The manufacturer sells the product in 1 gram (small dog), 2 gram (medium dog), and 4 gram (large dog) sizes. Each package contains 3 packets to be given over 3 days. In order to get the correct amount for your dog's weight, you may need to order more than one package. According to the manufacturers instructions, you need to administer one gram of product (daily) for every ten pounds of animal weight. So, up to: 10 lbs = 1 gram; 20 lbs = 2 grams; 30 lbs = 3 grams; 40 lbs = 4 grams; 50 lbs = 5 grams; 60 lbs = 6 grams, etc. So, if your dog weighs 11 to 20 lbs, you need to order a 2 gram (medium dog) size and give him 1 packet per day for 3 days. But if your dog weighs 21-30 lbs, you need to order a 1 gram (small dog) AND a 2 gram (medium dog) package, and give your dog a packet from each size for 3 days. A puppy was pretty much dropped in my lap several days ago, her belly was SO bloated as she hadn't had any vet care prior. Will use this again if worming can't wait for the vet. Due to her weight we did have to weigh out the medicine (half a gram ='s 1/4 teaspoon), and you must have an accurate weight on the dog and an accurate measuring device for it to be as effective as it can be without giving too much. during the late fall to the end of winter I give these to my dogs to prevent worms. Then early spring I switch over to Heartguard. You get three packs. I use two packs per dog per month. Each pack 40 pounds. Total 80 pound dog. Sprinkle in with a quarter cup of warm broth, stir well. pour over their dry food and blend in. They won't notice and eat their food. Sneaky but, it works. My 7 week old tri color bully has vomited in his third day at our house, I googled and saw it said it’s normal for pups to do this sometimes, no worries. Two days later early morning(6:50am EST) he vomited then about 10 minutes later he pooped out about 8 long worms, found they were Roundworms. I immediately went to Meijer and grabbed two boxes of this 7 Way De-Wormer for Small Dogs and gave him a tablet which he happily chomped down. He passed loads of dead worms in each stool that day(like twice). The next morning his belly wasn’t bloated anymore but he wouldn’t eat much but drank water. It says not to use til 12 weeks on the box, however if your pup is over 6 lbs then I think its okay to use. My little girl is a pit and catahoula mix and shes only about 7-8 weeks old and she handled the dewormer very well. She passed a HUGE tapeworm 🤢 we decided to deworm her due to tape worm segments being passed every so often which is absolutely gross. It took a little over 24 hours for her to pass everything. These worked right away for my 12 pound 1 year old dog. It took overnight to see the results. I snuck it into a chewy treat before bedtime and he didn’t notice it at all since they are super small. After receiving only 1 of the 2 pills (give second pill 2-3 months later for lasting results), he didn’t have anymore worms coming out of his poop and randomly out of his butt. He was constipated for about two weeks to a month and I don’t know if it had anything to do with the worms or the pill but he’s never had that issue before. I'm not a "worm" expert, but I needed to know what kind of creature we were fighting. Google showed me matching pictures. Will use this again if worming can't wait for the vet. Due to her weight we did have to weigh out the medicine (half a gram ='s 1/4 teaspoon), and you must have an accurate weight on the dog and an accurate measuring device for it to be as effective as it can be without giving too much. I bought this supplement a year ago because my cavalier king charles spaniel had recently experienced two bad episodes with ivdd and she’s only 4 years old. I was reluctant to get this when it sys fits all pill sizes and it comes in a 4 OZ container. It is an entirely new concept on hiding pills., Instead of a preformed pocket to put the pill in you create it. I opened the container and what I found was one big round ball much like play-dough. What a simple idea. My large dog takes 4 pills every morning and we may be able to mask the first few but after that it is a struggle with the old single pill pockets. With this I was able to take two at a time (I probably could do all 4 but if he spits it out it would be very messy) roll enough dough around it that he was more than happy to eat it. The dough is a little bit thicker than peanut butter so it is pliable and will hide the pills well.zukus

We took our cat to the vet after he woke me up in the early morning howling in pain trying to urinate in the litter box. We discovered he had a UTI and his bladder was very inflamed and full of struvite stones. After a round of antibiotics and other meds to relax his urethra and dissolve the stones, along with new prescription diet food, I started researching other ongoing preventative maintenance options. I ran across Tinkle Tonic in an online forum and was shocked at all of the glowing reviews of how it had been a miracle worker for their pet's issues. So far Tinkle Tonic has been working very well. An overnight stay at the vet and a midnight run to the emergency vet for fear of stones or crystals for our cat who was diagnosed with FLUTD since he was a kitten, and being told each visit that it was just chronic inflammation (a frustrating but common side effect of FLUTD) and there wasnt much the vets could do other than pain meds and anti inflammatories. Needless to say we were ready to try some additional preventative care and heard good things about this product. Its been 2 months now of adding the tonic to our cat's prescription wet food and so far so good. He doesn't notice or seem to mind the taste, no adverse effects of adding the recommended dose to his diet and best of all hes been happy and healthy. Seems to really help. It doesn't take much, either. I only give my cats 3 drops per day, and that seems to be enough to keep things flowing the way they should. One of my males had a problem when I introduced a new cat into the household, he wasn't stopped up, but did start holding it in and that caused inflammation. After a vet visit and meds from the vet to help him through the initial problems, this has helped keep him from holding it in again. It won't work miracles, if a cat, especially a boy, doesn't urinate for a period of 24 – 48 hours, take him in to the vet to make sure there's no blockage since that can very quickly become life-threatening, but this is good for maintaining things in working order.ageek33k

This is an excellent product with the best ingredients to heal (not just treat) intestinal lining problems. My girl has a bad case of IBS and was constantly crying and in horrible pain even after I put her on an organic home made diet. I bought the power version and for 3 weeks I mixed it in with her wet food as directed and did NOT do anything. Her 24×7 pain was excruciating for her and for me so I did not give up. After doing a lot of research, I realized that similar 'human' products for the same problems suppose to be given 30 minutes before meals. So, I diluted it in water and added a bit of sweat potato (for taste) and gave it to her, 30 minutes before her food, and IT WORKED! Like a miracle her pain was gone. For the first time after 3 months she was able to sleep peacefully. She is 11 lb so I give her 1/8 tsp of the powder and ¼ tsp of sweat potato (for taste) diluted in 1-2 tablespoons of water, 20 minutes before her meals, 3 times per day. I also give her probiotics, digestive enzymes, DGL(Deglycyrrhizinated Licorice), and Seacure (contains L-glutamine which repairs the mucosal lining) all mix with her food and I am happy to said she is no longer in any pain and on her way to full recovery! Just remember if you get the power version dilute it in water first (you don't have to do that with the liquid version) AND please give it 20 minutes BEFORE meals if your dog is in bad shape like mine.Loving pet owner

My Bichon has inflammatory bowel disease which has caused loose stools sometimes with blood. I tried changing her food, but she still had bouts of it. She has also been very uncomfortable a few times when she had an episode of it. Since I started giving her the Colon Rescue 2-3 times daily she has had only one or two short episodes of diarrhea.
