This product didn't work for my dog at all. It just changed the colour of her diarrhea. I think one of the problems is that the directions say to give to your dog every four hours. However, it's cherry flavoured, which my dog didn't find appetizing. I took my aging terrier off prescription bladder control and switched to this product a little over a week ago. I did not do this gradually. So far, so good. My dog has not had any accidents in the house and seems to have as strong a bladder as with the prescription med. When i lost my beloved Tig, i then adopted 3 boy cats. For 3 weeks it was absolutely nuts in my house, and i felt i was babysitting the litter boxes because all 3 boys had the runs. She's a beautiful, petite little 2 year old that is so incredibly loving. We bonded right away. But the chronic diarrhea was really hard to put up with. She would have trouble making it to the littter box in time and track it all over the house, etc. Her stool consistency was pure liquid, and I know she wasn't happy either. I tried other homeopathic drops, prescription food, grain free and minimal ingredient diets. The only thing I learned was that she might have a food allergy to beef products so I removed beef from her diet and it helped a little or so I thought. But the problem persisted. Well and Good Anti-Diarrhea Liquid did work. Both of my dogs had diarrhea so I started them on boiled chicken, rice and pumpkin with 1/3 cup a water the first three days. After three days their poop was firmer but still soft so I purchased this at Petco. They would not take this straight they did not like it so I mixed one teaspoon per dog bowl added two tablespoons of pumpkin then 1/3 cup of warm water stirred it up and they both licked the bowls clean. The first dose was given to them at 4 PM and their poop was a lot firmer by 11 Pm that evening. The next morning at 6 am I gave them the second dose and by 12 noon everything was back to normal in the one dog. I will give the third dose tonight at 6 P. I will say for me it really worked! Mixing with water and pumpkin allows the dogs to get more water in their system. HIGHLY recommend! These past few days have been a nightmare with my 12-year old Maltese having severe diarrhea. It's never been this bad before. It started randomly 2 days ago. That morning she had normal poops but randomly in the afternoon she started having diarrhea. I have two dogs–one large pup that has occasional g/I issues, and a small older dog that has chronic pancreatitis. His first owner gave up on him when the vets couldn't offer anything that worked for long and recomended an e-collar and cortisone treatments to try breaking the cycle , but the cat always got worse again. The affected area was a patch of skin about 6 inches by 3 inches which was often raw and bleeding. When we adopted him, we tried many things such as change of diet, nutritional supplements, and a variety of safe natural topical treatments. He spent 3 years wearing cotton shirt-jacket ( of t-shirt material ) , night and day, to reduce the amount of harm he could do to himself, as a more humane choice than the e-collar which he hated… He still suffered the uncontrollable urge to lick and bite at his shoulder/side & his shirts had to be replaced weekly as he tore them up. I decided to order the Obsession remedy, after reading about it on-site here. I didn't truly hold great faith that anything would turn things around after so long – but I felt comfortable that the remedy was safe to use , and the simplest method was to put it into the water bowl which all of our animals drink from. It seemed like a last resort to explore. About 3 weeks later, I knew there was an improvement in his skin / fur and I decided to take a chance and remove his shirt jacket for awhile to see how he acted. On all other past occasions, sometimes within minutes, he'd be licking,chewing and have his skin raw again. However, this time he didn't react in that manner and seemd calm and oblivious to the opportunity. After an hour or so, all was still going well, so I took the risk of leaving him 'shirt-less' overnight. I was very relieved and happy the next day to see that he had not harmed himself … It's now been several months and I'm no longer using the remedy in the drinking water for the animals and he continues to do well. His fur has grown back in and the only remaining evidence of his problem is one small patch which can't be noticed by eye, and is only noticable by touch, which is still missing a bit of hair and has some scar tissue. That too will heal and soon disappear almost totally, I believe. I originally ordered two bottles of Obsession remedy and the 2nd one is unopened and sitting in my pantry … in the event that the cat shows a relapse of behaviour, I'll start using it again immediately. I tell others I've met, whose animals have similar troubles, about the product because one thing I'm sure of is that it's utterly safe and worth a try. I found and purchased this product through my holistic health practitioner. I recently adopted a 5-month-old Mastiff puppy that had been transported from another rescue. She's had most vaccinations and was also spayed prior to transport. She had hookworm (common), some thin hair patches and her skin smelled yeasty. Her second day with me, she developed a urinary infection which my vet treated with Clavamox and dewormer. She also would try to eat pebbles. She then picked up Giardia (oh joy) and treated with more dewormer. Her suture sight from the spay abscessed from infection and she began scratching and chewing herself more and her skin developed raised bumps like bug bites. My vet prescribed another oral antibiotic as well as an abx injection. He also prescribed prednisone to help the itching and KetoHex shampoo but warned that we'd need to consider mange if the problem persisted. She's responded well to the meds although I've been cringing at all of the toxins she's been exposed to and the abx stripping away her gut flora. I'm hoping this will help to combat some of the intestinal damage she's received and restore some good flora. I've used similar style dosing syringes and I like the ease of use and that the product is already in the syringe. I did have trouble initially with the plunger. The product was very thick (dense) near the opening. Since my pup liked the taste I just plunged the rest of her dose into her empty food bowl and she licked it right up. The product definitely was more liquidy (less dense) further back from the opening. I'm not sure if this presents a problem for equal distribution of ingredients. I'm crossing my fingers that this product will help quickly. I'm also starting Omega-3 oil for pets from Nordic Naturals and will try the Vetri-Science Vetri Repel Spray in the hope that the castor oil and lemongrass oil will help conquer the Demodex mites as well as the fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes that the label states.Rescue mom

I bought these for our senior dog who was on an antibiotic, but they arrived on her final day of the antibiotic so she did not have them. I instead began slowly giving them to our other senior dog who has had loose stools since we got her (2012), despite being on foods for sensitive stomachs and trialing other foods and medications. They have been helping her quite a bit and we are planning on buying more. Her stools are much more "normal" now. They key though is slowly getting them used to the product. We have other Zesty Paws products and have had to do the same thing.
I have been getting these probiotics for my dog for a while now, we've gone through 6 containers! After a vet visit we realized the importance of a probiotic to regulate his sensitive stomach and originally were using the Purina ProPlan powdered one that is sprinkled over food but prefer these! My dog can be a picky eater and after preparing his food he'll decide he doesn't want to eat it, wasting the probiotic (he eats wet food and I give him fresh food later if he didn't eat it). In this form he can choose to eat it whenever he wants and he thinks it's a treat. No more powder to deal with and getting the same great results!

On 22 July 2017 my guinea pig was given a massive Vibravet doxycycline overdose that damaged his digestive system. This product helps the ‘good’ bacteria in his tummy to flourish and supports gut motility. These treats are great for my 11 year old rabbit. As my rabbit has gotten older she developed runny stools. I was giving her baths about once a week at her worse. I tried everything from limiting her fresh foods to changing her food to a geriatric formula. While these helped I noticed she was still having looser stools. I decided to add these treats to her diet, although I was a bit apprehensive as treats usually seemed to make her issue worse. I was delighted to find that when I use these with a higher quality food, she very rarely has any recurrences. I have been using them for about six months, and much to my rabbits delight, not a single bath has been needed. I was recommended Purina Pro Plan FortiFlora by my vet and have had great results. Since then I grab it at Petsmart when needed. My pitbull has a very sensitive stomach and often has issues. Since using FortiFlora, most of his issues have been resolved. He loves the flavor. I believe it's beef and it's so easy to give it to him. First an introduction to Barnie the bichon… He’s 13 years young with one, heart failure and osteoarthritis. Bert is old and has a few gas issues. Well a lot of gas issues really and sharing a room with him is sometimes not so much fun. The Purina Pro Plan Forti Flora sachets have made a huge difference to his gut issues and his enjoyment of eating. There is now much less tummy grumbling and much less gas.
