I bought this for my dog’s (14 year old Shar Pei) keratin buildup on his nose and paws. It dissolved the stuff great and I was able to wipe off the stuff on his paws after one application. That was really impressive. My dog has fairly mild Hyperkeratosis but his nose gets a fairly thick layer of buildup, and this product allows you to remove it fairly easily after a few applications over a couple days and a cooperative pooch. I was really impressed with how well it worked. I use it now preventatively which prevents bad buildup on his nose and paws, so all in all I’m certainly a big fan. I recommend at least the 2oz can if you think you’ll use it on the paws. The 2 oz can generally lasts me a couple months even with multiple applications per day. I was very hesitant to try another product, but, after reading all of the reviews of Snout Magic, and seeing the list of ingredients, I decided to order it. Honestly, I was reluctant to try it fearing my dog would have another reaction, but not only did he not have a reaction, IT WORKED, and I noticed a huge difference after just a few applications. You don't use much at all, so it lasts quite a while. This stuff truly works! I originally bought it on Amazon, and am glad to see that it is now available at Walmart too. My 7 yr old son has dry skin but loves lotions that smell good. I’ve tried just about every lotion there is but they usually have a short lasting scent or perfumes scent that leave his skin looking dry and I constantly need to reapply throughout the day. I purchased it at Kohl's on 12/31/21 and used it the same evening – thankfully only on my hands and not my entire body. Kohl's did not have any kind of tester available, so before I purchased it, I opened the top to see if the scent was overpowering or if I just didn't like it. It seemed fine. When I got it home and put it on my hands before bed, it had on overpowering and lingering off-putting smell like something had gone "bad". It was nauseating. I will never ever buy this again. Seriously, it already looks like I need a new bottle. This isn't a fault of the store I purchased it from, I can tell it's unused, this is a manufacturing issue. I placed the bottle on a food scale and it even says it's at 9 ounces. I would attach a video but apparently I have to post it on youtube first 🤷♀️. So i will post a picture, I have the online recipt for proof i picked it up today.
