terrible! did not last 16 hrs literally . my puppy was able to chew thru it in no time at all . maybe it's my fault I should have just went with metal and not something nicer looking . I was under the impression this wasn't just wood and would sustain some scratching nibbling but as soon as I put it together I knew it was a mistake (screwing some of sides in by hand and being able to see it just is cheap) for it being this expensive I would expect better quality!Brian

DO NOT BUY FOR A PUPPY!!!! These are so beautiful, I bought two for both my Boston Terriers. My 7 year old loves it, he didn't mind at all. My puppy was in it for literally 5 mins, he broke the piece of wood in the front and busted out. AGAIN, DO NOT BUY FOR A PUPPY!!!!Danielle

There are a few things you need to know about this product before purchasing… 1. It says it can fit a 18-50lb dog in here, but I disagree. It’s a little smaller than I was expecting, so I say a 30lb MAX could fit in here depending on the dog. 2. There is NO bottom piece, ONLY a plastic tray. I was expecting a bottom piece under the plastic tray, but I understand that it is for easy cleanup reasons. Overall, I gave this a 3 out of 5 stars because I’m not as happy with it as I could’ve been. Hopefully it holds up and lasts, we’ll see.Joanne

This igloo dog house is absolutely the best thing on the market. Heavy, durable and withstands high winds, rain, and hail. I haven't been able to test in cold temperatures yet as I just received this recently. However, I have no doubts it will definitely hold up. I waited to give a review because I wanted to test out the weather conditions to truly give my 100% honest opinion. Does not come assembled but it's an easy process. The large is quite large. My dog is 60lbs and has plenty of room left in it to move adound. Provides a great shelter. It is constructed very well. You will definitely not be disappointed with this product! Those who have dogs that live outside this would be perfect for. Very well insulated and lining with straw in the winter will make it that much more insulated. We live in Pennsylvania so our winters can be brutal with sometimes 3 seasons in 1 day. I'm not sure how this would hold up insulation wise in much colder climates but for us it's absolutely perfect.Cainjm301

I got this igloo-shaped dog house for our Shih Tzu which is 20 lbs. I got this to keep her cool in the warm months when we sit on our patio. It came in two separate pieces in a large box. The top part of the dog house has 4 brackets which easily snaps to the bottom half for quick assembly. I assembled it in our home and needed to carry it out onto our patio through the front of the house since it was too wide to fit through our sliding door. It is surprisingly lightweight for its dimensions, so it is easy to carry to different locations. The top of the house has a round vent with a paw print which can be turned to open or close it as needed for ventilation. Because of its design, there’s room for movement. The smaller opening in the front protects it from the elements such as wind and sun; although rain did get in through that front opening and not the vent. It disassembles quickly for cleaning or even to transport away from home! Although it is a large house, I feel that it is suitable for a medium size dog so that it can have enough room to move comfortably. Once assembled, my dog was confused and leery, which is to be expected since it’s something new! I gently introduced her to the inside and she was able to move around comfortable until she nested on her bedding. I highly recommend this house for any small to med sized pet to be used in the summer to keep them cool and winter to keep them warmer. Yet because it lacks insulation. I would not recommend it for permanent outside shelter in the winter. Additionally, I did notice that it got hot on the patio and thus I had to move it to a shady area to avoid overheating my dog. Lastly, please leave a water bowl near this house in whatever weather!Madz64

This is one of the best dog houses I have ever had. I love that its light weight but very sturdy dog house. I have never seen a vent on a dog house, but I have to say that is a genius idea for all dogs. My dogs like that it's roomy and keeps them warm on the cooler and hot days. I like that. The dog house is stylish and easy to move around. During storms, it keeps my dogs safe and dry, which I love. This dog house brought many smiles to my dogs' face as well as providing a comfortable home for them.rana

What a beautiful red dragon!! Ruby the Red Dragon has such vibrant colours of red & gold that no photo can truly due her justice!! She's so soft and cuddly as well, & great to take on any adventure! He is very cute, but he can't be patted, as my granddaughter had hoped to do, because there are hard ridges/lumps all across his back – sewing irregularities as he was being assembled? – so he is fine for sitting on a shelf for viewing but not for cuddling. I normally buy her stuffed animals that I have inspected and selected in person for suitability, but with Covid-19, in-store shopping was not an option. Not a negative toward the Tack Room – they are just the marketers, not the producers of the possum. But I won't be buying any more stuffed toys on line from any source. For future purchases I'll wait for stores to (eventually) reopen.Constance R

I received the collar and opened it to put on my cat. I immediately noticed the pleasant smell of the collar and how soft and flexible the collar was. It went on with ease and was simple to put on. The purple color was a nice contrast as well. The cat is leaving it alone and when I pick her up that light scent was very nice and not over powering. I highly recommend the color for comfort, style and I really like that the effectiveness is for 7 months. Before using the collar I had a situation were my other pet who is a dog woke up one morning and couldn't walk and was in pain. As it turned out he had contracted lymes disease from a tick. He is doing better but was on medication for a month and a very expensive hospital visit for him. My decision was to get collars that I can trust and be confident in. That is why Hartz was the choice for me. It lasts 7 months and I don't have to worry about any of my animals for the season. With it being so easy to put on and having it last long is a bonus. I received a Hartz® UltraGuard® Flea & Tick Collar for Dogs – White in exchange for a review. I loved the fact that there is enough length in the collar that it would fit multiple size dogs. I put this on my 62 pound Pittie the very first day I received it. I did have a little trouble getting the end through the buckles but luckily, my dog is very patient. I haven’t noticed any adverse effects on his skin nor scratching where the collar is. I do have some very tall grass that he likes to run and play in on a regular basis and I typically use some sort of OTC drops from the store. I have not found a single flea or tick on him since I started using the collar and definitely recommend anyone giving it a try before spending a fortune at their local veterinarian.SexyCougar

My dogs go to the groomer for their baths every 6 weeks and I was shocked when they told me my german shepherd had a few fleas on him and the groomer informed me that fleas were bad this year because my dogs have never had fleas., so in a rush, I ordered these flea collars and they seem to work but I also use a spray bottle with 1 cup of apple cider vinegar mixed with 2 cups of water and spray it on my hands then rub my dogs down before they go outside in the mornings first of day then I spray their beds a spritz of it and voila!!!! no more fleas!!!!!! I also used the Hartz flea and tick drops which also works along with everything else. I like a clean house and just can't deal with fleas !!! Now we are back to a normal household without the company of fleas !!!!Pamela

I searched high and low for a gate to block the door of a bedroom to keep two of my cats from sniffing and fighting under the door and this gate was absolutely perfect. We didn't have to assemble it and it's sturdy enough in our space that we don't even need the feet it came with. Many of these types of gates seem designed for small dogs, but we needed one high enough that a cat can't easily jump over it. This one is just perfect and was a huge help in getting settled in our new home with a crazy new cat arrangement! we love the little gate that closes magnetically too.ginjus

Looks beautiful but the latch screws to the lock were too small and plate popped out/ Can't lock the gate/ using ribbon to tie up the gate. I reached out to the vender but/no response/ Placed a call to Petco and now waiting to resolve this issue.DeepaRani

A solid door, looks better than I thought it would. One of the hinges was slightly bent which made the door slightly crooked and caused some instillation issues. The flap is magnetized on the bottom and only flaps back shut about 50% of the time.Eric in Waxhaw

Beautiful and spacious kennel, it looks perfect with our decor but most importantly it's roomy enough for our Doberman. Only comment I have is regarding the piece that holds the tray, it keeps falling off so the inside tray moves out. My husband has to rig it with Velcro so it stays. That should be fixed.Dee Saint

Broke while putting it together. The wood is very cheap and not sturdy at all. I followed the directions perfectly including how to place the walls and it still broke. Not at all worth it unless you want to end up with a heavy, broken piece of trash.Alexa

Very nice looking cage! It looks way better than just having a metal cage in my living room. It took me awhile to put it together by myself but the directions were easy to follow and overall was easy to put together! I will be ordering a smaller one for my little dogs in the near future!Hollikay
