Dog House Pizza Columbus Ohio For Sale (2024 Update)

I have been using these large Permate dog houses to house my Nigerian Dwarf goats for many years. They have made "affordable housing" for my goats. I will say that my bucks (boys) are much harder on the houses than the does (girls). Both genders jump on top, but the bucks crack the rain shield by jumping on top of the houses. This happens after a while, not right away. I don't blame the company that makes these because they are intended for dogs, not goats that love to climb! I do wish the tops would be stronger to prevent this problem from happening. Another area to improve design would be for the top to somehow lock on to the base. When my Great Pyrenees (GP) dog goes inside to lay down, the lid can lift/tilt off. The large size is not big enough for a GP. The price keeps going up, and I'm not pleased with having to pay more. I wait until the neighbor club coupon comes out to buy any needed replacement houses. Over the years I've bought countless Permate Large dog houses, so I know these pretty well! My Lab and Australian Shepherd love these large Petmate houses too.Farmer Johns

Looks very nice and hardy but it floods when it rains, I don't know how but the water gets inside and it is too much water. I put a crate pad inside for my outdoor cat to stay warm and went to check on my cat a few hours later after it rained, and the pad was soaking wet not to mention the house was full of water more water than what was outside . The dog house comes in two parts – top and bottom. They do not snap together; the top merely sits on the bottom. No hardware is provided to attach the two and even if there was there are no holes through which one would thread screws or bolts (or whatever) to keep the dog house together. I use these for my goats because these houses are inexpensive but the goats knowingly and regularly have fun pushing up on the exit/entrance hole to "break" the house into two pieces. Yes, I laugh at their antics but I still plan to drill holes and use nuts/bolts to keep the top and bottom together.L McGaffey

It's not extra large, that's for sure. It's a large. My two Berner males at 94-lbs and 120-lbs don't go in because they can barely turn around in it. Nor my 88-lb Pyrenees. The material itself is great. But isn't the point that the dog can get in/out of it so they use it? My smaller 72-lb female uses her Ex-Lg. So is it really the size a medium dog should use? I spent $$ for 5 Extra Lg and 1 dog uses it. Not a happy camper.SCloudcroft

Purchased a second XL house for our two Great Pyrenees because they no longer fit in one together. Our original is over 15 years old and is in great shape. Love the new design with the slight angle that provides more space and blocks the wind. Durable and strong material, yet still lightweight and easy to move.S Ringo

This tent is easy to set up (didn't even need the directions) and super roomy. There is plenty of room to stand up, a benefit in buggy or rainy environments. In its first week of use, it survived a big wind storm, hail, and a lightning storm. It weathered all three spectacularly – as did the people inside! We stayed dry and protected with no problem. We did purchase some beefier stakes to hold it down. The door zip snags a bit, but once you realize that, it is easy to adapt to. Highly recommend.KCartire

Just spent 4 days/ nights on Lodore. Tent was everything I expected. Lots of room. Easy set up. Got some rain and wind and it did great! Glad I bought it.Steve

This tent is spacious, you can stand in it easily. We were 3 people plus a large dog and we slept in a U shape around the dog. Plenty of space. Great for playing cards at night. This is the tent I enjoy the most so far. Big Agnes has seriously great tents. I can put it up on my own but it's not super easy, here's the procedure roughly: – lay down the tent – place one pole, plug it on one side and even the tent sleeve around the pole – place second pole, plug it on one side and fix up the pole sleeve – step inside the tent and lift the roof, then holding the tent up, go plug the other pole in the other circle on the ground – finish setting up the 2nd pole then add the top pole – open the windows and enjoy For 2 people this is easy to build.Guillaume

We just got ours 2 days ago. It was deklivered by UPS during the aftermath of hurricane Ida. The UPS man needed help unloading it and when I actually got it out of the weather I noticed the box was damaged. Got the wife to come and take pictures of the damage as I unpacked it. It wasn't actually too bad except for the roof being cracked, but not beyond what I can possibly repair. Multiple places there are either screws lost or obvious cracks in the material. I will repair it as well as I can and then trrow a few coats of Epoxy paint on and IN it to protect the wood. The kennal itself was in stock and went together easily. As my pups will be spending only a few hours in it I decided to keep it and repair it. I know there are at leaast 10 screws and bolts missing because the hardware packet was partially opened and some parts had obviously fallen out of the shipping container.Bogey1

I give five stars because for the price I believe it is a nice dog house. Steel framing seems sturdy and it comes with a composite floor that will not rot. I found it easy to put together, but I could see how others may not think it is easy. Parts labeled very well and squared up well on assembly. I recommend putting together on flat concrete and only move after installing after all self tapping srews are in place. Only negative thing I would have to say is that the walls are a little thin for my liking. I feel they could be a little thicker. Also i like how it attaches to the retriever kennel. This dog house is a huge waste of money. I plan on returning mine today. First off, the wooden panels are paper thin and the floor will bow under little weight. I'm actually afraid my dog would chew out of the house very quickly. There were some parts of the instructions that didn't say which way smaller parts should be facing, and you would go through all the trouble to put it together then find out that one small part had to be flipped, but the instructions were not clear about some parts. I rebuilt this dog house probably 5 times because parts just didn't fit well at all for some reason. Oh and you DO need a drill because part of it want's you to drill screws through the metal frame because for some reason the holes were not included in the frames? The metal frame is cheap and easily bends under little weight. The only reason I even got this doghouse is because I have the retriever kennel that goes with it. Do yourself a favor and get a better quality dog house or build a good one yourself.James009

I got this recently on a great sale price… it was half the cost of another dog house that I bought (and returned). The one I ended up returning was designed as an actual house, but cost $100 and the plastic was very flimsy… I felt it wasn't worth the price, and my dog never liked it. I looked online and saw this "dog house" (it's really a crate, IMO); and Petco had the least expensive price, at half the retail cost. I was also able to pick it up the same day at a local store, and received a further discount for picking it up at the store. There's only 2 pieces (a top and a bottom), and the top basically just sits on the bottom, with tabs that are supposed to hold it in place. It's not the most secure, but I don't see this being blown across the yard or anything. The plastic is heavy duty and sturdy… I mean sure, if you live in a tornado or hurricane area, then of course, yes, it'll get toss across the neighborhood; but otherwise, it should stay in place. Great for when you need to leave your pet outside for a while. It's very wide, but not very long though. My dog can curl up in here and he can fit, but he can not stretch out or lay out in this… which is fine, because dogs usually like sleeping curled up and they like snug fitting enclosures to sleep in. My standard size labradoodle fits into it. He uses it to sleep in. This is not something he can stand straight up in or something he can stretch out in… but for sleeping, he loves to curl up in it. I bought it for use outside during the winter or a rainy day, to get out of the cold or rain when I have to put him outside in the yard for a while. We put it inside the house first so that he would get use to it. The one I got said it was for dogs 50-90 lbs., which is the large size. He has no problem getting in and out of this, and he likes it a lot better than the Suncast house shaped doghouse I got him (which I ended up returning). This is plastic, but it's made of heavy duty plastic and it's sturdy; there's only a top and bottom part, and basically the top part sits on the bottom part, with tabs that are supposed to hold the two pieces together. Got these doghouses as an outdoor reprieve from the elements for our 2 Huskies. They are very sturdy and made of solid hard plastic. They've managed to remain dry inside even in a couple of downpours and driving rain. The only time that wasn't the case is when I had one on an uneven patch of grass. So you definitely want to place it on a platform if there's no flat surface. Unfortunately our pups, house dogs that LOVE to go out and play, still haven't embraced the concept of having a private pad "outside." Other than that, it's easy to set up and clean. It has plenty of room for our 70 pounder and is absolutely palatial for the 45 pounder. I got the large size for both since they were so affordable – $44 bucks each! Love the color. Roof ridge (very top piece) came split down the entire length. I called the manufacturer, and they said they are unable to send a replacement as the parts are made overseas. The only recourse is to return the entire thing to Walmart for a replacement.Texmom

I just bought this dog house and it arrived with a damaged roof ridge cover. I contacted Petmate/Aspen Pet and they informed me they do not carry replacement parts/panels for their dog houses. So keep that in mind if you buy from them, I would not recommend this manufacturer to anyone.DuckHouse

I wanted to try something different so I got this pizza at my local Kroger. I like that its all natural and made from scratch. It also minimally processes with nothing artificial. The back of the box tells you how its a family dream come true company. To me family and traditions are important. They also help feed the Hungary in the community. It also says if they can't pronounce and ingredient they do not use it. That is a big thing theses days. They work with local farmers so they know where everything comes from. Okay, I was super skeptical after reading these reviews and not too optimistic. I like my pizza cooked well so that’s why it’s a little toasty in the photo. First off the sauce is plentiful and delicious tasting. The crust is crisp and not excessive. The cheese is at the right proportion to the sauce and crust. They pride themselves on using natural ingredients and not a lot of preservatives and it shows! Overall my mom and I really enjoyed this pizza and I will absolutely buy it again. I have never heard of this brand until now am always excited to try new things. Plus I love pizza! This pizza actually looks much more appealing cooked in person than it does on the box, in my opinion. We made it for dinner, and it looked great, but two of us independently took a few bites while in opposite rooms neither of us could eat more. The overall pizza was quite bland and greasy (which I don't mind if the flavor is worth it). I'm sorry, I really wanted to like it! I appreciate the ingredients are very minimal, and the crust was crunchy, which is a big plus in my book, but there are several other store bought pizzas that have far better flavoring, including Daiya pizzas (which are vegan), Tombstone pizza, etc. I think this product may be good if you have eaters who are adverse to spices or certain ingredients and enjoy very subtle flavoring.julie.l

This is the best frozen pizza I've had, with the exception of the no longer available Jeno's Crisp n' Tasty pizza for one. It's actually very filling, and the crust is dense, yet crispy and soft at the same time. The sauce is okay. For anyone who likes olives, there aren't enough on this, but for those who dislike them, the olives are easy to pick off and remove. For those who dislike olives and can't pick off every little one, the olives blend well set the other toppings, so they're barely noticeable! overall, this is a great shareable pizza because it's so big and dense. I get full just eating one slice sometimes, so if you have someone to share it with, this is the one! it doesn't reheat very well though, so expect the quality in texture to decrease after you reheat it if you end up saving it for later.Jace

Ever since I started buying the Digiorno's Pizza's, I have had any problems with them. My husband loves them. There are so many varieties. I like sometimes just plain cheese or with pepperoni. They have a great taste. They do rise when baking. Only problem I have with them, is in the middle, it don't want to cook. If you leave it in to cook longer, the edges get real dark or burnt and still sometimes the middle don't cook like all of it.darlene.p

Digiorno four cheese pizza used to be one of my all time favorite pizzas. Recently, the recipe has change DRASTICALLY and it is no longer the wonderful deliciousness it once was. It has pretty much zero flavor- tasteless sauce, cheese that doesn’t melt forever and then when it finally melts it’s brown and overcooked. The once perfectly soft yet crisp dough is a soggy nasty mess. The cheese tastes weird, the sauce has next to no seasoning, and the dough is spongy and weird. I had it a month or two ago and it was terrible like this but I tried it again a couple days ago to see if enough people had complained and it was maybe magically back to normal but it sadly was not. It’s also a weird oval shape now which would be fine if it tasted okay but it certainly did not. I used to eat this multiple times a week and now I’ll never buy it again unless it’s fixed. I’d much rather pay more and have a decent product. I love pizza and it all the time and used to use this as a base for my own margarita one I’d make but I’m going to try other brands because pretty much anything would be better than what this is now. I love how you get to write your doll's pet's name on the calk part, which makes it very realist compared to a real doghouse. The food and water bowl part is really cute and I love how it comes with a collar, in case you loose a collar for the pet. I love the balls and chew toys and most of all the dog bone, which is really cute and very realistic, once again.The rope toy is cute, too. I also like the bed a lot, though small, I love how colorful it is. I love the house itself, even though it's pretty small for all the things that the set comes with. From the time we opened this until bed time, my daughter didn’t stop playing with this. She even took it outside with her to play with. It was fun for her to use this with her dogs, and other little animal toys she had. Some pieces are on the smaller side so keep this in mind when buying for younger kids! This dog house is much larger than I thought and for the price totally worth it! OG has added some great thoughtful accessories to this dog house; including the newspaper. I like that you can open the one flap for easier play. This is very helpful for children with younger siblings that want to join in on the play. They can easily access the puppies being placed inside and enjoy the fun. Be careful with younger children as many of the puppy items are small and could be a choking hazard for the hand to mouth little ones. I use these for my nigerian dwarf and lamancha goats…. In addition to our barn, as additional cover and housing. The little ones got breat but so do the full soze 3 year old lamanchas. The buckling boys will actually share an XL one during the coldest days of winter in PA, and they are now 1 year old. Love these. And relatively easy to move for rotational grazingBrandon2197

I had been rigging my dogs summer tent to shelter my stray cat..I fed her, so she’s mine lol…but it just wasn’t cutting it anymore and it is oddly cold this winter here in Alabama. I added a heavy layer of straw, some fleece blankets and she moved right on in! I feel better knowing she is safe, warm, well fed & happy! I used some drop plastic (thick), and duct tape to create a door that would keep the wind & rain out and warmth in! Couldn’t be happier!KimCole

I work at PetSmart and these are what we use for all the small animals in our care. They are great. the animals seem to like them. They come in all different sizes to accommodate different sized pets at different life stages. They come in tons of cool colors as well. The only thing they do not hold up against are gerbils. Gerbils chew quite a bit so I would recommend something that it would hurt a gerbil to chew up. Like a wooden house or and edible house. When they chew on them the edges become sharp and the plastic isn't the best for them anyhow. I have seen some of these igloos almost chewed in half by these little guys. But other than that, these igloos are a great product for any other pet and they are easy to clean!colleen.t

Holy cow, I was diagnosed with Celiac’s disease ~10 years ago when I was 14 years old so it’s safe to say I’ve had my fair share of disappointments when it comes to finding pizza that I can eat. When I tell you I was IMPRESSED beyond belief by the margherita cauliflower crust pizza I mean it! When my sisters were diagnosed with Celiac’s in 2005 there were absolutely no options for edible and *tasty* foods especially pizza and this has been a game changer!! Most cauliflower crust pizzas become mush in the oven and are hard to eat but with the CAULIPOWER pizza I was shocked by how crispy and delicious it was (and I don’t even like tomatoes but I ate every last bite of this pizza)! I would highly recommend to anyone who has a gluten allergy and/or just generally loves a good cauliflower crust pizza. Hands down my new favorite!!mkm17

The Caulipower Margherita pizza is amazing! I first tried it while I was caring for friends with a newborn and needed a quick gluten free meal. I found the Caulipower pizza in the freezer section and voila! With a salad, we had a complete and very tasty gluten free meal. I may have some HEALTH related aspects. I may be in love in cauliflower, and honestly I thought a lot HOW COME these people are able to drag me so brutal in their "oven of pizzas"… I realized WHY: these PIZZAS are from far the best on the today's Market in North America; Being a lucky guy who had the chance to travel a lot, even in countries where PIZZA represent a "local specialty" [Italy, France,(Yes, France has amazing Companies who are offering very nice PIZZA) Argentina], I will not try to put their products on shade, but for sure I prefer the Cauliflower PIZZAS. It has everything: thin crust, well balanced cheese/ vegetable, beautiful taste, and last but not least: FRESHNESS KEPT with NO MSGs and as well an EXCELLENT CLEAR DESCRIPTION about it has to be baked. When the PIZZA comes out from the oven, it looks fantastic, very nice image, the smell kills everybody who expected it, it is a BEAUTY which I consider to have the BEST TEXTURE EVER! Nice and crunchy (not too!), baked at perfection every time, and the only negative aspect is that it is FINISHED each time way too fast ! (:-) Thank you so much for bringing this product in Canada! Screamin Sicilian was one of our most favorites, as far far as frozen pizza went, before my husband passed away 4 years ago. My hubby would take the card board mustache off the box just after putting the pizza in the oven, then make a silly pose while wearing it, just inside the livingroom doorway. As far as this brand, great flavor, great value. Improvements? Only to change olive, soy sodium benzoate. When my kids allow me to buy frozen pizzas and we don't mind the effects from our sensitivities, I will buy 1 of these along with a brand we can safely have. This is not good pizza. The crust has no flavor, the sauce is bland…I only gave it 2 stars because there was an abundance of cheese which is rare when getting frozen pizza. I don’t know who is buying these. Perhaps a desperate pizza lover? My experience with trying all available flavors has resulted in absolute disgust with this brand. Explains why they were the only pizzas left to buy during the beginning of the pandemic. Would never recommend this brand for any reason. It’s priced as a premium pizza but tastes worse than an over cooked Tombstone or Totino’s pizza. Cannot fully explain how unexciting this brand tastes compared to anything else. Buffalo pizza is one of my favorites, but this one just fell short. I did not mind the thin crust, but it was burning before the rest of the pizza and toppings were cooked. With that said, I hate that the price of this pizza continues to climb while the quality and packaging declines. This is good quality pizza! The meats have actual flavor compared to cheaper pizzas. The sauce is also tangy and tasty. So last night we tried the #ScreaminSicilian Supremus Maximus. My family enjoyed the pizza and I am rating on a frozen pizza. No frozen pizza will ever top a honemade or pizzeria pizza, unless we are comparing it to pizza chains such as dominos or little ceaser. Based on that this is THE BEST frozen pizza i have ever had. I do not Usually purchase frozen premade foods and especially not pizza, most frozen pizza is super pricy with minimal toppings and chees, that it makes more sense to go to the pizzeria down the road and frozen pizza never heats up well. However, the #ScreaminSicillian. Has definitely #Topthis and debunked the frozen pizza myth for sure. The pizza was not just covered but smothered in toppings. So much so that i realized it was easier to open on top of the pizza pan because the toppings were falling off. It also took about 30 minutes to bake on 400 degrees which was simple enough and it was easy to cut. Also we had some left and it heated up just fine the next day in the toaster oven. My only 2 negatives about the pizza is that for a supreme pizza i would have thought mushrooms would have been on it. Also i do feel that (and this could be a regional thing) than a sicilian is a square deep pizza where I am from, i would have liked a true deep square pizza since i have never seen a frozen one. For positives to there was a good amount of flavorful sauce and cheese. Every Other frozen pizza i have ever tried never had enough cheese so i always had to add extra. The crust was soft and chewy with a nice crisp on the bottom and superb texture Next time i would like to try making them on a pizza stone. While i personally still love a fresh baked pizza because freash in my opinion always tastes better.
