VetCaps are so efficient and work very well on our cattle. It sure beats the old way of treating for flies — pouring the product down the cows backs. This required using a squeeze chute or funneling cattle from a pen through cattle panels.Sharleen

These treats are just great! I was expecting to get small freeze-dried unidentifiable “bits”. However, they are large chunks that are very obviously identifiably chicken. I’m really glad to feed my dogs a whole-product (i.e., not processed) treat. And, the dogs just love them! The very first time I handed them out, they were a little apprehensive and weren’t sure. My dog is a in a grain free diet throughout his entire adult life, so all treats and food needs to be grain free as well. I like that we don’t need to worry about grains with these freeze dried treats. They have only one ingredient – chicken breast. So it’s basically just freeze dried chicken breast pieces, and nothing else. My dog loves chicken – so he obviously loved these and kept asking for more. Since they are made of just chicken, the pieces are uneven in terms of size, which is not exactly a problem (I can pick a bigger portion when I want to give a larger treat for my dog, or a small piece when it’s just a quick treat / reward).thecheapsubscriber

When I broke down some of the bigger pieces with my finger for smaller dog, it became extremely oily? They really didn't take to these like they did with another brand I bought at Petco. I've been using petarmor for quite a few years now, and not ever an issue, would find a dead flea once in a while. now this new order I received, first dose and both my dogs are having anywhere from 4-7 fleas everyday on each of them. I've had my yard sprayed, I bathe my dogs regularly , they only go outside to potty. So i a at wits end with why the petarmor is not working !!! I use fipronil for my work on bed bugs and other insects and I know this product works. I use your product for my dog and it works great. Fipronil being the ingredient in certain bed bug products is one of the best chemicals for the control of tough to kill insects. It works wonders on parasites of wild and domestic animals and is safe to work with by following the directions. It's basically odorless so dogs and cats dont mind the application. It takes a few days to kill but it last a very long time and some people dont give it time to work. It works by being ingested and if the tick or bed bug have already had a blood meal it will take time for them to feed again. So give itvtime.Carlo

So far, so good. I've been using this product as a generic alternative for Frontline Plus for about a year now. Applicator: The applicator is similar as the one from Frontline Plus and I would argue that it's easier to open. The product itself looks and smells like FLP which you would expect with the same active ingredients. Use: My dog's skin will be oily in the application spot for several hours but again, no different than FLP. I have tried alternative products with different active ingredients and they had to be applied in several locations on the dog's back and would remain very oily for days meaning that whenever the dog came into contact with furniture, there would be huge oily spots. This has not been the case with Petarmor. I typically apply it in the morning before going to work and then crate my dog while at work. When I return, the product is completely absorbed into the skin and I don't have to worry about oily residue on my hands or furniture. Efficacy: In the last year, we have had one tick on our dog that had actually attached while using this product. The 2 years prior, we also had one occurence of a tick attaching using FLP, so no difference there. If anything, maybe I'm not using it correctly or frequently enough? Either way, the ticks were relatively easy to pull out and the dog showed no signs of disease or illness. We also had one occassions where although the ticks did not attach to our dog's skin, they did use the dog as a vehicle to get into our house. I think the active ingredient kept them from attaching but didn't keep them from staying off of her. They ended up crawling on our floor but I was able to kill them. In short, it works at least as well as Frontline Plus although it isn't 100% effective in stopping ticks from attaching.iamholland

My 12 year old Yorkie suddenly starting losing the contents of her bladder during the night. The vet suggested checking for a UTI. I did some research and found that not only would that be expensive and require a course of antibiotics, many people found that the dog's UTI would come right back after they were done. Since she wasn't in pain when urinating and there was no sign of blood, I thought I would try apple cider vinegar first which evidently works very well. It didn't help so next I tried Tinkle Tonic which did help, but not completely. I called the company which makes it and they suggested using the Tinkle Tonic concurrently with the Leaks No More. Voila, no more leaking! When the TT was finished, I just kept using the Leaks No More and it worked fine by itself. Two caveats, you have to keep giving it every day and by itself. I tried another of their homeopathic remedies for itching and gave it concurrently and when she leaked again, found out from the company its effectiveness is reduced when given with another remedy.the-old-den-closet

We bought this as a replacement for rawhide. Puppy just ate it like a treat. Seemed to really enjoy so we looked at package to check calories. First thing we noticed is these are made in Vietnam. I have a 3 year old female Boxer, she is beyond spoiled literally. She gets a variety of treats but she knows when we have these exact treats. I used this product this last season for my dog and he never got flees. I feel so much better using natural stuff than chemicals on him. It was very affordable. It has a very strong scent at first but the scent does lighten up after a day or two. I would recommend this to anyone with dogs.katrina .s

I am not someone who takes my dogs health lightly. I try to use natural products as much as possible. We had a tick outbreak and everything I tried did not work. I bought these drops for all the dogs. Put it on. Took about 3 days to completely soak into the coat but ticks have been unable to attach which is great. Found this by chance at the local store. Applicator type flea stuff isn't all that reliable. The eight month collar option is a no no after reading up on it and finding it can cause a dog to go into convulsions. This once a month soft chew though is great. Our dog didn't scratch once. I bought these chews for a couple years. For my two dogs and then another 3 dogs that belong to my daughters. The dogs love them and they work really really well. I would rattle the jar and they would all come running 1 did the trick for at least 3 or 4 weeks . Within a few hours the fleas seem to be better . You can re administer as needed and I only had to do that I think the first time when I bought them in the fleas were really bad . When Coronavirus came and we had to start social distancing and staying at home I decided to order something off of Amazon. Now the reason I said it won't work for me, is because I have 21 babies so instead of buying 1 bottle a month I would be buying 3 1/2 bottles. We recently had to board our 7 year old Morkie while on vacation and unfortunately he was exposed to kennel cough. He’s vaccinated and never had it before, so I wasn’t sure what medicine to try. I really wanted some homeopathic remedies for our dogs, because we tend to stick to simple things. Samwise had kennel cough and we have 3 other dogs! They were LOADED with wheat bugs (and even pressed into the treats). I contacted the company (Only Natural Pet) & gave them the lot # and expiration date. They sent 3 more bags, and guess what? SAME LOT AND EXPIRATION, and STILL LOADED WITH BUGS! How many others are buying these for the 1st time and think this is what they're SUPPOSED to look like? Ok so long time customer not a fan of these barrier bites too much $ for the lack of protection vs the garlic and brewers yeast tabs value. They cost $11.99 for 300 and these you only get 90 day supply for 1dog so not enough value to go around on a large do budget. And I find I can contol fles tics better with the tabs better because I see my enviroment and see my weather and can dictatate how many pill per day per dog to give much better results. Have used these on my cats dogs for over 20yrs but gave something new a try just didn't work out ok. move on. My Labrador had stitches in her front leg right on the ankle joint so it was at high risk of infection as very close to the bone. I was hoping this would negate the need for the huge buster collar however, she would still lick at it through the sleeve and make it wet therefore increasing the risk of infection to the wound. She therefore still had to wear the buster collar as well as the sleeve to stop her licking it. Within a couple of days, there was a hole in the material of the sleeve and since then, a further tear has developed, so the quality of the material is not that good. She has also worked out how to get her leg out of it so all in all, it hasn’t been that great! That said, I would still recommend using one as it was better than not having the wound covered at all but for me, it didn’t negate the need for a buster collar unfortunately.Julieann

1 Very happy owner and one calm snoring Dog. He`s been at the top of his leg the last few days and licked it raw . No socks long enough and a long sleeved T shirt was not a success . Ordered this sleeve out of desperation . Money well spent ….. came in a flash and as soon as I put it on he seemed really excited and happy, running round barking the way he does before we go a walk. Now he`s sleeping and not looked at his leg once. I purchased the ThunderShirt for my dog's anxiety over fireworks. I tried to get my dog accustomed to it before putting it on her as the instructions stated but she ran away every time even when it was paired with treats and I was just holding it up. Despite this, I put the ThunderShirt on her the night of the 4th of July fireworks. I also added the calming spray to the area on the shirt as indicated. She was very anxious the whole night. I’m not sure it helps my male so much since it’s gotten so hot out that I won’t add an extra layer on them in this heat and cause them to have heat stroke but I put it on them during stormy weather and they both really like wearing the shirts which surprised me so I think he likes it too. My "little" guy has a life long issue with loud noises that began about eight years ago when he was eleven weeks old and we ventured out in between thunder showers with his mom and dad. Suddenly a stray lightning bolt hit missed us by only a few yards and the accompanying explosive noise terrified my three dogs and myself. The dogs went howling into the house and you can imagine the impact that experience had on a very young pup. I did everything I could think of to acclimate Yulee to sudden loud noises but nothing seemed to work as well as the ThunderShirt we purchased on the Amazon site. He's not as frightened of approaching thunder boomers as he is by gun fire or fireworks probably because he can gradually get into a more relaxed state with advancing storms. Now we also have time to prepare him for the thunder claps and we're relieved that he apparently finds the ThunderShirt comforting. He also likes to have time to curl up in secluded spot where he probably doesn't feel as exposed to any inherent danger – (see the third image). You can tell he's starting to feel threatened in the middle shot where his tail is tucked under his rear and the noise from today's thunderstorms is getting increasingly louder. The only reason the ThunderShirt didn't earn 5 stars from me is that at a svelte145 pounds Yulee was squeezed too much for our liking by the largest size (XXL) offered. We wrapped him in it without over tightening the material to make it uncomfortable while still affording him the gentle pressure and protective aspect of security. The fabric of the ThunderShirt Sport is a lightweight polyester which I felt might be lighter and more breathable than the other models with a poly, spandex and rayon blend. With all the fur this guy has he doesn't need any additional warmth. The shirt is extremely well constructed with ample velcro closure tabs which do a great job for getting the ultimate fit required…if only he was a bit smaller…Vic

This product works! But you should allow 2 months to reach the potential, its not going work over night but it is design to help control those pesty fleas your dogs hates just like you! I suggest using a dip or spray between these months and doing the reapplications on time… DO NOT wait days between when it is time to reapply! I actually do it 4 days early. bath and dry and put on. It will help control flea infestation but u need to wash beds, use a spray/dip between applications and u need to vacuum and empty the vacuum after each use. wash everything your dog lays on.kissthefroggy

I needed to use this product for some time to appreciate its abilities. My dog likes to spend time outside rolling around and doing dog things. This leads to her coming into the house, tracking dirt and the pesky fleas. We've done well to mitigate it in the past, but PetArmor helped in the process. Within a few days, we noticed that she would not be scratchy when coming back into the house, then we didn't have to treat her bedding as much. Very nice! In the past, I have given my dog oral medication to prevent flea and ticks. It worked well but I was never comfortable with the fact that he had to ingest the medicine. I decided we’d use a topical solution for this summer and this is working great so far. The application was easy and the the applicator worked well. I’ve had to apply a different brand on foster puppies in the past and sometimes, the liquid would just all flow right out during the first contact, leaving no medicine for the rest of the dog’s back. It wasn’t the case with PetArmor. I had good control to dispense the product with their applicator. My dog had no discomfort whatsoever on the application sites. The product didn’t leave his coat all oily or smelly. I love that you can scan a QR code in the box and the brand will send a text 30 days later as a reminder for when the next dose is due. Their formula contains Fipronil and (S)-methoprene like most expensive well-known brands but at a more affordable cost. Finally something that works consistently. After trying probably 10-15 brands of flea and tick stuff for my Dogs this is the company I come back to. Ive tried expensive stuff, Ive tried dirt cheap stuff. This works and works FAST. I actually have to put my dogs out if they have fleas on them at all. Within 30 minutes they are jumping off to get away and die. Weve had issues with super fleas here in northeast USA where the only thing Ive found to work is old fashion dawn dish soap and salt.Ive literally spread salt on all my floors so it looks like snow and left it sit over night then vacuum it up and then mop with dawn dish soap, everyday for over a week straight.
