Was sceptical and know it doesn't work on EVERY dog but I have annoying small dog owned by a neighbour in my apartment complex that always rushes up to their grille and barks its head off when anyone uses the lift near their door. I zapped it with the Dazer II and I could visibly see it got a shock, stopped barking, and backed off. I've used it several times and now the dog has started to become a little fearful of rushing to the door grille and barking. I have put different spreads in yogurt I have made popsicles and the product holds up. I still have a young puppy so I don’t know how this will hold up with a strong chewer. It does promote licking because that’s how your dog can reach his snack and it does calm them and it’s great that it goes in the crate but eventually when the spread or popsicle or whatever it is getting low a dog will chew because dogs are chewers.
