Anti Slip Dog Harness For Sale (2024 Update)

As I previously stated I bought two of these harnesses in two different sizes. A small and a medium as I was not sure which would work. The small is a great fit for my 13 lb Shih Tzu. But this is summer and she is shaved down. I am going to use the medium size for winter to go over her sweaters and coats. She is also is not shaved down for colder weather so I tend to buy larger sizes for the colder seasons. Besides the price was great.Marlene D

This is the best harness I have ever had for my lil shih tzu/yorkie mix. The only thing is he does not like me having to put his legs thru it and does not like anything being put over his head other than that its awesome! Absolutely love it! I've tried numerous harnesses and never loved any until this one. I have a miniature rat terrier who is 13.5 lbs. He tends to be too big for mediums and way too small for large sizes. Finally, this harness fits perfectly in Medium! There's even a little room to spare in case he gets larger. We wanted to take off pressure from his neck and the v neck design and light weight, soft mesh is great! It's by far the softest one I've ever felt, and I've tried every one at multiple stores. It's so comfortable that it could be left on all the time even in summer since it's so breathable. My dog lives it too! He seems to feel safe and calmer in it like a thunder shirt makes him feel. The first time I took him on a walk he seemed to feel "free". He was so happy to pounce around without worrying about a jerk in his neck. We give this one 5 stars!!!! ( My only complaint is thay I paid full price for it in the store yesterday. I wish it was also 30% off in the store.)Madduxs Mom

I got this in black, size medium from Amazon. She has a 12" neck and a 19" chest. This harness is adjustable around both neck and chest. My pup has a high chase drive and will sometimes pull suddenly. I like that the x-shape doesn't put as much pressure on her throat when she pulls, and the double d-rings and buckle closure feel very secure for her leash. My dog learned to step into the harness on her own if we hold it up for her, too. Very good quality materials that will last a long time.lianna.b

at the suggestion of my neighbor I bought this harness.Online store availability says it was available at the store. Went to this store they did not have the medium size (strike 1). I got small because the last harness I got at Petco last week in a medium was WAY TOOOO big. (which I am unable to return $35 gone). (strike 2 ) Even tho this one is advertised online for $14.99 at the store it was $21.99 and the team member did not know anything about it being lower online. (strike 3) same SKU number on receipt as listed in the online description. ( and unable to return this item as well.Store policy )My fault I should have taken my little buddy with to measure before buying.Now I've $57 un unusable harnesses. My advice…take your buddy with you, measure harnesses before buying..remember ..you can not return in store purchases.Repotaz

Liked a lot. The other harness we had rubbed the dog and a sore came. This one is light weight, softly padded and not tight on the dog.jcjc

I have a long hair puppy that mats easily. This harness helps with that, does not cover as much fur area. It is also easier to get him in it. I do recommend this harness.T.L.

I would have preferred it had some sort of handle on the upper band. Having a fleece cover in the area in contact with the dog, it is perhaps not suitable for summer and in case the dog needs to bathe in the sea/river. A super positive element is all the reflective segmentation along all the bands of the bib. My dog is 7 months old and is about 23 kg, I took an L to be able to use it better even in the future when it has grown a little. Ultimately, good value for money.Serena

Congratulations to this brand that presented this Norwegian harness with which I solved my dogs comfort problems.A Labrador mixed German Shepherd over 40kg, in fact the strap around the chest measures 102 cm in size L.The strap passes on the chest and behind the paw but not to bother because the inside is covered with a fleece-like fabric.The harness is equipped with a handle to hold the dog in case of need without wearing a leash.On this handle there is a ring to hook the leash.Durable beautiful and comfortable for the master and the dog. My dog is only medium in size, but a little thick, so many harnesses didnt fit. This one can be adjusted very well and fit now perfectly. It is padded and under the buckle there is also a padding so it doesnt squeeze or rub anywhere. The reflective strips everywhere are already visible in the dark when you illuminate it directly, but could be slightly stronger. I sewnthe metal ring on top because it had bothered me that it was so thrown around while running. Overall, I use the dishes now for 4 months almost daily and am very satisfied.Steffi

I have had this harness for Nikita, my Siberian Husky for a few months. I ❤️ this harness, it definitely helps with my fur baby when he tries to pull, & it is nice looking too.

This Voyager dog harness is great for my pup! I am training him to walk on a leash and this is so helpful so that I don’t pull on his neck. I got the size XXS for him as he was 4 lbs. He is now almost 8 lbs and it still fits him but I am going to buy another one in a bigger size so I can keep it until he is fully grown. They are adjustable so I will probably get size Small. I abdolutely feel in love with this harness (by far the easiest to get onto my puppy). I love is so much that I jought 6 of them in the past 4 months. Why did I need to buy so many one may ask…becauae that is how many the puppy chewed through in that period of time. I ended up switching brands after the 6th one. The ease of the new one does not compare but the duribilty was just not there for us on this particular harness. If you dont have a chewer it is highly recommendedMooncat84

Only downside is we live in Las Vegas so on the very hot days I prefer him in a more breathable type of harness. Other than that I definitely recommend this harness. Measured my dogs chest and ordered exact size. Way too small and it’s not at all adjustable. If it did fit seems like it probably would be comfortableKim

As any husky owner knows, they love pulling, and backing out of harnesses. Huskies put Houdini to shame with their amazing ability to escape from collars and harnesses. After trying a zillion harnesses for our 6th Siberian Husky, we stumbled upon the Goat Trail Tactical and threw our money down in hopeful anticipation. The buckles are amazing, and although the back plastic buckles are stiff to get on and off, that's EXACTLY what we need. The front metal buckles are secure and strong. The straps allow us to snug that harness up tight (not too tight, 2 fingers under) in all the right places to hold it secure without her strangling. The leash loop connectors are metal, securely sewn in and instill confidence that it would take a major catastrophe for them to pull out. Having the front connector allows us to connect a leash on the back and front, limiting her ability to drag us down the street like a sled. The rubber handle on the back… genius! Most harnesses have a flap of material that is difficult to grab, and cuts into your hand, twists, and is virtually worthless, but not the rubber handle on the SSGLex. Easy to grab, sturdy to hold, and perfectly positioned to get control when that suicidal squirrel darts in front of your very prey driven young husky. Getting on and off is a breeze with various ways to go about it: either shove the head through and snap the back up, or one leg through over the top snap neck and back in. Even with young husky totally freaking out because she knows the harness means GO TIME, it's quick and easy to buckle up. The little backpacks are cute, but until she gets out of her velociraptor stage of ripping things to shreds, we took them off, and also moved the included Goat Trail patch on the back. Love all the mollie loops and velcro for various and sundry things. We purchased a Medium because she has some more growing to do and it fits very nicely with plenty of room for adjustments later on. My only suggestions is to include the little strap loops for the back like there are on the front. She took to it well, and seems comfortable enough that she doesn't mind wearing it. She is NOT happy about the front leash restricting her ability to cripple us with her pulling, but she'll get over that. Finally a harness that gives us the confidence and security of knowing she won't back out of it and escape, we can walk her without being dragging down the street (the neighbors are somewhat disappointed that we found this solution and no longer gather on their porches each walk time for entertainment), and is comfortable to her as well. Job well done, I highly recommend this harness to all of my husky owning friends.P.B.

I wanted something more comfy and secure, with a no-pull front ring for my APBT. She’s 65lbs but pulls extremely hard when excited. We moved from a Kong brand harness that I trust with my life but this one is so much more comfy for us both. My concern were the two side clips being plastic which I’m not used to, but I haven’t had any problems, and it doesn’t feel loose after taking it off and on about 30 times. I bought their leash too and it has made walking a breeze as well. Doesn’t make the “bunny runs” as brutal for my shoulder. I’ve only used the front ring with my rope leash, and the no-pull leash with the back ring. Not sure which method is better but both have put me at ease. Worth the money for me.Taylor M.

Harness is top quality, heavy duty and very secure. A world of difference walking my 9 month old highly energetic 60 lb Australian/German Shepherd pup now. Still some training to do but the strong pulling quickly subsides on our walks now and when he does pull he doesn't have the leverage so he's still very manageable. Harness couldn't have come sooner as my boy literally pulled me off my feet a couple days before the harness arrived. Detachable backpack is very cool too. Will easily carry treats and waste bags with bungee strap on top perfect for a small water bottle. Will work great for long hikes up here in the mountains. I would definitely recommend getting the bungee leash as well. I ordered this a few days after the backpack and so glad I did. It also made a huge difference. It adds a certain amount of resistance where my dog quickly tires of pulling and also makes it much easier on both of us since there's no constant jerking motion. Highly Recommend!!!Rick M.

This is a fabulous harness. It is sturdy and so easy to put on. Easy to adjust. I have a bonafide Service Dog so this harness will get a real workout. I actually invested in two of them so one can be washed and air dried while the other one can be worn. They are super nice harnessesEL CAJON

The best harness, it's great for strong dogs and my Reggie is alot more comfortable in it. Great if walking in dark as has reflectors all over it. The handle is great when sometimes you just need that extra hold. I have a 8 month of Dogue Doe Bordeaux who weighs 37kg and got XL size, he is wearing it at the smallest so hopefully we will get some good months or even a year out of until I need to get the XXL.Lucy Reggie

I will have to admit I had first purchased a much cheaper 'version' of this harness, but within a week of using a generic brand, i quickly realised i had made a grave mistake and promptly ordered this EZYDOG CONVERT HARNESS. Totally confident with this new harness as it ticks all the boxes; comfort for Jala, security; and most of all confidence knowing that Jala is very safe on our walks..thank you for a wonderful product.jales

I bought the small harness for my excitable 2 year old cockapoo. The product was very easy to put on him, and it appeared to make him feel more secure during the car journey. The only problem I have encountered is with regards to the removing of the harness over his head due to the neck size. A logistical approach is required by ensuring his ears are through before pulling the harness over his head. Otherwise, it is a good fit, and keeps him safe.Mitch

This is a really cute toy, and our 12-week-old puppy loved it! The problem is, however, that she was able to detach little hunks of the loofah material from the center of the starfish within just a few sessions. The label warns of this, so we watched and threw away the chunks . . . and ultimately the whole toy before she could swallow anything. Maybe a much younger puppy would do better? But swallowing pieces would be even more dangerous for a very young puppy! Too bad this happens! A great idea that needs to be a bit more sturdy.Ronni S

I have a 54 lb. Springer-Standard Poodle mix. She is not strangely shaped but, she does have a bit of a deep chest. I bought the XL and it was super tight around the girth. Bought an XL-XXL, the girth was fine but then the neck was too big. Tightened up the neck all the way and it was hard to get it over her head (and still too big). When the the leash was clipped to the front and the dog pulled to one side the neck area bulged open. A bad look at that point. Nicely made and well constructed, just can't fit it to my dog. What a relief to find this harness. I was terrified to take our lab pup on walks because she was able to wiggle out of everything I tried. (she is still afraid of strangers and cars so she would try to escape) I finally found this harness and now she can join us and I don't have to spend the entire walk in a panic that she will get loose and get hurt. Highly recommend this harness. Some advice…our 6 month old lab is still learning to calm down on walks so she pulls quite hard at times. I find it is more secure if I tighten the straps near her neck before every walk to tighten back up.CMLow

At first, I really liked this harness. We love the handle feature. Have only had the harness for a few weeks and only use it during the weekend. The stitching is wearing and unraveling where the strap is. Would have hoped for the $ this would have lasted longer!DogMom12

Bought the large for my pitbull, however it was a bit big on him even when I adjusted it to the tightest posible. He pulls quite a bit and would choke himself if I hooked the leash to his collar, but this harness stopped quite a bit of his pulling and did not choke him at all. After a few months I made the mistake like I have other nights, and left the harness on him. Woke up to find it chewed to pieces. I will be buying the medium to replace it and will make sure to take it off while inside.pitbullmom

I own two Siberian huskies and I love the double handed leash . It makes it so much easier to pull them in when trying to social distance. It is strongly made and Im never afraid that its going to snap Ive had that problem with other leashes. The colors are nice and bright and the leash is easily washedtpettyfan

Sturdy and reliable. I like the leather padding because the cloth doesnt always rub against my lil friends fur as with regular collars or harnesses. The design is great. Im pretty sure this is the product everyone wants when they think of a harness for their friend.angelorteg_46
