Phenomenal stuff. I have a pomeranian with the absolute thickest coat I've ever seen on one. She's only 1 year old and gets into lots of stuff outside She managed to get several HUGE matts and were extremely tight. I had read previous review of this product but was still a bit skeptical. This product is exactly the same as the ingredients in Panacur. It has been around forever, and works perfectly well for the worms it is intended to treat. After getting a recommendation from the vet, we used this on our dog with very successful results. Tapeworms require a different product. Obviously, your dog should be diagnosed at your vet's office. Then you will know WHAT type of worms your dog has, and what treatment is necessary. It goes without saying that you must READ the directions as well as get instructions from your vet. I find mixing the powder with canned food or a glob of yogurt is all you need to do to get your dog to gobble it up. Your dog should also be on a heartworm preventative, and most of these products will have the added benefit of preventing several other types of parasites. Overall I highly recommend, just check with your vet that it is what your dog needs.annahudson

Purchased PetArmor first when I physically saw worms in my dogs stool. Weighted my dog and he was 27lbs so correct wight for what I got.. 2 weeks later gave him the second dose just in case. 1 week later still had worms. Then Bought this Safe Guard 4 and gave the 3 packets for body weight like directed. Week after giving him that. Still saw worms. So I took him to the vet to see if maybe it was worms that these 2 dewormers just didn’t treat for. Nope, he had tapeworm and both this one and the Safe Guard 4 supposedly treat for tapeworm. Also, before I started all of this I did treat my home and yard for fleas and our dog so he shouldn’t have kept getting tapeworm from fleas. Vet said his flea treatment was working so the dewormers from Walmart just don’t work at all. Don’t waste your money and just take your pet to the vet.Natalie

My German Shepard had recurrent ear infections for over a year. At first it was once a month, then twice, and it ended up with painful inflammations every week with pus discharges and bad smell. That was terrible, nothing helped, antibiotics prescribed by vet stopped the process for some days, but afterwards everything was back again, and internal antibiotics made my dog weak. Then we found out that this was not a bacterial infection, it was fungi! But we could not find any efficient remedies against it. We used oregano oil and similar herbs internally, but they helped also only for a while. Then I found out information about Zymox and ordered it, that was our last hope. The first time I cleaned my dogs ears with Zymox, it smelled awfully. The next day the smell was not so bad, and after some other days there were no smell at all… We used it as indicated, 14 days, but already after 7 days my dog recovered. It is 10 months from then now, and there is no more any sign of ear problems…. I am SO grateful that someone has developed such an efficient product and there is a possibility to order it from abroad. I can't imagine where we would be now if there were no Zymox….Helen

IF you do not have some Zymox in your dog owning tool kit you need it! How many times has your dog developed an ear infection after a grooming? I foster dogs and have this handy for all new dogs, current dogs and recommend it highly!!!!!!!!!!! Have sent it to my foster families as something they need to have on hand. EATS the bacteria and the yeast. Awesome stuff to have on hand! Rufus came with horrible ear infection that had to be packed. I will be maintaining his ears with zymox at least once a week. These alcohol pads are not for cleaning large wounds. They are big enough to put in a first aid kit and clean basic cuts. I use them to clean before I lance my finger to check glucose levels. I also use them before I give my diabetes shots. They are absolutely perfect size for what I use them for. They come in a sealed package that keeps the alcohol from evaporating. Overall they are a great size for prepping for needles and they will work as basic wound cleaning in a first aid package.ddrisk

Buyer beware!! Due to Covid-19 issues and the pandemic, we are all looking for products that help sterilize our hands and surfaces. This is why their offer caught my eye. I was looking for hard to find wipes. This appeared to be something I was looking for and could use…. 70% Isopropyl Alcohol Sterile Prep Pad, Medium. While it is true, I was sent exactly what they showed in the ad, but the issue is the ad was a bit deceitful, implying medium size wipes. These things are like the size of a postage stamp (1" square) and by "unfolding" one, they are now the size of 2 postage stamps…1"x2". INCHES!! These are used by Drs and nurses to give shots – rub a small area before injecting a needle or drawing blood. OK, my bad for not really looking closely at the picture and trying to figure out how big these actually were, but shame on Daily Steals for deceptively not explaining this better. To boot, ALL SALES FINAL. I feel they are taking advantage of the current panic due to the pandemic. If I could give zero stars I would. What is so disappointing is that I have had a good order history with this company and satisfied with products and service. Not sure what the devil to do with these now. The product looks like it was exposed to air. There is a build up dried material on the dropper neck.This is the 3rd bottle from different vendor's, it is not the sellers fault. I believe this is a manufacturing error. Unfortunately, they are the only makers of this product.P

My 12 year old chihuahuas liver blood work came back very very high so her vet put her on Denamarin. When we did her follow up blood work 4 months later her numbers tripled. I started looking else where and found these. After 3 months of being on hepato support 1/2 capsule in the morning and the other half in the evening her levels were right back down to a decent level and she is back to her lovable happy self. For YEARS I recommended these to everyone and anyone within ear shot. We breed, raise, train poodles and Bernese mountain dogs. These dogs can be anywhere from 1000-5000 a piece however the pain my family is feeling from this completely avoidable losses no amount can fix. We have not lost just one family member but seven senselessly. It wasn’t till a vet tech advised me in line at our Petco not to buy this product that this was what was making dogs sick! The pets in our house receive love in frequent Caresses', Brushings, Gardens for play and Special beds for sleep. Above ALL, they receive New Seresto Collars on Valentine's day each year ! Thus, they are protected throughout the year from those nasty ticks and fleas that would love to snuggle into their fur and pester the cats and dogs all season. Oversight Subcommittee Report Reveals EPA Failed to Protect Pets, Owners From Dangerous Flea and Tick Collar

Washington, D.C. (June 15, 2022)—Today, Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Economic and Consumer Policy, released a staff report entitled “Seresto Flea and Tick Collars: Examining Why a Product Linked to More than 2,500 Pet Deaths Remains on the Market,” which details the findings of the Subcommittee’s 16-month investigation into the safety of the Seresto flea and tick collar. The report reveals that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under previous administrations was aware of the dangers of the Seresto collar as early as 2015 and failed to take action to protect pets and their owners. Scientific experts, a former EPA official, and pet owners will testify about the dangers of the Seresto collar and the findings of the Subcommittee’s report at a hearing this afternoon.

“It is unacceptable that the EPA has been aware of the Seresto collar’s safety concerns for years and has continued to allow Americans to unknowingly put their pets in danger by using a product they have been led to believe is safe,” said Chairman Krishnamoorthi. “While I am pleased by the EPA’s new commitment to revisit the incident data, I urge the agency to initiate formal Notice of Intent to Cancel proceedings to determine whether the Seresto collar should be removed from the market, including a comprehensive cost-benefit review of its serious risks. Following the Subcommittee’s disturbing findings, I believe the EPA must expand its data collection standards and more strictly follow its scientific review process to ensure that dangerous products are not permitted to stay on the market and threaten the welfare of pets that so many Americans view as family.”

The Seresto flea and tick collar received EPA approval in 2012 and was introduced to the market in 2013. Since then, Bayer—the original brand owner of the collar—and Elanco—which purchased the product in 2020, have sold more than 30 million collars. Pet owners embraced the convenience of the product, which provides 8 months of flea and tick protection for dogs and cats for under $70, and which is widely sold by pet specialty stores, online pet pharmacies, and large online retailers.

The Subcommittee launched its investigation into the collars in March 2021, following the publication of an investigative report which revealed that, as of June 2020, there had been more than 75,000 incidents and approximately 1,700 pet deaths linked to the Seresto collar. Since then, the reported numbers have increased to more than 98,000 incidents and 2,500 pet deaths.

The Subcommittee reviewed emails from the EPA, as well as documents from Bayer and Elanco, that showed the EPA was aware of these incident numbers and the dangers caused by the collar yet failed to act. Documents and communications obtained by the Subcommittee reveal:

EPA Rushed Seresto’s Approval Through a Flawed Scientific Review Process: An EPA Risk Manager wrote in 2016 that the agency “rushed” the Seresto collar’s registration so that the CDC could use the collars in a study. The California Department of Pesticide Regulation found that key studies that tested the Seresto collar on adult dogs and cats were not acceptable because the studies “greatly under-estimated the exposures” to one of the collar’s active ingredients. It should come as little surprise that any cat is going to hate having a liquid put in their ears. My cat hated her very expensive prescription medication that never did fully eradicate her ear mites, so I didn't expect her to feel differently about this product. It's too early to say with 100% confidence that this is going to knock out the now only slight, but persistent ear mite problem she seems to have, but so far, so good (3 days of applications). The only tricky thing is remembering which ear I got on each application because there is no way on earth that I can get her to let me do both ears at once. If this knocks it out, then the price point, as well as the ingredient list, totally have me sold. Much better than what I was spending at the vet! This is an excellent ear cleaning product for Sphynx and other hairless cats! I have already recommended this product to my Sphynx and Elf cats owner friends! It is great for any other hairless or haired ear cats as well. It is easy to use, and has a pleasant scent. Nice smell. It seems to be working. I have to swaddle my cat in a blanket like a baby. Then he allows me to spray on both sides of his gums twice. He won’t drink the water when I put it in the water.
