My dog was starting to get on the dirty and smelly side so I gave her a mist of this freshening spray and brushed her out for 20 mins using the spray when needed. Don't get the idea that this is like a bath. It is not a substitute. However between baths this spray did help her smell nice. Her fur still feels dirty but she doesn't smell like it. This pet bed and fabric refresher actually smells much better than I anticipated. I have never heard of this brand before so I was kind of hesitant to whether or not I should even bother trying it, not knowing what to expect but I am so glad that I did as I was pleasantly surprised by the results. Not only does it have a nice scent it also has a tendency to linger quite a while unlike some sprays that smell good when you first use it then disappears completely within minutes yet the scent is subtle at the same time so as not to trigger any headaches, sneezing etc. It actually smells the way it claims, a light fresh scent. Some will make that claim but won't smell anything like it. The spray bottle is easy to use. The trigger sprays effortlessly. Because it actually works to get the stinky smells out of fabrics, it doesn't just cover them for a few minutes. This Freshener has Bio active technology that uses plants, minerals, and enzymes to actually break down the dirt and odors on the fabric that you spray it on. It comes in an easy spray bottle and the Lemon and Thyme scent is awesome (I wasn't sure I'd like it) all you need to do is spray on the fabric or surface that has the yucky smell and let it dry and within minutes the smell has disappeared and it doesn't come back unless you get it all stinky again. I received the Bac-Out Pet Bed & Fabric Refresher, 16 fl oz for review. The product arrived securely packaged and with no damage. The spray came in a convenient trigger spray bottle, easy to use and no problems with the bottle. The smell was okay, but i found it overpowering. To be fair, I do have a sensitive nose; as do animals. My dog loves car rides, so I used it in my car, but I wasn’t comfortable using it in his bedding because of the smell. When I did use it I didn’t notice much of a difference, even when I sprayed it heavily and let it dry. I used the entire bottle, but this is not something I would purchase for myself.JimDangle

I originally got this in desperation because my 1.5 year old decided to take his bottle and turn it upside down and proceeded to drip half his bottle of milk on the seat and floor of my car. By time I noticed the damage was done. As soon as we got home I scrubbed it with soap and water, but it was too late. My mom suggested I get this product, with nothing to lose, I bought it and sprayed it all over my car, rolled down the windows and let it dry, the smell was gone and has never come back! I then started using it all over the house, where the dog was regularly, in my back and front stairwell, where the air would get stagnant smelling. I just bought another bottle because now my son is 2 and he had a major blow out in his diaper, it leaked all over our area rug where he was sitting. The smell was horrendous because I didn’t realize it had gotten on the rug until the next day and our living room smelled horrible. I have used other natures miracle products for years and liked them very much. I decided to try this. I sprayed it on oine problem area The whole two story house smelled to the horrible chemical added to mask ordors. It was so bad my partner would not sleep in the room for 3 days. My former tools were not keeping up, and–try as I might–I couldn't seem to ever get all of the spots or get rid of the smell.Enter Angry Orange and the blacklight tool. I used it once, and my carpeted apartment had never smelled better. I was once again confident that I was helping pruppets without screwing over my landlady.The accidents, unfortunately, continued. Never fear, I thought, because I have Angry Orange! However, when I went to use the product a second time, the spray bottle no longer worked. Thinking I had just worn it out with too vigorous use, I transferred the miracle substance to another bottle. Voilá! I've been wanting to buy this, but wasn't sure it would really work. Plus, I have another enzyme cleaner that I absolutely love. However, the other cleaner doesn't 100% remove pet messes (greatly reduces the stains but completely remove). I have a chihuahua, who's done very well with potty training (actually surprisingly well lol) but there's one spot that she's had 2 accidents at. I'm thinking she can still smell that area, even though we can't.I ended up finding this at Target, and it was a compulsive buy. I was very excited to try it though. As soon as I returned home, I thoroughly saturated an old pet stain. I allowed it to soak overnight (I'd say 12 hours – older stains need to soak longer). In the morning, I used my carpet cleaner to soak up any major cleaner that was still there then placed a white towel on top, which I placed something heavy on top. After 5 minutes, I removed the towel checked the spot… I couldn't find it anymore with my black light, which I used to thoroughly check with no luck! I definitely recommend!! I paid $20 for this at target will be reordering it on Angry Orange to save a little money.I'd also light to point out the smell. I wasn't sure I'd love the orange scent. I've made enzyme cleaners from orange peels before the scent is less than favorable. However, this orange scent is different. It's a very realistic orange scent not that typical cleaner smell. It kind of reminds me of a Creamsicle. It's a 5 out of 5 for odor elimination – I didn't have that problem before, so I tried it in the bathroom after my younger son missed the toilet. Light shows everything else other than dog or cat urine which is why I’m disappointed because i bought the light to show the dog urine and didn’t show it at all.The spray is a nice scent but people should be strongly advised to open up all windows in the home and turn on all fans before even spraying it once and to avoid being in the direct room or area where spray was used and keep pets away and blocked off from the area until the spray is dry because it is overbearingly strong while it’s wet and just using it in one spot in one room the scent quickly travels through to the rest of the house. It gets less intense as it dries and once it’s completely dry it’s almost odorless.Not a horrible smell but it’s way too strong there needs to be lots of fans and open windows throughout the entire home until it dries and direct area where it was used needs to be avoided until it dries.I wasnt sure at first if this stuff worked or just masked the smell when I first used it while it was still wet. The whole house quickly smelled like the citrus and didn’t couldn’t smell dog urine or any other odor or scent at all in rhe house and the citrus was all we were able to smell until it all dried completely. Today I barely smell citrus at all now thst it dried. I smelled the dog urine alittle back but barely smell it and urine smell is mostly gone now and extemely super faint as to before I used this spray and the dog urine order coming from the big area rug made my eye sinuses allergies and my entire respiratory tract and asthma go haywire the urine odor odor was so bad from that big rug going anywhere near that kitchen made me feel sick to my stomach. I have many cats and I'm constantly cleaning the litter box. However, where my biggest concern was, are the trash cans in which I discard the litter. Please keep in mind, that all discarded litter goes into two plastic well sealed bags, thus, I try to prevent odor and leakage from occurring. Keep in mind it is summer, and there is also household trash in the trash bins. So, there is regular household trash, discarded kitty litter, and summer heat, not to mention the trash bins are picked up once a week. The odor was too much to bare! I saw an infomercial about how effective Zero Odor was and decided to try it. I sprayed the interior trash bin lids and the inside of the bins with the trash it in. THE ODOR DISAPPEARED! Please note I have a keen sense of smell, so I'm hypersensitive to many odors that do not bother others. I have found I only need to do a couple of trash bin sprays every few days. I have also tried doing just one little spray of Zero Odor is the "doodie bags" before I seal them up. BIG help! I cannot be without Zero Odor! It might seem expensive but it's worth every penny. With the weather being so hot lately, we have been having more playdates inside. But sometimes that may lead to accidents from other furiends, which can be a problem when we have mostly carpet inside our home. With our most recent playdate, one dog friend had an accident. After it was cleaned up and then several sprays (just to be sure) of Advanced Platinum No More Marking for Indoor Training, no other dogs had mark the same area. I foster dogs for a rescue, as well as dogsit. With new dogs, there's always a small period of teaching them the house rules, and also establishing a normal potty routine. Also, some dogs are more prone to marking than others. Needless to say, accidents have happened at my place from time to time. What's frustrating is despite using an enzyme cleaner, you still get that one dog that can still smell something, so they decide to pee on that spot. This product has been helpful in deterring. I wanted to make sure I gave it a chance before I wrote my review. My cat peed on my bed and it got thru my blanket, sheet, mattress topper and it got on my mattress. I washed everything else a few times and that took care of the smell on all of that but I couldn’t get the pee away from my mattress. It smelled at night and I couldn’t fall asleep and I tried every pet stain remover we had in our house. So I decided no harm in trying this… I used it for two days. Sprayed really close to the mattress and let it soak. Then I took a damp rag and scrubbed and did that about twice. The second day I just sprayed it and then an hour later I blow dried it to help it dry faster. It worked! I can’t smell the pee anymore (thank god) and I can finally sleep! Well, it works! Usually I use natures miracle but it wasn’t actually cleaning my carpet that well and the smell was just insane after a while. A couple of minutes after scrubbing this into my carpet in some spots where my dog had marked hard, I didn’t think it was going to work and I could still smell the urine but after an hour of letting it air out, the stains were gone except one bad one (I’d expect that and will just try using this again in that spot more thoroughly as it was lightened back up by 50%) and the smell was gone and everything smelled good again. Took some elbow grease but it works well for bad pet stains and smells.Hannah

Omg!!! I’m impressed! My son and puppy marked their territory in a couple places in the house and we could never get the smell out. It was embarrassing and we haven’t had anybody over because of it. I saw this in Walmart and decided to try this since the other sprays didn’t work. I sprayed this on a spot and it has a strong lemon smell. I went back over there an hour later and I smell NOTHING. The odor from the bottle is worse than the odor I am trying to get rid of. I would like to return the 3 unused bottles that I have ($11.95 ea.). The containers have not been opened and yet the smell is so strong you can smell the product when you enter the room where it is stored.michael

Products does what it states it could do. To make your home protected. Glad that it is ECO friendly. Researched other users and they provided a lot helpful tips. Spray once a day and vacuum. Most of these sprays advise spraying once a week or every other week is sufficient. The building has an issue with BB. The spray smell is horrible and it does not dissipate. I sprayed with Fabreeze, let it air out, passed a wet soapy cloth. Nothing. It also does not work. I continue to get bit by bedbugs. Further more when ever I'm by an are that a I sprayed, I get sick, my head starts to hurt, I get a soar throat and instead I feel as if I'm the one that's going to die and not the bed bugs. My one cat I brought in from outside stopped using the litterbox because one of my cats bullied her. She won't leave the living room. I used many stain & Odor remover, including home remedies; none worked well enough to deter them from returning to the spot. This one was immediate, all I had to do was spray, clean up or let dry as per instructions, and it worked. I was concerned that it wouldn't remove the odor or stain that had penetrated through the cushion, but it worked and did not damage the cushion (I used it on an orthopedic dog bed). I recommend following the cleaning instructions and then, once dry, reapplying for the deodorizing instructions for best results. Also, do invest in a black light. It helps a lot to clean up the exact spot and not second guess where it's located.Y

I've discovered this product 6 years ago. Works amazingly. A relative gave me bed bugs. At first i thought it was flees and ticks. But after doing some extensive research ive learned it was bed bugs. I saw a bunch of articles on how expensive and how long takes to get rid of them. After a few failures with other products loaded with harsh chemicals, I found ecovenger( ecoraider when i first found it). the product works great! I noticed one treatment would last 2 weeks. After some trial and error, I figured out spraying weekly and spraying a 30 feet radius from the hot zone. I was able to get rid of them completely after a few months. Sadly, the same relative have them to me again, 6 years later, but now I know what to use to get rid of them. And this product works great on roaches, spiders, and other hone pests. I've bought the other products specifically for each bug but I've noticed the bed bug killer works best on them because its the most concentrated.Claudia

This stuff worked as promised. My home was infested by the time we figured out what was going on. Since it takes forever to prep the house for the pest control company to do a final fogger, we had to use something just so we could still live in our house and not transfer bugs. Works well . Did some areas using this, and others in another product. EcoRaider worked well and did well . The other, not so much. Although more expensive and did some repeat spraying, diidn't have to keep repeated spraying of the other type. Finally just gave up on the other one and used Ecoraider in those areas too. All of Nature's Miracle products are amazing, but I was especially happy when this line came out because it's made with 86% plant-based surfactants. It's still tough as ever and has helped with our urine stains (marking territory issues!) but smells so good and feels more fresh. I am buying a gallon of this today after having bought a spray bottle size of it from Pet Supermarket on the advice of one of their clerks when looking for something to deal with really pungent odor left by roof rat that found it's way into the basement. Yeesh. I sprayed the the concrete floor and wall really well where the smell was coming from and the smell was gone just as soon as the product dried. The clerk suggested this because it was to be used on concrete and I didn't want to have to go back in and scrub or rinse or brush or vacuum. It did the trick.I've also had many geriatric cats over the years and used various products for their messes and marking issues. All of the products I'd used worked pretty well but this has worked best of any of them.At present I have a 25 year old cat who is no longer able to use the litter box regularly so besides limiting his access to most of the house, I am using pee pads and this product to clear up urine and feces that don't make it to the box.I use it on ceramic tile floor and hardwood flooring sealed with an unknown sealer. The wood floor finish is no worse for the use (but I don't let the product sit on the wood for longer than it takes to spray and wipe up) and the tile takes it like a champ. I have gone back and dry polished the wood floor to bring the shine back up as the product leaves a bit of a residue but a buff with a regular clean shammy cloth quickly takes care of that.Periodically I am cleaning both types of flooring with appropriate methods and have had no "smell-through" or resurfacing stains.After 40-ish years of multiple cats and the one episode with the roof rat visit I am happy the rat came along or I would not have known this product worked so well.K. First, if you are reading this review, please know that I am sorry you find yourself, like me, comparison shopping for cat urine remedy products, and I hope things get better. This is not on my list of "fun ways to spend Friday night," but here we are…at the mercy of an orange tabby cat….he knows who he is…. Second, I feel like I have tried every cat urine stain and odor remover product under the sun, and Skout's Honor products, especially the cat-specific products, have worked the best for me and our household. While Skout's Honor cleansers are not enzyme-based, I feel like they work just as effectively if not better than the enzyme cleaners I have tried. And, the smell of the Skout's Honor products is pleasant unlike the strong, perfume-heavy scent of many other products that just masks the cat urine odor. I have used Skout's Honor on carpet, clothing, bedding, and a mattress, and it has not stained or bleached any surface so far. My male cat peed A LOT on a brand new comforter, and this not only removed the large stain but also the truly awful smell. I was so certain I would have to throw the comforter away or burn it and was convinced that odor would haunt me even then, but the severe mess urine and odor destroyer actually worked. I’m never going back to natures miracle. This stuff really really works. I have been fostering for 12 years and it’s been a challenge to find something that completely gets rid of the smell of cat urine from soft surfaces. The smell is gone almost instantaneously. The best part about it is that there is no perfume that covers up the smell, so you can tell whether or not it is actually working. I’ve had as many as 14 in my house at a time and you cannot smell cat *at all*. I keep my house clean and this helped clean it to the next level. I have purchased both the gallon and the spray bottle. If you purchase the spray bottle, I’d advise you to put the liquid into another bottle as the skouts honor bottle is pretty terribly constructed to where the lid constantly falls off and it leaks. Just put it in another bottle.Claire

This stuff works okay but not as well as resolve. I also really hate the smell. Yeah the smell of urine is bad, but this smells like something you use to clean urine up with. It has an overpowering lemon gas station bathroom smell that I can’t stand. I bought it because there was $1 coupon on the bottle but I’ll never buy this again, I’ll pay more for resolve. I also found that you had to use like 4x as much. Not a good value. Also, the bottle says it’s 5% peroxide as the active ingredient and I feel ripped off honestly. Like the product but the squirt bottle broke after the 1st use. Top, spray nozzle, detached from the bottle. Tonight, the spray nozzle broke completely from the base. Now, in order to continue to use the remaining Woolite free & clear, i have to buy a squirt bottle. As I said, I like the results that the Woolite free & clear provide, however, the packaging was a disappointment. P.S. I have a Bissel vacuum cleaner and I love it. Plus, both my dog and my cat are rescues and I love them. Keep up the good work!!moomama

This is a great carpet cleaner for removing pet stains. My cat had a sensitive stomach and seemed to always choose the carpet to get sick. Woolite to the rescue! If you spray the area right after the event it cleans so well you can't tell anything happened. The nicest part is that even older stains will come out with a little work. Best of all, it neutralizes odors so that the carpet is fresh.SoHappy

We are the owner of a male neutered 4 year old exotic shorthair cat. Recently, he decided he liked a spot on the carpet about 4 feet from his litter box to urinate. We still haven't figured out why, but we changed boxes and litter, and he is successfully using the box again, thank goodness. However, that left us with clean up of approximately a 3' by 2' area of carpet. He was probably using the area for at least 2 weeks, as I smelled ammonia there for 2 weeks, thinking that the box was stinking badly for some reason, until I caught him in the act! Also the carpet is a beige/tan frise that shows no stain of urine, making it harder to detect. Anyways, as you can imagine, our carpet stunk. It was dry, so it wasn't that terrible unless he recently peed. We went out and bought a large bottle (size smaller than the gallon size) of NM's Urine Destroyer, without reading any reviews as I was basically in an angry panic. We dumped on half of the bottle, and at first it seemed to mask the odor somewhat. By the next morning, after it sat about 14 hours, it smelled like ammonia throughout the area. by the next day after I arrived home after work, it REEKED of ammonia throughout the house, worse than ever before. I don't know what the was, but it only amplified the horrible smell, ten fold. After doing some research while getting a headache in the house, I read reviews of Stink Free. It is an oxidizer, rather than using enzymes. We went out last night, first to buy Stink Free, and second, to escape the ammonia fog of what used to be our fresh smelling townhouse. Picked up a gallon of Stink Free, and poured that baby all over about a 4' by 4' area of carpet. It did instantly mask the smell. The rest of the night, it smelled strongly of the STink Free product, however no ammonia (not surprising since we dumped a gallon of it down). The real test was this morning, when the NM's product failed. Came out this morning to check, and was very pleasantly surprised to NOT smell ammonia. Also, the product smell had faded some. I would highly suggest you save your money and NOT buy NM urine destroyer. Instead, try Stink Free first.Catownerasdf

All of Nature's Miracle products are amazing, but I was especially happy when this line came out because it's made with 86% plant-based surfactants. It's still tough as ever and has helped with our urine stains (marking territory issues!) but smells so good and feels more fresh. Also the only thing that worked to get out a smell from when my dog was sprayed by a skunk HA! If THAT doesn't tell you something about how good this product is!Queso

My french bulldog is an amazing pet, but after 7 years of having her, most of my carpets and tiles are stained with dog vomit and urine.
