The Bee is great. I?ve had it on the road and gravel at averages of 11-15mph. There is significant drag right at 15mph, but that is also the manufactures stated top speed. My only gripes are these. That the seat back does not recline. This means my 23lb, 1 year old, slides forward as the ride progresses, pushing their helmet forward which causes them to uncomfortably slouch. So I stop every 30mins or so to ensure they are sat back up and pushed to the back of the webbed seat. Second, the seat belt straps can irritate a child?s neck, but this can be remedied by putting cloth or removing the strap pads from your car seat and using them on the Bee?s seat beast straps. I would recommend to anyone with kids (and even small-medium dogs), just keeping in mind that slight modifications may be needed depending on your passenger.Brandon G

This is the second Pet Gear stroller I have purchased, so we now have both a single and a double wide. Both are of good quality and easy to use and handle (folding, putting in the car, etc.) The zipperless variety is much better for general use. It has a single latch at the front edge while the zipper connection seems so much more fragile. The only problem I've had is with the wheel attachment to the axle. In essence, a groove on the axle is caught by a spring-metal clip running through the wheel hub. It's easy to mishandle (or have it arrive in the box) the assembly so that the clip comes off the hub or no longer catches the groove in the axle, and there is no detail about the assembly in the instructions. Turns out it's a fairly easy fix, but took some time because it's not at all obvious how the clip is placed, as the placement is not visible and you don't want to break something fiddling around. The Pet Gear support team could only offer a new entire wheel for $25. I would suggest that instructions include a schematic of that assembly.corsairii_pilot

This is our 3rd stroller for Jax and we absolutely love it! I initially had a problem with front tire but Pet Gear Management helped me immediately. We keep a smaller Pet Gear stroller in Florida and a small red stroller at the Jersey Shore for Jax, a little 10 pound Morkie which are both still in excellent condition. I decided to purchase the Dalmatian NV stroller to use in NJ for longer walks and thus far 4 of my girlfriends fell in love with it and each purchased same one for their lil fur babies. Friday I noticed side seam completely ripped from being pulled due to design flaw in separated main area where Pet sits. I took bolster mat out and noticed material along side where bolster pads rubs is ready to shred open. I took extra large leash I had from my sons dog and wrapped it along bottom for support but material is already ripped. I looked at other stroller that’s 4 years old and it’s still like new! I’ve only used this stroller 5 or 6 times outdoors and absolutely love it for Jax. Pet Gear Please Help Me! How can I stop the material from shredding? I love taking my Dachshund with me wherever I go. But, I have a disability and sometimes lose my balance very easily. Large dogs and children make her nervous and she will pull on her leash too hard and make me off balance. It’s really a great stroller. Took me about 4 minutes to assemble it out of the box you don’t even need to use instructions it’s that simple. Very easy to maneuver and to fold up for putting in my truck. Granted it doesn’t quite fit my dog but sort of knew that when I bought it – that it was going to be a VERY tight fit. We have a 95 lb English Creme Golden Retriever so he cannot ride in it with the top down, I just keep it up. But he loves it. And I love the water bottle holders and little storage compartment for his poop bags and a tennis ball! It’s suoer easy for Kota to get in and out of it. I have to sort of manipulate his position when he gets on and lays down just to make sure he’s on the “flatbed” (that’s what we call it now because it’s more like a flatbed than a stroller the way we use it). I’ve thought about cutting out the mesh in front so he could use it with the top down – I’d need to cut the mesh out of front so his legs could dangle out. This is one of the most economical strollers out there and it really is worth every penny. I also got it on sale for Black Friday through Stateline. I wish I could post a picture but there doesn’t seem to be any where on this review site to upload. Bummer!!Heather
I bought this unit for my companion dog because we both have osteoarthritis plus he has Lyme disease and seizures. . He had a seizure in the street last fall and we had to stop taking our walks. Now I won't have to walk with a cane while holding a leash and when it gets to be too much for him he can ride safely while I finish our route. It's still too cold to to use it yet but I love the size, color, and openness of the unit. Not sure how noisy the plastic wheels will be on cement. Once the cup holder is in place you can't open the back door without removing it. The lock on the front is kinda iffy, doesn't unlock very well when the button is pushed. Box was damaged and it caused a 2 inch tear in the mesh of the back door. Good thing I can sew it shut.Gypsy
This is an outstanding product! We have a 10-year old, 65lb German Shepherd who now has trouble making it over the hills at our nearby lake. So we take the stroller with us and use it on the hills. From someone who cringes at the phrase "some assembly required," trust me that the set-up was a breeze, with clear instructions and no tools required; a 5-min job. It collapses for transport in a snap, and unfolds just as easily for use (we have a Subaru Forester, and the stroller can fit on its side between the front and back seats, or stow securely in the cargo area). Our "passenger" can easily enter/exit from front or back, and the hood at top can be opened. It runs and turns smoothly (front wheels are castorized), and the handlebar height is adjustable. We initially thought that it might be too short for our dog to lie down in, but she's fine as long as she curls a little, which is her natural lying posture anyway. The only thing I would suggest is that the designers add a vent at the front, that can be folded down such that the 'passenger' can poke his/her nose out. The hood on top is fine while she's sitting, but it would be nice if she could poke her nose and face out front while lying down. No complaints, though. Please be aware that this product will take weeks to get. Bass Pro advised an arrival date, and that date came and went. I contact them, and they advised if you scroll down it states that it is a drop ship item. So it was in the fine print, but should be shown during checkout/shipping. Bass pro advised that I would just have to wait, and nothing I could do to track it. The customer service lady was very nice, and stated this problem happens and nothing is done about it. This is a high-quality piece of equipment. It is also adorable. Since it has a 110 pound weight limit, I got it for my arthritic senior dog who weighs about 60 pounds. It's not that easy for her to get in. You really have to stay on VERY flat surfaces with a heavier dog — even a tiny slope gathers a lot of momentum and the wagon speeds up quite a bit. So I am torn here. If you have a 40 pound dog, or two little dogs, or a little dog and a little kid, go for it. This was a great priced easy to put together pet stroller. It only took me about 5 minutes to put it together and it seems very durable thus far. There are many mesh panels for your animal to be able to look out as well as one on top with a velcro panel so you can see them. There is also a thick, removable pad in the sitting area and also a cup holder on top as well as a mesh bag to hold extras on the bottom. It also folds up with the click of a button and a push for easy storage. Definitely a great purchase to be able to take your pet out but still keep them safe.Baertrap
Received and the instructions were horrible. Thought missing parts then rechecked multiple times to figure out and doesn’t help because looks like different stroller (nothing about how to attach cup holder though it was easy) and zero on the features. Need a small Phillips screwdriver. Canopy can have netting zipped, front and rare zip opening. Hood can be forward or open if using canopy w latch to hold flap back. Bottom pouch detachable. For 33 pounds or less, not 40 pounds per the manual. Definitely doesn’t weigh 224 pounds. Seems light, but I am bad with weight – light enough to lift and maneuver easily. My dog is 25 pounds – seems to be secure for her. Pad doesn’t have anything solid underneath so hoping will not rip out over time. She is short and couldn’t lay down so a long dog might feel squished. Also nothing to secure the dog into it (not sure if others do – hoping she continues to stay in). We test drove in the house and seemed to be smooth ride for the dog. Got it for a senior dog who likes to be out, but can’t walk more than 5 minutes many days. I recently purchased this stroller on the Petco website and when I received it, it was not as it appeared on the advertised photo. The color I received was a light purple color instead of the pink that is shown on the website. I reached out to customer service to ask to be issued an exchange for the color I thought I had ordered, but I was assured I was sent the right product. I then sent them pictures to compare the colors and asked if there were any other shades of pink I could look at, but got no response after. Here is the color you will be receiving if you purchase the “pink” stroller from here. I love it!! I don't have to worry about my babies getting all tangled up with their leashes. I can put them in this and go into stores. I use it when we travel. Best of all, other dogs can't mess with them in here! I take my toy poodles to a vet clinic every so often. This past weekend, there was over 100 people and pets there at one time!! I knew my babies was safe from other dogs bothering them or trying to bite or jump on them! Love it!! When we go to the beach and the sand and pavement is burning hot, we just put them inside and I don't have to worry about their paws getting burnt. On the way home from the beach, we always stop at a place that lets dogs come in if they are in a carrier or held, they can't walk around. This is literally my most prized possession. It is a lifesaver! This stroller is perfect for my old dog AND my overweight dog. We walk until my dogs are tired, then I stroll them back home. The wheels handle rough terrain very nicely. The stroller is not uneven (as I originally suspected) when only one dog is in the stroller, it distributes weight excellently. The many screens allow my dogs to look around and allow me to keep an eye on them as I push them. The zippers are secure, but can break open in an emergency. 10/10 recommend!let8517-q9zvs

I have had this stroller a little over 6 months now. I have tried several of the best reviewed pet strollers on the market. I was a huge snob about my strollers for my kids, so I am of course, a snob about strollers for my dogs. I want it to be pretty, but I also want it to be functional. What this stroller offered me based on what I've seen, was the first PRETTY stroller for my dogs. It has the look of the UppaBaby and Bugaboo strollers for humans. What I love about it: I really love the separate carrier, and how the carrier fits perfectly in the front seat of my car, so my babies can safely sit right by me (this obviously wouldn't protect them in a crash, but prevents them from trying to sit on me). The size of the basket easily fits both of my Frenchies (they're both more petite at 16# and 20#), and my 4# yorkie can even squeeze in when she gets sick of walking. I love how pretty and sleek it looks. I love that it seems like a relatively smooth ride for my babies. I love the simple foot brake. I love the adjustable handlebar and leather trim (though this came to me damaged). I love the mesh surround in the basket, so they can see out all sides. I love that I can securely buckle both of them into the seat with their harnesses and have the top open (this would be super dangerous with a collar, because they could literally tip out the side and break their neck if they tried to jump). What I don't love about it: (I just want to preface this with I'm being PICKY and I would love to see improvements made to the design, and I realize I paid $300 for this product and not $800, but I would happily pay more because it IS a luxury product) I don't love that the basket has a zipper closure. My other stroller that I love from another brand has a nice metal bar in the mesh that clicks into place so it swings open and closed and locks with one click. My 'hair dog' is only 4 pounds, but she's in moderate coat, and I can't imagine having several long hairs (which I'm sure many who own this do) and trying to make sure I didn't get any of their hair caught in the zipper because you have to zip it ALL THE WAY across every time you open or close it. I don't love that the storage basket is literally flush with the carrier basket, so you can not physically get into it while the dogs are in the stroller. If I was wanting to put my handbag down there, or a picnic blanket or whatever, I would have to then take the stroller apart to get it out. I also don't love that you have to take the basket off, flip the handlebar the opposite direction and pull on an awkward release bar to fold the frame down. My older Frenchie has DM, so even for simple things like vet trips I need to use a stroller to get both of my dogs in and out, and it's super annoying to have to go through so many steps to get this into the car. I am in my 40's and stroller savvy, and I can't imagine being older and trying to navigate this. It is extremely difficult to do. The last thing I don't love is that even with just one dog in the stroller, I can't pull down on the handlebar to tip the stroller up over a curb, or to help me get it up my two front steps. I feel like I am going to snap the whole thing right off the way it bends. Overall, I definitely recommend this stroller, and would happily upgrade if some tweaks were made to the design!Jordana
This is a very nice looking stroller, and it rolls really well. However, it’s very clear that whomever designed it does not have pets, and did not have ease of assembly in mind. The carrier is what I have complaints about. There is a board at the base that you snap these metal pieces into. Very difficult. And, if your pet happens to have an accident in the carrier, as mine did, cleaning it is impossible. There is no way really to clean the board, and the bottom fabric part of the carrier, since it doesn’t detach. I was able to machine wash the pad and cover, but had to resort to simply scrubbing the board with cleaner and water, and doing the same for the bottom of the carrier. Should be designed so that if there is an accident, EVERYTHING can be detached and thrown in the washer.Kat D.
This stroller is a beautiful and a high quality stroller which will last a while. I especially love the reversible handle and the detachable carrier which can be used as a car seat. I had a chance to test the stroller on the grass and carpet and the pram rolls smoothly on both surfaces. Although the size of this pram is a bit large, it’s still light enough with great maneuverability. My 11 lbs and 3.5 lbs Maltipoos fit tightly without much wiggle room but they both seem to love riding in this stroller. Assembling took about 40 minutes and we found positioning the bottom wires flat on the carrier to be the most difficult as it took lot of force and pulling between my daughter and my husband to positions them correctly. I ordered this pram in a rush for our upcoming trip for the holidays but I am thinking of getting another smaller stroller that’s easier to fold just for traveling. While it’s easy to fold the frame (a 2 step process), I found it very difficult to collapse the carrier as you have to yank the two wire base from the bottom which takes so much force (even difficult for my husband). I can’t picture myself struggling with this at the gate to checkin the stroller when traveling. I also found the cup holder not stable and functional as it rotates too easily. Instead I decided to use it to hold the snack bag for my fur babies and ordered a different cup holders to be installed on the stroller. Despite these two issues, I still love the sleek style of this stroller which I will enjoy taking my furbabies with me for shopping or outings when the weather is nice. I ordered both ruby red and purple strollers but ended up keeping the purple one as the ruby red was more close to a dark maroon color. Other than my two Pekingese dogs fitting comfortably…I am exceptionally disappointed in the HPZ Pet Rover Premium Stroller! This is my second stroller because the first one developed a terrible, constant squeak from the frame shortly after receiving it. Provided audio recording to Customer Service and they agreed to send a replacement. The second was quiet for longer than the first, but is now squeaking just as badly. For an expensive, nearly $300 stroller, this is really unacceptable. I’m not able to return or exchange. It’s been too long so this was a huge waste of my money. I will look elsewhere for a large dog stroller.
My dog is disabled and this allows us more freedom to explore and have adventures together. It is large enough for her wheel chair to fit in with her, though, I had anticipated being able to place it below in the basket. This has been a great product and is quite durable. A few minor things: 1) I wish the cup holder was larger to accommodate a bottle of water 2) The bottom basket is not easy to get things in and out of, plus it get caught up when folding 3) being able to extend the handle for greater comfort would be great 4) it does not lock when folded, there is a latch but it pops open. I bought a strap to hold it shut, especially when traveling. Also, for smaller dogs, you may wish to add a pillow or two. In the case of my dog who is disabled, this allows her to see things better and sit higher. All in all, though, a great product.Nick
I bought this stroller for my two small dogs, a Teacup Pomeranian & Papillion. My Papillion was diagnosed with a cancer and on her lower energy days, I would use the stroller to be able to push her around while we were outside. Although, she wasn't fond of not being able to walk herself at times she was content in knowing we were still staying on our walk. I love the option being able to expand the back of the stroller. So the times where my Papillion didn't need the stroller my Tea Cup Pom would ALWAYS prefer the stroller and was always in it. So when it was only my Pomeranian I can just shorten the space since she didn't all that space. When my Papillion had her low energy moments I could expand the back to make enough space for the both of them comfortably to lay down. This stroller did very good for me when we had snow, I live in Colorado. My boyfriend also took the stroller on a path that had very rough terrain and it surprisingly did very well! It's not my intent to use this stroller on rougher terrain than it's intended to but did like knowing it did handle it.
