Very happy with this collar. Has taken away the risk of our golden retriever chasing wildlife or hassling other people when he is off leash. Can get his immediate attention and recall. The only two improvements to this collar I would like would be for the hand held transceiver to have a belt clip as well as the lanyard and also the ability to switch off the transceiver so the collar can stay on the dog while the transceiver is off. Have inadvertently bumped a button when carrying in my pocket and given him an unwelcome shock. Range, functions and levels of stimuli are excellent though. Would recommend.Andrew M.

Good concept let down by inadequate rechargeable battery and fiddly recharging process. Charging involves unscrewing and removing the battery cover, unplugging the battery wire from its internal connection and plugging it in to a proprietary charging cable (which then connects to a USB port). The process is reversed to reinstall the battery but it only gives 20 to 30 minutes play time before the whole procedure needs to be repeated.Pins
Bought this for my 3 year old’s birthday and she loves it. I think it does a lot, especially for what it cost, and we’ve still got more to learn with it. The only thing that brings the rating down for me is the battery life and charging. The battery doesn’t last very long at all, which I had read in other reviews, and it’s a bit of a pain to charge up. Charger doesn’t plug straight it, you have to unscrew the battery compartment and remove the battery to charge it. If the battery life was longer this wouldn’t be so annoying, but I’d say she probably gets 45 mins to an hour play before it needs charging again! The robot itself is good, my daughter loves it, and we are impressed with it in general. Just be aware of the battery/charging situation.Jeni
Firstly, may I talk about charging. I was a bit disappointed that you can't simply plug a USB cable into it. Okay, this may be something to do with childproofing, but you have to unscrew a cover, remove a battery pack and charge with a very flimsy and unique cable plugged into a computer or plug (not supplied) but a phone charger would be fine. This for me is a chore. Another down side is the instructions, pretty useless. You basically press a button on the remote for the puppy to perform an action. Okay, fine. But to program it? No information…. anywhere. Guard the room feature, no information whatsoever. A note for the manufacture would be to be able to switch off the tunes it sometimes plays and just hear the dog sounds on their own, the electronic sounds drown out the actual puppy. One person mentioned the floor covering. Whilst I was prepared to use it on a hard surface, I agree that sometimes the toy struggles with wheel spin, slipping, but I have managed to get it to work on a very short pile carpet. When the unit goes into standby, you have to switch it off and on again, the remote doesn't wake it up and as for the follow me or gestures features, they don't work well at all. No tail wagging, a missed opportunity for something that obviously a puppy would do and put a smile on the kids face, a shame in my opinion. Longevity: This is a toy that may not keep one's attention for very long, but as in the title, what you get is pretty good for the money and further more, a three year warranty means that if it is put in the back of the cupboard for months at a time, the security of a long warranty is reassuring. Ultimately, a good giggle, but will lose its appeal fairly quickly. Perhaps once finished with, pass to a friend or relative and so on.Boof

I have not trained a puppy since 1994, things have changed! This book had some great ideas examples and pictures. Some of it is complicated or difficult to do. This trainer is a stay at home person, I dont have time to hand feed every meal of kibble. Its hard to retrain old habits, like only use the dogs name for good, not when they are doing something bad. So got a good start w puppy but will be going to a live trainer to help train me.sheehcari

Defiantly a movie for truckers, maybe Swayze and Meatloaf will enjoy it too. I gave this 3 stars because there are better choices when it comes to trucker films. Not my favorite but still enjoyable. This is a very fun movie, Kevin Hooks keeps the action non stop as Jack is trying to get the load home. The special effects are fantastic and they really destroyed a number of semi trucks for the movie. The only downfall is the ending, the ending is pretty basic and sometimes even disappoints but apart from that the movie is pretty fun and very underrated. We have a most stubborn kitten that would NOT stop jumping on the counters. He has the rest of the house to play in and a ton of toys but is very food driven and just won't stop getting on the counter! So we tried water spray, sticky tape, spike mats, cat repellent sprays (2 types), pushing him off, etc. NOTHING worked. THIS WORKED SO FAR! Yay. It's been a couple of weeks and he is now pretty much staying off the counter when the mat is on there. We have to leave it on and it's on the 2nd setting right now. It's a pain to deal with because we had to cover the whole counter so trying to use the kitchen and the sink is not an easy task but hopefully he will eventually get the message and just stop. He is the most stubborn cat I've ever been around and even the spike mats he just jumped on and endured the uncomfortable feeling on his feet. He is a 6 month old kitten that is large and heavy. We got two mats and double sided the ends together so they would stay on the counter. There are rubber dividers that we put double stick tape on as well to hold it in place. Otherwise, he just jumped up there, endured the pain and pushed it off the counter and went on his way. However after taping it down so it couldn't be pushed off, he is now more compliant. I just wish we would have gotten it when he was younger before he was able to get bad habits. It rolls up easy and we can leave it on the counter at night when he does not have access to the kitchen. So far the batteries are doing okay. I noticed someone said they had it for a few days and then it started beeping and wouldn't stop. That happened to us as well but I discovered a tiny bit of water under the mat that was causing the problem. Be sure your surface is clean and dry. As soon as I got the water dried up and wiped the bottom of the mat it worked just fine again. Bottom line: Good product, worked when nothing else did, easy to use, battery operated. We have purchased so many "no, no" devices, with no luck. This one actually works! We have a cat that has an attitude problem (she was abused by her former owners) when she gets upset, she urinates on furniture. Only 1 time stepping on the mat to know she shouldn't do it again. I'm not sure which surprised her more, the beep or zap. The shock is a small sting, similar to rubbing your feet on the carpet

I love everything about Pet Command. Its easy to use, it a good size, and it works. The 1st day that I used it both dogs would stop barking look at me, than bark again. The 2nd day I used it they would stop barking completely. The 3rd day I hardly had to use it, as soon as I say stop or call the name of the barking dog it stopped. I have even used it to train 1 of my dogs that tends to wander when we are outside. I have 1 dog that I have to keep my eyes on all the time when we are outside hes a sneak. I started to take the pet Command in the yard with us and if he trys to sneak away I just push the button and he comes right back. Kung Pow is yet another reason why Steve Oedekerk is a comedic genius. He is the Star and mastermind behind this side-splittingly funny spoof of a seventies martial arts film. He used the old seventies movie as a canvas for this original, zany comedy. Some people hate this, probably because they don't like sillyness. If you like this movie, or anything that is awesome and also funny, check out Oedekerk's other works: Ace Ventura, Jimmy Neutron, Thumb Wars, Patch Adams, Evan Almighty, to name a few of his credits. In closing, let me say just one thing about this movie: At one point he reaches down a gofer hole, grabs two gofers, has them bite onto a rope, and uses them as gofer-chucks with which he beats many bad guys with! I bought this movie off eBay because I remember that I used to love watching it when I was younger. When it arrived in the mail, I couldn't wait to open it up and put it in the DVD player. I sat on the couch and was waiting for those belly laughs I experienced back then. Sadly, I sat waiting for anything funny the whole movie. After rewatching, I found that it was just stupid. And before people tell me, "It's supposed to be stupid!!," there's a difference between "funny stupid" and "stupid stupid." This movie falls into the latter category. The whole thing is just juvenile. If you loved the movie as a kid, it might be a better idea to leave those memories in the past.gramiero
