Bought this for my 7 mo Queensland Heeler. Put a few training treats in each hole, covered it with the flap and then put the slide against the flap to make sure he had to do the two motions to get the treats. He had the first flap open in about 15 seconds. The flaps and slides have zero resistance so he didn't have to work to get them open.
