My dog has had a cut on his paw pad that would not heal for over 2 months and the wound would reopened every few days. Used this for 3 days and finally it has hardened and healed. I think it is a little expensive but it works.kjjo12345

This was pretty simple to use. If you mess up you can do it again. We messed up a couple of times. I have a 20-year-old dog who probably won't be with us much longer so this was perfect to make for a keepsake for us. I do recommend trimming between the paw pads, our dog is long-haired and had a few stray hairs on the clay afterward. She did not like this but she hates me holding her paws, it didn't take long or much pressure at all to make a good impression. This did take 4 days to dry. My home may have more humidity. Even after dried it is still slightly squishy so it could be easily damaged but it is very light so will hopefully hold on to the wall without falling and breaking easily. I have always wanted to do a paw print keepsake for my pets so I was excited to be chosen for this campaign. First off, the process is super easy. The only issues I encountered were the muddy paws, even after washing. Plus, it is not easy to roll out with the small little rolling stick they give you. We used all 3 of our dog prints as we didn't want to leave any of them out. I love how it came out even if it is a bit messy looking. This paw cream is amazing for my babies wittle, dry paws! I can even take his paw and place it inside the cup and then just rub the product in. It's got a smooth consistency and glides on and it rubs in. I just got this today for my cat. Smells great and goes on very easily, I slide my finger over it to help melt it a little and then spread it on my baby's toebeans. My avid little mouser cat caught herself a little prize just a few days before a month-prior planned trip my husband and i were unavoidably about to go to. Apparently that mouse had bitten her back in the process, right on her tender little lip cleft! Before we knew it, that bite had gotten infected so bad she became lethargic, her face swollen an angry shade of red, she could not eat or even drink on her own and she could not even close her mouth and was drooling on herself. Because of the covid situation and proximity of timing to our trip to see family, there was no way to get her to a vet in time before we had to leave in 3-4 days. So we did the best we could with a dropper to feed and water her and rushed out to get Vetericyn to help stave off the infection which reduced the angry redness to a healthier pinkish. For the very few days we had before we had to go, I was keeping her hydrated and was spraying her face with the Vetericyn regularly (as directed) even as we headed out the door with one last treatment. We did cut our weekend trip short by a day out of concern for her, but when we came back she was doing significantly better in that the swelling was down, but was reddened again. Back to the spray treatment, make sure she got dropper-watered, and by that evening she was gingerly back to parking in her 'askance' spot hoping for bits of our chicken dinner! I fully believe that had we not gotten Vetericyn and treated her with it in the few days prior to leaving that we wouldn't still have her today. Using this for hot spots on my canine, this stuff does work but it sometimes can take up to 2 8oz. Bottles to heal the area's treated. Not sure if it's the strength of medicine or just those stubborn spots. I caught the spots early on and started treating them immediately and have been treating them for a month now and they are getting better but slowly, these things are stubborn. I can say that absolutely nothing else I tried worked. Believe it or not, I read online the other day that rubbing Pepto Bismol on hot spots actually works, you heard right, Pepto Bismol. I haven't had the nerve to try it as I thought it could just be some nut trying to infect your pet even worse. About 2-3 years ago, I bought a pair of these booties for my golden retriever-mix service dog, Maggie. We live in northern Minnesota & have snow from November thru, um, April so Maggie needs paw protection often & in significant snow/sale. Previously I purchased cheaper boots for her but they always fell off or their material was too flimsy. I have learned that you get what you pay for with these quality paw protectors with the non-skid yet bendable "soles". Most importantly, tho, is that Ultra Paws have TWO (2) Velcro bands securing the boots to the dog paw. The booties do NOT fall off when you slide them on & tighten the Velcro correctly. Okay, first off I didn't buy these through Smartpak (they didn't carry them.) I bought them years ago through Amazon. My boxer pup and I hike hundreds of miles every year. However, one year she was having trouble building up her callouses, so I got a set of these. Since then they never leave my pack while we are out and about. They are so useful it is foolish to not have a set. Did you pup cut their paw, no problem. Did you go too far and the pup has sore feet, problem solved. I have a Large 90 lbs Weimaraner, and the Size Large and they fit perfectly. The black part is nice and thick BUT NOT Hard like some other boots, so they are comfortable on his paws. It only took him like maybe 10 minutes to get used to them. Mostly because he LOOVES to go outside, so I just side tracked him by opening the front door so he was to excited about going outside, he didnt have time to really concentrate on these new weird things on his feet. I have a 97 lb. German Shepard. He is in a wheelchair/cart because he has no coordination or muscling in his hind legs. Because of this, he drags his feet and knuckles over, causing scrapes and bleeding to his hind feet. I have tried a wide range of items including my own protective foot wrap. ALL have fallen off in the first few strides. PawZ are a dream come true; they stay on, protect his feet and are reusable. Currently, I only use the boots on his hind feet. He takes a size Large and just like our own shoes, you need to get the correct size for you dog. *******IMPORTANT*******DO NOT LEAVE THESE BOOTS ON YOUR PET’S FEET FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME!!! They are snug around the neck of the boot, so I would suggest removing them immediately after you return from walking. I wouldn’t suggest using them for indoor traction for any period of time.Eli12

We got these for our parents dog because everywhere they can take him out in the winter has giant chunks of salt that really bother his paws. The top of the boots are very tight! Be very careful if your dog has sore legs or paws, don't put these on unless you cut the tops to let up some pressure. I bought the Lg size for a pit bull and they fit well besides being tight at the top. Unfortunately the dog we got them for had a bad experience, within a few minutes they were hurting him, and even more to get them off. They should be fine now that we cut them but hoping he will have forgotten the unpleasant experience by next winter. We tried the same ones on our small dog and they were tight on his legs which were half the size or less of the pitbulls. If your dog has very arthritic legs or paws, or even if they're sensitive you may want to get the more permanent type boots that are more gentle to get on/offcatelynprovos-0

I previously owned the adjustable fit which worked well for us but just received my deluxe Walkee Paws and what a huge improvement. So easy to put on/ stay on and super comfy for my poodle. The collar connecter really helps to keep the leggings in place. I highly recommend this version. This paw soother did absolute wonders in such a short time! What an amazing product and a trustworthy company! It turned out my 9 month corgi had hyperkeratosis… yellow paws, cracked, dried, and rough. I used this on her twice a day for about a week and her paws healed and looked pawmazing!! I love it! Fair warning the .15 oz is as big as a chapstick! However i only used about 1/3 of the soother and already saw results! Very soothing balm and pleasant smelling to the human nose. My dog came from the shelter and all of his leg joints were bald from laying on cement. I found Musher's Secret online and took a chance. He never got another seed or infection in his paws. We've now have two small dogs who are having a hard time this winter on the snow and ice. Both of them come inside from going out for 2-3 minutes (I set a timer.) limping with ice crusted on their paws. I'm sure Musher's Secret is going to take care of this problem. I've only used the product on my dog's paws one time. At first he wanted to sniff and know what I was doing, but after applying the wax to his paws he licked my hand as to say thank you. I bought this for my one dog's really dry paws. He'd scratch me with his paw pads every time he'd put them on me. Honestly, it did work well; within a few days his paws were already looking and feeling better. However, he hates having his paws touched, so it's a bit of a struggle each time (despite easing him into it). The smell is fairly neutral; it actually smells like a humectant I used to use on my hair. Musher secret pet paw protection is used year round for both my dogs. Living in the NYC, I deal with snow, salt, ice, and blistering pavement in the summers, and this product is an absolute miracle and super easy to apply. In the winter, I put it on their paws 2 to 3 times a week and they can withstand the bitter cold and salty walks. Well I gave a puppy a Sussex Spaniel.Very rare breed. They have big paws. So I have been on a mission to use products that start him on the right” paw” Ha ha. I purchased the paw perfection in tube & also the travel ones to tryout. As of now he loves it. I love it too. I believe it is like an Aphrodisiac. I found this wanting something to commemorate the 1 year rescue anniversary of our Pittie pup coming up this summer. I have to say the frame coloring is a lot better than I expected. Awesome product – THANK YOU! We have an artificial tree, with a skirt around the bottom, sitting on top of a large end table to get it off the floor and have room for presents underneath. This is our kitten’s first Christmas and thinks the branches are his personal play toy so he was jumping up onto the table, laying down in the skirt, and biting the branches (also worried about light wiring on tree!) I put strips of StickyPaws on top of the gold polyester decorative skirt, which has not damaged it at all (I’d test underneath velvet ones before using). It was quite amusing watching him jump on top of the table/skirt doing the StickyPaws walk right off the backside (haha)! I also did some research and made a spray bottle 50/50 solution of apple cider vinegar and water to spray all over bottom of tree, shatterproof ornaments, and skirt that is a miracle mixture!!! I’ve had to respray a few times, but he (and our adult cat) leave it alone now – hallelujah!!! We bought this product to stop our cat from scratching the new fabric covered headboard. It worked a treat as the cat tried to scratch the side of the headboard (covered in this sticky roll) the cat looked like he's been zapped and never touched the headboard again. I purchased this product to make ornaments of my dog's and cat's paw prints. Upon seeing them I thought they were so cute, I couldn't help it. After having used them, I'd still recommend them, but with some warning. The first time I did it with my dog, his paw and hair between his paws got stuck and i had to take 5 minutes to pick it out/wash it/trim it. Make sure you are very careful not to push too hard or this will happen. After realizing this, I tried two more times and finally got the result I wanted. It just takes a few tries for you to get comfortable doing it with the right amount of pressure. Overall, fantastic idea. Just needs some practice!PuppyLove1

I found this very easy to use. The white material stuck to the plastic wrap so I go off as much as I could before 'kneading' it and forming it. I think the circle/disk is too large – even though my sons dog is 60lb – it left a lot of room around the print. disk is about 6" diameter It does take a long time to dry thoroughly – I am on day 4 and it is still pliable (I could put a finger nail print in it). Hardest part was wetting my dogs paw and making the impression while he sat still. He was good for about the first 8 seconds then all bets were off. I would recommend it – its a fun memory!valjane

I was very pleased with the end result. I received two kits as a present last Christmas and just got around to using them. I liked how the material could be easily molded again if the print didn't turn out to my satisfaction. It does take a bit of practice to figure out just how hard to press the paw into the material to get a nice looking print. On the first dog, it took me four tries, but the second dog took only one try. My husband and I did this together, which was the way to go. We put the material on a piece of aluminum foil and placed it on the floor. My husband held the dog's paw and I held the foil. We had to work quickly because my dog would pull back her paw as soon as it touched the material. You need to keep a firm grip on the paw so the dog doesn't ruin the impression. Someone commented that the ring was difficult to use because it was folded in the box. The ring is moldable and I found with a little patience, you can get it into a nice round circle. Also, I did cut off some of the ring because I wanted the ornament to be a little smaller. When removing the ring, the material did stick to the ring a bit as I was pulling it away. But, all I had to do was tap it back in with my finger and it looked fine. Next time, I might try rubbing a little PAM on the ring with my finger. The other thing I liked was that the end product is quite light. I have another paw print that I received from a vet's office when my pet was put down. That one is made of hard plaster and it is extremely fragile. I would never be able to put it on the Christmas tree because it would get broken for sure. The only drawback I encountered was the next morning, my dog jumped up on the table where the ornaments were drying. She managed to get her own ornament, and proceeded to gnaw on it and take a couple of bites out of it before I spotted her. So, I am ordering two more today….one for my newest puppy and one for the naughty girl. 🙂Linda

We have not had this trimmer not even a year only used a few times to remove mats on the cat. Seemed to work well until this weekend and it is already dead. We charged the battery until the green light illuminated tried to turn on the clippers and they just will not work. Not worth the price that they want for it and no warranty is even worse. You are better off buying electric clippers or a company known for good pet grooming products. Unfortunately, Bell Howell is not it!dladdis

My dog needed a small trim. She’s a short hair chihuahua. A professional grooming wasn’t needed. After pricing trimmers, I saw this one at BB&B. I read reviews, and for the price, decided it was worth a try. So happy I did! Was quiet enough not to scare my dog, which I was concerned about. I have only used this trimmer once since receiving it and I am happy with my first time results. I have a long hair cat and got a really nice trim using the 9 mm comb. The trimmer is quiet and lightweight. I love that it is cordless and rechargable as it offers the ease and maneuverability that corded trimmers do not. My cat has black fur so the led light is very helpful for ensuring I get an even trim. Overall, I am happy with this trimmer and will continue to use it for my cat's grooming needs.Ctmom1

We used this product on our grand dog. He was a scaly, crusty mess and had lost most of his hair. We took him to the vet and put him a regimen of medicated shampoo, oral antibiotics and an immunomodulator. We used the Skin Soother immediately after his daily bath. We also have him the salmon treats daily. I believe this product helped him regain his health. His color came back and all the scales and itching were gone. So I bought another. Even though the regimen is over, we are still bathing him regularly and applying the Skin Soother. That was over a month ago and he continues to look better than ever! My pug had a dark bald spot on his neck from scratching and I was looking for something that would hopefully heal the area and let his hair grow back. I discovered the skin soother and decided to give it a try and this worked like magic! I ordered the 2 oz stick version and loved it. The application was great. It was very easy and clean to apply overall. I applied it to the area twice a day for two weeks before I was able to start seeing results. The hair started growing back and the dark skin was lightening up and becoming less dry and flaky. At the same time, my dog was scratching at it less so that was a plus. Only thing is this stick was practically gone by my second week. It would not have come close to lasting the month. That being said, I had to order another to see continued results but I ordered the larger tin instead. My only issue with this product is the tin is a lot harder to apply. The texture itself is not as soft and smooth as the stick. I also had to use my own hands to spread it on which I did not like at all. It also gets messy in the tin as my pug sheds so there is now hair stuck in the product. My recommendation to the company would be to have the stick in a larger option and I would gladly purchase that. However, currently I greatly regret purchasing two of the tins instead of the smaller sticks. All in all, this product works and I would buy it again! My 22 month old extremely active male yellow Lab, Gus, developed redness and a rash on his belly area while running him 5 miles every day in and around rice fields in Glenn County, located in the Sacramento Valley in Northern California. I know this is going to sound crazy, but stick with me. Initially, we bought this for my dog, naturally, because she gets Hotspot, and rashes on her belly. They cleared that up super quickly. Pawtection is awesome!! I couldn't wait to start using it on my 5 month old Goldendoodle Cali! I lay her on my lap and massage it into her pads and she falls right asleep! Its our thing! It leaves her paw pads soft and lubricated and it smells soooo good!! I highly recommend it!Ziomara V.
