With a husky puppy, I’m sure you can imagine how much energy he has and how it can be hard to get him to calm down at times. However, with this harness, I can get a pretty firm grip on him in any instance. The handle stretches and pulls out so long that he can be a few feet away from me and still restrained. There are two heavy duty buckles on the sides behind his front legs, a strap between the two that around around his body on his chest, and it’s super thick. When it’s time to go outside, I’ll call him over and he is eager to put his head through the hole so I can fasten him in. There’s a bunch of padding so it doesn’t get uncomfortable on him and the handle that pulls out is comfortable on my hands. When we’re going long distance I can just attach his leash to the metal clip and we’re ready for a nice long walk, with no complaints from my puppy of course and none from me either because of how much Sherpa has simplified our walking process, no matter the distance we’re walking.Anniemoooo
Finally a harness that is comfortable and gives me so much control. I have more control over our very large hound than I have ever had with her. The harness remains comfortable for her and has pads under several places that could rub her when she is being walked. She is a puller and often times ends up gagging and coughing because of it. This harness is correcting all of that. It is well made and I expect it to last for some time. It took a few minutes to get the fit exactly right and a little trial and error. But we ended up fitting her so that it is not too tight or binding but is still secure. We have the size XL for her. She weighs about 120 pounds and a very large girth. The XL is a good fit for her. She is five years old and I wish that I had this all along.cintikath

This Voyager dog harness is great for my pup! I am training him to walk on a leash and this is so helpful so that I don’t pull on his neck. I got the size XXS for him as he was 4 lbs. He is now almost 8 lbs and it still fits him but I am going to buy another one in a bigger size so I can keep it until he is fully grown. They are adjustable so I will probably get size Small. I abdolutely feel in love with this harness (by far the easiest to get onto my puppy). I love is so much that I jought 6 of them in the past 4 months. Why did I need to buy so many one may ask…becauae that is how many the puppy chewed through in that period of time. I ended up switching brands after the 6th one. The hair, skin, and dirt particles get stuck in the inside of the harness. I tried to wash it several times and it doesn’t come out and not that clean. I don’t put it in the dryer still the outside is cracking a little! I brought it in April and I’m writing this review on July 31, 2021. I brought a XL and with all the negative I would still buy it again if I had to. I love the Durability that it gives me to be able to control my fur baby when he gets happy to see other people. Nous l'avons acheté pour aller chercher notre chiot basenji chez l'éleveur mais nous n'avions pas ses mensurations; du coup nous nous etions basé sur les indications du site mais le harnais est trop grand pour lui l'instant; on verra quand il grandira. On regrette juste que la partie qui est sous le ventre ne soit pas plus longue, on pense que ça fera un peu court une fois adulte et le genera au niveau des pattes avant.
J'ai pris ce harnais pour un chiot et j'avais un peu peur qu'il soit trop petit ou trop grand. J'ai préféré prendre le choix de prendre un peu grand pour pouvoir le garder le plus longtemps possible car un chiot grandir très vite, le serrage est au maxi et va très bien comme cela, un peu lâche pour l'instant mais comme il ne tire pas et qu'il va grandir rapidement, le harnais va vite devenir à bonne taille.je suis donc très satisfait et de plus le tarif est très correct.
I have struggled to find a harness for my slightly over weight cocker spaniel. If I found one that fitted the girth it was too big across the chest and they would slip off. Bought this harness to help my dog stop pulling on walks. It does help with the pulling, but it isnt like waving a magic wand and suddenly she walks perfectly. Its a good tool to use while training on walks though and I dont feel like shes going to hurt herself like when she would pull with the leash attached to her collar. Overall, the harness is good quality. No rips or tears have occurred. The only thing I would say thats a negative is the fact that the straps tend to shift looser over time. So you need to check before each walk that they are the proper tightness. I would also prefer four buckles rather than two. Sometimes it can be hard to get over my dogs head, so it would have been nice if it clipped together on the neck as well as the torso. I do love the little handle on the back of the harness. When we see another dog on our walks and they start barking, it tends to get my dog riled up. So its nice to be able to grab that handle and walk her along with more control. The reflective parts arent super reflective, but the orange harness is pretty bright orange so that does help with visibility. Id say if youre looking to try a harness for the first time, not knowing if youre dog will like wearing a harness, give this one a shot. I will upgrade to a more expensive harness eventually, but for now my dog and I are both happy with this one.stitchinwitchvtg
