First of all, making a four star review required to get some bonuses for future purchase is very unfair to the other customers. For me this seems like buying good reviews. Now, the product is not bad, although my cat usually spends the majority of time just following and observing the ball, not playing with it. I think that's because the ball is rather hard, if it would be more soft and fluffy, it might be more fun for the cat to get its nails in it and it would make less noise when banging around the house. I should mention that my cat is extremely active and plays a lot, that's why I bought this, because sometimes I just can't play with her and need to give her a distraction during zoom meetings and so on. But I've noticed the same thing with other toy balls from the pet stores, if it doesn't have enough softness for the cat to lay it's nails in it or bite it – it's not that interesting to play with. I would recommend to try it if your cat is active and really likes to play. But if yours has a more calm and passive personality this may not receive that much of an interest.Ugnius M.
I just like the fact that you can fire this thing up, let it go, and the kitten is entertained for the next couple hours – leaving me to do my own thing. It has several "modes", and they might as well call it "Carpet" and "Hardwood" modes. One is super aggressive, and reacts whenever the cat touches it. Cat loves it, but it makes a TON of noise on our hardwood floors that drive me and the wife crazy. The more tame mode, it just auto-rolls and changes directions, pauses, shakes a bit, and then continues to auto roll. This is MUCH more tolerable, and the cat likes to chase/follow it around the room. Only negatives I can say, is it has a penchant for getting stuck on things. It honestly doesn't have a lot of torque, so once momentum carries it over a speaker wire in the edge of the room, or just barely fits under the couch, it gets stuck and can't get enough speed to re-clear the obstacle. Other negative is the plastic cap that hides the USB port was held on by a very tiny and fragile piece of rubber, which promptly broke in the first day. I was looking for something that would keep my kitty’s attention off the fact no one was home (she gets really upset ). I looked around at many options, but wanted to find something that would keep her attention, always changed, and kept her active and not sitting in one spot or sleeping. This was the perfect solution! It’s different every time, changing directions, has a time-out mode, so it keeps her guessing, and is fast enough for her to chase after. I use mine on hard floors on the calmest setting, so I can’t attest to how well it does on carpet, but I imagine the more aggressive settings would help it bounce and move more on that. My only complaint is that the ring it travels on is a hard plastic, so when it really gets that momentum going, it BANGS on every baseboard or appliance…nothing gentle or quiet about it. When it’s rolling, it’s quiet, though. Maybe thing of some sort of buffer or softer lining? I usually turn this on when I go to work and can imagine my downstairs neighbors love the sporadic CRACK sounds above them. Other than that, battery lasts 4 to 8 hours. Highly recommend.Alexandra

Within a week I see cheerble is now advertising a new version of the ball, felt like I missed out on a new improved design but was eager to see what the wicked ball W1 still had to offer. The ball showed up two weeks after and both my pet and I were excited. I got it out of the packaging read the manual and gave it to my French bull dog eager to play. She immediately took to it and could tell she was obsessed. This seemed all too good to be true. And it was…. In less than ten minutes our Frenchie had managed to get the clear plastic ring from the centre apart from the shell and dismantle the shell….maybe I should have got a replacement one but don't believe I should have to pay $10 to give my dog 10minutes of play… That is not sustainable living… Not for us anyways… Perhaps the new design is more durable but after spending $60+ for a ball after tax and shipping that couldn't withstand a 25lb pup I'm not to eager to dish it out again…. Customer support was super nice and sent me a new shell with no problem, however when it arrived and I went to use it again, the shell wouldn’t close fully so it wouldn’t work. Like it was always lose fitting and after 10 seconds of playing, the shell was fully open. I got the shell to my apartment at school so by the time I was able to give it to my dog was about a month after I had received it so I never put in another request for a new one as I had no way to prove that it didn’t work since day 1. I’m hoping I was just unlucky as this was an amazing idea for a product that I loved when it did work, I’m just sad I spent so so much money for it to not work on me twice. It work great for the first few minutes , then it stopped working. I unplugged it and waited thinking maybe it needed to reset but no. Bought Two of these – One for each grand dog home. Shipped to family member where we have Xmas and “Pup Pup”, the resident parcel inspector and delivery announcer went bonkers when the ball was removed from the shipping box. I would recommend this toy for a smaller dog or one who is not a powerful chewer. I know this is not intended to be a chew toy, but realistically, if you have a medium or large dog, they usually have a tendency to chew any toy you put in front of them. I have an English Pointer mix who normally destroys any toy I give him unless I get it from BullyMake or BarkBox. Unfortunately, neither offer a toy that compares to this one in terms of entertainment for your dog. He absolutely loved this toy so it is a shame that he was able to bite chucks out of it within 20 minutes. I can't find the pieces that he took out of it so I'm waiting to see if he passes them. If not, it will be a visit to the vet. He was so sad when I took it away from him and looked at me with those sad brown eyes. I would love to have one of stronger material that he could play with and not have to worry. Our rescue is a border collie and australian cattle dog mix. She has always been very timid and we've never been able to find a toy she likes. This ball came and looked like a plastic hard ball from the dollar store. Very disappointed. It's not a dog toy material. Our dog roughed up and chewed the outside in 15 minutes. I bought this toy for my little french bull dogs first birthday. Seeing it capabilities online I was immediately impressed and intrigued with self play and the balls ability to get out from under areas the dog might have trouble with since my girlfriend is in her studies from home and her work is constantly interrupted from our dog whining about a ball trapped under somewhere. This product seemed to be perfect. I ordered it. Within a week I see cheerble is now advertising a new version of the ball, felt like I missed out on a new improved design but was eager to see what the wicked ball W1 still had to offer. The ball showed up two weeks after and both my pet and I were excited. I got it out of the packaging read the manual and gave it to my French bull dog eager to play. She immediately took to it and could tell she was obsessed. This seemed all too good to be true. And it was…. In less than ten minutes our Frenchie had managed to get the clear plastic ring from the centre apart from the shell and dismantle the shell….maybe I should have got a replacement one but don't believe I should have to pay $10 to give my dog 10minutes of play… That is not sustainable living… Not for us anyways… Perhaps the new design is more durable but after spending $60+ for a ball after tax and shipping that couldn't withstand a 25lb pup I'm not to eager to dish it out again…. Customer support was super nice and sent me a new shell with no problem, however when it arrived and I went to use it again, the shell wouldn’t close fully so it wouldn’t work. Like it was always lose fitting and after 10 seconds of playing, the shell was fully open. I got the shell to my apartment at school so by the time I was able to give it to my dog was about a month after I had received it so I never put in another request for a new one as I had no way to prove that it didn’t work since day 1. I’m hoping I was just unlucky as this was an amazing idea for a product that I loved when it did work, I’m just sad I spent so so much money for it to not work on me twice. Bought Two of these – One for each grand dog home. Shipped to family member where we have Xmas and “Pup Pup”, the resident parcel inspector and delivery announcer went bonkers when the ball was removed from the shipping box. The ball is very rigid plastic which prevents total instant destruction by the doxie tag team that makes short work of any toy in reach. I would recommend this toy for a smaller dog or one who is not a powerful chewer. I know this is not intended to be a chew toy, but realistically, if you have a medium or large dog, they usually have a tendency to chew any toy you put in front of them. I have an English Pointer mix who normally destroys any toy I give him unless I get it from BullyMake or BarkBox. Unfortunately, neither offer a toy that compares to this one in terms of entertainment for your dog. He absolutely loved this toy so it is a shame that he was able to bite chucks out of it within 20 minutes. I can't find the pieces that he took out of it so I'm waiting to see if he passes them. If not, it will be a visit to the vet. He was so sad when I took it away from him and looked at me with those sad brown eyes. I would love to have one of stronger material that he could play with and not have to worry. The concept for this toy is spot on and I would give it a positive review for a smaller dog or a breed that is not a strong chewer.pompano01-us
My dog absolutely LOVES this ball. We got her one when she was just a puppy and it’s been her favorite toy since. She’s had it about 6 months and has destroyed it. I don’t mind buying one every six months because I get my money’s worth. Last night I went to buy her a new one, thinking she will have it another 6 months. WRONG. I got home, gave it to her (8 month old lab mix puppy) and she took it and had it chewed apart in about 30 minutes. They must have gotten cheap and changed material. NOT HAPPY!!BBB Customer

Machine is constantly noisy which my dog does not like. It does not launch the balls very far at all (not even half the length of my yard). The sound it makes before launching a ball which is supposed to be the warning is lower than the sound the machine constantly makes. No timer which would help (just a slow to fast turn dial that doesn't make a huge difference).
My dogs favorite game is fetch and with this he refuses to even get close to the machine and play.Cyber Privacy
