These were a bit pricey but we have a mini bull terrier that manages to chew apart any toy we have purchased including Kong toys. She has been unable to leave more than scratches on the surface after several outings. You have to understand, this dog is EXTREMELY OCD about chewing toys apart. My pup is very hard to shop for especially for durable toys that last more than a day or two. This may not be a “forever” lasting toy, but it sure does last a decent amount of time. The only thing I would like better is if the legs would be a bit thicker. She seems to be able to tear off the legs within a week. Otherwise, this is one of her favorite toys!Sarah

My dog loves these tires – they are his favorite. He works hard at chewing them – softening them up. I let him work the tire until he pokes holes in the rubber and starts to tear it into pieces. Takes about 3-4 weeks.Michael

My baby loves this dragon plush toy. Its a great size for small-Medium size dogs. Mine is 24 lb and she loves it. Its a little bigger than other size small toys. My Standard Poodle loves this toy. The first three days she got it she would not let it go. I call it Wally gator. it is tough and rough. Most of the toys I give her I end up sewing them together. I doubt that will happen with this. So far it is indestructible and rugged. I will let you know if she figures out a way to destroy it. LOLdoggysniglet

My fur baby is definitely a playful lil thing. She loves tug a war. I love the material. It’s very tough and thick and there is little to no stuffing and I love that so much. Ughhh the hassle of picking up stuffing and toy parts. Ewww lol. Also, my I’m not sure what it is, but my fur baby didn’t eat the squeak ball out of the top of this toy. I got this Checkers Skinny Pig for my sisters little dog. My family and I are in competition to get her the silliest toys we can find. She has a huge basket full of them but since she opened this one she hasn't put it down. She absolutely loves it and looks so silly carrying it around in her mouth. It's perfect for shaking too. The quality is very good. It looks like she won't be able to tear it apart anytime soon which is good because that's her specialty. So I'm happy to say that I am currently in the lead in the silly toy department. This is one toy highly worthy of the basket. Hopefully it won't spend too much time there. So far so good! We have all three colors of large jive balls for our very destructive goldendoodle chewers! The jive ball is a win win at our house! Every other toy does not last a day. From the moment Belle’s jive ball got here it’s been her go-to ball. Belle, who is a registered wrecking ball, destroys or eviscerates every toy (if you consider my Furnature a toy) we’ve introduced to her. Not the jive. Our trainer, Marty Strausbaugh of Pawsitive Training, suggested your company and specifically the jive ball. And boy I’m glad he did. I confess I use it in the house when the weather is inclement. I bowl in across the living room thru the dining area into the kitchen over and over and over again. I wish I had a video to show but I can’t bowl and photo at the same time. I have an American Staffordshire Terrier and an American Pitbull Terrier. As other owners of these breeds can likely attest they can pretty much destroy anything short of steel and concrete. I purchased all sorts of toys for my pups and nothing lasted more than ten minutes before having to take it away and through it in the trash due to being torn to pieces or in the process of. I bought toys from Kong, Supper Chewer, Bully Make and others. Every toy except for the standard Kong Cone and a rubber soda can made it. My wife found West Paw and I gave them a shot. These toys are fantastic! They have lasted for months! They are so good that I can actually let them play with these unattended. Take my word for it, if you have a doggo that can chew through anything then these are the toys you need. My dog loves the raccoon he received. I like it because it was constructed with a dog in mind. It is a very durable toy ….. which matters when one has an active 100 pound dog. The raccoon toy has been carried around and played with quite a bit since Christmas (2021) and it is still looking good and intact. We surface wash it and it has held up. Our 3-year-old staffordshire terrier mix used to have a squeaky ball that is a little bigger and softer than this MegaLast ball. He played with it for months until tearing a big piece off it. I bought several other balls since then but he didn't like them much. Finally the MegaLast ball became his new obsession and he wants us to throw it for him whole day. He is an aggressive chewer but this ball has held up. Just noticed the price has increased almost 80% in less than 3 months. What caused the huge increase?V.

We bought this for $6+. It is a good ball for the price, high quality and good size. After we bought it the price went up to $16 and I would not buy it at that price. Our German shepherd puppy plays with it occasionally. It is not his favorite but he does play with it for time to time. My aggressive chewer hasn't managed yet to chew this ball to smithereens so it gets a thumbs up from me! Most toys typically last about an hour as long as they don't have fuzz inside them. If a toy has fuzz inside it, it is evil incarnate and must be destroyed within seconds. His doggie bible says "Thou shalt not suffer a fuzz filled toy to live." He's very devout. But this ball is great! Tennis balls usually last about 10 minutes but this ball is still going strong after a week. He loves chasing after it inside and out and it doesn't get as slobbery and gross as other balls when he brings them back to me and drops them in my lap to toss down the hall again. It's brightly colored so it's easy to find in the yard when he gets distracted by a squirrel or bird or bug or imaginary creature that nobody but he can see or smell. I'll edit my review again when he rips this one to pieces but so far it's actually still in one piece! I'm impressed!F.H.N.

we have a terrier that loves to chew and has taken apart 2 kongs already. I purchased this when looking for something a little stronger. I've to admit this is a great deal harder then what I expected which made me a little nervous about her teeth. However, I let her use it and it is perfect for her. I would say it is probably meant for a medium size dog over a small. the only thing i don't like about it is the loud plap sound when it falls off the sofa onto the wood floor. we kind of got used to it especially when she is playing with it.potagergirl

I don't know what it is about that shape but they will ignore a different nylabone but chew these vigorously. These bones are clean, not leaving any marks on the carpet. These nylabone products are awesome. Our dogs love them. Both are hearty chewers, and it took over a year for the two of them together to wear down the last wishbone we bought.This time around I bought two wishbones, one each for our French bulldog and Australian cattle dog. I ordered a regular size and a "wolf" size. The regular would be much mort suitable for a small dog (Chihuahua, dachsund) but not our beefy bulldog. The wolf version suits her better and is too small for our cattle dog. He likes to grip the toy while chewing and can't do that readily at this size.Fortunately, I also bought him a Nylabone Big Dog Chews, and although it's not as large as I had anticipated (it cost more than double the price of the wolf-size wishbone), he is doing fine and is extremely happy with that toy.Again, Nylabone products are phenomenal, and we'll continue to buy them from Dog.com. I got our first ball second hand, through a family friend. My dog absolutely loved it, but it was a bit too big for him. I got my puppy (now 1.5 yrs) a small and medium ball to see which size would be better. The medium is the perfect one! He enjoys playing with it every day! He loves it. It's his outdoor toy. He would go all day if we let him. We've had it for about 3 years now and it's pretty sun faded and has plenty of teeth marks in it. Also started developing a crack on the one hole, but otherwise its been incredibly durable. My partner can kick it hard across the yard in steel toes and it hasn't broken yet (that's probably what the crack is from). It has caused his gums to bleed a handful of times so maybe beware of that just because of the hard plastic if your pup is a tough chewer/biter, but otherwise my dog would literally kill for this toy. I read these other reviews where the dogs go wild for the toy! I have three dogs at home, and none were interested in this toy. They were excited until I threw the ball on the ground. They all took turns pawing at it, and within 45 seconds the dogs were playing with the old toys. The toy itself is built well. The plastic outer ball seems chew-resistant and the inner ball seems sturdy. There is no issue with the toy itself, but my dogs did not fit the status quo in enjoying this selection.KatieMD

I bought this to replace one that Poppy had destroyed – she's six months old! The original had a very high squeak which she would howl at – hilarious – however this chicken doesn't sound the same and is bigger so she took a while to get used to it but is now very happy to carry it around and cuddle up to it.Susan D

Well it’s not necessarily what I think of this product it’s more or less with my dog thinks of this product and it to be fully honest in his mind nothing compares to this ball, the countless minutes, that adds up to hours probably a few days, I search through the depths of the house for these! I am not kidding, If we go outside he has to have the orange and blue ball, the rubber ones though specifically.I’ve tried almost every product that chuck it comes out with, the mainly blue n orange ones, the XL ball, frisbees, glow one, he loves them yes, but this one by far has his heart. I bought the XL & small sizes for my two dogs. The small size worked well for my somewhat picky 10 lb. American Hunt Terrier because she actually chews on it. It has held up well. On the other hand, it didn't take my 80 lb. Doberman much time to chew ragged edges. The plus side is she likes to chew on it. She's incredibly strong so you may have a better result with your dog.
