If purchasing a product made in the USA is so important, here it is!To those writing that this product has been investigated by the FDA, I cannot find that anywhere. I did find that other items by the same manufacturer such as Gravy Train Skippy dog food Kibbles and Bits, were recalled in 2018, there is nothing current. If I am incorrect on this please provide the current information.Lastly,I completely agree that theres a lot junk food fillers in these treats. While I did not purchase these treats personally, a bag was given to me. I will occasionally give one to my dog because she likes them and they are treats. For meat treats, these are my dogs favourite! She’s not picky when it comes to meat treats though, but she loves these. I buy them at Costco, and they’re not too badly priced, so these are what she gets, and she loves them! She literally dances in circles whenever I take one out. My dog is only 15 lbs, and if I give her more than half a stick, she gets nauseous, and throws up. So, I can only give her half a stick. I break it up into about 6 pieces, and I try to make it feel like she’s getting a lot, with half a stick broken up into pieces, then she won’t bark at me for more. It’s just a little dog psychology.. haha. If you just give the dog the entire piece, like my parents do, the dog thinks it hasn’t gotten very much. These are definitely my pups favorite treat. They go wild over the bacon smell and gobble them up within seconds. These are also great training treats and was very useful when they were puppies. Be aware that even those these dog treats are advertised as 5 ounces, they are not. Instead, they are only 4.5 ounces. We all recognize that prices are rising and products are shrinking in size, but accurate pricing and sizing should always remain constant. After examining the ingredients list, I will not be purchasing these treats again for my dogs. According to the information provided on this site and on the bag, they contain onion and garlic. Enough of which will kill your dog. Onion and Garlic are toxic to dogs (and cats too, but I digress) and this company should know that, what with being in the pet food business. Also steer clear of leeks and chives. I threw the remainder of my last package away over this. Garlic powder is even more dangerous than regular garlic, and I can only imagine how band onion extract is. I used to hide my dogs medication in cheese. My vet did not want my dog to have those extra calories and protein, nor did she want the possible problem with tooth decay. I slice these in half and hide the pill inside. It is possible to form these treats around the pill. I love having my dog try new treats so we can switch it up every so often. I was excited to get these for that reason. My dog is a beagle mix about 50 pounds. I gave him one treat to start and noticed it was not easy for him to chew. He spit it out and tried to eat it again a few times. When he was able to chew it he liked it which I’m glad. But I also noticed that it gave him stomach problems by the end of the day. I wanted to like this for him but I don’t think he can for the sake of his stomach. We have 3 dogs that are very motivated by food. The holiday Milk Bone biscuits are the perfect size for training our 3 large dogs. It's enough of a treat that it keeps them motivated while not being so big that it fills them up. I also like the decorative tin. I leave it out on the counter it has a holiday theme. My three year old Golden Retriever loves MilkBone Biscuits. We normally buy in the standard flavor box, but opted for the Holiday shaped biscuits and reusable tin this time around and the cute shaped treats did not disappoint! Not only do you get the standard milk bone shape there are also Christmas Trees and Stocking. How cute! The reusable tin is great at keeping the biscuits fresh, although at this rate we will get through the tin in no time. My dogs love these treats. Problem is the ingredients are bad for dogs. Dogs can’t have garlic or garlic powder. Also the red, yellow and blue dyes are unnecessary and harmful to dogs. Plus all the ingredients are very cheap and I don’t think quality meat or other proteins are used. Basically it’s the garbage left over. I’m new to figuring out what exactly is in the treats and food our dogs consume. In small quantities it’s okay but overall I’m trying to get away from these types of treats. My dog loves these, I have small dogs so I snap them in half . However the red dye ones do not agree with them. I don't know why they do not sell bags of individual flavors because I would buy the other two with out red dye and at a marketing prospective it would enhance their bottom line . I received this product free for review purposes, but all thoughts are my own. I have a very picky Corgi. Getting her to try new treats is always a task. When I first got these, I put the four flavors in a line and had her pick one for herself. She went straight to the beef and walked off. She lied down then… and spit it straight out. When I went over to her, she just looked at me, so I knew what I had to do. She wanted the square broken up. Once it was snapped in half, she ate it just fine. Holy cow! My dog takes a long time to eat normal sized crunchy biscuits (lab/chow mix) so I thought I would give the soft/chewy ones a try. I did not expect her to be insanely crazy about these! You call these a healthy favorite… why is the second ingredient sugar which is not healthy for my dog. Of course he likes the flavor, they are sweet. This is an amazing product for my dogs. I love that there is only three ingredients. They love the chewy texture and (I’m assuming)n the flavors. I don’t give them a whole piece; I break them into smaller ones, but they are just as happy with the smaller ones than the big ones. These treats are a huge it at our house! As soon as I opened the box and took the package of treats out I had the dog and the cat at my feet waiting for a bite! Each piece is large so they can be broken into smaller pieces to use as rewards for training or they can be given whole. They kind of have a tough rubbery texture so it takes some bending back and forth to break them in pieces. The dog and cat both love these and the cat might actually like them the most because he got them out of the cupboard and chewed through the package to help himself while no one was home!! I purchased your Purina Alpo variety snaps dog treats, 32 oz..NEVER AGAIN! I wrestled with the box trying to open it. I finally had to cut the top off with a box cutter. I gave the dog ONE and threw the rest out! It had enough glue on the box top, you could have put an automobile together. I even tried to open the bottom with the same problem. The box was distroyed when I finally got in and I was so aggravated I didn’t even to give him the one that I did give him. I will never purchase your products again. I purchased these treats as part of a low sodium change to my dogs diet. We were using real meat soft jerky treats. This is the first biscuit type treat that we have used. The dogs (lab mix and chi-corgi) enjoy the new treats; they actually have to chew them instead of gulping the pieces down whole. These snaps are square and break easily into smaller pieces. My pit bull really loves these things. She gets so excited when we say “treat” and runs right towards the cupboard we keep them in. She doesn’t usually even like biscuit type treats but she goes crazy for these things. They’ve helped us in treat training her. She seems pretty happy with the taste and her poops have been healthy after eating them. They’re supposed to help with cleaning her teeth, and her teeth are still in good shape, but her breath still smells like meat all the time. The only concern I have is that I read these have carcinogen chemicals and preservatives in the ingredients which are bad for your dog and can cause cancer. So now I try to give these to her in moderation just in case. I like how accessible these treats are since they’re sold in almost every major store. And I like that the company donates money to canine assistant programs that supply trained dogs to people with handicaps. I would never buy these dog treats again. About a year ago I would give my new puppy these treats and she randomly began having bathroom issues. I then assumed it was her dog food and completely changed her entire diet and threw away everything I was feeding her. Recently, we started giving her the milk bones again and the other day she started the bathroom issues again. The past couple of nights she’s been so sick she can’t even hold it in all night like she used to, she wakes us up at 3am crying to go outside and do number 2. This morning she woke us up wanting to go outside and not only go number 2 but also when she went blood came out of her bottom, which is what was happening a year ago. I know this is from the milk bone because we don’t feed her anything other then her normal dog food now ( which works perfectly with her stomach) and these bones. Sigh, this is getting old. For some reason, when I order these online, they arrive already dried out and stale. I know, you're thinking, they're jerky, jerky is dried out. But, anyone who buys these religiously like us knows, when you get a fresh bag, the treats are bright red, flexible and smell good. When you get a dried out bag, they have lost their color, have almost white spots on them and practically break when bent. Our dog is addicted to these and he will not go near the new ones I just got. I normally go in club so I can pick out a fresh bag, but our store is completely out right now. I guess it's back to buying the smaller bags at local stores……Ugh

I have 2 mini dachshunds. One of them will eat anything, but my rescue is EXTREMELY picky when it comes to treats. He will typically sniff treats, and then give me that look like "really mom?" and then he would leave the treat there and walk away from them. but since I saw these over a year ago, these Chicken Grillers have been the ONLY treat he loves! When I take him out to do his dooties he will come running back in as soon as I ask if he wants his nudges treat! He sits so happy watching my every move till he gets his treat! They both constantly want to go outside just so they can come back in and get another treat! So my little 5lb chihuahua loves these treats. He is very picky when it comes to treats, these are his absolute favorite. The last few times I have bought them, the smell is awful! My mommy and daddy buy me Vita bone treats and I'm a growing shepherd/ collie puppy. I love when daddy hides my treat in some of my toys. I've been buying the small flavored boxes for several years for my 3 Heelers (13, 3, & 1 yrs old) for treats and love the small size. Dogs love them too! The last 2 boxes I purchased I noticed the colors are way more vivid, especially the red ones. I worry about the extra dyes, especially cancer causing red dyes and have my fingers crossed these don't contain those. I wish the large size plain brown ones came in a small size because they are too hard to break up. I doubt my dogs like them because of the colors! I got these dental chews on an offer as I had a discount for them as my puppy had just turned 3 months at the time so was the right age. I got the pack for smaller dogs as he was under 9kg at the time, and he loved these chews! It kept him occupied for a while and had no issues, however the first two days of using them, he did end up vomiting early hours the next morning, bringing just the chew back up. This could be unrelated and could’ve happened anyway, but I had stopped using them immediately. I bought these for my puppy who just turned three months this week. I’ve had him about two weeks and I have had a difficult time finding treats he enjoys. On his 3 month birthday I tried giving him the whimzee dental chew and he grabbed it and took off. Every morning I give him one he has to run around with it because he’s so excited and then finds a nice little hole to hide in and chew it. I can't believe these things actually literally get everything off of my dogs teeth. They won't let me brush their teeth and it becomes a huge ordeal and I can't do it thoroughly and so I tried these for a couple months and it literally got everything off of my dogs teeth who were looking in pretty bad shape.
