this OUT ADVANCED SEVERE PET URINE DESTROYER is some AWESOME STUFF. I bought this stuff to break it down into 3 , 32-ounce spray bottles. it worked out perfectly. and the dogs wont return to the same spot after I spray or pour this onto the area. I left the chemical on there to dry. its been about 10 days and the dogs still have not gone on that area. and due to the excellent quality of this product, I was able to remove the large puppy pad out of our living room FINALLY ! they were using the same area for over a year. now we only have the 3 pads in the dining room. I was so happy. also, im so sure that this OUT chemical can be used to remove human urine as well. this chemical has ENZYMATIC ACTION. and that's what you MUST HAVE to remove these strong body stains and odors. I bought 3 bottles but now that I know it works so well, I will arm myself with a case for future uses.theresa

I first bought this a year ago because my other brand (N.M.) just wasnt working and this one was only $5 so, why not. I was beyond shocked! It is GREAT at removing pet odors. I thought wow I'm on to something now and it's so inexpensive too. Well, apparently everyone else caught on too. Its out of stock 1/2 the time at Walmart and $16 on Amazon…WOW! (Buy this one not the spray. You can always put this in a spray bottle. I do) It removes stains but not set in stains on tile floors, vinyl or linoleum. Spent hours researching enzymatic cleaners and went with this one. Used this in a floor cleaning machine and in a spot cleaner. Have not yet had the smell resurface and it does seem to have prevented remarking on upholstery. My 4 month old puppy has remarked on a rug since the first cleaning, but I will see how it does over time since the formula is diluted in the floor cleaning machine. The smell is not overpowering at all, and is almost pleasant while it’s drying. Once dried, there is a very light fresh scent, but hardly any smell at all. I am not sure of the capabilities of this product’s stain removal, since visible stains are not something I battle with. This product works best on spots immediately after being soiled, but also works well on older spots. Overall, this is a great product and I will buy it again!CircusMama

We moved into our home a little over a month ago and have a 15 x 20 pen for our 2 small dogs. We were going nuts with the odor no matter often I cleaned out the pen or weed wacked. this has been a great products to cover odors on my patio where some of my dogs seem to prefer to go. I have used this in high humidity when odors are peak and it is great! Also used where there was smelly standing water in the spring . It does have some sort of sudsing which I like. No problems at all using on the grass either. Welll I am supposed to see results in a few weeks. So I will wait. It says it covers 5ooo sq ft. With the application bottle it seems hard not to spray the whole bottle. Very disappointing. It might work for other families but not ours. We have 3 large pups. 1 female 2 males. Female pees, each male feels as if they must eliminate in the same spot. This stuff works really well however lately it cannot be found, I have 6 Walmarts (Which is the only place it is actually sold according to the Clorox locator) in my area and none have it in stock. My cat had missed her box in a storage room and as I tried to clean it up it spread underneath various storage containers. I washed the vinyl floor with vinegar and water twice without success. The maintenance person suggested this product. After taking everything out of the room I sprayed it heavily an d left it for 15 minutes and then dried it. The next morning I could still smell some urine so I repeated heavily spraying and letting it sit for 15 minutes and then drying it. There is no more smell at all. I like this brand and I like the bottle it's a good spray bottle and u get alot of the product for ur money. And I also like that it takes the oder away too and the stains it worked great for me I used it when my new puppy peed all over my living room carpet I used about half the bottle but there was alot to clean and I vacuum my carpet after and it's good again! Our pooches love the taste for sure. Haven’t seen the effect yet, but we like that it has natural enzymes for our doggos. Hopefully it helps to reduce yellowish dead grass. Would still recommend as the enzymes is good for their GIiHerb Customer

Absolutely garbage, never germinated! I had a spot a little bigger than a pizza pan. Western PA in May (rainy, damp, warm). Tilled the soil, and spread the seed with a Scotts broadcast spreader. I set my Orbit sprinkler timer. Three weeks and there hasn't been Jack Squat! Not even a sprout. Thankfully I can return this for a full refund. I thought this was a brand I could trust, clearly my experience and quite a few others (reviews) show this seed mix is junk. I hope Sam's reads these reviews and pull this product. I'm disabled, despite the small area it took me a couple hours to prepare the soil for seed.Eric

They don't show inside the bag. Where's the seed? I don't know. We'll see in a month. Its mostly mulch. See the bag of green seeds, its mostly seeds. If you're using this to overseed, I can't recommend it. Who knows, I may update my comments later. But not a lot of confidence right now. Can't see how to overseed with this. I don’t have a green thumb! In fact i I kill any and every plant, unintentionally. However I had areas in my yard that had no grass. Patches of bare spots. So with those bare spots being located at the top of a “hill” (where the highest point of a downward slope is) I was hesitant to purchase bc it’s an area that is always bare and I assume any rain and water rolls straight down. Anyway I purchased Scott’s patch and repair sun and shade! Within a week I had actually sprouts! Way faster and more growth than I’d think! I was nervous bc it was a WAY LIGHTER GREEN but as time passed it became more like the grass surrounding it. Within about 4-5 weeks I had no bare spots left. I was sure to follow the directions, I just used a shovel to soften the dirt by chopping the area up and removing any rocks and dead grass, then I sprinkled the seed. Made sure I watered it well! It’s supposed to swell after you have watered it enough and grow in size! I believe the initial first watering allowed it to become more “rooted” or slightly attached to the soil. I have had moles in my yard the past year which has gotten my dog digging into the ground more trying to catch them. And if that wasn't bad enough they have created a path along the privacy fence where they have been running back and forth with the neighbors dog. I had a few spots in the yard that were bare; likely from the weather and dogs. I thought I'd try this, which had seed and a medium mixed together. The bare spots are now pretty much gone… it worked pretty good. However, I'm kind of a traditionalist and really prefer to just get the 100% seed, si think it's more economical. I have a dog that sometimes decides to urinate on my front lawn. I decided I needed something that would help with those spots that are left by my dog. This one is the best I've used! I first used this one last summer. I bought another brand this summer because where I went didn't have the simple green & it was a waste of money; didn't eliminate any smell! So I went back to Petco & picked up a gallon of the simple green! It has a pleasant scent right away which is a plus AND it elminated the "barnyard" smell I had going on! I had a small pool in my back yard (that from trial& error I've learned to put tarp down first so the bottom of the pool didn't get funky, stinky). Because of the pool sitting in the grass not aerating the funk from my dogs waste festers and when you pull the pool up the stench will knock you out. Just bought this yesterday (5/14/18) to rid our back yard artificial turf (AF) of the urine smell our new Labrador puppy has been leaving. I followed the instructions on the package, and waited until the sun went down so the AF would be cool to apply the product. I used the whole bottle on an area that is about 25ft. x 25ft. When it's being applied, it smells nice, like a deodorizer. After I applied the product, I lightly misted the area, as recommended on the bottle. This morning, I woke up, took my dog outside, and the lawn still smells. It wasn't even sunny out yet, which typically causes the AF to heat up and "activate" the urine smell more. Unfortunately, this product did not work to eliminate a Labrador's (9 weeks old) urine smell. For the price I paid, I would think it would do the job. I live in an apartment that has a small yard attached. Due to the size it doesn't take long to start to have an odor. I have tried all sorts things to eliminate the smell. I ordered commercial strength kennal cleaner that shelters and dog boarding places use. That would cover the smell while it was wet and that was it. This stuff is AMAZING. Sprayed it all over the grass and the next day there was absolutely no smell around. It used very little of the actual product, results will vary depending on size of yard (mine is about 6×10). I just used this for the first time today because we have a cat that has gotten in the habit of peeing outside her litter box. It's pretty simple to use and smells nice. A friend bought this for us so I'm not sure I would have purchased it myself. There are some homemade remedies online that might work as well but don't smell as nice. I have to admit, the scent is surprising. I thought it would very chemically but it's nice. I'll update this review to see if it helped stop the cat with her bathroom issues.cheryl.b

This was recommended by our veterinarian to address the neutralization of odors from urine not contained in the litter box–such as when a cat is ill and not properly using the box, or due to behavioral issues. I had a large amount of cat urine on two very expensive oriental rugs. I used the product as directed, poured one entire bottle on each rug. The both rugs had a very strong perfume smell which dissipated after a couple of weeks. If you get your nose down to the carpet now (one month later) you can still smell the perfume but there is no odor of cat urine. The room does not smell perfume like. Does what it says but smell is only gone about a week. Still a bottle does 3 doses for our area and that's great. Also keeps the mosquitoes and insects away from the house a bit too. Smells great, citronella smell is not really strong. Definitely reordering regularly.Cindy

After trying another dog urine cleaner and being disappointed, I thought I'd order a gallon of urineoff online because it's not available in store. After applying urineoff per instructions, I waited a day to see if I could still smell dog pee in a condo I'd rented to a young couple with two Dachshunds. It seemed the product worked…..somewhat. I can still smell dog pee when I first enter the place. I guess I'd say I'm disappointed after reading the manufacturer's glowing description of how well their product works. My hopes were high, because our rescue dog had re-homing issues, defiant peeing on carpets being one. 47 lbs, no small pees either. The stain it left behind I had to get my carpet cleaner out to remove. Urine stain remained, if not enhanced, and it did absolutely nothing NOTHING about the odor, and I was using my Capet cleaner with pure waster (as instructed). DON'T WAST YOUR MONEY. I have used this forever it's great!!! I would recommend to anyone. I can not stress enough not to use regular household cleaners. If you do it will make your house smell. If you use regular cleaner and use this on top of it. It will have an off smell for awhile. But keep using it. It will let up after while. Alot of people think household cleaners will work. I gave this as prescribed. He eats them like a treat, but will wait for a real treat afterward, to get the taste out of his mouth. Aside from that, the spots never stopped. My cocker-mix kills the lawn! My other two (smaller) dogs don't seem to damage it, though. I started giving her Grassaver with her evening meal, dosed per the instructions. It took a couple of weeks to see the difference but it seems to work! The key is to give your dog Grassaver accurately, every single day. Be patient and you may be glad! Just placed my second order. We tried another brand before this one and didn't see much difference. But Urigreen ES really does work. We have two male and one female labs. Before using Urigreen ES we had a lot of burned areas in our grass from our female-now they're completely gone! With a household of both cats and dogs (owning/dogsitting/fostering), you can imagine lots of accidents are bound to happen. I moved into a house where 2 dogs tore up the house because of negligent pet owners. one dog was larger and was only let out once or twice a day on his leash to do his business. they gave away the smaller dog eventually because it was hyperactive and kept urinating on the carpet. they abandoned the house and their mess along with it… the slumlord vacuumed but I went over it with the Arm and Hammer animal odor eliminated stuff and my Dyson ball for animals vacuum, then let the house air out for a few hours. it perfumed the smell and still reeked of dogs. then I rented a Rug Doctor from Wal Mart and used the Rug Doctor shampoo for animals… I went over the carpet twice (spraying forward and back) and once again opened the windows and doors for a few hours. keeping in mind my 2 year-old son has had allergic conjunctivitis and a fever from going in and out of this disaster area for 2 days, I am enraged at this point because the overwhelming perfume smell was gone but the dog smell was still obviously there. I went to Petco last night to find ANYTHING with a hefty price tag on it that looked like it would work (without having to rent a carpet cleaner again) and bought this for $15.99 along with a lavender-scented Arm and Hammer odor-eliminating candle (which I haven't tested yet). I went over every inch of that God-forsaken carpet… today, the air in that placed is finally neutralized!!! there is a faint smell of the spray but 1.) I cant express how much I don't care, considering what I've been through, literally, already and 2.) that will be remedied with an air purifier and my candle (or any oil burner, diffuser, or potpourri- I never recommend air sprays). my only suggestion is that if you are under the same circumstances I was and plan on spraying as much as I did, wear a rubber glove because it leaks onto your fingers and the smell doesn't wash off. that said, I suggest renting a carpet cleaner using this brand's shampoo to save yourself time, effort, and frustration, if you ever find yourself in my situation… and apparently order it online since it's cheaper?Raynie
