The Wubba is my husky/German shepherd’s favorite toy but he destroys them in about 2 days. We only get them as a special treat for him and have to throw it away after all of the stitching is ripped out and squeaker is punctured! Not very durable, but he loves it.Lydia Joy

I have a very powerful chewer who loves stuffed animals. I feel bad not giving them to her, because its her favorite thing, but I also know it is harmful to her physically if she swallows fluff, etc. I found this kong toy, with low expectations. Thinking it would only last a day or maybe two if we were lucky. I got this toy for her when she was only 9 weeks old….. She's 8 months old now and this bubba toy has minimal fraying!!! This is the second of these that I've purchased because my pup loves them. She goes nuts for the squeaker and tends to really like soft toys. The first one (the bunny) didn't last long (as in, holes in the first 10 minutes), but she had all sharp little puppy teeth then. Now that she's got mostly adult teeth, it seems to withstand longer; it's been a week since purchase #2 (the bear) and no holes at all. At least when the first one went, we were able to pull out the squeaky ball in the middle, and that's become her favorite ball to play with too, so it felt like a 2 for 1 purchase.Shleepy

Purchased this bear for $12.49. It said the size was XS but there were NO exact measurements so when I received it I was beyond surprised when I saw its about the size of my palm! It would actually be a safety issue to give to a dog as it could be swallowed by even a puppy. Just like you wouldn't give a baby a marble, this toy is inappropriate to give to a puppy or dog as it could be swallowed. Horrible product! Very disappointed!Joy

Milo the 3 legged poodle usually destroys toys very quickly (or I spend a gazillion on imported dinosaurs from USA). He has had a medium teddy for almost a year. It took him 6 months to remove one arm and shred the rope inside and since then he has been working on the squeaker. If he accidentally makes it squeak he leaves Teddy alone for a couple of days so it's been a labour of love. Finally he got the squeaker out on Friday night (yes there was fluff). Since then he has ignored the teddy and walks around the house with the squeaker silently held in his mouth. He positions it somewhere, stares at it for a while and then moves it somewhere better. I have given two of these to new puppy owners and it's very popular. Good value!Milo

I have 3 pups who all like to play with toys at different times, some play rougher than others, but usually over a short time someone has decided to chew an edge off where stuffing begins to fall out, etc. I have tried many brands but they seem to love this style and brand. I don't worry about a little chewing and nuzzling because the fabric has shown to be tough and with the rope knots inside instead of a lot of stuffing, the toys hold up much better. The price is reasonable and I won't feel disappointed if and when the toys have met their match and need replacement. Bottom line: I want to provide toys that my pups love and that last over many times of play instead of something that looks nice but won't last even through one play episode. I ordered these for my rescue pup for when we leave the house. They're great! She is very attached to me so giving her one of these kongs with peanut butter in her kennel right before we leave works perfectly! They material is very durable! Kong dog toys make great dog chews with added fun! Some dogs love to chew and will chew things just for something to do and having a kong toy on hand to occupy them is a good idea. You can add peanut butter inside the Kong and it will keep them busy trying to get the treat out of it. It provides hours of fun and the dogs don't ever get sick of playing with it and chewing on it. They are made of super durable rubber. They are pretty close to indestructible. They withstand hours and hours of rough play without falling apart and puppies sharp teeth are no match for Kong. I used to buy nylabones but my dogs seem to use the Kong a lot more. I know with my dogs they love anything new they get for a little while and then they kind of get sick of it and stop playing with it. The Kong has really kept My dogs intrest and I think it's because of the added treat inside. My border collie thinks that she was put on this earth to destroy any and everything in get path. She has destroyed many a door and window from her incessant chewing and most toys hold no interest with her but even she loves Kong toys. I don't know about the breath freshening but I can say that the kongs must clean there teeth because of the rubber dragging across the teeth so much as they chew and lick. Its a long lasting toy that will definitely provide lots of fun. They are available at most pet care supply stores. They are a bit expensive, but it's worth it for how long lasting they are. They are a much safer alternative to rawhides or bones. No worry about them choking or swallowing none splinters. Check the Kong for damages before use and it's pretty safe. I think most dogs will love it and it should clean the teeth if they chew on it. I would recommend it to dogs who are energetic or dogs who love to chew. It works great for my dog who looses interest very quickly in toys so if and when she wears hers out I will definitely go out and purchase another for her.lindsey4488

The Kong Bounzer is completely different than the original Kong that you fill with treats or the squeeze flavor stuff. It is shaped similarly, but they serve completely different purposes. The Bounzer comes in medium, large, and extra-large. My dog is about 15 lbs and the medium is about as big as he can handle. This is almost like a ball that's shaped like a giant Kong with a handle on top. It's hollow and made of a thick rubber. It has a teeny tiny hole on the bottom that allows air in and out when you squeeze it, like a squeaker toy, but doesn't make any sound other than air being pushed out. It bounces incredibly high with little control, so you have to be careful on the house, but my dog is absolutely obsessed. My dog destroys toys, like pulls stuffing out in minutes and loves to strip tennis balls of their felt covering, but he has not destroyed this toy. I gave the xl bounzer to my 19 month old English Staffy at 6.00pm so I could watch the News in peace. By 6.07 pm she had chewed the first hole and by 6.14 the hole was big enough for her to put her head in it. Her first bounzer lasted a couple of hours and I was hoping to get a better value out of this one. If it was possible to give this item zero stars I would. We got this for our dog when he was a puppy because he is a chewer. He still likes to chew on toys and he is 2 year old rottie. We also have a boxer-rottie who likes to fight with the other dog over this toy. It is durable for big dogs and can really tug at it without breaking it. I believe there is also a black kong which is more durable. This is also good to put treats and peanut butter in to distract the dogs for awhile. Overall great product! I cannot rave about this brush ENOUGH! I have a Pug, so as any pug owner can tell you, THEY SHED, and they shed like a big dog would. This brush is incredible for any short haired doggy. When you use it, brush in a circular motion and you can just watch all the loose hairs come up. I was shocked the first time I used this because the amount of hair that it picks up and takes off is nuts. I had been using a regular brush at first for short haired dogs, now I combine the two. I start off with this to loosen the hair, and follow with the regular brush to pick up anything that comes off. This is a miracle brush. OK, I have been humbled. I see you did post my review I wrote last week, where I gave this item only two stars. Well, my dog kept bringing it to me, so I did put in some snacks. They did have to be bigger, so they wouldn't fall out of the big hole all at once. My dog had so much fun with the holder and we use this every morning at 10:30, which is her "treat" time. If you have a small breed, this is the Kong to get. It is a little softer than the regular Kong, so it makes it easier for a small breed to get to the yummies. We have a 12 lb. chihuahua mix and she would give up with the red Kong but this one keeps her occupied – frozen apple with some peanut butter or frozen green beans with a little peanut butter – a "pupsicle" that keeps her occupied doing a natural dog behavior.Walktadawg

You needed a bigger size. Generally, I would recommend sizing up once or twice anyway. The smaller ones are too small and not as thick of material therefore easier for any size dog to tear up. Additionally, if the toy isn’t full of snacks, take it away. Don’t let them chew on the toy itself just as a chew toy. That is another reason why the toy may get damaged. If the dog is focused on getting the snack out, they’ll be much less focused on destructive behaviors and tearing things apart. If you have a puppy, remember they teethe and it HURTS. They self sooth by chewing. Give them things it’s okay to chew on/destroy like Nyla bones (which seriously last forever even in strong determined breeds). Last thing to mention, is that if you really want to go with indestructible, prefer something that’ll keep them busy for a lot longer periods of time, then get the weighted feeder kong balls. I put some dog food into ours along with some soft small very strong smelling treats and my dogs work on this for HOURS. It’s how they get their meals or at least part of their meal each day. You can fed the whole meal this way if you want. They come in different sizes but the biggest size has worked perfectly for all of my dogs (weights range from 35 to 150lbs). They knock it over and the snack or treat falls out of a little hole. Then they keep working on it little by little, it’s really a great option for keeping them distracted! Just be sure to take it away when they’re not using it anymore so they don’t learn to guard it. This is true with any toy, treat, bone, or food. Offer a few times a day then take away when they’re no longer interested. Free feeding is one of the worst habits to start and makes it difficult for owners to tell quickly when something is off with their pet. I learned this the hard way! (Google this if you don’t believe me) I would still consider these Kong balls to be indestructible IF you use them properly. I have huge, strong dogs, a sharp toothed and very busy heeler and both have had theirs for 4 years without incident and not even a puncture mark into either one. I filled with “mini” milk bones and broken in half “small” milk bones but just read another reviewer said they freeze theirs with pnut butter and treats inside. Amazing! Amazing at entertainment for my dog. Love how we can stick big treats in there and keep him busy whenever we have to leave the house. I think it's a must for training your dog. Be sure to replace it whenever there is damage. As I know a friend's dog had a piece of Kong stuck in his intestine and had to get surgery to remove it. So best to keep the toy until you notice any wear or tear. I like how it has multiple sizes and has really good durability.. this is a really good investment for your dog! We have found many creative ways to entertain our husky/German shep/malamute mutt who has high energy and high affinity to treats. 10/10 would recommend. There's also some Kong specific treats you can find meant to fit into the toy to make it very difficult for the dog to remove it. We like that there is a lot of creative ways to use it. We had two on rotation for when our puppy was teething and needed a lot of attention. Frozen treats allowed for the pup to work on the kong. We use it at home mainly but we do bring it over to our friends house when our dog is staying the night because we are out of town. It's just another tool they can use if they find he needs to calm down and focus instead of rambunctious and playing.terri.n

This is the old classic rubber Kong dog toy. I have the regular size and the small size for my boxer and for my Boston terrier. Its shape causes it to bounce in random directions. My dog absolutely loves this toy. I've put everything in that thing. I have broken up some single ingredient treats and stuffed them in Kong. We refer to my dogs as having ADHD, or a very SHORT attention span, but not with this toy they absolutely love it!! . I put treats as well as peanut butter bananas or yogurt then put them in the freezer. The freezing slows down their ability to clean out the inside quickly so the game lasts a little longer. The rubber is hard enough so they cannot chew through it yet soft on their teeth and gums. The hole is large enough to easily fill the inside as well as wash out the inside after use. Definitely buy multiples so that there are some in the freezer ready to go on those hot days or on those days that you just need a little time to get something done while your dog is occupied. All in all I completely recommend these toys for all dogs of any shape and size.Ysabel

It’s super tiny by my 3 month old, 3 pound bichpoo puppy LOVES it! The one issue I have with it is that my puppy was able to get one of the patches off within a few uses. My dog loves this toy at the beach as we can throw it so far into the ocean using the rope. He also has the best time playing tug with it although the rope has started to fray after one use (assuming it's not designed for tug so still a five star product in my opinion) He actually played with it when one of his friends at the beach brought it and he's been obsessed ever since so we had to get him his own! I bought this a day ago. Loaded it with treats and watched my little pup walk it through the living room. Watched little trails of red plastic litter the floor within the first five minutes. My dogs LOVE this more than any kong toy. They just need to update it to be a sturdy material like the other kong items. It lasted 2-3 months but eventually the dogs tore it to shreds. Literally shreds. I would still re buy it though due to how many hours use we got out of it. But I would rather spend a little more for a better version of this that is just not as prone to being torn up (as other reviewers mentioned and posted pics of, this is eventually what happened to ours, too). I filled with some dog food mixed with some soft training sized treats to really get their attention. Wouldn’t put peanut butter or anything like that in this. Would use it more as a feeder toy with dry or soft treats or food. Not wet though as the hole would be too small for the dogs to be able to get anything like that out. The weighted feeder ball is a great, indestructible similar option to this if you’re needing something to keep them busy for a longer period, it doesn’t break or get torn up, and can be used to feed a full meal as capacity is much bigger. With almost every king toy I always buy up 2 sizes. There’s a lot of reasons but especially due to the smaller ones being easily torn apart. My dogs just prefer the bigger ones anyway. PLEASE NOTE: it’s important to always remove any toys, feeders, bones, or bowls of food if the pup isn’t currently eating, or playing with the item. They’ll learn bad behavior like grazing, guarding, etc. and it can make it very hard for owners to notice when pets are unwell. (Google for more info). Water is the only thing they should have 24/7 access to without restriction. Hope this helps!Momzymo

This arrived on Friday and by Friday night after my 7 month old Jack Russell Puppy had used it one with kibble in it, it was unsafe. She started to chew little pieces off it and we have had to take it off her. I thought that being a Kong product it would be durable but it wasn't. She did not have it as a toy. it was just used for her kibble to keep her busy while we were eating.JUDY

Let’s just say he loves his balls! Anything round he will chase, doesn’t matter how big or small. But the best ones are the ones that can fit in his mouth, and these are perfect for him. None of the rubber balls ever break apart or are ripped by him despite him playing with it everyday. I’d say he is not a heavy/strong chewer, more on the light/weak side, which makes them last a long time. Why a 4 Star if you say he loves it so much?? That is because the squeakers in them are weak or perhaps I just got a defective one. Apparently, All the squeaks in the balls were working. Then once I gave to him one of the balls, 5min later the squeaker broke inside. Really quick delivery and looks great, a lot smaller than I imagined I bought a medium/large and it was just a bit bigger than my hand but it was too small to play with my dog with it she kept accidentally biting my fingers! She loved carrying it round and was her favourite toy for little bit, however she promptly chewed it to pieces within 4hours which I was very disappointed with as it was more expensive than other toys and needed something she wouldnt destroy. I was a little weary ordering this bc some of the reviews said their dog chewed though it easy, but unless their dogs are like part shark and robot—-bc my dog is a big time on purpose destroyer of all toys and big time chewer, she destroyed all her stuff within 24 hours. Next day I went and bought this and she cant even put a dent in it, this toy is pretty tough! Im very pleased with its durability! I bought this toy a few years ago in store at Petco for my 50lb hound/pit mix, she's 5 now, and this has been her favorite toy by a long shot. I actually came on here to look at buying her a second one because she loses it on occasion, usually under furniture or down along the side of my bed, but once I find it for her, she's absolutely ecstatic and will run around in circles barking with joy to have it back. I don't even have to put anything in it, she just loves it as is, though I will on occasion put the kong sweet potato stuff'n in it if she's bored enough. I bought this for my dog for Christmas and it's the best toy he's ever had. He goes through toys like crazy, they always break and rip and are a danger to him because of small pieces. This toy is super strong and safe for him. I have a pure breed German Shepard fully grown. I take it with us everywhere we go. He never leaves without it. It funs for me and him to play with and it's now starting to tear in the middle but barely. Super strong. Best toy ever for him, I highly recommend this product for extra large and super strong dogs. To say my dog is an "extreme chewer" is a understatement. Fortunately for us he has been focused on his toys/chew toys. He has SUPER STRONG jaws for a lab. I can literally spin him in circles in the air with his jaws locked on a toy. I havent been able to find a toy he doesnt destroy in 5min-1day. He goes through a 8 point buck antler in a month. This chew stick was an absolute lifesaver when my puppy Rozko began going through a really bad chewing phase and started tearing up everything in sight. Two Austrailian Cattle dogs, alpha has the whole toy, sidekick uses a broken one. They go out after every meal and practice backbitting. With toy in mouth, dog fangs are covered. Sidekick pokes alpha and she spins beating her sides with the toy. Great fun for backbitting dogs.Peggie Who

Our labradoodle LOVED the toy, but it quickly became apparent that this could only be used with active play, and he couldn't be left to "snuggle" with it, as it would not hold up to his chewing. Despite limiting his contact with it, this toy lasted a day, and he ate one of the nylon pieces that are doubled-over and sewn onto the ends. I bought this tugging/chewing toy for our new English Springer spaniel puppy two months ago. It’s become one of our favorite toys to play together. Jackie loves the center portion to chew, and I really like it when we’re playing a soft game of tug-a-war. It’s one of the few toys where I don’t get a slight nip from her teeth as we’re tugging because I can hold onto one end of the multiple ends. I purchased this specific toy a few weeks ago and it is already one of our 9 month old puppy's favorite. She loves exercising her teeth as well as fetching the toy. I have a boxer mix that eats everything other Kong toys included, but this one he has chewed and chewed and chewed and it is still in great shape after a week. I know a week is not long life for a dog toy like this but you see, he ate the other one in less than 30 minutes. an it was a kong circle ball. We gave it to our 10 year old cavoodle, she is not a chewer. The material is too soft for a dog that chews. But overall great product we put food in it and freeze it for our dog and we wash the quest bone in the dishwasher. Is not big enough for a full meal even in the large size but still overall great. Have one and could not find another anywhere — in store or on line Pet Stores. So glad eBay ad them. Put cheese in it and keeps our schnauzer busy for 15-20 minutes — enough time for us to eat lunch or supper. BE SURE TO CLEAN WELL — you. don't want any cheese left in —- almost never happens but clean after each use with soap and water, rinse well. You don't want your fur baby getting sick. I bought the small size for my groodle because last time I bought a large kong product it was hugeee, this one is quite the opposite. It is TINY!! I'd image the only breed of dogs the small would suit is very small-small breeds, like cavaliers, toy breeds, terriers, chihuahuas, etc. I wish I had this advice for myself. I could not find any in a physical store so took a punt here and definitely wish I'd bought the large. If you have a medium to large breed dog i.e. anything aussie shepherd and bigger, go for the large with these even if you only want it as a small snack size treat dispenser toy.Rue

My dogs DESTROY toys. It doesnt really matter what kind of toy or how "indestructible" it's supposed to be, within minutes I'm picking pieces up off the floor. This frisbee however, is a God sent! My 4 large dogs (pitbull, pitbull-boxer, boxer-rottweiler, and husky) can all grab a hold and tug each other around for hours! We started with the original frisbee, and while the dogs loved it, eventually the whole middle came out, however they still thoroughly enjoy their long "ring" lol. When we repurchased we decided to go for the extra strength version, and so far (over a year later…) it's still in one piece going strong! I highly recommend this toys to any dog owner, especially if your dog like to sit and tear at toys!jessica.l

However, if i dont take it off him and keep him chasing it when he returns it to me, itll get chewed very quickly. Its very thin albeit kong material. Keep it moving and youll be fine. Not sure whats extreme about it but my staffy x loves it.Greg
