Since my dog hasn't had a history with this, and doesn't seem to have seasonal allergies, the vet suggested an antimicrobial for the eye irritation and I went with this ophthalmic gel based on the luck I've had with other Vetericyn products in the past. I started with a tiny drop on the corner of my dog's eye to be sure he wouldn't have any reaction to it. Later that day, I went ahead and applied a few drops in each of his eyes. I applied the gel two times a day for three days in a row and by the fourth day his eyes had stopped having discharge. It is almost like my dog knew the drops would make him feel better as he kept his head very still when I applied the gel to his eyes. The shape of the dispenser where you squeeze the product out of makes it very easy to apply the gel to their eyes. While it is a "gel," it comes out of the dispenser fairly quickly which I find allows for an accurate application. My adopted beagle had seizure the second day after we brought her home. She was one year old then. We thought it was due to the new environment. Clinic vet prescribe her with only some relaxant medication and vitamins. She continues to have seizure once every few weeks. We inherited my mother-in-law's 16-or-so year old cat. He had a history of throwing up but her vet couldn't find anything wrong. It seems to work best when the cat hasn't eaten for at least 4 hours (preferably more) before we give it, then don't feed him for at least an hour after. My poodle has a lot of ear hair that needs to be cleaned often. In between baths, the smell can get kinda funky. Used this ear rinse to see if it would help and it does. It keeps the waxy smell away longer but it's not mask any existing smells. It's easy enough to use and my dog doesn't seem to mind it too much. So I have a little 6 lb Pomeranian that has mild separation anxiety. I gave her half of a pill everyday before I left for work. They weren't exactly miracle pills, but they did help calm her down a little bit, hence the two star rating. However, after about two weeks, I noticed that her fur began to fall out. I checked the pills and their reviews but found nothing about fur loss being a side effect, so I just assumed it was something else. After another week she had no undercoat and I was about to take her to the vet but decided to try not giving her the pills first. She stopped losing fur and now, 3 months later, her coat has come back. This product literally saved my cats life along with the Blood Sugar gold. I noticed my cat was drinking tons of water, bloated and not walking well due to arthritis. I took him to the vet. I started my dog on these drops about a month ago, as we were having trouble with uncontrolled high blood sugar. My Maltese Poodle, who is 12 years old was diagnosed the beginning of December with Diabetes. I have a 12-year-old mixed breed dog named Lucy. Lucy suffers from pretty intense allergies. Her number one culprit is grain. When she consumes grain, she gets very itchy ears. They often have to be treated with an anti-yeast drop. She has caused herself to have burst blood vessels in her ear that needed to be drained at the veterinarian. We tried. The Aller immune chew for her for the past three weeks and we noticed that she is not shaking or scratching nearly as much as she typically does since starting these Chews. She has outdoor allergens as well that she will bite at her paws and she has stopped that pretty much altogether since starting these chews. Overall we were quite impressed by the improvements she made. We feed her grain feed food but she is a thief and also takes advantage of messy children dropping food. So glad to have these to compensate!

We were having a very bad time with mosquitoes & grass gnats towards the end of this summer going into fall & even though she has been on a 10 in 1 milti, omega capsules & digestive tablets our girl ended up tearing herself apart. She was miserable & couldn't enjoy regular activities. I was more than happy to receive these & test them out because we were getting desperate. We started her on these a little over 3 weeks ago & after a bath with soothing colloidal oatmeal, upping her omegas intake & adding these to her daily supplements she is finally starting to heal & is now pretty much back to normal. All of her wounds & hotspots have healed & cleared up however, it's difficult to say if it's due to the end of mosquito season being near or a combination of these supplements along with her others. I had to wrap a dog's hind leg for more than 3 1/2 months while he healed from having a giant tumor removed (skin atrophied…had to grow back an area about 3" by 4"). We are using this spray as part of our process to remove the ear posts from our baby blue doberman. As any owner can attest, removing the adhesive tape as part of changing the posts can be one of the most stressful, and potentially, painful part of remove the posts from your little one. There are other products that can be used, but our vet strongly recommended using this spray. It performs exactly as promised. We spray the ear tape and wait 20-ish seconds, and then the tape comes off very easily and does not leave the adhesive behind. My dog ended up with a serious open wound after pulling out her stitches and subsequent staples such that her post-operation scar could no longer be closed. As a result, I had to change her bandage twice a day. For the most part, I tried loosening up the 3M tapes by soaking the back of the tape with warm water. That provided some assistance, but was time consuming and only marginally effective. At my vet, I saw them use this magic spray and take off the bandage with no problem at all.
