I've tried numerous harnesses and never loved any until this one. I have a miniature rat terrier who is 13.5 lbs. He tends to be too big for mediums and way too small for large sizes. Finally, this harness fits perfectly in Medium! There's even a little room to spare in case he gets larger. We wanted to take off pressure from his neck and the v neck design and light weight, soft mesh is great! It's by far the softest one I've ever felt, and I've tried every one at multiple stores. It's so comfortable that it could be left on all the time even in summer since it's so breathable. My dog lives it too! He seems to feel safe and calmer in it like a thunder shirt makes him feel. The first time I took him on a walk he seemed to feel "free". He was so happy to pounce around without worrying about a jerk in his neck. We give this one 5 stars!!!! I got this in black, size medium from Amazon. She has a 12" neck and a 19" chest. This harness is adjustable around both neck and chest. My pup has a high chase drive and will sometimes pull suddenly. I like that the x-shape doesn't put as much pressure on her throat when she pulls, and the double d-rings and buckle closure feel very secure for her leash. at the suggestion of my neighbor I bought this harness.Online store availability says it was available at the store. Went to this store they did not have the medium size (strike 1). I got small because the last harness I got at Petco last week in a medium was WAY TOOOO big. (which I am unable to return $35 gone). We had previously purchased the Gooby Trekking Step-in Memory Foam Dog Harness РMandarin Orange РMedium and loved it so we thought this harness would be great as well. We ordered a medium, yet runs smaller than the ‘trekking’ harness (that medium fits her perfectly) Therefore it seems a bit too tight even on the loosest setting. We also ordered a large (from another website) and although that seems to fit her a bit more comfortably, it seems a bit too big. I knew about this product for several weeks, but I delayed in getting it. I thought I'd give the puppy a chance with regular training methods (treats, praise, verbal corrections) before I started futzing with a special collar and have to buy it in two sizes. That was really stupid. I wish I would have bought it sooner and spent the money on the two sizes. I got this one in a size Medium and it fits perfectly with just an easy adjustment of the buckle. Our little man is a Labradoodle, now at about 32 lbs and expected to reach a 60-ish weight probably. He is VERY high energy, very strong and very smart, but our little darling is no longer little and I have been finding myself struggling with his 32 lb self pulling on the walks. I cannot imagine when he is full grown, so I decided finally to nip this in the bud and I ordered the gentle leader. It arrived today and I was amazed at how he has NO power to pull AT ALL. I even noticed that in many situations like when he would normally lunge at something, he didn't, maybe that is just from the novelty and will eventually wear off, but for today, it was as if he had a total attitude adjustment. It was like magic. He is none too pleased about the new situation, for sure, but I am pleased as punch. Will take a few days of working with him to get used to it so he stops trying to pull it down with his paws, but even when he was trying he couldn't get it off successfully unless I let off on the tension to the leash altogether which I was able to correct for easily enough. I have an 18 month old standard poodle. I’ve had her since 9 weeks old. She’s full of energy and gets super excited. I’ve trained her well on a typical lead but I was having issues controlling her when she would get excited by people and animals. I have arthritis in my hands and wrists, I have shoulder problems as well. Every time I walked her I’d be in so much pain trying to pull her back. I bought this in a medium a week ago and I've used it around 2-3 times already. I have a maltipoo and she has a tendency to pull and try to go faster/farther and it would cause her to choke in her previous harness. However, not a single time since I've started using this has she choked/gagged. The sizing is a bit off for her though, since a small is too tight but a medium is too loose (but the medium isn't loose enough for it to be unsafe/falling). This harness is true to its name and is so helpful for dogs that try pulling and end up choking. It's also super softer than her old one. I also bought a small for my yorkie and I think she loves it! Normally she hates harnesses but this one she doesn't seem to mind! I feel like it makes her more comfortable when she's walking as her previous ones weren't the most softest like this. This is my third Gooby harness. Small size worked well when she was a puppy. She outgrew the Small we got her a medium and there was a small sign of tearing on this harness when we upgraded her to large. We got her the large pink and the fabric tore in half. The black fabric on the edge was the only thing keeping it together. Our dog weighs 18lbs but she’s built like a tank. If you have a dog that pulls I wouldn’t recommend this harness. After 3 years of horrible itching solved only by Apoquel meds, I am extremely happy to say that my dog is off the Apoquel as well as all other required supplements and ailments just to prevent itching so much (coconut oil, probiotics, etc). He just gets Zignature Duck dog food twice a day and he itches MAYBE 2 minutes in a 12 hour period. That's beyond incredible. Worth every cent. Our dog seems to be allergic to a bunch of stuff resulting in problems with his ears and feet. Tried him on this as it’s free of chicken and beef after much consideration of the recent stories about the risks of grain free food. At the end of the day we decided the incidences of health problems were sufficiently low to be not significant. Dogs seem to like it and one of them’s a fussy eater.

My 75 lb boxer is on the adjunct staff of my cardiologist. His job is to walk me, hard, every day, 30-45 min. I have osteo- and rheumatoid arthritis as well as heart issues. When I used the training collar for the first time, it was like magic. Those plastic teeth work perfectly. Before, the dog usually behaved, but a nearby squirrel, or another dog, could be too much temptation to pull. Now, the gentlest tug and the usual "Leave it" command keep us walking like pros. I have little trouble disconnecting the links, but really, folks, surely you can add large tips to the cord ends instead of permanently joining them to a ring: one tip is the leash loop and male connector; the other is the female connector and release button. How hard is that? Connected, the collar fits with proper snugness after the owner adds or removes links. Disconnected, the collar opens so far it will slip over the dog's head and ears with ease. No more complaints from owners of impatient, wiggly dogs. Sure, this would add a dollar or five to the price. Big deal. Ease of use would be worth it. I have a 100 pound dog and it pulled so bad that nobody in the house could walk it except for me. And it was a struggle even for me. I had to keep an eye on her at all times because is she took out after a squirrel or something and I wasnt prepared, she would either break free or throw my shoulder out. when buying dog food, I always look at the ingredient list. first item should always be the main ingredient as advertised on the bag. so for this instance, this should have chicken or beef as the first few ingredients. not corn. this will definitely be useful for treats and training commands, as they gobbled it right up! though I'd definitely recommend a different product for daily meals. in terms of likeability, they loved it. I view it as junk food. so, it's good for treats, not healthy for mealtime.

I got the dark purple and they are beautiful. I have two Crocker Spaniels. Both girls have a wide chest but a short back so they can be difficult to get things to fit correctly. These work great if you need a little room to play with the size because the top closes with velcro and then a clasp. If you're dog pulls these feel really solid. Overall they are well put together and the colors are eye catching. When I take both girls to the dog park in their matching harnesses I always get asked about where I got them and what colors do they have!!

I have 4 of these harnesses from a few years ago and loved them. I decided to order 2 more… Unfortunately the new ones all gape at the neck terribly! Even pulling it back more so it’s flat on the neck first doesn’t work as it won’t close the Velcro and then the arm holes rub under the armpits. I realized they changed the arm holes slightly (by overlaying it onto my old ones) and it’s thrown off the whole pattern. They are now useless. So Disappointing since all else is perfect- quality, price, patterns. Try the “Wrap & Snap” instead, it fits great and is nice for summer as there’s no extra fabric on the back.Dog Mom

I bought Purina dog chow little bites about a couple days ago and ever since I started feeding my dog that she has been sick in her feces ive noticed certain material in it that looked like oats but also shavings of hair I have never seen her this way and was wondering what it was finally I was Prepping her food for today and I noticed while mixing her food the purina brand had the same substances inside my dog feces aswell as the little hairs there was a bunch of little hairs inside the pebble and found this all through out the pebble. We have a Yorkie that loves this stuff! We started with the rolls and he was really eating it up but after a while it took us having to coax him into eating. We came across these and from the first time we gave it to him, he licks the bowl clean each and every time. It is now the only food that I will feed him. I know that all the ingredients are fresh and good for him. He has more energy (if that's possible) and his coat is shinier than it has ever been. After my 7 month old puppy was healing from a spaying surgery (just got back from) her appetite was gone, but the only thing she would eat was Freshpet chicken treats. We tried giving her normal kibble and some beef wet food but she wouldn't touch it, she's never had beef before though so that might've played a part. My mom decided to try FreshPet and my dog went crazy for it, ate the whole thing in one sitting and even picked up the paper plate and flung it around. She's never ever done that in the 4+ months we've had her, we've tried multiple kibble/wet food brands as well. We've switched to the Vital line rolls and she still likes them, we mix with her normal kibble and she eats around the kibble (she usually comes back to finish it after). This food is definitely worth the price although the feeding guidelines seem a little too much. The kibble we fed promises shiny coats (which it did provide) but with freshpet her coat is even more shiny and she's so much more happier to eat. My 7 week old tri color bully has vomited in his third day at our house, I googled and saw it said it’s normal for pups to do this sometimes, no worries. Two days later early morning(6:50am EST) he vomited then about 10 minutes later he pooped out about 8 long worms, found they were Roundworms. I immediately went to Meijer and grabbed two boxes of this 7 Way De-Wormer for Small Dogs and gave him a tablet which he happily chomped down. He passed loads of dead worms in each stool that day(like twice). The next morning his belly wasn’t bloated anymore but he wouldn’t eat much but drank water. By the evening he was felling great and back running through the house, he passed about 3-4 live worms in 2 of his 3 stools that day, the third stool had no worms! On the third day there were no more worms in his stool but I gave him the other tablet because I saw a very good vet recommend one deworming tablet day one, a second on day three then again in two weeks. It’s day 6 and he’s been worm free for going on 3 days! It says not to use til 12 weeks on the box, however if your pup is over 6 lbs then I think its okay to use. My little girl is a pit and catahoula mix and shes only about 7-8 weeks old and she handled the dewormer very well. She passed a HUGE tapeworm 🤢 we decided to deworm her due to tape worm segments being passed every so often which is absolutely gross. It took a little over 24 hours for her to pass everything. This is the single most effective and affordable dewormer for dogs. I will recommend this dewormer to everyone and use it for any puppies that I have in the future. Liquid dewormer from the feed store has NOTHING on this stuff and my puppy wanted to eat more of the tablet so I guess it was good. Seriously, get this for your pet you will not regret it.Sara

These worked right away for my 12 pound 1 year old dog. It took overnight to see the results. I snuck it into a chewy treat before bedtime and he didn’t notice it at all since they are super small. After receiving only 1 of the 2 pills (give second pill 2-3 months later for lasting results), he didn’t have anymore worms coming out of his poop and randomly out of his butt. He was constipated for about two weeks to a month and I don’t know if it had anything to do with the worms or the pill but he’s never had that issue before. It was a pretty quick fix by switching out his food temporarily for soft/watery food. Do not think twice about getting it for them as it is life threatening to wait too long for a vet visit. This is my last hope to help my elderly dog with his skin allergy! I have tried several different kinds of dry food and medicated shampoos for him but nothing seems to work very long. Some days he is so miserable that I consider having him euthanized at 16 yrs old. I hope this food will help him, I started feeding this food to him today. My dog was throwing up and her stomach running off. I took her to a vet. She had to spend the night in the hospital. I was told it was her dog food she was on at the time. I must had gotten a bad bag. I switch her to Purina One, Small Breed, after that, and she loves it. I have to measure it and only put what she needs because she loves it so much. My pug has loved the switch to Purina One Small Breed from a different, more expensive brand. I started to see the difference right away. His coat is shinier, his eyes clearer and he's got the energy of his puppy days. Maintaining his weight while still being able to enjoy his food is critical to his happiness and overall health. My dogs have been eating this their whole life, nothing else. My Boston Terrier would probably eat anything, so it's no problem. My terrier mix dog won't eat any other dog food. Sometimes it does give her an upset stomach, but she refuses any other type of food. The little pieces that look like teensy steaks are her favorite. And when she's upset, she won't eat the tiny green square pieces. We have bought bags with cobwebs and bug in it before, but we always take it right back to the store to get another one. I'm in Dallas, TX, and the two closest big blue popular box stores always have it in stock.Elle

My eight year old female chihuahua is a picky eater. Won't eat the healthy dry foods out there but she loves kibbles n' Bits for small breeds. I didn't believe the reports of hair being in the kibbles n' Bits till I opened the bag my self and there was hair all inside the kibbles n bits as if it's being used as an ingredient but it's all she's willing to eat. Then again I got to consider the domesticated dog is a descended of the wolf family not humans and when a hunts and eats its pretty it fur and animal hide is probably gonna be apart of his dinner. Wolves and dogs don't share the same taboos of hair being in their food, only humans have phobias of hair being in their diet. So if kibbles n Bits is the only dog food she's willing to eat then Kibbles n Bits is doing something Right. Kibbles 'n Bits Savory Bacon & Steak Flavor mini bits for small breeds (but also for dogs of all sizes!) Our little fur baby has been through alot in her life. She has been attacked by two larger dogs back in 2018 and had to have surgery to save her life! It's hard on her to find the right type of dog food to be able to enjoy due to the attack. Cocoo was born February 21st 2007 and is a mix breed of apple head chihuahua with jack russell. (She doesnt look like neither at all and she loves to eat.) When we got to try Kibbles 'n Bits Mini Bits Bacon & Steak Flavor we were a little iffy that Cocoo wouldn't like it or enjoy it, because she is a picky eater believe it or not. When we put the food in her bowl she looked at us then went to her bowl and took her a little bit to dig in. She knew it wasn't her original dog food. Even though Cocoo took a little while to dig in, we were in shock at how she went to town eating the food. She was excited and kept wagging her tail. Cocoo eats differently, due to surgery it takes her awhile to chew her food, she usually grabs some and moves away from the bowl to enjoy. But with kibbles 'n bits she was able to eat more at a time and it was better on her to eat and enjoy because of the mini bits. Cocoo ate more of kibbles 'n bits than she does with her original dog food. We were happy that she was able to eat more and not get choke on her food! We believe that the mini bits helped her to enjoy the food and it was the perfect size for her! She got her belly full and had to go lay down to rest. Cocoo has made the choice that she loved Kibbles 'n Bits mini bits and we are excited to be able to buy her more! Highly recommend along with Cocoo approved!Whitt88
