These are very high quality durable and useful gates. There are tiny rubber pads under so you know which side to grab after putting away and the ease of the hinges are excellent. They are heavy enough to let the pet know it's stable and it's not a easy move with a nose plus the size and amount of panels make the setting of your area customized to the fit. I actually will buy more so I can use them out on the patio. Our dog understands boundaries and seems satisfied to see us until the entry is opened. I bought one brown which is a nice dark walnut color brown and a white one which both have a nice what I would describe as an enameled type gloss finish for protective wear. You won't be disappointed however if you're looking for a stoppage barrier this is simply a sturdy boundary maker so you would need a secured gate or kennel for that.JJ

I am happy with the life saving product. The product arrived surrounded by dry ice and it was freezing cold. The company insert says to keep FROM freezing so I was a little confused and uncertain if I should proceed but she needed her injection. I understand that maybe protecting from heat was the reason but I believe protection from freezing was what the manufacturer recommends. Thank you so much.LISA R

My dog has high anxiety, I adopted him from a shelter where he had been over a year. When I first adopted him, he destroyed my whole house for month. It wasn't until I got him on Clomicalm and did some behavior modification techniques (mostly involving leaving and reentering the house a million times) as well as trying to crate train him. I tried to wean him off the Clomicalm after a few months but I find it just brings him from a 'level 10' to a 'level 5.' I give him two long walk/runs a day as well. I find he's less dog aggressive and just calmer in general. I'm giving it four stars because he seems lethargic sometimes and they also haven't done long term studies on Clomicalm so I'm not sure if this is doing long term damage. I am having his liver checked routinely by the vet. I've decided it's best at this time for his daily happiness and well being to continue on the drug.Erin M

We've tried trazadone and prozac for our fearful rescue pup. Then xanax but it still wasn't enough. We added Clomicalm and could see a substantial difference and decided to try weaning her off xanax to see if clomicalm was enough on it's own. Success! She's still fearful but not panic stricken without being loopy, lethargic or agitated as she was on the other meds. Very, very pleased! -kvKristi V

Do not buy this product from Petco. They took the pills out of the sealed bottles. Three separate bottles and put into a huge bottle with allot of space/air. All the moisture packaging that comes with the small original sealed bottles was thrown out. These pills crumble when left in the air. I bought 3 months worth and it is expensive. Also the label said it was a generic when I ordered and paid for the name brand. Also I counted them twice and there were 89 when there should have been 90.For Sneezy

I was very surprised with how well it worked. My cats nose cleared up quite nicely. I think the taste wasn't so good for her though. Maybe you can figure a way to give it a flavor cat's like. Also, you should make it so we can administer it easier. I had to use a syringe to be able to manage giving it to her. I turned to this product for my cat after everything else failed. She has a chronic sinus infection that did not respond to multiple rounds of two different antibiotics. She stopped eating and was losing weight. I put drops of this on her food twice a day and she seems to tolerate it. I cannot dose her directly into her mouth, being a cat once was enough and she wriggles free when I try to dose her. She is not cured but is much better and her quality of life is much improved. I was very pleasantly surprised, because it was really good. My Jack Russell is literally petrified of fireworks. In past years she has needed prescription sedatives & has wet indoors through the night. This year however, she was happy in her bed which was liberally sprayed with Pet Remedy Essential Calming Spray & placed in a dark corner behind my arm chair. She ate her meals normally & wasn't sick & she woke us up in the night to toilet … I will definately be keeping a bottle of this stuff from now on.Jane A

Our veterinarian recommended this for an aggressive cat. When we saw it was a pill, we were afraid since it's not always easy to pill a cat. However, our cat really likes these treats that supposedly taste like liver and chicken. There was a sticker over the directions, so the 1st time we gave him a whole pill. Then I looked up this product and discovered that the dose is 1/2 pill twice a day. The box we received expires at the end of next month. 🙁emilywhite

Have used this product for years with good success. Half a tab when our kitty Diego is agitated or stressed really helps. Takes about 20 min. to have a calming effect. And it must smell good to him since he always gobbles it up like a favorite piece of kibble!Scotty

After being unable to go out due to dragging, bleeding back paws bought some boots then the swaying about crossed leg and bouncing like a kangaroo was so bad we decided to go for it! She is a very awkward German Shepherd who’s never liked being brushed at the back end let alone having boots fitted so didn’t expect her to take to this ‘machine’ easily! How wrong we were!! The worst part for her was setting the adjustment up as she can’t stand up for long but we got there, it was almost as though she knew we were trying to help, we took her out for very short walks to make sure it was well adjusted but from the very first walk she loved it and was off…no looking back. A great piece of kit that goes up and down kerbs with no problem and of course her favourite…THE BEACH!!Ken C.

My dog decided to backup several times on her walk today. The walker wheels forced her backwards until she had almost fallen over and the rear frame hit the ground. Her back leg was cut in a couple of places because the rear frame pressed against her legs when she fell backwards and put all her weight on the frame. When I tried to remove the brackets on the back of the walker, the screws were so tight and the Phillips head screws were partly stripped from whoever installed them. Had to use an impact driver which was barely able to remove the screws so the brackets wouldn't cut her legs if she falls backwards again. Either that or one of the side frames would have had to be replaced. There is no reason such small screws should ever be so over tightened. Fortunately, I was able to remove the dangerous brackets. We need a foam rubber tube over the back of the frame to reduce leg injuries on the sharp frame edges or else a brace added to prevent the walker from tipping backwards. There is no way a dog can get up when the walker tips backwards. She might have broken a leg because of this design flaw. I ended up adjusting the wheels backwards more but who knows if that will prevent her from falling backwards. It might just make the situation worse if she tips over on the back frame again. This is a nice product with a few frustrating issues. The push pin they use is the first item. I love the fact they made parts adjustable. It is terrible though that the push pin design is so flimsy and it turns inside the tube 95% of the time you are trying to make an adjustment. Not easy on the dog you are trying to adjust to or your back. Having to pull the whole thing apart to adjust the pin back in place is irritating. Next, the straps in the back (to secure up the belly at the legs) didn't seem the same quality as the harness. The straps in the back are thinner and already have snags. This happened day 2. Overall I'm glad I bought it, but I struggle to believe it is worth the price.Georgia

My dachshund lab mix ( weird I know) started having seizures every 4 weeks or so. They got worse as time went on ( he is almost 3), the vet prescribed seizure medication which he'd have to take " for life" but after reading on it I saw very bad things about the dogs quality of life. After researching I decided to try this first I figured what could it hurt. I give to him in the morning ( 4 drops.. hes 35 pounds) normally between two pieces of cheese because he doesn't like the taste, and 3 drops at night. He has only had 2 seizures since I started this product and his grand mal seizures which lasted over an hour before with violent shakes, defalcating, vomit, and weird body movements, is now just slight panting and last about 1-4 minutes! I also read on the other medication it doesn't stop him from having seizures completely either so I am very happy I don't have to put him on the other stuff. This is a life savor.Erika

My twenty year old cat has not had a seizure since we started giving her this medicine! Actually, she has been going outside in the sun and relaxing. She even walks around the house, rather than sitting all day. She is alert and friendly. Before she was having some muscle spasms that you could feel when holding her, these spasms are less frequent. I bought this first time for Pnut (Peanut). It made him nutty and neurotic. It did something horrendous to him. He did great with "calming" chews that have suntheanine (an amino acid) I saved it away in a drawer… this stuff lasts for years because it is a tincture with glycerine. Pnut died. Destroyed me and then I got two more cats. On stressful opp I pulled it out and wow.. it was miraculous. My third cat will eat food with it on it, but he neither gets neurotic nor zens out. I have used Bach rescue remedy for many years now. I have saved birds lives, calmed feral cats and it works wonders on nervous dogs. Use just a few drops during thunderstorms or fireworks for dogs. Great for high strung animals. If a bird flies into a window of your house, and is only suffering shock, a few drops will revive the bird. Amazing product! I always keep one bottle in my purse. Natural and safe. Works on people as well. Those with panic attacks might want to give this a try. Easy 5 star product BUT Walmarts shipping was terrible. I had been wanting to get my dog a dna test since we got her from the shelter 4 years ago, and I finally gave in and got one, and I’m so glad I did! We knew so little about Rosey, she was just listed as a “terrier mix” at the shelter, other than that all we knew was her age. Rosey is only 35lbs full grown, but she has the head shape of a pit bull. And then she has the classic coloring of small terriers (like the rat terrier I grew up with) white, some brown on her head, and skin covered in black spots. Because she’s so small everyone thought I was crazy for thinking she had pit bull in her, and we CONSTANTLY got asked if she’s a jack russell. Well now we know, she’s American pit bull terrier, chihuahua, toy fox terrier, American staffordshire terrier, and rat terrier. Makes PERFECT sense! As I said, my dog growing up, named Lucy, was a rat terrier. When I adopted Rosey I literally told my gma, “she looks just like Lucy, but bigger and with a pit bull shaped head 😂 And it turns out, that’s exactly what she is! Another awesome thing was we found she has a sister named Delta, which is SO cool! The only thing I wish you guys had the option for, is some way for owners to contact one another. I understand people maybe not wanting their contact info, but maybe have an option where you can send a “request for contact” to an owner of your dogs relatives. If they don’t want to be contacted they wouldn’t have to accept it, then no info is ever shared. But the option would be there. I would LOVE to see if Roseys sisters owners have more info on where our two doggies came from! So that would be a super cool option. Otherwise, I’m so glad I did this, the process was super easy, it didn’t take long for my results, and I love all the cool info you guys give!Ashley M.

I ordered the Essential test kit for my rescue pup back in April of 2022. I had a pretty good hunch that she was predominately Labrador retriever, but with her speckled white chest, I thought maybe she’d have some German shorthaired pointer in her background somewhere. Well, call it “operator error,” but that first test kit I sent in didn’t have enough DNA material to test. I was bummed—instead of getting the results after a week or two of their testing facility receiving the box, I got the “sorry, not enough specimen to reliably test.” I thought I’d have to pay for another test kit. Nope! The email notifying me that my pup’s results weren’t able to be generated had a link which guided me in contacting customer service about a replacement kit. Customer service quoted “approximately 3 business days” for me to hear back from them—I received a response within 5 hours. On a Friday evening. In addition to the quick response, they sent a replacement kit to me almost immediately. Not bad, eh? The second kit was a success—enough material to test. As I was reviewing the results that were sent to me, my skepticism reared its head again. Her lineage had Labrador retriever (as expected), but no presence of German shorthaired pointer. Actually, no presence of any other breeds I’d anticipated. What allayed my concerns about the test reliability was the “Traits” section of her results—the test nailed her physical appearance, from her fur color and fur type, to her nose coloring, and her eye color. It even indicated that she was a low shedding dog (which is true, when the seasons aren’t changing). More importantly, the trait results showed which breeds in her lineage were attributed to the marled/spotted white on her chest! I definitely would recommend Wisdom Panel to any pet parent who’s even slightly curious about their pup’s pedigree. I received my dog DNA testing kit as a Christmas gift. After adopting Maggie a year ago, we were all very curious to see the mixture of breeds in her DNA! She is a tall (skinny stilts for legs!), lean (57.5 pounds since the day she came home!), poofy tailed, medium haired (that sheds everywhere!), white fur (with some darker accents on her ears) girl. While she has the tail, coloring, and double rear dewclaws of a Great Pyrenees, she has the face, ears, and hair of a Labrador, and she isn’t stocky or fluffy. Imagine my surprise to get the results that she is 100% Great Pyrenees??? No way, no how is my Mags not mixed with any other breeds. I wish I could attach a photo to this review, and you would say the same thing! Our vet suggested Great Pyrenees mixed with Labrador, retriever, possibly Anatolian Shepherd as a starting place. The whole reason to test her was to find out which breeds she is obviously mixed with…because she obviously IS NOT 100% Great Pyrenees as the results stated. I’ve contacted Wisdom’s customer service with pictures to get some insight, and after five days, I still haven’t received a response, which is disappointing. I feel like I didn’t learn anything that I expected to learn, and the person who gave me the gift was frustrated to spend so much money with little result. I was hoping that they would take the time to realize that the results don’t add up and offer to send me another test kit, but they have not replied to my concerns. I cannot say that I recommend Wisdom kits after my underwhelming experience.Erin C.

Piggy is mostly white with very pink skin. His pads of his feet are pink they are turning a little darker as he gets older . He has one eye smaller than the other and has no pupil response in either eye but can see shadows i think from one eye. I was suspecting he was a double Merle . I’d love to send a pic so you could see. His traits that you have said he has appearance wise was not accurate. He does have a touch of Merle coloring on his lower hip and leg. But he’s mostly white and very pink around the eyes and pads of feet even pink nose with a touch of black . I would have never guessed he was related to most of these other breeds. He does however have a look of a American Staffordshire terroir a little. His mom Looked like a Australian Shepherd or boarder collie we think. He was a stray we found when he was only 4lbs and had to be fed with a syringe then bottle. Can a dog mixed with so many other breeds be a double Merle ?Kelly D.

We adopted our family dog from a shelter on Christmas Eve a few years ago. Ever since she was a puppy, she had always displayed peculiar traits that didn't seem to align with the traits of the breeds the shelter had guessed for her. We were very excited to receive our WisdomPanel (which was super easy to use) and even more excited to review the results (which came quicker than expected). The results definitely surprised us. I immediately thought it must have been a mistake, until I looked up pictures of the breed my dog was identified as — it was like looking at pictures of my own dog! Plus, the breed descriptions on WisdomPanel and the greater internet were 100% spot on with how our dog behaves. I have serious concerns that the sample for my dog was mixed up with another's. The report stated that my dog is 50% golden retriever (meaning one of his parents was 100% golden) and 13% chow, with the remainder being other breeds. I would expect that if my dog was truly 50% golden retriever, he should look something like a golden retriever. Sam does not. He LOOKS like he should be some variation of a Doberman and Shepherd. He has the coloring of both of those dogs (mostly black with tan/brown accents) has VERY short hair, lanky legs, and a long straight tail. I sent a follow-up email to Wisdom Panel when I first read the results and got no response. I should think that since this is partly scientific research, Wisdom Panel would want feedback when data does not result as expected. I am very upset that I spent my money on this, especially with the lack of customer service when I reported my concerns.Stephanie G.

The test results that we got were a great guide for us! We found out that our dog had sensitivities to white rice, salmon, rosemary oil, and more. Since then we have been able to figure out the best food for him while keeping his itching to a minimum. We were so worried for a while because his salmon-based food was making his hair fall out!Emma

Test was super easy to conduct. Customer service was superb. Their lab has several accreditation’s that help me feel more confident in the accuracy of the tests. My pup came up with 21 allergies, all mild but one. We removed all the food allergies from her diet. Since then, she has stopped having reverse sneezes and these gross hacking coughs she used to have every day.
