I have a Chocolate Lab that weights in at about 80 pounds. She is really hard to fit for a harness. They are always to big on the top/neck to fit her on the chest. Finally I have one that fits her in both places the she seems very comfortable in. The PetSafe 3 in 1 Harness is adjustable at both the top/neck and the chest. It has a nice padding for comfort. It gives the ability to walk her from the front or back which is great depending on how you want to walk your dog or the situation you are in. Bonus feature for the dog that loves to ride in the car, is the strap on the back that the seat belt can slide through to secure your dog in the car. I can honestly say that the front no pull option didn't stop my girl from pulling if something distracted her enough. Mine ripped in the same place others have complain about. My dog did not chew it. It was so odd as I was taking the dog to class and it just fell apart. Wasn’t even pulling on it. I have two Easy Walk harnesses that are 11 and 12 years old and still going strong. However I bought one for my new puppy and it’s much thinner and flimsy looking. I love the versatility of this harness. I am able to use this for my car rides or when going out for a walk with my dog. We always have trouble with keeping him still in the car and am afraid he will fall or get hurt when driving. I was able to put this harness and attach to my seat Belt while still giving him wiggle room. It’s great for walking out too the only thing I find uncomfortable is how the front clip is set. It’s supposed to prevent my dog from pulling and it does help with this a lot, however I find it uncomfortable to attach a leash to. Usually I am used to having the leash at the top or dog’s back. This has both so its very versatile like I said. My doggy seems to be comfortable in this harness too so the pull clip I will not use but may work great for other owners. As I previously stated I bought two of these harnesses in two different sizes. A small and a medium as I was not sure which would work. The small is a great fit for my 13 lb Shih Tzu. But this is summer and she is shaved down. I am going to use the medium size for winter to go over her sweaters and coats. If you are like me – your pooch is your kid. You'd do anything to keep her safe. In parts of Europe – it is ILLEGAL to drive with a pet without a seat belt and I think that the USA should have the same laws. I purchased the x-tra-large harness. It was very loose on my dog even though he has the right dimensions for that size. After spending an inordinate amount of time adjusting the straps we had a good fit. However, he very quickly, by wiggling around a bit, loosened the straps back up. Not a big deal but with my puppy, she can then grab it to chew on. The other thing is, the two rings to attach a leash to are too far apart. This is pretty easy to install on the bars. I love how the lead has adjustable loops so you can give them more or less leash length. My only issue was the hook that runs from side to side can give your pup to much freedom, especially if the doors are off the Jeep. My puppers attempted to jump out of the Jeep. I have a 3-legged pit bull mix that loves to go on car rides and this product was perfect for him. He likes to jump up on the back seats when in the trunk and likes to move around a lot, which causes him to fall often, and only having 3-legs worried me. This product fixed my worries, and also allowed me to not only keep him off the back seats, but keep him in the trunk when the tops off. Simple system that is extremely durable and flexible, with the option to hook your dog up to the seat belts (adding some level of safety for your pooch), or run the system over your roll bar and tighten the harness down easily so you can keep your dog where you want him. I bought this for my 55lb Border Collie/Austrailian Cattle Dog fur baby. I have leather seats though and wanted to set her up in the back of my jku, not on the backseat. I hooked the ends to the seat belts but put them behind the backseat instead of in front. I would say the concept of this product is a great one and the cost of it is feasible for those on a budget with quality material. That said it was a challenge for me to figure out how to get her harnessed in at first so you will need some patience. I'm also not 100 sure I had her secured tightly enough because when the trail got a bit bumpy you managed to jump over to the backseat. I fully convinced that once I get her tied in correctly this is going to be well worth the $ and will keep my furbaby safe.TinaW
