I have bought five bottles of this so far because I like the product that much. It’s easy to attach to your garden hose and you’re able to treat a large area with one container. I like to use this heavily right on the woods line of my yard and then cover the grass. The ticks are horrible right now in NH and I feel this product really helps control them. The scent is also not overbearing and I actually enjoy it. It smells very natural and dissipates rather quickly. I’ve treated my lawn twice so far this year only because it ended up raining the following day after treatment. Overall, I really like this brand. Really strong. I used a little spot-check in the worst places because of the odor. Peppermint oil is also supposed to be good for rats which we also have this year after 12 years. I used Dr Brimmer's for that & liked it quite a bit. This stuff is really strong so be careful. I had also previously used some ENFORCER powder but that didn't seem to knock them out enough. You can keep spraying this, seems like there's more left over but like I said, it's very strong, be careful. Unfortunately, fleas & rats are abundant this year.Adrienne

For such a low priced natural spray I honestly was not expecting much. My 15 week indoor cat just recently got fleas unexpectedly. I have hardwood floors and was concerned about what products to use to help completely stop the fleas. This spray almost immediately kills the fleas on impact. The only concern I have about using this product is actually using it on your pet. It was difficult to properly put this product on my cat as he was not fond of the smell or feeling at all. This is a amazing product! It is a Nuisance for one cat, the second cat and one adult is highly allergic to fleas. I take each cat into the shower, and will begin by spraying my hands, and rubbing this onto their feet first, then I will apply to the stomach, the body, then around the chest and neck. Then, I will apply it to the top of their head, and the back of the ears. Once the product is coated, I then rub the product throughout the coat, down to the skin. This is how I start out with my first day each season. Waiting till the following day, I will begin spraying the product directly onto the feet, belly, back, and tail. Next, I will apply to my hands for their chest, neck, and the top of the head. It is very important not to spray the product directly into face, eyes, chest, or to have them breathe it in directly. Beat stuff ever! We have three cats and after one went outside she got fleas and they quickly spread to her sisters. We tried chemical shampoo, but that made one of our cats foam at the mouth. Next we tried dawn, but getting three cats into the tub for a rinse left us with lots of scratches and scared cats. After doing a lot of research we came upon this and let me tell you it did the trick. Because two of the three cats sleep on my daughters bed we had to treat her bed as well as the cats. .So I bought this spray along with the natural care flea and tick shampoo. my poor pups had their first experience with fleas, i didnt know why they were scratching so much (it was also my first experience for fleas) but once i looked through one of my pups fur, i immediately saw three fleas. i went straight to walmart, got my products and treated my pups. i prepared a warm bath, dunked them both into the water, lathered them up really good, let it sit for 6 minutes and i rinsed them. in the bath water, i saw the fleas and i also saw a couple ticks that i didnt know they had lol. I used this product this last season for my dog and he never got flees. I feel so much better using natural stuff than chemicals on him. It was very affordable. I am not someone who takes my dogs health lightly. I try to use natural products as much as possible. We had a tick outbreak and everything I tried did not work. I bought these drops for all the dogs. Put it on. Took about 3 days to completely soak into the coat but ticks have been unable to attach which is great. I have used the Tick Key for years and it is the easiest way to remove ticks. It gets the entire tick off in one easy step. I originally got one to use on my dog, but he doesn't get ticks because of the repellent he's on. I however, get them all the time. This is my second Tick Key. Bought one about 14 months ago as an impulse buy while at the Cabelas near Eugene. Since then, I've pulled hundreds of ticks off my dogs with it and even a couple off my kids. Gets the head on larger species (wood or dog ticks) almost 100% of the time. Gets the heads on the smaller species that burrow a bit deeper (e.g. black-legged ticks) about 95% of the time. I have used the collars on my 4 cats after using your all in one flea remedy, I am constantly washing or treating bedding and carpets, have put out flea traps and diatomaceous earth, and have sprayed outside with nematodes that eat fleas…..I have also closed off the outside cat enclosure until the fleas are gone…..even though the traps are now catching very few fleas, the cats are still infested and are miserable. I comb them constantly for fleas, so I still see adults and new fleas, so I can see that the all in one flea remedy is not working…..things seem worse on the cats than before I started. I have just resorted to ordering Seresto collars which I did not want to do, because of toxicity, but I don't have a choice at this stage. I will have to feed them zeolite to help with toxins until the fleas are gone and then I will remove the collars for winter. Can I return the products for a refund? So, this stuff is basically diatomaceous earth in a fancier bottle and with some rosemary and lemon scent, priced WAY above what some plain DE would cost you at the hardware store. (You can get a 5lb bag for the cost of one canister of this). However, I purchased it knowing that, but because I needed to buy something else to get free shipping and I needed DE anyway. The point is, it WORKS. And, the canister this stuff comes in, coupled with the pleasant smell, does make it much easier to use than say the 5lb bag of DE at the hardware store would be. I purchased this along with Herbal Defense Spray and Herbal Defense Shampoo & Conditioner from All Natural Pet, and I've been very happy with the results. About three months or so ago, I was dealing with a mild flea problem that just would not away. It wasn't a severe problem, yet, but I obviously needed to nip it in the bud before it became one. It was to the point where I would find a flea or two on the dog every time I checked. I tried the nasty chemical spot-ons, and not only did they NOT work at ALL, they made our poor Jack Russell Terrier so sick I actually had to rush her to the emergency vet one night because she wouldn't stop throwing up! We tried to use this tool to remove a tick from our dog and it was pointless. Either side did not provide enough squeeze pressure to grip and twist and remove the tick. Wasted $5. We just rescued a dog only to come home and find out the poor thing was covered in ticks. Being a Southern California native, I had never seen one in my life let alone know how to get rid of them. I needed to use this product for some time to appreciate its abilities. My dog likes to spend time outside rolling around and doing dog things. This leads to her coming into the house, tracking dirt and the pesky fleas. We've done well to mitigate it in the past, but PetArmor helped in the process. In the past, I have given my dog oral medication to prevent flea and ticks. It worked well but I was never comfortable with the fact that he had to ingest the medicine. I decided we’d use a topical solution for this summer and this is working great so far. The application was easy and the the applicator worked well. I’ve had to apply a different brand on foster puppies in the past and sometimes, the liquid would just all flow right out during the first contact, leaving no medicine for the rest of the dog’s back. It wasn’t the case with PetArmor. I had good control to dispense the product with their applicator. My dog had no discomfort whatsoever on the application sites. Finally something that works consistently. After trying probably 10-15 brands of flea and tick stuff for my Dogs this is the company I come back to. Ive tried expensive stuff, Ive tried dirt cheap stuff. This works and works FAST. I actually have to put my dogs out if they have fleas on them at all. Within 30 minutes they are jumping off to get away and die. Weve had issues with super fleas here in northeast USA where the only thing Ive found to work is old fashion dawn dish soap and salt.Ive literally spread salt on all my floors so it looks like snow and left it sit over night then vacuum it up and then mop with dawn dish soap, everyday for over a week straight. We got our dogs last spring. So in order to protect them from fleas and ticks in the summer we bought some essential oils (recipe from the Internet) and sprayed the solution every day over our two dogs. It didn’t work well. Oh man, I guess I was assuming the Flea Flicker Tick Kicker’s smell would also be slight ( like the Protect Neem shampoo) sprayed him down in our master bathroom. Huge mistake. It really smells like an old lady perfume and filled the room with the same determination! Don’t make the same mistake, spray it outside in open air! It cleared the room of fleas, ticks, and people alike. Thankfully, the smell didn’t linger too long on his coat like it did in our room. That said, we do travel/hike a lot and he goes in the cars and RV so it’s important that he has good tick/flea repellent. I received this product for free to try and write a review. To start, the smell of this is really strong in smaller spaces. I personally made the mistake of using it on my dog in the bath tub after a quick dry off from his normal bath. I ended up getting the spray hitting the back of the tub and coming towards my face. I did get a bit on my tongue, which I had some discomfort for about an hour – but thankfully none of the ingredients are toxic to humans for the amount that got in my mouth. Aside from the mishap – which I completely take responsibility for because in hindsight that was a bit dumb, it seems great. My dog has sensitive skin, and it doesn't seem to be reacting to him. He seems quite content with it. From his normal walks, no fleas or ticks – but we're still in the early days of spring and the weather isn't quite warm enough to determine if this will hold up all summer long. I've used this product for almost 3 weeks. And she's got more fleas now than she did to begin with. I gave her a bath and there were what looked like hundreds of fleas in the water. While she was in the water I picked quite a few off of her by hand. Two or three times a week, I get her down and pick them off. It says this product repels, but it really seems like it attracts them! She scratches all the time! And has running sores. I sure hope this stuff is guaranteed!!! Do not give to small dogs especially non spayed females In 2020 gave our 2 small dogs flea away within a month the smallest dog developed swelling and lumps in her mamory gland which quickly developed into cancerous tumor she died within 2mos. The other dog developed the same swelling but it progressed very slowly she now has the same type of growth on her we don't know how long she will live. It can't just be a coincidence.Gayle Erickson

These did not help my dogs when it came to ticks. My dogs live on our farm, so we have no fleas. They were already on a monthly prescription heartworm medication, and have always tested negative. To be fair, I cannot say whether or not this product was helpful for mosquitoes. I cannot say I do, or do not, recommend due to my experience.Deborah

I used this product this last season for my dog and he never got flees. I feel so much better using natural stuff than chemicals on him. It was very affordable. It has a very strong scent at first but the scent does lighten up after a day or two. I would recommend this to anyone with dogs.katrina .s

I am not someone who takes my dogs health lightly. I try to use natural products as much as possible. We had a tick outbreak and everything I tried did not work. I bought these drops for all the dogs. Put it on. Took about 3 days to completely soak into the coat but ticks have been unable to attach which is great. Over the last few days there have been less and less. These drops along with Diatomaceous Earth spread around the corners of the house and all the beds is doing the trick. I bought this product earlier this week. I read the instructions and made sure that my dog met the weight requirements for the product. It worked the first day. She stopped itching and biting. The smell was pungent but it was doable. I liked the fact that it was natural. The next day after application, my dog is back to itching and biting. It only provided temporary relief.Yae713

Got this product and used it the last 3 years with opossums bedding under the shed and causing flea outbreaks. The product worked for the first 2 years while having to do 2-3 applications but this year they seem to not be phased by this product. I guess it depends on your area if they are chemically resistant to certain pesticides like this and how many times you’ve used it before?Billy R

I have had a war with fleas every year starting early spring. Blackflag is on the front lines of that war. My basement is where they amass the worst and I've used foggers, diatomaceous earth and other sprays. Nothing works as fast or as effectively as blackflag products. My basement is about 1200sq feet and this bottle lasts me the full flea season.naamrew
