Natural Dog Flea Treatment For Sale (2024 Update)

I've used this product for almost 3 weeks. And she's got more fleas now than she did to begin with. I gave her a bath and there were what looked like hundreds of fleas in the water. While she was in the water I picked quite a few off of her by hand. Two or three times a week, I get her down and pick them off. It says this product repels, but it really seems like it attracts them! She scratches all the time! And has running sores. I sure hope this stuff is guaranteed!!! Do not give to small dogs especially non spayed females In 2020 gave our 2 small dogs flea away within a month the smallest dog developed swelling and lumps in her mamory gland which quickly developed into cancerous tumor she died within 2mos. The other dog developed the same swelling but it progressed very slowly she now has the same type of growth on her we don't know how long she will live. It can't just be a coincidence.Gayle Erickson

These did not help my dogs when it came to ticks. My dogs live on our farm, so we have no fleas. They were already on a monthly prescription heartworm medication, and have always tested negative. To be fair, I cannot say whether or not this product was helpful for mosquitoes. I cannot say I do, or do not, recommend due to my experience.Deborah

This stuff is outstanding. You spray it on your dog, or your home furnishings anywhere really. And you see the effects immediately. The fleas evacuate the area or pet and then die quickly. Its all natural nontoxic made from essential oils and will not negatively effect the health of anyone or anything that comes in contact with the products. There are 3 or 4 different fragrances to choose from that are not overwhelming and disapate pretty quickly but not in efficiency. The Skin Tonic helps my dogs with skin issues such as hot spots, allergies and welping blowing coat irritation. Beyond impressed!!! I live in an apartment building with neighbors who have indoor/outdoor cats so naturally at the start of fall every year my apartment gets infested. Ive tried salt, baking soda, dawn dish soap in bowls and on my cat (she is strictly indoor), pesticides, bombing the house, flea baths, collars, and oral/topical flea repellents. None of which comes close to Wondercide. The cedarwood is kinda strong but within 2 minutes the fleas on my cat were dying. I really wanted to like this and have it work, but it really just didn’t do it. I have a very small raised patio on the side of my new house that’s protected from direct sun and gets a nice breeze. I love sitting out there. But noticed little mosquitoes and flying insects seem to like it too. The bottle says how much it will cover and I probably only have 1/4 of that area. But I figured I’d use half and see how it works. I felt like it worked the first 30 minutes after I used it, but I had to leave the house and do stuff. The next day when I went outside, there were mosquitoes and bugs on me within minutes. They never went away. So yesterday (2 weeks after first attempt) I sprayed the other half all over the grass, patio etc….completely drenched the area. 20 minutes later I couldn’t even sit outside anymore from all the annoying bugs. I wish it were a different review and story, believe me, but the reality for me is that this $40 bottle didn’t change a single thing as far as the bugs go.Deadbolthead

Beat stuff ever! We have three cats and after one went outside she got fleas and they quickly spread to her sisters. We tried chemical shampoo, but that made one of our cats foam at the mouth. Next we tried dawn, but getting three cats into the tub for a rinse left us with lots of scratches and scared cats. After doing a lot of research we came upon this and let me tell you it did the trick. Because two of the three cats sleep on my daughters bed we had to treat her bed as well as the cats. This stuff is the one and only thing we have found that works. The kitty who had them the worst has a flea collar to help but the other two have been treated with this and a flea comb. We have been using it for about two weeks now every other day with the flea comb, a bowl of hot water with dawn to clean the comb and a vacuum after to catch any who may have gotten away and two of the three cats were flea free today! We will continue to treat all three until their gone and then we’ll use this as a preventative.Kimberd

.So I bought this spray along with the natural care flea and tick shampoo. my poor pups had their first experience with fleas, i didnt know why they were scratching so much (it was also my first experience for fleas) but once i looked through one of my pups fur, i immediately saw three fleas. i went straight to walmart, got my products and treated my pups. i prepared a warm bath, dunked them both into the water, lathered them up really good, let it sit for 6 minutes and i rinsed them. in the bath water, i saw the fleas and i also saw a couple ticks that i didnt know they had lol. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying this, even if you hate minty smells, i would still give this product a shot. no more fleas, ticks, or annoying itching!!!Mikeesha

I have used the collars on my 4 cats after using your all in one flea remedy, I am constantly washing or treating bedding and carpets, have put out flea traps and diatomaceous earth, and have sprayed outside with nematodes that eat fleas…..I have also closed off the outside cat enclosure until the fleas are gone…..even though the traps are now catching very few fleas, the cats are still infested and are miserable. I comb them constantly for fleas, so I still see adults and new fleas, so I can see that the all in one flea remedy is not working…..things seem worse on the cats than before I started. I have just resorted to ordering Seresto collars which I did not want to do, because of toxicity, but I don't have a choice at this stage. I will have to feed them zeolite to help with toxins until the fleas are gone and then I will remove the collars for winter. Can I return the products for a refund? So, this stuff is basically diatomaceous earth in a fancier bottle and with some rosemary and lemon scent, priced WAY above what some plain DE would cost you at the hardware store. (You can get a 5lb bag for the cost of one canister of this). However, I purchased it knowing that, but because I needed to buy something else to get free shipping and I needed DE anyway. The point is, it WORKS. And, the canister this stuff comes in, coupled with the pleasant smell, does make it much easier to use than say the 5lb bag of DE at the hardware store would be. I purchased this along with Herbal Defense Spray and Herbal Defense Shampoo & Conditioner from All Natural Pet, and I've been very happy with the results. About three months or so ago, I was dealing with a mild flea problem that just would not away. It wasn't a severe problem, yet, but I obviously needed to nip it in the bud before it became one. It was to the point where I would find a flea or two on the dog every time I checked. I tried the nasty chemical spot-ons, and not only did they NOT work at ALL, they made our poor Jack Russell Terrier so sick I actually had to rush her to the emergency vet one night because she wouldn't stop throwing up! I didn't realize immediately that the spot-on flea treatments were to blame, and the vet couldn't figure out what was going on, either. But when I put the monthly treatment on her for the second month and she got sick again, it was obvious what was going on. I know this because I zealously go over the dog with a fine-toothed comb — literally, it's one of those flea combs — every morning, and haven't found a single one of the little buggers since about a week after starting the natural flea regimen. When I first got this, I put the powder on her, her bed and the carpet in the living room in our bedroom, where she spends the most time, and vacuumed every inch of the house. I washed her with the shampoo and conditoner and sprayed the spray on her several times a week. Since the fleas have disappeared, I use the powder now about every two weeks, the day before I plan on giving her a bath. I spray her maybe once a week. I have bought five bottles of this so far because I like the product that much. It’s easy to attach to your garden hose and you’re able to treat a large area with one container. I like to use this heavily right on the woods line of my yard and then cover the grass. The ticks are horrible right now in NH and I feel this product really helps control them. The scent is also not overbearing and I actually enjoy it. It smells very natural and dissipates rather quickly. I’ve treated my lawn twice so far this year only because it ended up raining the following day after treatment. Overall, I really like this brand. It’s safe to use around my children and pets while keeping ticks and bugs at bay naturally. I would definitely recommend this product.Acira27

Really strong. I used a little spot-check in the worst places because of the odor. Peppermint oil is also supposed to be good for rats which we also have this year after 12 years. I used Dr Brimmer's for that & liked it quite a bit. This stuff is really strong so be careful. I had also previously used some ENFORCER powder but that didn't seem to knock them out enough. You can keep spraying this, seems like there's more left over but like I said, it's very strong, be careful. Unfortunately, fleas & rats are abundant this year.Adrienne

Applying this product was so messy. It got all over my cats back and shoulders. It smelled awful and it took over a week to completely absorb into my cats skin and fur. Then my cat had an allergic reaction to it. It was red and scabbed up between his shoulder blades where I applied it. I only used 1 out of the pack and will be throwing the rest away. As far as actual flea prevention, I don't believe it helped at all. I do not recommend this product.addie.e

My cats are mainly indoor cats but I do take them on leash walks a few times a week. I absolutely love this product. The packaging suggests applying over a week if needed which worked great. I have a medium hair cat and was able to apply one tube in one go. I also have a cornish rex and with his shorter hair is was nicer to apply over a few different days. If spraying around the house or perimeter of your rugs you don’t need much. I sprayed the baseline of my Chihuahua (behind neck down to tail) and realized it was a bit much. It worked but not immediately. The purpose of my use was for flea eggs I spotted and some live ones on my dog as well. I recommend a flea bath first then the spray. It does have a strong smell. The can was gone in a single use. So again, reminder you don’t need to spray as much as you may think. It works!Taco2012

Im been an Advantage fan for a good 15 years. It is the only 100% effective flea treatment period. Believe me I've tried them all. Had fleas so bad that when it rained and you walked in my yard your legs would get covered. After using the Advantage Drops they were just gone. I mean gone. Its worked so well after years I only have to use it when my nieces dog visits. This time I decided to try this spray abd so far so good. He was in bad shape when he got to my house. Chewing himself up. I suspect he not only had fleas but also had dog lice. Only been a couple of weeks and he's looking much better. I included pictures to show his improvement. If you don't want bugs eating your clothes you put them in a CEDAR closet. Ce DS ar wood has oil, cinnamon oil and clove oil are also natural bug deterrents. Oatmeal is a skin helper. This shampoo is like water because it is made of oils mixed in water to help you disperse it along your pets hair. It leaves a beautiful smell. The lather everyone wants to see is what irritates your animals skin and dries it out. Dogs have allergies to grass and pollen as well as bugs. The oatmeal will help with that and having oils as the other ingredients helps too. Just like a human. The drier your skin the more you itch. Don't freak out over the lack of lather. Start at the head and work your way down. Comb it through with your fingers. It won't hurt the animal if you aren't a good rinser like it does with regular shampoo. I have a dog who I got from a woman who did not treat him great. He came flea ridden, and I tried other flea shampoos and nothing worked well. He started to lose his fur because if how bad the fleas were, then I tried natural chemistry deflea. I literally watched as the fleas fell from his coat dead and ran down the drain! It was amazing!! I really like the scale and cleanse starter kit that I got for my Keurig. Once in a while it just makes sense that i descale my machine, especially because I have hard water in my area. It develops a scale that coats the inside of the machine and is obviously going to affect the taste. Using the scale kit was really easy. It was a matter of putting the packet into my machine's reservoir, adding three cups of water and running it through the Keurig. Then I had to run clean cups of water through the Keurig until it was cleaned out. And after that the water was fresh and clean. I also took a chance while I was at it and cleaned my coffeemaker at the same time, I felt like it was a good idea to do everything all at the same time so that I knew that it all been done. I was thrilled to find out I would be receiving this product because my husband and I were telling each other just days prior, that we were noticing fleas on the pets and furniture, when we couldn't ever really recall seeing them previously, at least nothing significant or overbearing. This spray is very subtle and the smell doesn't linger, no staining or changes to the appearance of the surface area sprayed. I received Hartz Nature's Shield Flea and Tick Home Spray as a promotion. My house has a huge yard. There are a lot of trees and shrubs that attract wildlife. That can be heaven for ticks and fleas. Deer ticks are a real issue where I am. I sprayed Hartz Nature's Shield Flea and Tick Home Spray all around my yard. I was so glad that it is made with Cedarwood and Lemongrass oils and isn't toxic. It is safe for my dog, and it can also be used indoors wherever your dog happens to snuggle. It does not have a chemical smell, so I don't mind spraying it everywhere. It is not mosquito season yet. Walmart only had the large size. I bought it for my under 10 lb dog. I used half of the applicator. Within a couple days I found three fleas. I then washed her and put the rest of the applicator on her. now I find that it has turned her hair and orangy brown. I would be very careful if you have a white dog. If they have thin or shaved hair, it will be very obvious that it is oily also. Since it doesn't work and it turned her brown I would not recommend this product. I looked on their website and they did not caution about this. However, on the good side she now smells like Christmas!PaintyOne

Bought this and the collars through this brand. I have three small dogs and recently they just got fleas. It wasn’t bad I only seen a few on them. So I decided to try both this and the collars since they’re not as strong as the more expensive stuff. I gave them all a flea bath put the collars on them and then the drops and I already found 2 fleas on my one dogs and now their all scratching like crazy worse then they were before. Does what it is made to do which is kills fleas. The major pros to this flea medication is: price, clean (as in no harmful chemicals and whatnot), and ease of application. Although I can't find any cons to this product I will say that this product DOES NOT help with flea infestations and/or prevention of fleas. This product simply kills the fleas your dog already has but does not kill eggs or larvae. If you are needing a monthly topical to keep fleas off your dog, I would go for this. If your dog already has fleas and you need something to kill and prevent more fleas, I would opt for something else!danilssa.h

For such a low priced natural spray I honestly was not expecting much. My 15 week indoor cat just recently got fleas unexpectedly. I have hardwood floors and was concerned about what products to use to help completely stop the fleas. This spray almost immediately kills the fleas on impact. The only concern I have about using this product is actually using it on your pet. It was difficult to properly put this product on my cat as he was not fond of the smell or feeling at all. It was also difficult to keep him from licking himself afterwards, which it recommends you not allow. This is a amazing product! It is a Nuisance for one cat, the second cat and one adult is highly allergic to fleas. I take each cat into the shower, and will begin by spraying my hands, and rubbing this onto their feet first, then I will apply to the stomach, the body, then around the chest and neck. Then, I will apply it to the top of their head, and the back of the ears. Once the product is coated, I then rub the product throughout the coat, down to the skin. This is how I start out with my first day each season. Waiting till the following day, I will begin spraying the product directly onto the feet, belly, back, and tail. Next, I will apply to my hands for their chest, neck, and the top of the head. It is very important not to spray the product directly into face, eyes, chest, or to have them breathe it in directly. This is a safe product. A wonderful product. It helps with inflammation, and is soothing to irritated skin. The fleas are annoying my baby. With corona virus, getting to her vet for prescription medication is not an option right now, so I was looking for a very strong AND safe/gentle shampoo to help ease her suffering. I have a large Maine coon and knew I could not use just any spray. I had tried cheap flea drops and they did nothing. My big guy, 20 pounds and 3 feet of pure muscle, was unaffected by the drops and continuing to become more and more miserable. ENTER SCENE: ADVANTAGE! My husband and I tried this as a last shot before shelling out the money for a vet groomer flea bath. Well, as we are spraying this all over the big guy, the fleas were jumping ship, becoming paralyzed, and doing everything possible to get away from this stuff! A disgusting amount of fleas were pulled from his fluffy self and a million fleas were dead on the floor. I recommend putting paper towels down on the floor before starting so the clean up is easy. If spraying around the house or perimeter of your rugs you don’t need much. I sprayed the baseline of my Chihuahua (behind neck down to tail) and realized it was a bit much. It worked but not immediately. The purpose of my use was for flea eggs I spotted and some live ones on my dog as well. I recommend a flea bath first then the spray. It does have a strong smell. The can was gone in a single use. So again, reminder you don’t need to spray as much as you may think. It works!Taco2012

I bought the advantus yesterday. My babies loved them. I paid $54.99 plus tax $4.54 bringing the grand total to $59.53. Now let's break it down $59.53 divided by 30 days of the month that's a $1.98 per day to protect your baby. I do agree it could have had a lot more stuff to help with the fleas & ticks. Now the reason I said it won't work for me, is because I have 21 babies so instead of buying 1 bottle a month I would be buying 3 1/2 bottles. Now that's serious money, just bathe in dawn dish soap. mist them with a flea and tick spray before they go out to potty your good to go. I gave three stars because I bought it yesterday. First, let me state that I was unsure of this product before it arrived, not only because of the amazing price but because I've tried many different flea pills, chews and the liquid forms and none of them seemed to help at all. I have three large dogs and bought a bottle of 30 chews, geared towards smaller to medium size dogs, for around $29 and some change. Normally even after a bath, once my Dogs go outside, fleas are going to jump all over them. We've treated our yard but not only are there many strays in the area, not all of our neighbors treat their dogs or yards. I have given them each 1 chew daily since I got the first bottle, almost on the second bottle now and not one flea has been found alive on them! And very few dead ones, that we've found on their coats. No side effects so far (thankfully) and seemingly this product works extremely well, in my opinion. Ok, so I wanted to rate this product 5 stars but I can't. Does the product kill the fleas? Yes. If you are looking for a quick fix, this is your product. I saw results immediately. However, I did have to use another tablet to kill the fleas (which was suggested on the box). This box came with 6 tablets. However, if you read the description on the product it says that results will not last more than 24 hours, meaning this is not a long term solution compared to NexGard. If you know for certain your dog is not going back to a flea area and this is just a quick fix, buy this. I would buy this for my cat since he's an indoor cat only. But I wouldn't use this for my dogs for long term use since I am always taking them to parks. So, if you''re looking for a quick fix, this is it. First of all, NEVER diss the value of a vet check: your pet , cat or dog, has to be healthy enough for ANY correctly used flea remedies. Yes, vets need to stay in business and some of their prices are quite higher than some reputable online sellers offer. This product alone will not end your flea-festation if it is bad. Fleas spend only a tiny portion of their time on the animal- otherwise they're in your carpets, cracks, furniture, yards- but fleas do normally "dine" twice a day. Giving this oral pill once daily will START to deal with your problem, killing each flea that bites within 24 hours. Nitenpyram is used for both dogs and cats. * Once your cat is cleared for this medication, and weighs at least 3 pounds, it is cost saving to BREAK one 57mg( packaged for Dogs over 25 pounds) tablet into 4 quarters and use one of these quarters for a cat. The normal cat dosage is only 11mg/ the quarter is 14.25mg, not a substantial difference, in fact some vets sell this product this way- at $6-10 per quarter. You do the math. To truly "treat" a severe flea infestation will require your washing all pet bedding, treating carpets, floors, yards- each with diffetent products which each have very specific safety instructions for your pets and family and must be followed to the letter. i got these for my 85 lb dog. seems like it helps he doesnt itch as much after use. i see no fleas.i used the smaller sized dog 1 on my 10lb dog it worked too. you have to 30 day treat. i have 3 dogs and a cat all wear seresto collars but still got fleas somehow ,so since the collars allow to treat with topicals i used advantage plus on all 4. they still have fleas. im using these on top of all that and check my dogs weekly. keep coming up with 4 fleas on 1 dog and 8 on my cat. i dont understand why none of these products are working. the vet says fleas are immune. hows that possible?! id say if this doesnt seem to be working cause you see fleas it probably is but not killing the eggs so its repeat the process. plus do your house. rugs hardwood floors too. why the $80 topicalslhayes
