My Pomeranian is 14 1/2 yrs old. She was diagnosed with trachea collapse. The doctor suspected she had Cushings Disease, and I'm quite sure she has. This really is amazing stuff. My vet said that my 14 year old jack russell's days were numbered. My family and I live in a small Northern California town, and we were just hit with a devastating fire that's decimated over 100,000 acres, and is still burning. My baby Jingle is 16 and was starting to throw up nearly every day. I def know what ingredients she cannot handle in her moist food so I knew something was wrong. After reading the reviews here, I gave her these drops either directly in mouth or on her moist food for two weeks as well as the probiotic chews. She can go weeks now without throwing up! I bought this product today out of desperation. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. My cat has been having issues going to the bathroom having really small rock hard stool, to not having a bowl movement in days. This product literally saved my cats life along with the Blood Sugar gold. I noticed my cat was drinking tons of water, bloated and not walking well due to arthritis. I took him to the vet. Spent 576 dollars to be told he has diabetes, congestive heart failure and arthritis. He is 12 years old and has been a great pet. I could not give him shots twice a day let alone spend a 1000 dollars more in dealing with that and his heart. He has fluid in his chest and lower abdomen. I started my dog on these drops about a month ago, as we were having trouble with uncontrolled high blood sugar. My 9 lb dachshund mix was on 6 units of novolin N twice a day and had blood sugar staying into the 400 consistently. She also has Cushings disease which she had not been treated for. After discussing the possibility of treating her Cushings in hopes that her blood sugar would regulate to a more normal range, I found this product and we decided it was worth a try. My Maltese Poodle, who is 12 years old was diagnosed the beginning of December with Diabetes. I have an extremely fussy Australian shepherd with an extremely sensitive stomach. Wolf Husky Malamute Redbone Coonhound and Britney spaniel (I know, lol) mix dog-like service animal registered furry kids with extremely fickle diet sensitivities. They'll eat anything, but one of them sheds like crazy when the food isn't good and the other has a whole spectrum of gnarly issues from sometimes even very expensive brands. This is my most successful high water mark middle ground. It's affordable more than I realized as it lasts me longer than cheaper stuff as the cheaper stuff the dogs won't stop eating, pooping, repeat. I'm assuming it's because of nutrient deficiency in the food that they're seeking or perhaps the fillers in the formula isn't filling them. Anyway, I'm spending the same but they're eating less but doing more. No more diet issues. No more phantom injuries or soreness or weird allergy apparent skin problems… No more super stanky dinosaur dumps! Between this and the canned stuff from same formula I'm seeing something close to the ideal version of my babies. Definitely happy. Definitely recommending. Plus I've read lots about grain free actually being dangerous and causing severe heart problems for dogs. They're omnivores, some grains are needed in their diet. I was recommended Purina Pro Plan FortiFlora by my vet and have had great results. Since then I grab it at Petsmart when needed. My pitbull has a very sensitive stomach and often has issues. Since using FortiFlora, most of his issues have been resolved. He loves the flavor. I believe it's beef and it's so easy to give it to him. You just sprinkle the packet on his food once a day and that's all. I've tried treat probiotics in the past and he wasn't a fan of the taste of them. Also I had to make sure he chewed them completely for them to work. The powder just makes it so much easier. It is pricey but well worth it. First an introduction to Barnie the bichon… He’s 13 years young with one, heart failure and osteoarthritis. Bert is old and has a few gas issues. Well a lot of gas issues really and sharing a room with him is sometimes not so much fun. The Purina Pro Plan Forti Flora sachets have made a huge difference to his gut issues and his enjoyment of eating. There is now much less tummy grumbling and much less gas. The sachets are so easy to mix with his normal wet food and Bert enjoys eating it. He seems to have got his appetite back since adding the sachets to his food, and is enjoying the taste, and I also think the good smell is helping too. I have been giving it once a week. Fantastic product, great price. Been using for years. In case you're wondering- one 16oz bag will exactly fit into the canister- so you can buy the canister once and refill from the bags, if you like. (Not sure the trade-off there, ecologically. good quality, I have chronic constipation and it does help to keep me regular. however, when I first started it it made my constipation worst in the beginning before it worked. I love how its tasteless and odorless, I am sensitive to smells. if you add it into your drink, it might be difficult to dissolve but be patient and wait for a little, it'll eventually all dissolve without you needing to do anything. I have a five year old, Old English Bulldog, and I’ve been giving him these chews for about six weeks now. My dog has never had and stomach issues, however he has always had bad dog breath. A friend of mine told me to try probiotics, so I gave these a shot. I have noticed that his bad doggy breath has improved. I have tried a lot of products that claim they work, and they didn’t work for long, if they did at all. About two weeks after I started my boy on these, I noticed his breath wasn’t so awful anymore. As soon as I grab the bag my dog is sittting in front of me. They seem to taste good, however my dog isn’t too picky. He’ll eat about anything. The chews are soft, and seem to be fresh. Sometimes beneficial microbes are killed when your dog takes antibiotics or other drugs. If your dog is suffering from diarrhea or related issues, or seems to get sick more than other dogs for no apparent reason you might want to check out probiotics in conversation with your vet. These are both a tasty treat for training my pup and also have helped with digestion, in particular firming up poop as my dog gets sick often. Not one you really write home about for me.. First, trying to get my dogs to eat them is fun because they obviously hate the taste! Sometimes wrapping them in cheese helps as with anything else. I honestly did not notice any difference in their bathroom habits or flatulence.. maybe if your dogs have been diagnosed with stomach troubles and you're on the course to figure out what works than go for it.. I LOVE this product. I first started using it when I was fostering puppies. So many would have gut issues with diarrhea. Later I adopted one of my foster pups. My daughter was 6 weeks old when we bought the Happi Tummi. She was having gas pains and was very uncomfortable. She seemed to only sleep well if she was being held. When we saw this product we thought it would be the perfect solution! It gave her the warmth of being held as well as the slight weight of the bag around her tummy to ease discomfort. My grandma got this for my baby who was scream crying for 3-5 hours every night. I thought we would never find something that worked. We used mylicon, gripe water, changed his formula, tried doing constipation/gas excercise, etc. When he wasn’t scream crying he was just fussy most the time he was awake. This saved us!! We have peaceful nights every night and now I put it on him throughout the day also. He loves this wrap and he is happy for most of his awake time and sleeps great. The new routine is make a bottle and let it warm while we change diaper, put this wrap on, swaddle him, feed him, stick a binky in his mouth and he falls asleep so fast. And sleeps great! This will be a constant buy for us. You just have to make sure it’s not too warm and we put it over his clothes and are cautious to anything that might have a zipper or snap that touches his skin that can heat up and burn him. I noticed if you heat it up and wiggle the insert around you can feel how warm it is within the pack to make sure it’s not too warm before putting it on. I stumbled across this completely by accident. My 10 week old gets incredibly painful bouts of gas and I was looking for ANYTHING that would help him. I saw this and thought I'd give it a try. It works MIRACLES! When he gets really bad bubbles, we give him a little bit of gripe water and put this around his belly. In less than a minute he is calmed down and usually starts to fall asleep. The herbal mixture is such a calming scent and the heat relaxes his tummy. The major design flaw is that the velcro is in the back. We put it on a little loose so when he does fall asleep, we can just slip it off instead of undoing the velcro and waking him up. This is definitely my go-to shower gift from now on though.Ashe
