This bed is okay. It is a little bit noisy and wobbly. I run dog boarding business and it hasn't held up that well with the number of dogs. I'd imagine it would be fine for someone with one dog. I like that its nice and light and I can put outside and back in easily as needed.Andrea

I have had these beds for my Irish Wolfhounds. It is not easy to get beds big enough. They wear well and last. I machine wash and dry them. They do get a bit lumpy after awhile, but it doesn't seem to bother the dogs. A favorite inside and out. Like any out door cushion, they do better if you don't leave them out in the rain. This is a very nice and big pillow. My puppy loves it (kids do too). However, I was disappointed that it does not have a zipper. we all love this raised bed. this is our second one, the first one we purchased several years ago and is holding up so well (it still looks new!). we take it outside during the day for our two fur-babies to sit on it and then move it all over the yard if they prefer sun versus shade. the second one will be for inside the house in our hu-man seating area so they feel like they have a seat that's just theirs. great design with the legs, they never collapse when they jump on it (and one of them often uses it for added height when they play)….unlike other raised bed designs that fold like a beach chair but then collapse when jumped on. easy to assemble.Stacia
This is a good quality product that I am hoping will last a good many years. Was quite difficult to assemble in terms of getting the last bolt in and required two pairs of hands. I don't know how the assembly process could be improved as the bed surface needs to be under tension which is what makes the final assembly a little problematic. The biggest issue is around registering the product to take advantage of the guarantee. For Europe, you have to register on the Canada/USA site and of course the form is geared for zip codes not UK address formats. I ended up on a chat session with them and still have no confirmation of the registration of the purchase. A very frustrating and time consuming process for something which should be a lot easier.Stuart F
My cats just love the cots for lounging, playing, sleeping, and that cat superiority point of view above the floor. This cot is very sturdy. Although it says small its bigger than the small travel cot from other makers. Its not too big or too small. Thats quite Okay with me and the cats. Three of them can get on it together, which they do. The Terra Cotta is a perfect color for me, I love it because it blends in with the decor. The mat portion is mesh all around, the frame is metal and comes with the single tool needed to screw it together. They can be used indoors or outdoors. I have another one in grey outside and its been fine through two summers and winters. Once put together its designed to stay together so i wouldn't say its a travel cot. I think did see a replacement mat available when i ordered this. I was so happy to find this item. The description states "Recommended for pets 65 to 110 lbs" but I wanted a dog bed with more body so I purchased this for my two dogs to share – one weighing 45 one weighing 55 pounds. They both take turns using it. I have a few beds at different places on the floor, and was looking for one that was waterproof. This wonderful item is thick, but comfortable enough for my senior dogs, and has a nice cover which unzips on TWO sides making removal and putting back on so easy. (If you have struggled with those pads that require stuffing in the inner pad you know what I mean.) The outer cover washes nicely (I zip it almost completely closed and wash on gentle, being careful not to catch any loose threads into the zipper.) There is a separate inner cover made of a plastic type material which also zips on, but you probably would not be taking that off as you could wipe it clean if needed. These beds are great quality. I have 2 springer spaniels that used to eat there beds. They also like to go out swimming in the ponds and come in soaking wet. Their current beds are 2 years old and when they get dirty I hose them off and they look great. No chew holes, but after 2 years i thought they needed some backups when they come in all sloppy. My dog is crazy for this bed. I have now purchased 3. One for my bedroom, living room and downstairs office. During the winter I put a quilt in them and the summer when it is warm I take them out. I have 3 regular beds for her that she will not use. She is just 1 year old and a 70 pound English cream retriever who loves to spend a great deal of back time and this cot is perfect. I purchased the first one and was moving it each night because she is crazy for this. We have had no problem with her chewing these or ripping them at all. They all look new yet. She also no longer wants her kennel because she wants her cot. After 6 months she no longer used her kennel, but we do leave her in my office and living room when we go and have had no problems. She is a huge chewer, but actually sleeps in her cot when we are gone. She is crazy when we get home, but I am so happy she is a good girl when we are gone. I believe this bed is perfect for my girl. We got a puppy. We wanted a place for her to lay down or rest out when we are outside. I read in another review this would probably be the size needed when their puppy is grown. It’s too big for our puppy now but she will grow into it. I am happy with my purchase. It’s was easy to setup. It seems durable. I like that it is breathable and seems very sturdy. It is easy to move indoors and back outside. Bailey will be about 25-30 pounds when grown. I got the large size for her.Lindakayt

This is a well made dog bed. Easy to put together, very comfortable for my dog, stays cleaner than other dog beds, easy to remove and wash. I have a labrador retriever and initially got the large size, but exchanged it for the jumbo. The large size was a good size, but upon watching him sleep, i found out he likes to stretch out. Yes the jumbo size is very large and requires a lot of space in your room, but it is worth it to see him stretch out or curled up in his very comfy bed. A little pricey but he is worth it. I tried other beds and they are of inferior quality and won't last long. I highly recommend it. For your reference my dog is about 73 Lbs and measured 40 inches when laying down and lightly curled. Two dogs could fit in the jumbo bed if they decide to curl and lay next to each other. But not for stretching in a hot summer evening.Love Labradors 2
My 13 year old Lab was going for spirited 2 mile walks 4 months ago but alas, age it seems has finally caught up with my dearest and closest friend. His hips and knees have been noticeably troubling him, especially in the morning after a long sleep. He’s always had doggy beds but now more than ever I want him to be as comfortable as possible. This bed is FANTASTIC and my good boy loves it! He is 74 lbs but tall and lanky. The large measurements were too small for him, if you look in the picture the golden retriever in the large has zero room to stretch out. I am so glad I went with the XL. My sweet boy can lounge and stretch and get as comfy as his heart desires. I ordered the brown color but have a small blanket draped over it in the image. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase, the side pillows are icing on the cake, my boy is in high heaven!Babyduck

I love these dog beds! First of all, I have a 15+ year old border collie/blue heeler. She was an avid frisbee dog and has a host of aches and pains. She has never liked dog beds, but she loves this bed. She loves it so much I have purchased three of them. One for the living room, one for my bedroom and one for the office. I bought 2 of these beds! The small and the larger. Let me first say this: Zero things are indestructible. If your pet is chewing things up, you’re not doing right by him/her. Its called training and plenty of it. Don’t write a bad review about a great product because you didn’t do your part. I’ve had two male littermates since 8 weeks old and persistence in training is key!! If you want to keep your pups from harm and save all the things you’ve spent your hard earned money on, put in the work! They are not going to train themselves. Now for my review: This bed is hands-down one of the best I have ever encountered. The construction is tough and very well put together. It’s a decent canvas with double stitching. You can unzip the bottom and take out the contents which are in a lined fiber tube full of poly fill. And plenty of it! The bed cleans up nicely in the washer/dryer and is very simple to re-assemble. The bed is well made, washable and durable. But it stays "inflated" to the point that my dog is afraid to step on it. The inner filling creates an air pocket and the solution to making the air pocket deflate is to leave the zipper open and push out the air. But as soon as I zip it back up, the air pocket is there again. Not sure the answer but my big dog doesn't like the instability or wobble created by displacing the air pocket. I put a different filling inside and the problem resolved.Robyn S
Very pleasantly surprised. It arrived much more quickly that I expected. The bed cover looks to be quite durable. The filling has held up well for each of our dogs — one 75-lb. and the other 100-lb. Our puppy loves her waterproof round dog bed! At first, I was worried because she dug at it repeatedly. I thought she was going to ruin it quickly. Nope! It's find and she eventually stopped the digging. You can see some of her nail marks but maybe those will disappear when washed. If they don't, it's fine—I was just thrilled there was no hole from her! She naps on it daily on our breezeway and I don't need to worry about it getting moldy when it gets rained on. She also loves jumping down on it when she has gotten herself on our bench and isn't sure how to get down. Great product! Very happy with the brown color.Anonymous

This bed cannot withstand HEAT. The first time you wash it do not wash in hot water or dry it. It melted and walmart only gave me half the money back because I couldn't find my receipt. we ordered this online, but would've not bought it if seen in store. the velvet fabric is cozy, but overall it's just too thin. I'm about 110 lb and it's not comfortable for me to sit on. our 140 lb Mastiff sinks right to the floor. It's basically like a twin comforter folded in half–which is better than nothing. The areas where there is tufting have no padding and the floor feels so hard in those spots. Our dog's nighttime bed is a 54" toddler bed with an egg crate dog bed on top to avoid strain on his joints. We bought this bed for when he's hanging out with the fam in the living room. We were going to return it for another toddler bed (that's about the same price and waterproof), but it might have been a previous customer return because he sniffed a certain spot then peed on it. It washes well in the machine but drying is air dry only. So we now use it with a folded comforter underneath and a waterproof camping blanket on top–but its still not thick enough for a giant dog imo. We will probably still order the toddler bed and put this on top.G
Bed is very comfortable. I feel like I would have slept all through the night had it not been for the alcohol induced vomiting here and there. It was large which to fit me in the fetal position with a pillow and blanket. Dogs also seem to think it's comfortable. Would sleep there again if needed.jesse

These beds are very unstable and my 3 dogs will not get on them at all. They just lie down next to them. I have tried everything to coax them onto these beds without success. Each one got on the beds once the day they arrived, the beds moved and wobbled, the dogs leaped off, and none has been willing to try again since. Now I have two folding beds that are essentially useless. Good concept, but the design definitely needs work. Perhaps if the folding mechanism had a lock of some sort to prevent it from folding up when a dog jumps on it would be more stable? I cannot recommend these.drlynn58
Bought two of these – one stays on the upstairs deck, one stays on the downstairs porch. Dog loves it, gives her somewhere comfortable to lie and keeps her cool too. Well built, very sturdy, weather resistant, unfolds and folds up easily and comes with a great carrying bag. Great for camping too… easy to pack and keeps our dog off the ground. This portable bed folds out quick and flat in a second. It appears to be built very light and strong and does not sag onto the crossmember with my 65 lb Lab as one person complained. The feet are/must be a type off plastic and will slide on slick surfaces as one person complained and gave bad reviews…..duh, then get a small throw rug…..big deal. I got this for camping so my dog does not lay in an ant hill or ant path or when laying around a campfire with ashes all over the place….my dog likes being right next to me but I don't like black ash back in my van.
