So I ordered this and instantly it killed the horrific suckers. I'm ashamed to say I had bed bugs. But with this product it killed them instantly. They was in my BRAND NEW COUCH. I will be buying more of this so they will stay away. I also plan to just spray my whole home that way I know I won't have this murderous problem again. I really learned my lesson and not get anything, no matter how nice it may be, off the side of the road ever again. I've had the bed bugs for a couple years and I thought I got rid of them by throwing the old couch away seeing that is where they were coming from or they might have came from someone else that was in my home. It works. You must spray all the cracks and all rooms bugs may have traveled. They can travel on people, clothing, and luggage undetected. It can take weeks to fully eradicate them according to pest control experts. As I sprayed, there was 1 bedbug that was moving. When I sprayed it, it just stopped. Even removing it from the pillow, it never moved. I had seen other carcasses of dead bugs. I'm not sure if the surface needs to be wet as they come in contact or pass through it or not because I've only witnessed this once but have seen flat, dehydrated like dead ones. I like the battery-operated wand vs a trigger spray, especially with my arthritis. It also helps to get into the hard to reach areas at the headboard and around the floor. While the active ingredient is Deltamethrin, a synthetic man-made version of pyrethrins, natural insecticides from chrysanthemum, we have not experienced any reactions from spraying on pillows and around our catsGeri

Went straight to Walmart first time buying this never seen a bed bug before. We live in apts but we didn't wait on maintenance. So prayed this at top of walls and just let it run down. I soaked behind pictures down to baseboards, even sprayed matresses and furniture. I did this every night plus washed everything in hot water and used dryer. No more bed bugs in our home. My sister's neighbor got them their landlady charged over $1000.00 to spray. This is way cheaper just do it yourself. No more critters for us! Try it. Easy to Use.Cheli

I spray all over the bed items and cloth headboard. Haven't seen any signs of the bedbugs. The bedbugs bite, draw blood then release the blood on your sheets. It's horrifying when you see this. Plus, I put an enclosed cover on the top mattress and still had the problem. With BED BITE KILLER the problem seems solve. I wish it had a place on the side of the container to hold the nozzle. Do not expect and overnight miracle as the bottle says to repeat the process within days to a week. I purchased the Egg Killer the 22 gal spray as well as the diatomaceous earth in order to create barriers and different timelines for them to die. If they come in contact the DE, ttl is 48hrs, the sprays are a few hours or so. as long as the DE does not become moist it will continue to work. Once the spray dries it will start to work. It is an uphill battle but your best bet is to encase everything you can and wash all clothes by weeks end. Even if you dont have to wash put them in the dryer for an hour. Make sure bedding is not on the floor and that your bed and dresser and other appliances are islands (not on the wall) cover and outlets that are not in use and vacuum as often as possible. Spray baseboards and lift the carpet in corners where most active. You will see a difference in time. Also use STEAM (i use my iron) where ever you can (bookshelves end tables, etc..) and use electronic duster in your electronics as the cold burst will kill them. Also if you have the time, open your electronics and dust them or vacuum them out. Sorry for the extensive review. I hope this helps.Punkin

Ortho is a name you can trust be it indoor or outdoor control. I use Home Defense around my home outside. So when my home became infected with flies/gnats I went into attack mode. All of a sudden we have ants in our bathroom. I got this spray because I have a cat, dogs and small kids. Sprayed it twice in the bathroom and have had to keep the door closed because of the smell, and even with the door closed and the exhaust fan running you can still smell it as soon as you open my front door.

And, as others have said, since it’s oily it doesn’t dry so then the bathroom had to be scrubbed down because I don’t know if it would effect the kids or animals if it got on them but I don’t want to find out.

Well, if you can figure out how to coral a bunch of flies in one place, tell them to stay where they are for a few minutes (so you can spay them several times) than this is for you. One squirt doesn’t work. I actually think they’re calling on their friends to come over and watch a crazy lady with a can. Buy 2 good, old fashioned fly shatters, enlist your child or children and pay them for each smushed fly. Have them bring you the remains so you don’t have dead fly carcasses all over your house. I have a serious bedbug infestation in my house; primarily in my bedroom and living room. I have seen bugs climbing on the wall. I have used a black light and found semi-clear nymphs on the mattress and recliner. At night, I wake up itching to find rows of bites on my arms and legs. I often see the bugs on my pillow and on my sofa. There are tale-tale streaks on my sheets and pillow cases. I have tried all sorts of things to get this infestation under control. Bought a new vacuum cleaner and use it every night to vacuum the mattress and box springs before going to bed, put mattress and box springs in vinyl liners, bought all new bedding. So cleaning is not the solution. I have tried blowing insecticide dust, UV-light, and other sprays. The sprays either promised to kill on contact or provide long-term results. Nothing worked. As an test of the contact sprays, I have gleefully sprayed bugs and they stop. However, soon as the spray dries, they continue on like the rain has stopped and it is ok to come out and play. When I sprayed them using JT Eaton Kills Bedbugs Insecticide Spray (204-1G) in a spray bottle… one shot got them; they stayed dead. And this was on the spray setting… not stream. So I bought a couple gallon size jugs with a sprayer and have blasted my bedroom and living room. I have sprayed the baseboards and floors for the rest of the house. So I am sitting here over 24 hours later and for the first night in a month, I am bite free. This stuff works. Now I am going to buy the blue label stuff and repeat the application for long-term results.Tom

After a stay at a highly rated establishment I discovered I brought bed bugs home in my suitcase. This worked great to eliminate the problem. I received this product just in time for a unexpected visit from an evacuatee and 2 dogs. I have both dog and cat and use vet products for flea free home. After their 3 day stay we had issues. I had washed all the bedding of all animals and vac, applied the powder. We noticed a real difference in the numbers within a day. We also purchased Raid for fleas. I bought this item about a month and a half ago as I had really bad bed bugs (I actually threw away four pieces of furniture) and after having two visits from professional bug extermination which somewhat subsided the issue… they were re-multiplying and I thought about this product and lo and behold… it has worked wonders!!! Bed bugs are about 99% gone and I’m only seeing one or two a day and I kill them on sight. Great product.Greggo

This stuff does work. But, you have to be patient. It will take care of the active ones, but once the newer eggs hatch, you'll have to hit'em again. One thing though, this stuff does have a smell, like a pine forest. It's not so bad if you lightly spray the areas around your bed and it will dissipate pretty quickly. However, if you really saturate or soak down an area like around the bed post or frame supports that are touching the floor, it takes a long time for that smell to tone down. I learned that the hard way. I'd recommend this with diatomaceous earth as a two prong approach. Don't fall victim to foggers and other sprays, they just don't work. It’s good because it can obv be used on fabrics. I sprayed this as a preventative method for my townhouse after being over someone’s house with an infestation. As I look back I think I had bedbugs during the summer & mistaken them for mosquito bites.. After summer was over, I was still being bit like crazy.,, anyway I tried treating it with other products but continued to get bit. I had to throw out my mattress bc the bits were unbearable nothing worked . I used another mattress that I had , still was bit but nothing like before .. Continued using different products the bits became less . After coming across this product on Walmart and the reviews . I decided to try it… I vacuum and steam vacuum the bed and my floors like I always did as part of trying to treat it . I sprayed this let it dried and sprayed on my wood floors bc I couldn't take it anymore. Sometimes just sitting on a folding chair my whole arm would be bit up. Crazy that I didn't even feel them on my skin. Anyway This stuff smells bad had to leave my back Door open the next day I had 2 bits and found one bug on my bed maybe I missed a spot but After I flushed it . Haven't been bit since.. Was planning to do another treatment after I saw that one bug but I haven't been bit in over a week now .. I purchased this product a week ago to combat fleas in my sunroom and laundry area. I sprayed the sofa and the floors. Waited for it to dry …still fleas. after a week of keeping the pets out of the area, Still fleas! Sprayed again yesterday. Still having fleas jump on me this morning as I walk thru. I changed ALL BEDDING/CLOTHING & THEN IN…TWO…''HEAVY DUTY' PLASTIC BAGS…& EVEN PUT THAT IN THE TRUNK OF MY CAR, UNTIL I CAN GET IT TO A LAUNDROMAT…as temps had been/continue 2B in the TEENS…Then I gave myself…AND DOGS…TWO BATHS/using white towels/washcloths, that I soaked in a bucket of…BOILING HOT…WATER/BLEACH/DETERGENT…24+ HOURS…B4 WASHING…& letting them hang/'drip dry' in the bathtub!!! I like the fact that it's safe for on clothing and surfaces where people or pets might be. It also doesn't have strong odor or fumes like other sprays, which is helpful. However, I had a really stubborn infestation and using this product alone didn't solve the probem. I how now combined it with a much stronger spray for bed bugs, which I use on the bedframe, mattress, boxsprings behind furniture and on baseboards. I have finally seen real progress and improvement, and will continue to use Premo Guard to keep ahead of the problem.Christina S.

I thought we had bed bugs, turns out we have what I'll assume are white mites. Vacuumed my whole bed , yesterday (box spring and all) sprayed and finally got a night's sleep without being bitten. Today I'm working on the guest room futon which is navy blue and the spray is drying without spotting. If you're going to buy this product then definitely take the time to diligently clean the entire room. Vacuum, Spray the carpets and bed and frame. Wash your curtains etc….. This product is definitely unscented but it will irritate your throat if you get a whiff of the mist….so wear a mask if you have respiratory issues…. I bought this product before, and it was perfect. BUT then I ordered in 2 different occasions and those I received are completely different than the original one. These are really cheap and they even come in a generic bag; not the original package. The material from top and bottom parts feel like paper. It's not even the same brand.Aury

3 Star. We order 2 for our kids twin size mattresses. Bed bugs were not a concern, but the idea of a quiet, complete cover to keep allergens down and "accident" resistant sounded great. The covers fit well on both beds. We have 8in thick mattresses so they were a little loose. I wouldn't be concerned in buying for a thicker mattress. however neither cover has proven to be water resistant. 2 boys under the age of 4 have proven that as of a few weeks inbbnif owning. this will not stop an accident, which was one of the main reasons we bought them.Patrick

I was surprised this item didn't come with traditional packaging but it came with a card explaining they are trying to reduce the carbon footprint, which I love. As far as the product itself, it works great. I am sleeping better at night since it keeps dustmites out of my mattress. I've washed it several times and it has held up perfectly.
