I can't say if this works for daily care, but it definitely helps my cats calm down when they get spring ""craziness."" It is especially bad this year; perhaps because feral cats have moved back into the neighborhood, after having been removed about a year ago. Usually, they ""go at it"" once a year or so. This time around, it has been 3 times in 7 weeks. Before, the stress lasted longer, but with longer intervals between. Since the freqeuncy of fights has increased, I decided to try this. These 3 fight times have lasted only 3-5 days, and I think it has everything to do with this remedy. Bach's was OK, but not as immediately effective. I may try this for maintenance, since one of my cats IS prone to be high strung anyway; I would like to PREVENT the condition, not just treat the symptoms.Girl B.

I tried this wormer on several dogs and it did nothing. Once I switched to a different brand of wormer (with those same dogs) I seen parasites being expelled. I could not honestly recommend this product to help pets with deworming.christina.n

5he skin soother is a great as described! My pup got an abrasion on the side of her snout. The healing process made it itchy so she'd rub her face on the carpet thus rubbing off the scab and the wound would bleed and we had to start the healing process over. I put skin soother on her abrasion at bed time. The next morning it wasn't red and angry looking and she didn't rub her face on the carpet. Started my pup on the skin soother after he developed allergies. He was scratching himself raw and needed a steroid taper to alleviate his discomfort. My dog was being swarmed by flies because of all the open wounds she had due to scratching her skin constantly due to a bad rash. I tried several prodcuts but nothing was working. This works well—- my cat doesn't try to run away when I use it. He gets dandruff sometimes and a couple wipe downs using this gets rid of it. My dog always gets a couple of spots in the spring and summer that he will Chouette and scratch at. We use gentle shampoos, put oil in his food, but he still gets a couple of spots. My dog almost constantly licks her feet. I have tried so many different ointments and sprays and nothing seems to work. I was excited to give this hydrocortisone spray a try. Surprisingly it worked. If your dog gets paw and skin dermatitis you need to get this! My golden retriever gets it from outdoor allergies especially from grass. My senior bun loves these treats, and they do seem to be helping stop the progression of the arthritis in his hind legs and ankles. They don't actually come in this jar, they're in a little resealable bag, and the new treats come with a line down the centre to break them in half if your pet is just little and only needs part of one. Snowy gets 2 full tablets per day, but I do like to break them and hide them for him to find. My poor pupper got irritated paws from horrible ginko berries smashed all over the fall ground and then made them worse by licking. They were so red and I felt so bad. This product is on the shelf next to a dozen others that claim to do the same thing, but I didn't get to it until three others didn't get the job done. This showed visible improvement within a day. Bonus that he didn't lick it off – before I tried this I would combo an antimicrobial with one of those "bitter taste dogs hate" sprays, but my dog is weird and loved those things and would lick them like crazy. My twelve year old miniature schnauzer develops an allergy to a new food every five to six months; his still stool goes from solid to liquid overnight and if we don’t decrease to half of the old and begin a transition to a new food by the next day he has severe colitis (with blood) for at least two weeks while we transition. It’s become a science of observation, immediate reaction (new food) and recovery that last around three weeks before we are back to solid stool. This topper has been a great addition to our 13 years old's kibble. She loved it right off the get go!!! Read the directions so you know how much to add and not use the normal amount of kibble. She's also on weight management so its less kibble with the addition of this topper She also gets some broccoli too as a treat. We bought this topper as she's been moving a bit slower and jumping is a bit of a issue for her now. About two weeks into the topper, she's more playful and appears to have more pep in her step. I never knew about these, but the lady at the store told us about them that they are good for stomach ailments. She gives them to her two dogs a few cubes a day as a supplement. Our puppy had diarrhea, so we bought them and he loves them. I think it helped. They are a bit expensive, but you only give him a few, so the bag will last a long time.PartiPoodleMama

My little dog was sprayed by a skunk a little over a month ago and we used shampoo that left her skin in ruin. It was so dry and she developed sores that would open and cause hair loss. The Vet and store clerk Mike both recommended a conditioner with oatmeal. I've used this for quite some time after not being able to get a different product anymore. The vet wanted to sell me a product with green-lipped mussel and New Zealand deer antler velvet. I'm not falling for the idea that New Zealand deer has more effective velvet. I couldn't find deer velvet here (yet), but did find this product with green-lipped mussel. I has other ingredients I like as well, including Green Tea extract, Hyaluronic acid, and Boswellia. If your dog only has regular arthritis, this product alone may be enough. I find that I have to supplement additionally for my very arthritic dog. However, the vet said he had 3 months at best before he'd go down and we'd have to put him down. My 10 year old cat was literally dying because she could not eat and was getting too weak to drink. She was getting palliative, hospice type care but I didn't want her to starve to death. I take care of feral cats and I Trap, Neuter, and Release (TNR) them in order to decrease the cat population in my neighborhood. When spaying a female cat, you have to keep them for at least 4 days for them to appropriately heal and have the affects of the anesthesia to wear off completely. One of the ferals that I trapped was a skin-and-bones female that was really too young to be having the kitten she was towing around with her. So I trapped her and her only surviving female kitten, had them both fixed and proceeded to "Fatten them up" and have them heal completely. "Under the Weather" Ready-Cal was the perfect supplement to give to both mamma and baby while they healed. I kept mamma in my care for one month because she was so pathetically thin. In that month, Mamma's coat changed from a rusty brown to a glossy black. She gained weight to where you could no longer feel her ribs poking through her fur. She did not like indoor life AT ALL and could not be socialized or handled, so she was released back to her outdoor home. I continue to feed Mamma every day, even built her an outdoor heated shelter in my fenced in yard. She is very content now. She now loves people, but cannot be picked up off the ground or lifted, but allows petting and head scratches. As for her kitten, she socialized very well, is awesome at vet visits and handling, and doubled in size very quickly because of the added Ready-Cal supplement and gained weight at a rate of 1lb/month. Her blood work came back from the vet as perfect. She was de-wormed, de-fleaed, and now is added to our family as a "foster-fail" which means that she is just too stinking cute to adopt out, so I kept her as part of our family. Under the Weather "Ready-Cal" is now expected on their food during all feedings. If I put their wet food down without the Ready-CAL supplement they sniff it as something is not quite right with the food. Once I apply it to the food, they lick the brown calorie-dense "goop" (as my husband calls it) off the top of the food first, then they dig into and eat the rest. I do not feel that the kitten and Mamma cat would have recovered so fully and have such good health now if it was not for the Ready-Cal supplement. I continue to give Mamma cat the supplement every day because she is an outdoor cat, and they burn more calories being outside. The fleas are annoying my baby. With corona virus, getting to her vet for prescription medication is not an option right now, so I was looking for a very strong AND safe/gentle shampoo to help ease her suffering.
