It's a so-so PURCHASE for the price compared to the high-cost brands. The metal frame is light-weight and the canvas is medium-weight. The material sags slightly and my dogs are not flat when they lay on it. I purchased an extra large for a small/15 lbs and medium/40 lbs dog to share because they refuse separate anything and for space considerations. You'll need a large floor space, so you don't trip over frame corners in walk area. My dogs will not lay on it for extended time; they prefer the floor or their cheap dog pillows. I tried adding a soft, fluffy, over-sized blanket, but it didn't improve their use of the bed. The manufacturing quality of the bed is great! All parts were in perfect condition. That's a rare thing anymore, so I'd give them 5 stars on manufacturing. ASSEMBLY was a big pain. It took a lot of strategy to get the screws to drive in straight. DELIVERY was about 2 weeks using standard. The openings of the box were in bad shape upon delivery. Fortunately, the tape kept it from losing contents. Poor “Duncan” was adopted from a rescue almost two years ago, then relinquished when the adopters got a job offer in a different state, and they decided they didn’t want to include him in their new life. The rescue, which specializes in Duncan’s much-maligned breed, contacted me to see if I could give this sweet old Doggo a home for his twilight days. At his age and considering his breed, if I didn’t adopt him he was doomed to be a “sanctuary” doggo, spending his remaining life in a cage, all alone. I decided I had to give him a chance. When I brought him home it was clear he’d been neglected: he didn’t know how to play with toys, he avoided me and even tentatively nipped my hand in fear. I gave him time to decompress, and within a week he was like a pupper again, showing spirit and affection. He even started asking for belly rubs! Because this is a very social breed, I wanted to give Duncan access to the daybed so he can easily climb up to snuggle and snooze with me. I considered building a ramp, but wanted only the best for this Doggo. After researching online, I decided DoggoRamps was definitely the way to go! After reading how this ramp was built specifically for smaller Doggos, seeing the gradual incline and the grippy surface, I knew it would work well for my sweet boy. Considering his age and breed, I know he won’t be with me for long, but while he’s here he will enjoy the best. Duncan is used to ramps and loves to explore new things. I have a paraplegic cat who climbs (and jumps out of) everything in the house, I already intended to find some kind of ramp to try and preserve my sheets from those sharp claws, but then once we changed our boxed bed to a wood one, he became unable to climb on the bed by his own, which was SO TRAGIC. Then we found the doggoramps and it was immediately my favorite option, we researched some more for good measure and came back to this one and purchased it. It arrived on time and it was *everything* we expected. It is very well made, with quality sturdy HEAVY wood, very stable even without the stability anchor. Beautifully finished, the white one complimented our white bed in a way that is just such a nice bonus ('cause we wouldn't have prevented Onyx from climbing on the bed even if it was ugly). And you no what, I have a sample size of 2 (my paraplegic cat and my able-bodied one) but we didn't even need to train them! Just put them on the ramp one time to show them, helped Onyx up one time 'cause he was a bit insecure and BAM, Onyx now only ever goes up *and* down from the bed using the ramp and even Luci, our able bodied cat uses the ramp more often than not. I want to let everyone know how awesome your service is. I received the initial order of 2 small dog ramps extremely fast. The one ramp I opened had been damaged due to shipping. I took pictures of the damaged ramp with my iPhone & sent an email to DoggoRamps with pictures attached. I called & they sent me a reply email telling me what my options were regarding the damaged ramp. I was so impressed how easy it was getting the ramp returned and getting a new replacement. It all happened so fast & extremely efficient! The customer service was outstanding!! I have a very high bed & have not been able to find a ramp high enough for my bed. I have a 2yo Maltipoo who’s 14lbs & I have a very bad back & needed a ramp for him to be able to get on & off the bed. I was so impressed with the education that was emailed to me after purchasing the ramps, on how to teach my Maltipoo how to use the ramp. We received our rug just in time for three straight days of downpours. The muddy paws rug kept our puppies’ paws clean and dry after they ran through the water, black soil, and sand. The product is fine. It's the service on this purchase that deserves only one star. I ordered two large rugs in the mud color. I only received one rug in mud color. I had to contact customer support myself to find out what happened and where the other mud colored rug I ordered was. I was informed that the mud color was sold out. So, either someone sold the other mud rug that was supposed to be mine, or I was sold the two mud colored rugs when only one mud colored rug was available. I had to settle for a large blue rug instead. Good customer service would have been to have notified me that I would only be receiving one mud colored rug because that color was sold out, and then asking me if I wanted a refund or to choose another color.
Makes a great mat, my puppies love to lay on it after bath time but I find it very bulky. To try to dry the puppies with it is very difficult. A much larger dog might find it works better, especially if the dog likes his bath and holds still. the mat is very thick like the looped bath mats you buy for the bathroom floor and about the same size.Mel

After I took the cot out of the box, I set it up inside in front of some large windows where I know my dog likes to sun himself. He was not sure what to make of it but I invited him up on it and the rest is history. He know uses it daily. It's plenty big to stretch out on and he acts like he is the king from high on his "perch". I am looking forward to using this outside when it warms up because the elevated bed should keep my dog cooler (with the air flow under it) but meanwhile it is making a nice spot inside the house. I bought this last summer for my senior dog, thinking it would be easier on his joints and also keep him cooler when he was resting on the back porch. It took some muscle, but I was able to put it together as directed without any tools. He didn't use it a lot, but I was pleased to see him on it occasionally, when it was particularly hot or cold outside. But yesterday the plastic piece that connects the side edge to the middle support leg sheared off. So after about 9 months of very light use, it is broken and unfixable. I really was excited to try my Lucky Dog Elevated Pet Bed Cot when it arrived. I wanted to see how the dogs would like it. They have always used more traditional type beds and this was a totally new experience. First of all, it needed to be assembled. When it arrives you see all kinds of tubes that need to be connected to set up the bed. The directions say it should take about 20 minutes to assemble for 1 person. We did not find that to be true and the instructions are not as clear as I believe they could be. It took my husband and myself well over an hour to get this bed right. Lining up the pieces and getting the connecters in tight was much more work than we anticipated. As far as how my dogs like it, one is still afraid of it after having it over a week and the other likes it pretty well. So the reaction to it was a bit mixed. To be fair, the dog who is afraid of it has a tendency to be a bit wimpy about things in general. The dog who likes it really doesn't sleep on it much, she just likes sitting on it to look out the window. The material is canvas like and I am not sure she finds it that comfortable to lay on, plus the middle kind of sinks down a bit and is not supportive. I tried putting on a blanket on it and she does seem to like that better. She will lay on it from time to time. Overall, I wouldn't neccesarily recommend this bed. It is just okay in my opinion.

My cocker uses this as a play mat in the living room. Since he is not allowed on the sofa or carpet, this pad is for him to sit/lay comfortably while he hangs out with the family. It's padded enough to keep him comfortable and happy on the hard ceramic floors of our house. I've noticed that it's not padded enough for him to sleep comfortably through the night. After 3 or 4 hours, he'll go to his plush bed to get real sleep. My dog loved the mat as soon at it arrive. He knew it was his right when I was taking it out of the box. The mat arrived quickly and packaged well. No damage and in perfect condition. Once I took it out of the plastic and set it on the floor, it was ready to go. As a play mat, it can't be better. it's stain and odor resistant. My dog has oily skin that tends to be on the smellier side and I don't really see it affecting the mat much. The mat is black so I can't see the oily shadow that would usually appear on other dog beds I buy for my dog. The bottom is slip resistant. My cocker sheds and I like that the hairs don't stick to it. I can easily vacuum the mat with the crevice tool on my vacuum. I've had it a month and other than the rawhide/saliva marks that are left on it after a couple long chewing sessions, the bed still looks new. I just take some water, a toothbruch, and baby wipes to the rawhide/saliva marks and after some light brushing and wiping, it's clean again. I want to get a smaller one for my car. Excellent product. Bought this to go with the crate. Winced at first when I saw the price but in the end well worth it. Comfortable and has a raised ridge to contain spills should you have one. Easy to clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Have not put it In Washing machine. Likely will one day if the need arises as it seems sturdy enough to survive the tumbling etc. Looks great in the crate and my dog loves to spend nap time in there as well as quiet time when we are out of house.Ron P

We've had this bed for about 9 months now and our pup is obsessed! She has a bed (not Yeti) in each room of the house, but it never fails … she always chooses her Yeti dog bed. In the last couple months we've switched her from sleeping in a crate at night to her Yeti bed, and we've noticed that in the mornings, she never wants to get out of bed, whereas with the crate she'd be up and waiting for us in the mornings. We're not outdoorsy people, so I cannot talk about how it holds up in that sense, but it's taken a couple potty accidents like a champ. Super easy to remove the cover and wash too. Let’s get right to the big question: I was nervous about spending this much money for a dog bed and I am sure many others are as well. It’s totally worth it! The bed looks and performs like all of Yeti’s products. It has attractive, sleek lines and is 100% functional for your best friend. The material is durable and stands up to claws and teeth yet comfortable and padded for your puppy to enjoy rest time or a good nights sleep. The cover comes off easily with several sets of zippers and can be washed in the wash machine. I’ve already done this once and it is a quick disassemble and reassemble after washing. The mattress that sits inside the “home base” super structure can be removed and taken with you for camping or travel. Bottom line, super happy with my purchase and would recommend this product to others as well as purchase one again.
I bought this a few weeks ago. My dog is medium-large (40lbs) and can (kinda) stretch out. I do think the price is high but the quality seems pretty good so far (still wouldn’t say the price is justifiable). You are definitely paying for the brand not the product. The bed is well made, washable and durable. But it stays "inflated" to the point that my dog is afraid to step on it. The inner filling creates an air pocket and the solution to making the air pocket deflate is to leave the zipper open and push out the air. But as soon as I zip it back up, the air pocket is there again. Not sure the answer but my big dog doesn't like the instability or wobble created by displacing the air pocket. Our puppy loves her waterproof round dog bed! At first, I was worried because she dug at it repeatedly. I thought she was going to ruin it quickly. Nope! It's find and she eventually stopped the digging. You can see some of her nail marks but maybe those will disappear when washed. If they don't, it's fine—I was just thrilled there was no hole from her! She naps on it daily on our breezeway and I don't need to worry about it getting moldy when it gets rained on. I am extremely disappointed in this product. We left our puppy in the kitchen for around 15 minutes and when we came to check on her, the bed was in a million pieces. It is not the least bit durable. You might tear it by looking at it. I spent $20 each on these and that is $40 I will never see again. Additionally, I think the stuffing in the bed is part of the reason that even my older dog started tearing into the bed to get at the green stuffing that is made from recycled plastic bottles. Horrible product. A refund would be the only way I would be happy in this situation!Jaclyn
