I have been purchasing Beneful for at least 4 years, if memory serves. After receiving some coupons in our newspaper, I decided to purchase Beneful to see if one of my older dogs would have less digestion problems. Logan loves every flavor that Beneful makes! He especially loves his veggies, barley, and rice. These items are very imprtant to Logan's health because they keep him regular. Like older adults, older dogs need dietary items that are good and good for them. Logan likes the Beneful dry also, but he does better on Beneful Wet foods. Our Vet says that even though Logan has been mistreated to the point that he has his digestion problems, Beneful is the best food for him and his 14 yr old system. He still likes his fresh salmon, wild rice, carrots and brussel sprouts he gets every other Sunday, but he's just as happy with his Beneful Chopped Beef and Chopped Salmon to name a couple. I really like that this food is mostly soft even though it is considered dry dog food. I also like that you could see the vegetables in the food as well! Gus really seem to enjoy this food which was surprising given how picky he actually is! At a good price point and it it looks good! I got this yesterday in a pick up order. When I got home and put it together I noticed that one of the post for screws was broken. I was able to still use it instead of dragging it back to the store for a return. But I’m disappointed because you pay almost 100 for something that is already damaged. This crate was amazing for the first couple of weeks. Then our small mixed breed power chewer with separation anxiety was able to chew 2 large holes in the side of it. He's only spent about 40 hours total in it. I dont work, so he only spends a couple of hours at a time on the weekends in it. The rest of the time, its just his "bedroom". One of the holes he chewed is large enough foe him to stick his head through. Looks like we will be looking into the gray ones with the really small holes and military grade plastic. IF YOUR PUP IS A CHEWER AND HAS ANXIETY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CRATE. THEY WILL BE ABLE TO EAT EIGHT THROUGH IT. Weight wise, Angel is comfortably in the medium category but she's tall and lanky so she always had to hunch over in her medium crate. This larger crate is a perfect height for the needed room. We bought this product mostly because of the vertical lift feature of the door hinge and the two-door access options which is great for all sorts of configurations (against different walls, corners etc). We like the size and customizable interior of the XL crate for our growing puppy (husky/shepard mix). This is definitely an at home crate vs. care crate. The only issue we have is that compared to our first crate (same company, large single door, 2 locks) is that this crate is very rattly. We crate our dog during sleeping hours and every time he kicks in his sleep or adjusts, it makes a clangy metallic sound that wasn't expected. I received a little bag of this and normally feed my dog high quality expensive food but thought I would give them a little. They love it more than any other food they've had before (Purina pro plan, Costco, tractor supply, zignature). When I grab the little bag, both dogs run to the kitchen to eat and my Dane shoves his head in the bag to eat it. Neither dog is overly food motivated and will leave their food all day every day. I bought Pedigree Small Breed a week ago and my Maltese / Shih Tzu mix loves it! It's very easy for her to chew, the size of the pieces are perfect for her. There are so many brands she hasnt exactly been a fan of at all. Nearly as if she would have to really starve herself to build the courage to eat but not Pedigree foods! With Pedigree, her poop is also showing healthy signs in color, size and texture. Such a fantastic play set for my 5 year old daughter. Easily her favourite toy to play with. The packaging is mostly cardboard and easy enough to open. I often find the string used to tie toys to the box is very hard to cut open but didn't have the same problem with this toy. All the little items were safety stored in the box. Overall the set looks great. Easy to use and safe to play with (not safe for smaller children as it contains a lot of small parts). I really liked how many little details were taught of when making this set. There are loads of small animals to play vet with (all very cute) with little nests for them. Tiny bottles and syringe.. even a stethoscope around Barbie's neck. The treehouse is quite detailed as well and such joy to play with. Barbie itself is dressed to the job and good quality. My 5 year old daughter is a big animal lover so she was very excited when she received this play set! The tree house and rescue center are adorable. The tree has little cut out areas for the animals. There is also a rope bridge that a detachable basket can slide along to take the animals from the tree to their check-ups. The animals have got to be my daughter's favorite part of the set though. I am so thrilled with the results of this product. I contacted the manufacturer, who confirmed that the formula is the same as their cat joint relief product; the dosage and texture is just different between the two. So I buy this for my 2 cats and 1 dog to avoid having to buy two different products that are essentially the same thing. I crumble 1 treat into my senior cats' wet food each day and give 2 daily to my young dog for preventative purposes. Before starting on these, both of my cats had showed some natural decline in mobility, and one of them had torn his ACL tear when attempting a high jump. After just a few days of these treats, both cats showed greater mobility, and the one with the ACL injury was jumping again after a little over a week. After several weeks, he's moving like the young, athletic cat he used to be. Most importantly, nobody seems to be in any discomfort anymore. … I will just say, though, that this new advanced formula with collagen is much stiffer/denser than the regular formula without collagen, so crumbling the treats can be a little bit of a pain. I have a brave little mini doxie that would take on the meanest badger, but hates storms or loud bangs of any kind. If you are reading this you know what I mean, pawing, panting, whining, she stands on top of me during the night and puts her face in mine like…make it stop! Yesterday I was sleep deprived from her response to the storms, so I visited TSC to see if there were any options that could possibly help and WOW is all I can say. Last night’s storms were so bad and SHE slept and awakened this morning a happy girl. Magic, pure magic! Like with people, melatonin either works for you or it does not, but if you have a pup that has issues with stressful situations it is certainly worth a try. I have been using these large Permate dog houses to house my Nigerian Dwarf goats for many years. They have made "affordable housing" for my goats. I will say that my bucks (boys) are much harder on the houses than the does (girls). Both genders jump on top, but the bucks crack the rain shield by jumping on top of the houses. This happens after a while, not right away. I don't blame the company that makes these because they are intended for dogs, not goats that love to climb! I do wish the tops would be stronger to prevent this problem from happening. Another area to improve design would be for the top to somehow lock on to the base. When my Great Pyrenees (GP) dog goes inside to lay down, the lid can lift/tilt off. The large size is not big enough for a GP. The price keeps going up, and I'm not pleased with having to pay more. I wait until the neighbor club coupon comes out to buy any needed replacement houses. Over the years I've bought countless Permate Large dog houses, so I know these pretty well! Looks very nice and hardy but it floods when it rains, I don't know how but the water gets inside and it is too much water. I put a crate pad inside for my outdoor cat to stay warm and went to check on my cat a few hours later after it rained, and the pad was soaking wet not to mention the house was full of water more water than what was outside . The dog house comes in two parts – top and bottom. They do not snap together; the top merely sits on the bottom. No hardware is provided to attach the two and even if there was there are no holes through which one would thread screws or bolts (or whatever) to keep the dog house together. I use these for my goats because these houses are inexpensive but the goats knowingly and regularly have fun pushing up on the exit/entrance hole to "break" the house into two pieces. Yes, I laugh at their antics but I still plan to drill holes and use nuts/bolts to keep the top and bottom together.L McGaffey

I took my now 5 month old kitten (4 LB 6 oz) to the vet yesterday and decided I should get him a different carrier, one that would be more comfy for him and easier for me to carry too! Again, he is a 5 month old kitten, unfortunately he JUST fits into this carrier. Also, the shoulder/crossbody strap is impossible to latch on because the plastic on the latch has no give. I've had other Sherpa pet totes in the past and I wish this were made in a similar manner, providing strong support on the bottom but it does not. I am concerned after reading other reviews about kitties clawing their way out. I would be mortified. It seems to be of decent quality in terms of the fabrication and stitching. I do not want to return but feel the size is a major issue and for $30. I'd rather not have a carrier that can only be used for a few months. We have a border collie mix but for some reason she can only eat little bites food. This is the perfect size. She also suffers some a lot of stomach issues. The crate had obviously been used and returned. The metal was rusted in places and the plastic bottom tray was dirty. When I decided to return it, It was a challenge to get it back in the box. When I took it back to the store, I asked about a discount and received 15% off (the tax). I had previously bought one that was marked down by 50% because the box was damaged. I was quite disappointed in the whole experience. Apparently the merchandise was supposed to be checked if the box was damaged and that wasn’t done in this case.Janice

I've owned dogs for the last 40 years. I've used MidWest wire crates for my last 4 dogs. This iCrate didn't disappoint. It's sturdy and and easy to put up and take down. I use them when I travel with my dogs too. My dogs only use their crates for sleeping in at night or napping in during the day. During the day, their crate doors are left open. I close the dogs in at night. I don't have an issue with my dogs trying to escape from their crates, so I can't speak to whether or not this would be sturdy enough for a dog that's determined to get out of their crate. These crates are more than sturdy enough for my miniature Schnauzer, Havanese, and Wirehaired Pointing Griffon. All three of my dogs love their MidWest iCrates, as did my previous dog! They go in them voluntarily and when told to "crate up". My only concern with the current crate I ordered is that that one of the latches isn't lined up quite right so it's a bit tight when closing the crate door. I bent it slightly and it works much better. I haven't had that issue with any of the previous MidWest crates I've used. I'm a MidWest crate fan.Eddie09

We bought this in April 2022 for our Rhodesian Ridgeback mix puppy. He was weeks old when we rescued him. He was a Parvo pup and barely survived, so rest and his own quiet space was highly recommended for recovery. We first used the divider which was great. However, as he grew, so did his strength. It definitely is not strong enough for large dogs. Even for short amounts of time. At the moment he is 6 months and 60 pounds. Thankfully he did not get out nor hurt himself! This is a fantastic product! My little Patterdale, Fionn, always joins me on the trails and this pack has allowed him to carry his own water, food, and kit. The bright orange colour is great for visibility and I can see him very well when he is darting across the moors or up the mountain paths. The handle is arguably the best feature as is very useful for stiles and deep river crossings or sections of scrambling on the route. The pack is very easy to fit and adjust using the girth strap. The pack dries quickly and is easy to clean with warm water and some mild detergent. Fionn's pack has survived many overnight, weekend, and thru-hikes since purchase and has plenty of life left in it, considering it is worn by a Patterdale! Our dog wasn’t sure about it at first. We tried to get him used to it gently by putting it on in the house for a couple of minutes but this backfired as it brushed against the walls and made a rustling noise which he didn’t like. As soon as he was outside for a walk with it on he was fine so I’d recommend putting it on outside just before a walk so your dog associates it with fun. A few days later he did an overnight backpacking trip with it on, carried his own food/bowl and seemed totally relaxed. We did find a small rubbed patch on his chest the next day so ordered the brush guard and this seems to keep him protected. I had an older Ruffwear dog pack (not sure which model) that fit my previous lab perfectly and we covered hundreds of miles with it. My new lab is a different build and the old pack just didn't fit him right. After trying different sizes and packs (medium and large versions of the newer Approach and Palisades packs) – I'm so glad to have found this one! This older version of the Approach has a bit more capacity (size medium) than the new version and less extra straps/separated pockets/etc… My dog does not wear a harness so although it may be a good feature for those that do, the removable bags on the Palisade pack were just unnecessary and added extra material/bulk/weight. This is a simple, few frills pack that fits my dog great but still has everything that we need! The bags ride higher and more compressed to his body so it does not swing around like the much older pack did. My little fussy Cavalier King Charles Spaniel just loves his Incredibites for small dogs. I have been feeding it to him for his breakfast (in a Kong toy so he has to work for it!) as well as for dinner. And since he is very "food motivated" and he has a sensitive stomach, I also use it for treats to train him. Many of the expensive "training treats" I purchased for him made him sick. I think they were probably too rich for his stomach, so I began using his Incredibites food and they work wonderfully well…and I know they are nutritious.AliMag

After spending so much money on Purina Pro Plan because Golden shouldn’t be on grain free due to developing heart issues, he would turn his nose up at the Chicken and Salmon flavors we bought. We then tried Science Diet then back to Purina all the while wasting so much food and $. Finally I remembered my brother fed his 16.5 year old Dalmatian Beneful her entire life and she did so well on it. So I just picked up a bag of Salmon Beneful and our boy scarfed it up, wanting more. Now maybe it’s because he’s gone literally two whole days refusing his other food but if he continues to eat this, I’m just sticking with it. I do wish however, they did NOT use artificial coloring! The Blue Buffalo Life Protection Beef and brown rice flavor was a HUGE hit!! I have two Labs and they are a little picky when it comes to dog food. I think they may be a little too pampered and spoiled to be honest. They only like the finer things in life. I have given my dogs Blue Buffalo dog food before, but it was the chicken and rice formula. I knew they would be super excited to try the Beef and rice formula. And I was right!! This formula may be the best formula that Blue Buffalo makes. My dogs went crazy for it. As soon as I opened the bag you should have seen their little noises going. They are both very well behaved dogs and they acted like little kids at a candy store. They LOVED it. The smell is mild and not too overpowering. Some dog food stinks horribly, this was not the case here. It actually had a very pleasant smell to it. My dogs definitely enjoyed it and knew exactly what it was when I opened the bag. I love how the formula is very small bite sized pieces. It is easier for the dogs to eat and prevents any chocking hazards. I didn’t taste it myself, but I can vouch for the flavor by the way my dogs enjoyed it so much. They both thought it tasted wonderful. They did not have any allergies to the food and it did not hurt their bellies to make the subtle transition to the Blue Buffalo food. Oh my goodness! I received a Ripplestreet Box in my mailbox and it was Blue Life Protection Beef & Brown Rice. I gave some to my shih tzu and she absolutely loves it! I have never seen my dog eat like that before! She loves it so much that she refuses to eat any other dog food at all! She even keeps going to the Blue Bag and begs for more. My little Elmo a Apple Head Chihuahua has been on this food for 11 years both small dog and soft because he loves it that way. His weight has stayed at 7 pounds for his life. I feed him small breed in the morning, soft Pedigree chopped at dinner and a tiny amount of small breed at 9pm. I will never change his food ever. he is full of life and plays everyday. I bought this bag to get puppy away from wet food and so far so good. I did wet the food for a day or two before I went completely dry. She now eats this without a second thought. I like the ingredients in the food and the fact that I am getting her to gain weight with it seeing as she was not eating much before the change.Yas

Adopted a black mouth cur from the shelter. Escape artist, separation anxiety to the maximum. First time I put the shirt on her, I left her in the car while I ran into the store (no, it wasn't hot out! and I wasn't long. but I'd be wondering the same, reading the above!) When I got back to the car, though, she had the thundershirt Off! And she was trying to escape from the slightly open window, yelping! I honestly put the jacket back into the box because it has a money-back guarantee. I was going to send it back. However, "life" got in the way and I never mailed it. I recently adopted 2 retired greyhounds and noticed my female would hide and pant before and during rainstorms. I bought these just a few weeks before July 4th since the firecrackers were already starting to explode in our neighborhood and my male grey refused to walk after hearing pops and getting spooked. I got 2 in XL: one in Camo with orange stripes and the sport in platinum which has a quilted weave and feels thicker so I could see if they had any preference since they both fit on either dog (they like them both). Just followed the directions for wrapping the shirts and it seemed to instantly calm my girl down to the point where she doesn’t want to take it off though eventually she lets me. I’m not sure it helps my male so much since it’s gotten so hot out that I won’t add an extra layer on them in this heat and cause them to have heat stroke but I put it on them during stormy weather and they both really like wearing the shirts which surprised me so I think he likes it too. My "little" guy has a life long issue with loud noises that began about eight years ago when he was eleven weeks old and we ventured out in between thunder showers with his mom and dad. Suddenly a stray lightning bolt hit missed us by only a few yards and the accompanying explosive noise terrified my three dogs and myself. The dogs went howling into the house and you can imagine the impact that experience had on a very young pup. I did everything I could think of to acclimate Yulee to sudden loud noises but nothing seemed to work as well as the ThunderShirt we purchased on the Amazon site. He's not as frightened of approaching thunder boomers as he is by gun fire or fireworks probably because he can gradually get into a more relaxed state with advancing storms. Now we also have time to prepare him for the thunder claps and we're relieved that he apparently finds the ThunderShirt comforting. He also likes to have time to curl up in secluded spot where he probably doesn't feel as exposed to any inherent danger – (see the third image). You can tell he's starting to feel threatened in the middle shot where his tail is tucked under his rear and the noise from today's thunderstorms is getting increasingly louder. The only reason the ThunderShirt didn't earn 5 stars from me is that at a svelte145 pounds Yulee was squeezed too much for our liking by the largest size (XXL) offered. We wrapped him in it without over tightening the material to make it uncomfortable while still affording him the gentle pressure and protective aspect of security. The fabric of the ThunderShirt Sport is a lightweight polyester which I felt might be lighter and more breathable than the other models with a poly, spandex and rayon blend. With all the fur this guy has he doesn't need any additional warmth. The shirt is extremely well constructed with ample velcro closure tabs which do a great job for getting the ultimate fit required…if only he was a bit smaller…Vic
