Both of my dogs are large. They like this toy alot but there isn't one big enough for them. The packaging says size large but I don't think that is a fair assessment. If my pups chew it down even a little bit, then I have to throw it away because it becomes a choking hazard. The good news: this thing really was indestructible, at least as far as my two power chewers go. They've gotten chunks out of other toys that *claim* to be indestructible, so that's saying something. The bad news: they very quickly lost interest in it. I don't know if the flavor wore off or it was just because they couldn't sink their teeth into it, but it hasn't been touched in forever. My chihuahua likes them. I have two other dogs that want nothing to do with them. They want nothing to do with any bones, so it’s not Nylabones fault. They’re just too lazy to chew them. My chihuahua loves to hide them in dark hallways so I step on them in the middle of the night. She also likes to take them under the blankets and hide them as if someone might steal them from her. Good flavor, but gone in seconds. I made sure to get the proper size & strength according to our breed & chewing activity, but these treats didn’t last 2 minutes. I don’t feel they benefited from any sort of dental cleaning. Our dogs did like the treats.Housleyraven

my dogs are really fussy and only treat they love are those mini filet mignon edible nylonssusienoodle
Our 14 year old Jack Russell/Welsh Corgi mix loves them. She has renal issues, so one a day seems to be fine but it's her favorite treat. She weighs about 17 pounds, so we are giving her the "small" size.RossB
