I started using this product afte my 7 year old dog was diagnosed with a Thyroid issue. She was overweight, had a lump on her neck, tail was loosing hair, all the "things/symptoms" that come with a thyroid issue. After the vet told me she HAS to be put on thyroid meds for the rest of her life, I did some research on what that meant. And then the thyroid medication recalls came. Two of my dogs tested severely hypothyroid. The first was only 2.5 years old, a neutered male deaf boxer. This was found after numerous issues that almost became fatal when he experienced anaphylactic shock last Dec. I finally found a holistic/traditional vet to figure out the root issue for him. I would have never guessed he was hypothyroid!?! He was friendly, hyper, full coat, great weight, you name it. Ultimately though he got way softer fur and decreased or eliminated allergy symptoms (paw licking, scratching, puking, etc.) after starting this supplement. My 12 year old spayed female plott hound was recently diagnosed hypothyroid as well. She had more classic thyroid symptoms (weight gain, less energy, etc.) but still had a soft full coat of fur. As an added bonus of these and other natural food and supplement changes, she is less aggressive and less reactive than she has ever been before! She used to bark at her butt daily likely due to incontinence urine burn, and that stopped too (the barking and the leaking)! She also quit her daily head shaking (likely ear allergies). I have been waiting for several months to write a review on this supplement to make sure that the results I was seeing were not just a coincidence. My 4 year old wheaten terrier was showing some signs of a thyroid condition (sensitivity to sounds, bouts of being scared/depressed, lethargy, random signs of aggressive behavior with guests, stiff/sore back legs, bit of weight gain) & we had him tested (complete thyroid panel). I have a golden retriever and they are susceptible to thyroid problems. I tested my 6 yr old male and his thyroid was borderline low. I first used some bach remedies and his thyroid improved. Then I switched to this product and went through 2 bottles, but noticed he had less energy. So I stopped the product in order to give him a thyroid test and within 3 days his energy was back to normal, after 4 months of low energy on this product. I suspect the astragalus which is a mold based herb was the problem. many humans are allergic to Astragalus. His thyroid test was normal, but his energy is now back after being off this product.
ChinChin Kitty was diagnosed by his vet with a low thyroid. More or less not working at all. We tried the drugs thru the vet but Chin could not tolerate them. You guys say it lasts an average of 4 months, the 2 oz bottle. When I enter my cats weight for precise estimate of how long it will last, it says 196 days for my 6 lb cat at 3 drops twice each day. I received the product on December 13, gave 2-3 drops twice each day, and it ran out by March 1st. Which is only 90 days. Not that short of the 4 months number but way way short of the 196 days number. I'm not sure if it's working or not, but I'm going to keep using it. My cat is 17 yrs old and her thyroid numbers, whatever that means, were a 10 when checked in December. Vet said normal would be about 2-3. I don't like any of the options a vet will offer, so I'm trying this stuff as I have strong faith in the power of herbal remedies. I will be taking her back to the vet if I can, for blood work, just out of curiosity to see if this is really helping her. She's been eating mostly blue buffalo turkey or duck wet food for like a year now with the occasional fancy feast wet food. Her normal weight when she was younger was about 9 lbs. My dog Buddy was sneezing non stop, sniffles and a runny nose. The fluid coming out of his nose was clear in color so I knew he was suffering from allergies. This may be the first review I've ever written that pertains to a supplement and/or product. I periodically suffer from extreme adrenal fatigue that renders me unable to move or think throughout the day but wakes me up at night – right around the time that I'm preparing to go to sleep. The end result is a vicious cycle of exhaustion, restlessness, grogginess, brain fog, and fluctuating body temperatures (cold throughout the day – hot at night) that have honestly hindered the overall quality of my life. In my specific case, a lot of these issues are rooted in insomnia, which I've suffered from for 15 years. This product helps you break this cycle. I usually take a full dropper first thing in the morning, roughly 30 minutes before my morning consumption of caffeine (green tea, yerba mate etc). While I'm no doctor, it seems to help you produce cortisol in the morning as opposed to in the evening, which is extremely disruptive. (There seems to be a growing body of literature indicating the efficacy of liquorice root in this capacity, even if it's somewhat anecdotal and/or contested). That said, the effects seem to wear off within about a week, so I would strongly recommend taking this for a few days in conjunction with mindfulness, a reduction in stimulants, and any other tactics that can help you lower stress levels to induce sleep and relaxation. Warning –> this may cause weight gain, at least in the form of water retention. Sometimes, when you have adrenal fatigue, an increase in water weight can be a good thing, as adrenal fatigue is linked to a reduction in your ability to stay hydrated and retain adequate ratios of sodium and potassium. Again, this review is based on my own experience and the reading I've done online regarding adrenal fatigue and liquorice root. This is not medical advice. Give this supplement a try – it may work for you. My personal advice, however, is to take time off of caffeine consumption when you've hit a wall owing to extreme adrenal fatigue. I like to utilize long weekends to do an improvised stimulant detox. I've also found that spending time outside, particularly at parks or beaches, helps augment this process. My cat had all the side effects on methamazole from the vet after a week. Terrible! We stopped and tried this product; within a few days Rusty ( our cat) was calmer, feet stopped itching,stopped throwing up, coat went back to normal and he was calmer… I put drops in his food morning and evening which he usually had no problem eating. I was so happy ??. Over several months he did well but I could tell he was losing some weight, but he was eating well,living a normal life. I didn't take him back to the vet for labs because his last trip to the vet had been so traumatic I was trying to avoid that. After just under a year, we came home to find him having sort of a seizure; he couldn't move his back legs properly! We rushed him to Vet. They said he was down about 3 1/2 lbs since about a yr before,his thyroid level showed a 16, normal should be a 4. Long story,after discussing everything ( options, risks involved, etc) we decided to have him put to sleep, which was traumatic for us,but we felt, best for him! ?? My advice to anyone who has a Cat diagnosed w/ hyperthyroidism is to DO THE IODINE TREATMENT! Get pet Ins, work out plan w/ vet but that is 98% successful and then you're done. Once you wait almost a year, the risk for kidney, liver,heart damage is great. 2nd choice is surgery. I wish we had done either when he was first diagnosed but too late now! I don't quite know where to begin I still can't believe the difference in our girl (15years). I don't write review, ever, for anything, but I felt I had to for this product as you saved my cats life! Around 18 months ago she received the dreaded hyperthyroid diagnosis, she was started on thyronorm immediately by the vet which she responded to but the dose was to high, so it was adjusted a few times, but never got it right. After the last vet visit which really stressed her out I was told the medication was working and it was damaging her kidneys and liver, she was drinking all the time and her pee was brown. The vet advised we try the thyroid diet so we did, she didn't get on with it well and it didn't help at all, it just made her miserable. The vet told me then that she would be very surprised if she was still here in 3 months. I was heartbroken I've had my girl since she was born, I was there when she was born, parting with her when I could still see so much life in her eyes was soul destroying. So I took her off the thyroid diet and meds and put her on a premium food (katkin) and started looking for some kind of alternative therapy. I have a golden retriever and they are susceptible to thyroid problems. I tested my 6 yr old male and his thyroid was borderline low. I first used some bach remedies and his thyroid improved. Then I switched to this product and went through 2 bottles, but noticed he had less energy. So I stopped the product in order to give him a thyroid test and within 3 days his energy was back to normal, after 4 months of low energy on this product. I suspect the astragalus which is a mold based herb was the problem. many humans are allergic to Astragalus. His thyroid test was normal, but his energy is now back after being off this product.

My two little dogs (a chihuahua and a chihuahua/daschund mix) really loved these treats! They were the perfect size for them as little dogs, plus they were all natural, so I felt good about giving my dogs these chews. They actually got to the point of getting really excited when they saw me get the bag, so I know that they really loved them, too! On top of that, the treats are a soft chew and my dogs could eat them easily and didn't struggle chewing them like they do with some of the hard treats I've purchased in the past. I did my research before choosing this product–Nordic Naturals checks all the boxes (no mercury or PCB contamination, high levels of both EPA and DHA, good quality control). I was at Mother's Market and saw the Book that they were promoting at the store. Since it is about woman's health specifically, I decided to buy it. We have two short hair chihuahuas and they are very dandruffy. Anytime they get a nice scratch they're covered in dandruff. Especially noticeable because they have black fur. I am writing this review with tears in my eyes. We have been struggling for a couple of years to manage urine protein levels in our Shitzu/Brussels Griffon, 13.5 year old fur baby. Previous to putting her on the Raw Vibrance formula, we were feeding her a “premium” kibble. Her protein/creatinine (UPC) ratios had gone up earlier this year from 2.2 to 3.1. Levels at 3.5 or higher would require meds. Four months on Dr. Harvey’s food, and we just found out that the ratio is now at 0.8!! While anything above 0.5 is still considered proteinuria, it is clear that this food has made a huge difference in getting these values closer to normal. No meds needed! This product works great for my dog. She’s coonhound and beagle mix. When I first brought her home she shed something awful! HAIR WAS EVERYWHERE! I was at my wits end and so ready to rehome her due to the excess shedding. I stayed up all nite and googled and came across this product! She really loved the taste of it in the beginning, but now not so much, so I give her 1-2 tablespoons a day. I’m definitely keeping her on this for a while. It’s much more convenient than having to melt coconut oil and applying it on her food. The pro: it definitely works! Plus Petco does price match in store with online! The con: Can be a bit pricey, as You have to buy 2 or more bottles before you see results. And your pet may not like it! I suggest holding on to the receipt, as I bought one for a friend and their pet didn’t care for it. The instructions say to double the dose for the first 30 days depending on the weight of your pet. Cookie weighs about 25lbs. For the first 30days I had to give her 4 tablespoons a day sprinkled and mixed in her food. 2tblsp in the a.m and 2tblsp in the p.m. from the 16oz bottle so I ran out of the fish oil in less than a week. My wife and I went in to grab this and ended up talking to a representative in the grooming who missed lead us and gave us false information and we ended up paying $150 for a de shed Bath. My baby pit bull loves this. She always seems hungry. Yet I feed her plenty and extra most days. Since adding this she seems satisfied for longer between feeding. I just drizzle most every bowl she eats with around a tablespoon. Her coat has become super shiny and smooth. Her dry patches at her elbows have gotten better as well. My baby had a tick bite on her neck that would not heal until started her on this. She also has more energy for play. And more responsive to new training. This has added bulk to my baby in a healthy way. I'll be adding this to her food until it is no longer available or I can no longer afford it.sashasmamma

My Pomeranian is 14 1/2 yrs old. She was diagnosed with trachea collapse. The doctor suspected she had Cushings Disease, and I'm quite sure she has. She has all the symptoms of bloated belly, hair loss, skin infections. too thirsty and urination problems. I bought the Adrenal support drops, and I'm beyond amazed at how well she is doing. She no longer goes into a type of coma when she sleeps and would urinate on herself if I didn't get her up, which was sometimes difficult. She is now alert and somewhat playful again. I do give her 5 drops 5 times a day–a lot, but she is worth it. I thought I was going to have to put her to sleep back in May, but it is wonderful to see her doing so well in September. This really is amazing stuff. My vet said that my 14 year old jack russell's days were numbered. She was clearly suffering with kidney disease (drinking water excessively, involuntary urinating, lethargic, and generally unhappy and it got to where we had to let here out to go in the middle of the night or she would go in the house – and going downhill fast). Other than an increase in thirst levels, my dog Tifa didn't have any other symptoms of note when she was diagnosed with Cushings and I decided to put her on the Adrenal Support and HMR Lignans. I wanted to see actual blood test proof of improvements, not just go by my personal assessment that she seems like she is drinking less water – I could just be seeing what I want to see. Tifa is 45 lbs and has been getting 8 drops 3x/day of the Adrenal Support and 40 mg of the HMR Lignans daily. After 6 weeks of this dosage, I ask my vet to test her Cortisol levels. My Doberman, Zara, suffers from food allergies. Her coat was dull and flaky. She broke out in these pimple-like bumps all over her back. My male cockapoo had started scratching and biting at his skin about a few months ago , it got so bad to the point where he wouldn’t stop until his skin was completely raw and bleeding and we had to keep a cone on him at all times.
