My poodle has a lot of ear hair that needs to be cleaned often. In between baths, the smell can get kinda funky. Used this ear rinse to see if it would help and it does. It keeps the waxy smell away longer but it's not mask any existing smells. It's easy enough to use and my dog doesn't seem to mind it too much. I would definitely keep using this product since it keeps the freshness in between baths and if it helps prevent ear infections. Other products have a smell and my dogs walk around smelling like it after getting their ears cleaned. I have an English Cocker, with long heavy ears. She is prone to ear infections. My vet recommended this product. I put it into both ear canals, and then rub the top of the ears for 30 seconds, making sure I get that wet, squishy sound. I do it three times a week, and she has not had an ear infection for 2 years! The only negative is that it has a little bit of a chemical/perfume smell while it is still wet. As soon as it dries, there is no smell. When the house is cold, I put the container in the microwave for about 5 seconds. My golden retriever has had yeast infection in her ears. The vet did a 1 month treatment and advised I get an ear cleaner for yeast. I decided to give this a try just for that reason. The bottle says it could stain (it's purple in color). She is a blonde, but it didn't stain her hair. I first applied it with a cotton ball. It clean instantly. I didn't have to keep wiping and wiping, like I do with her ear wipes. The solution does smell like rubbing alcohol when applying. However, I didn't notice any smell after cleaning her ears. There is a very peculiar odor with this ear wash. I purchased it because I needed something to keep my puppies long floppy ears clean! The first time I used it, I couldn't get the smell out of my nose! I have a Lab who is 12-1/2 years old. For the past 12-1/2 years I have fought chronic ear infections to the point of almost giving up. I've taken him to the vet no less than once per year for ear infections and usually we get a prescription that works for a few months and I spend a few hundred dollars for the visit and meds. I took him to the vet a couple of months ago and went through the same old routine then when we finished all of the meds his ear infection came back in the left ear. I followed the directions properly, and my dog is currently at the vet having intensive care treatment given due to pyrethrin poisoning. For almost $13 this is a rip off. MY pitbull has stinky ears sometimes and honestly the cheap stuff works 10x better! my dog cries when I put this in her ears and she NEVER cries when we do her ears, and it simply does NOT work. Woukd not reccomend this stuff… save your money and get something better!finchsonya

I have just a small recommendation – The "All Ears Treatment" must have expanded and therefore leaked….not a big deal. The product is great and did the job well. Also, regarding the Skin Tonic Oil (Which is a wonderful product)…the pump dispenser dispenses way too much product with each pump….maybe a smaller pump dispenser could be put in place? My American Bulldog suffers from allergies and constant ear infections. I thought I would give this a try since it was all natural. Apparently it's one more thing he is allergic to. Red, burning ears, blisters everywhere inside, shaking his head all night. He could laydown at all. He was in so much pain, I felt horrible. Benadryl helped get us through the night, but we are going to the vet today. I have read good reviews on this product which is why we decided to try it, but I have also now read that when there is an allergic reaction to this, it seems to be quite severe.
