Every baby boomer remembers the Shari Lewis show with Lamb Chop and the Sock Monkey. I have a dear, dear friend whose husband was dying of cancer. Someone sent him Lamb Chop, and I sent him the Sock Monkey. She spent about one year of her life living in St. Louis, MO to be near him. He died 5 years ago and she married a childhood friend. Adorable and ENORMOUS!! I didn't really look at the size very carefully when I was ordering this, though. Our German Shepherd absolutely LOVES these Lamb Chop toys and he has gone through about a dozen of them in the smaller versions (medium sized and small sized.) He spends a day or two carrying each of them around (when they're new) and squeaking them like crazy while they're still intact, and then moves on to tearing them apart to get to the squeaker. He then plays fetch (all by himself) with the squeaker – tossing it up in the air, etc. He also likes to cart around the "carcass" and play with that until we end up finding various Lamb Chop "parts" (head, leg, etc.) all over the house. We just throw them away quietly, little by little/piece by piece. This is a great dog toy, but if your dog likes to rip the stuffing out of them, then be prepared on this version as there is a LOT of it!! 🙂 I would buy it again in a heartbeat but my husband has had enough stuffing clean-up to last him a while… Still – this one is HIGH quality and we give our highest recommendations!Shadowcat

Instructions say 30 mins tickover but mine needed a good drive to get the holts goo from the overflow to circulate around the system cos of airlocks. I was quite sceptical about it working as coolant was literally flowing out but much to my amazement it worked. Must buy another one and put it innthe glove box. I have an Irish setter. He loves his lamb chop toy. He is about 70 pounds and that he has so much fun with a lambie (what we call it) he usually tears up toys pretty quick. I forgot I had these. They were a gift for my spoiled little weenies last Christmas. I always have to get 2 of everything because they don’t like to share. They’re just like kids. My dogs absolutely love lamb chop! I do too. These are stuffed squeaky toys. I would love for them to be made so my male Ollie won’t chew it to shreds in 2 minutes. My female Zoey thinks it’s one of her puppies she never had. I would also love to hear them sing the Lamb chop song, but that won’t happen anytime soon. I would recommend these, but if you have a big time chewer(I do) don’t expect them to last very long.dina.h

From the moment Bailey got Lamb Chop, it was love. He's the kind of dog who needs to bring you a "gift" to say hello and who likes to walk around with something in his mouth just because. He absolutely LOVES Lamb Chop, cuddles him in bed and communicates via lots of squeaking when he is happy, excited or wants to play. Lamb Chop has become such a part of his personality that I'm afraid I've had to buy a couple of backups (we're now up to LC3), so I can keep washing them. Having a slobbery filthy Lamb Chop shoved in my face is not the loving experience the shover intended it to be! I had hopes for you little Lamb Chop. Hopes that my destructive little Dachshunds would fall in love with your cuteness and choose not to rip your insides out. But no, that was not to be. You did last a bit longer than some of the rest of their Christmas toys. Unfortunately, I found you destroyed one morning before New Years. Instructions say 30 mins tickover but mine needed a good drive to get the holts goo from the overflow to circulate around the system cos of airlocks. I was quite sceptical about it working as coolant was literally flowing out but much to my amazement it worked. Must buy another one and put it innthe glove box. Also, this is the best version as it works in the presence of anti freeze and will also seal head gaskets if thry are leaking. Great for an older car!!703llb

I have an Irish setter. He loves his lamb chop toy. He is about 70 pounds and that he has so much fun with a lambie (what we call it) he usually tears up toys pretty quick. We bought him this toy last Christmas and it lasted a whole year. Now we just got him a new one and he loves it. There are two squeakers in it. He enjoys it very much his tail Is wagging and he plays fetch with it for hours. We have found this toy is very durable and last for a long time. He really enjoys it. I keep buying other toys for the rescue dog weve had for 6 months, but she only likes the little lambies! She got really good at disemboweling them in record time but was then so sad that they didnt squeak anymore, although she still plays with the carcass!
