features. Batteries are easily accessible and likely wont need to be changed often if ever.april.c

When I received Fisher-Price® Laugh & Learn® So Big Sis™ in the mail I did not expect her to be so big! Wow! Very nice interactive toy. Push the button on her tummy or shake her around and she talks and sings. I like that it has 2 smart stages so it won't get boring and my newly 15 month old can learn new things as she grows. Big sis has 2 volume settings, one loud and one that is perfect for parents. Big sis has a stand on her bottom so she sits up, but I don't think it's too hard so it doesn't interfere with cuddling or carrying it around the house. My daughter only seems interested in it a little bit right now, I think because she might be a little young for it. When we do play with it, she likes to dance to the music and it makes her smile. My daughter had the smaller version of this doll when she was little. The one where you press the feet,hands,tummy,etc. I actually thought this was the same thing. But, to my surprise, this one is bigger! Meaning, more use and play for years. Not just for the baby stage. It's amazing! This Laugh and Learn So Big Sis can grow with my youngest now! This toy is fantastic. Its such a nice,cuddly size and is so much fun. My little loves to hear her sing and really loves the colors her belly makes. She can't stop hugging her too. I really don't blame her. It's very soft. What's better is it's very durable and also very easy to clean too. We anticipate lots of cuddles and fun for years to come. We got this as a gift and kinda glad. I thought when I first saw it that it must spin around and move but when we opened it up we found it does nothing but make noise. My 2 year old pressed the button twice and hasn’t touched it since. May 3 month old is scared of it and it’s so big it doesn’t fit anywhere. We kept it for a week then donated it. It’s also half the price at big wCc2018

I recently received the Fisher Price Laugh and Learn So Big Puppy for my one year old. The puppy sits on its own easily. Only the battery pack at the bottom is hard. You’d want to make sure no one got hit in the head with it because it would certainly hurt. The rest of the puppy is very soft though and a child can easily snuggle with it if they wanted to. The large head size is nice because I think it draws attention easily. My 1 year old immediately put his face on the puppy’s head and then patted it. The music is great and makes my 1 year old dance. It’s not just the typical learning songs you usually hear with kid’s songs but instrumental music as well that sounds more modern and would make anyone want to dance. Even my 4 year old started dancing. I find myself pushing the button just to listen to the beat of some of the songs! Some of the songs are about letters, numbers, colors, friendship, etc. I haven’t heard a song yet that is super annoying, but since there is only one button to push, it’s completely random what you will hear. It would be better if there were multiple buttons to push so you could choose a category like letters or numbers. The box also said there are 90+ phrases and songs, but I’ve only heard a handful so far. The same ones tend to replay. So I’m not sure how to change that as there is only one button to push that’s on the belly of the puppy. Sometimes when you just pick up the puppy and move him he starts to sing though. There are two stages of songs though. You just switch the mode on the underside of the puppy. It’s nice for switching things up so you’re not hearing the same stuff all the time, but again it would be better if you could have more of a say in what you wanted your child to focus on. There are also words labeling certain parts of the puppy. The word “wiggle” is on the ear and the words “spin” and “jump” are on the bottom paws. These areas don’t do anything. It leads one to believe that if you press them the puppy will do something but they are simply just words to look at. It’s a little disappointing but I guess you could teach your child some of the letters. It would have been better to just have the letters of the alphabet spread out all over the puppy. Overall I think it’s a great toy for babies and young toddlers. Both boys and girls will like it. And I think parents won’t mind it because the music is more modern and not super annoying. It’s also not super loud on the higher volume setting so a kid can still enjoy it in a quiet atmosphere.Al410

This Puppy toy was much larger than I had anticipated. It has a hard bottom for the battery pack so it can sit up well. It would have been nice if it was full of beans instead of being hard plastic on the bottom. It has two sound levels, which is always nice for toys that make sounds. It only has one big button on the front that plays a variety of different songs and lights up. It also has two different levels of play, which is nice. Unfortunately, it didn’t keep my 2 year olds attention as much as I had hoped, but he still plays with it on occasion.spsmith

There is a gadget in right ear of toy when pressed, talks or sings. Unfortunately my 6 yr old teething grandson put the ear in his mouth & cried out in pain! He had bit down onto the gadget. I now supervise when playing with toy as it is still enjoyable to him.Nanny

Purchased to keep at Nanas house for when grandchildren are able to visit. Wanted a learning toy that was fun. Although not out of the box yet, the quality and appearance is delightful and I know It will appeal to babies. So pleased I am awaiting delivery of another as a gift.
