I started adding this to all the water bowls in my home just a little over one bottle ago, about two months. It only takes one teaspoon per pint so it lasts a long time. The dose is the same for all pets, so it doesn't matter if the cats drink the dog's water, which is great. None of them seem to notice it or mind it if they do. The price on this site is WAY cheaper than this was at my vet! I am hoping it will help maintain the dental work I'm having done on several of my pets, but it's a bit too soon to tell. One important note is that I was not going to buy this at first as I noticed that it contains xylitol. My family brushes with xylitol toothpaste and hasn't had a cavity in years, but I had learned it can be toxic for pets. I looked into it and the amount they would have to take in would have to be a great deal more than this tiny amount diluted in water, so if that's what's holding you back, check it out for yourself with your pet's dental caregiver. The only thing I don't like is the design of the cap! It drips and wastes product. My sweet German Shorthaired Pointer had a cancerous (Osteosarcoma) tumor in her mouth. This is well tolerated by my 15 yo female tabby, she is a cranky older lady that never had dental procedures until three months ago. She had her first anesthetic dental that she did well with but I never want to put her through that again. Applying these drops daily her breath remains clear and she has gotten used to me sticking my fingers in her mouth with this. I have tried tooth brush training but it's too much. With the kitten, tooth brush is also too much and she tolerates these drops perfectly fine. I have a Toy Poodle diagnosed with CUPS–Chronic Ulcerative Paradental Syndrome or a fancy $pecialty Vet'$ name for Stomatitis. She nearly died from it, after being mis-diagnosed by another knucklehead vet. Poor thing has suffered so much. Since I don't like having her teeth cleaned, for one it has gotten too expensive $1400+ and for another, she developed a strange bump on the top of her nose, one time and another time she grew another toe, which I believe is due to her immune deficiencies. So, I prefer to treat her myself and use this on her teeth daily–I split it with my other 2 dogs & cat. I also use a red LED light on her, whenever she has a flare-up and of course, brush her teeth daily & PlaqueOff sprinkled on her food. This brand is the same as EFAC caps and about 1/2 the price.OBDB

I ordered two bottles of Ora-Clens 1-TDC Periodontal supplement on 7/23/2018. Each bottle is supposed to contain 120 soft gel capsules. However, the bottles I received were both short. One contained 119 capsules and the other contained 116 capsules. This is apparently an ongoing manufacturing quality control problem with this product. I notified the manufacturer but they are unresponsive. Don't buy this product unless you would like to be ripped off.SueS

I have a 12 years old little Boston terrier that had really bad breath and gums were really swollen. Its been a problem for years. I saw a dramatic improvements within 2 weeks after using the product. The breath significantly improved. Also this product to my surprised was really tasty. My dog loves it! This ia a prescription dog food intended for dental health. I have two schnauzers with poor dental health and this food was recommended by our Vet in Pennsylvania. We recently relocated to California and the vets out here will not honor the PA prescription without an office visit, which they had recently had in April. So I went online and was able to quickly order the food through PetFoodDirect and it arrived in a matter of days! Thanks!Diane
