This Voyager dog harness is great for my pup! I am training him to walk on a leash and this is so helpful so that I don’t pull on his neck. I got the size XXS for him as he was 4 lbs. I abdolutely feel in love with this harness (by far the easiest to get onto my puppy). I love is so much that I jought 6 of them in the past 4 months. Why did I need to buy so many one may ask…becauae that is how many the puppy chewed through in that period of time. I ended up switching brands after the 6th one. I've tried numerous harnesses and never loved any until this one. I have a miniature rat terrier who is 13.5 lbs. He tends to be too big for mediums and way too small for large sizes. Finally, this harness fits perfectly in Medium! There's even a little room to spare in case he gets larger. We wanted to take off pressure from his neck and the v neck design and light weight, soft mesh is great! It's by far the softest one I've ever felt, and I've tried every one at multiple stores. It's so comfortable that it could be left on all the time even in summer since it's so breathable. My dog lives it too! He seems to feel safe and calmer in it like a thunder shirt makes him feel. The first time I took him on a walk he seemed to feel "free". He was so happy to pounce around without worrying about a jerk in his neck. We give this one 5 stars!!!! I got this in black, size medium from Amazon. She has a 12" neck and a 19" chest. This harness is adjustable around both neck and chest. My pup has a high chase drive and will sometimes pull suddenly. I like that the x-shape doesn't put as much pressure on her throat when she pulls, and the double d-rings and buckle closure feel very secure for her leash. I bought this in a medium a week ago and I've used it around 2-3 times already. I have a maltipoo and she has a tendency to pull and try to go faster/farther and it would cause her to choke in her previous harness. However, not a single time since I've started using this has she choked/gagged. The sizing is a bit off for her though, since a small is too tight but a medium is too loose (but the medium isn't loose enough for it to be unsafe/falling). This harness is true to its name and is so helpful for dogs that try pulling and end up choking. It's also super softer than her old one. I also bought a small for my yorkie and I think she loves it! Normally she hates harnesses but this one she doesn't seem to mind! I feel like it makes her more comfortable when she's walking as her previous ones weren't the most softest like this. This is my third Gooby harness. Small size worked well when she was a puppy. She outgrew the Small we got her a medium and there was a small sign of tearing on this harness when we upgraded her to large. We got her the large pink and the fabric tore in half. The black fabric on the edge was the only thing keeping it together. Our dog weighs 18lbs but she’s built like a tank. If you have a dog that pulls I wouldn’t recommend this harness. Will be returning. Our Yorkie mix weighs 10 lbs and measured 14 inches around her chest. Based on the size chart, we ordered her a size Small. We paid extra for shipping. When it got here, it looked tiny. I adjusted the straps and tried putting it on our pup but it’s too small! It barely went over her head and wouldn’t close even at the largest adjusted strap point. Either your size chart is wrong or your product is mislabeled. I will be returning this harness. Which is too bad because I love the harness she has from your company but it is stinky now and the smell won’t wash away. I like this harness! I have a mini aussie and he is a chewer. Sometimes with these he will somehow find his way to nibble around the edges of the harness and tear through it. As I previously stated I bought two of these harnesses in two different sizes. A small and a medium as I was not sure which would work. The small is a great fit for my 13 lb Shih Tzu. But this is summer and she is shaved down. I am going to use the medium size for winter to go over her sweaters and coats. This is such a cute harness. Very easy to put on since it's a walk in to type and then just click closed. I had a bit of trouble unclasping the attachment but I think it is because it is so tiny. *Please note the picture currently showing is NOT the harness – it appears to instead be a collar made of the same material, snap closure, and branding* As I hope you can see in the pictures, this is actually a harness (not just a collar) that fits around/in between both front legs and clasps above your dog's shoulder blades. The material is soft, but thick and durable, and double-stitched so securely that the material would likely rip before the seams holding the (what appears to be stainless steel) rings. In other words, this harness can hold up to a ton of abuse and still look/function like new. I would have given 5 stars but for the placement of the cute but annoying brand label that prevents me getting a perfect fit on my dog – IMHO a better place would be on the material between the front legs on the chest – but otherwise can't highly rate it enough.Bueler
Very nice Harness! The harness is very well made and a beautiful shade of bright blue….like the shade of blue you see with Duke University or University of Kentucky colors. The size XS is for a very small pet. The measurements are stated to fit a pet 11-15 inches in chest girth and approximately 5-10 pounds. For reference, I have a Cornish Rex cat. She is 15 years old and very thin. She weighs approximately 4 pounds. The harness fits her pretty well. I took a few pictures so you can see how cute she is in it and I do not have the adjustments as small as it could go. I have it about in the middle, so it could go larger or smaller than you will see in my picture. I realize that most people use this harness on a puppy but it is difficult to find a strong nicely made harness for a cat. This one works perfectly! My cat really doesn’t like for me to put any clothes, harness, collar, etc. on her. But when we go places, I cannot let her go free because she will take off and get herself lost. This harness is really great. I will make it smaller before I taker her outside with it. I do not take her on walks outside. She is strictly an indoor cat, but I sometimes have to travel with her and this will be very helpful. What’s even better is that the stitching along the color provides reflective properties to help see if she’s in the dark for some reason.Princess Mary

Everyone we have suggested this harness to is a believer because it makes walking the dog less of a battle. Great but had to get an xlarge for my 20 ib dog. Won't fit much bigger than than. Good thing I read reviews about size. I would say the most an extra large would fit would possibly be 25 lbs. I recently bought the extra small orange harness at a local pet store for a Pomeranian puppy we're getting. It's soft and flexible, yet sturdy and the sliding clip is very secure. It has a slider closer, which is great for tiny dogs that have lots of hair (hair won't get caught in the clip!). I loved the harness so much, that I came here to get a small one for our full grown male Pom. He weighs 5lbs and has a very thick coat, which was always getting caught in his old harness's clip. We walk often, so I wanted something comfortable for him. I ordered the khaki harness. In the picture, the leash looks like it's beige with brown and white stripes, but in reality, it's beige with brown and vibrant pink stripes. Bought this for a male dog. Guess real men wear pink? He's tiny and effeminate enough…Fay
