Perfection is not necessary for all products. I can make do with a pen that doesn't always write as I'd like. A bag designed to pick up dog poop is not one of those products. Maybe I got a bad batch, but more than half of the bags from my last box split when I put my hand in them. Luckily I test them (you should too!) before putting them to use.
