1. Lumenpro Pet Eye Drops 10ml | Promotes Vision Clarity In Animals With Cataracts
Product Details:
Unique dual-action support – lumenpro's dual-action support for pets suffering from cataracts combines the cataract-fighting power of lanosterol and antioxidant support of n-acetylcarnosine (nac), it is significantly more effective than comparative eye dropseffective on a number of animals – most commonly used as dog eye drops or cat eye drops, lumenpro is also an effective cataract reversing eye drop solution for rabbits, horses, guinea pigs and other animalsinnovative, cutting-edge formula – lumenpro is the only eye drop containing functional lanosterol, a key substance scientifically proven to dissolve the glycoproteins that cause cataracts in animal lenses, it is both phosphate-free and bpa-freeacclaimed by professionals – as an innovation in eye drops for eyes with cataracts or eyes susceptible to cataracts, lumenpro has earned acclaim in a wide range of veterinarian and health communitiesrecommended for developing cataracts – lumenpro is recommended for pets with mild to moderate, newly developing cataracts. animals with extensive cataracts, typically those who have had them for a long time tend to have developed irreversibly damaged crystallin proteins in their lenses. while lumenpro may assist these animals, it is unlikely that lanosterol supplementation will entirely restore vision. it is primarily a solution that can lead to exceptional improvements in developing cataracts. product description lumenpro is a breakthrough daily solution for cataracts and vision deterioration. lumenpro contains maximum-strength lanosterol, and 1% w/v n-acetylcarnosine (nac). lanosterol is critical in restoring the body's natural process for reversing cataract aggregation. n-acetylcarnosine is a powerful ophthalmic anti-oxidant that stops the major pathway that creates cataracts. lumenpro employs unique pharmaceutical technologies to help each drop get through the eyes.

Reviews:
My dog went a few days with excessive "goop" from his eyes. Since my dog hasn't had a history with this, and doesn't seem to have seasonal allergies, the vet suggested an antimicrobial for the eye irritation and I went with this ophthalmic gel based on the luck I've had with other Vetericyn products in the past. I started with a tiny drop on the corner of my dog's eye to be sure he wouldn't have any reaction to it. Later that day, I went ahead and applied a few drops in each of his eyes. I applied the gel two times a day for three days in a row and by the fourth day his eyes had stopped having discharge. It is almost like my dog knew the drops would make him feel better as he kept his head very still when I applied the gel to his eyes. The shape of the dispenser where you squeeze the product out of makes it very easy to apply the gel to their eyes. While it is a "gel," it comes out of the dispenser fairly quickly which I find allows for an accurate application. The gel-like substance is great to confirm that you got the gel where you want it to go. I've been super happy with this product for my pup and will most likely get a bottle to have at the barn for my horse as well.SmartPaker Carly
Went out one morning and caught a glimpse of what looked like a little scratch on my horses eye. Upon inspection the eye itself was untouched but the eyelid was cut about an inch long from the back corner towards the front. I cleaned it and figured I would just leave it alone. The next morning it was itchy and irritating her and REALLY swollen. I cleaned her up, applied the Vetericyn ophthalmolic gel, and put a patch over her eye to keep her from rubbing it and repeated this 4 times that day and removed the patch that evening to let it air. By the next morning all the swelling had completely subsided and it was no longer irritating her! I snapped a pic before I cleaned it, then added a 5th dose just for good measure and 5 days later it’s completely healed without a scar to be seen! HIGHLY recommend!Ranch3r1
This product helped me when my dog had an eye wart. The vet said it did not need to be removed until it got to the point that he was scratching at it or it started to affect his vision. During the time of it growing, it started to scab and bleed at times which made me get this product. The anti microbial wash helped keep bacteria out of his eye wart and helped keep infection away. He would play with our other dog constantly and I think this is a great product to have on hand for any cuts and scrapes! It’s basically like neosporin for dogs.chelsea.s

We use this for our sheltie, Jazzy Jay-Bird. An adenocarcinoma on her neck has atrophied the muscles on one side, causing her left eyelid to stay slightly open all the time. We noticed that her eye was very red and dry. Our vet recommended Optixcare and it has made a world of difference. She seems more comfortable, and the eye is no longer red. Even better, VetRxDirect offered two tubes plus a packet of eye wipes for the same price the veterinarian charged for one tube. And the shipping turnaround was really quick. Great product, great price, and great service!Janice
Our dog seems to like the way it feels in his eyes. He is totally blind but he doesn't try to rub it out, as with other drops that veterinarians have prescribed in the past. In fact at morning and night both, he seems to sense when it is time for us to put in his drops. He starts barking at us when it's time and bumps his way into the kitchen, where we usually apply them. If he doesn't need to go outside to pee or whatever, then he simply makes his way peacefully back to his pallet. We put this product in about five minutes after we put in an antibiotic drop. Maybe those sometimes itch his eyes. I'm not sure.elektrik_physician_2007

Reviews:
Our dog Petal was diagnosed with PRA (Progressive Retinal Atrophy) when she was 5 years old. This disease usually starts in dogs who inherit it when they are between 4 and 6 years old. We were told there was nothing we could do about it and that she would be completely blind in about 1 year, 2 at the very most. We immediately started giving her Ocu-GLO and have given it to her every day since she was diagnosed. Her vision did indeed decline but much much slower than predicted. When she was 10 years old she still had some sight and it's only been in this past year (her 12th) that her vision has gotten drastically worse.. Even still, she's not totally blind. I don't know if Ocu-GLO had anything to do with this, but we felt it was worth trying and we continue to give it to her for overall eye health, including cataracts and possible inflammation from other issues. I recommend it to anyone who has a dog with PRA and would like a shot to preserve their vision for as long as possible.Susan
We have a 6.5 year old Brussels Griffon that has had a run of bad luck! She fell down a set of 3 stairs last October of 2013 and as a result, broke her elbow. After surgery and 3 casts with Dr. Dew an orthopedic surgeon, she is able to walk again. Her missing the stairs had me concerned about her eyesight so during the healing process, I found an ophthalmologist to examine her. Dr. Miller, stated that she did in fact have the onset of cataracts and that could have contributed to the fall however she also had retinal deterioration so she wasn't a good candidate for cataract removal. At his recommendation, we ordered Ocu-Glo RX and started taking the pills immediately. After 3 months we returned to see Dr. Miller and weren't given much hope but he said to continue taking the Ocu-Glo. We returned again for our 6 month check up and again, much of the same. "Keep doing what you're doing". Very disappointing news… However, yesterday we went for our 9 month checkup and were told that both eyes were developing cataracts and one was already very visible and he suspected the other one would be visible quite soon. I had just broke into tears when he stopped and said, "but because the retinal deterioration has stabilized, she is now a candidate for cataract surgery". Thank you Ocu-Glo!! Hopefully because of Ocu-Glo our little Lulu will be able to enjoy her eyesight a little longer!!Lulupink
Hello. My son's pit King, stays downstairs with me. Follows me everywhere, sleeps with me, he has been the best companion, and yes he even talks "smack" back to me if he doesn't get his own way. I stumbled across Ocu-Glow last year and have been using it ever since. His eyes cleared up of the "fog" from the cataracts, I was amazed. King eats what I eat, even my home made sauerkraut :), but he don't like the taste of these if they break open. I roll each pill up in lunchmeat, then have extra slice ready so he will gulp down last pill, works like a charm. King is going to be 15 years old this year in May. On an average, experts say bigger dogs only live to be around 9 years. Now if it can be done for animals, how come not for people? Big pharma and the almighty $, so sad isn't it?Teri T.

My vet recommended this product for my dog’s dry eyes. I’ve been using it for about a week now and am already seeing an improvement. I was worried about it being gel and I thought for sure my dog would fight me, but it has been a piece of cake! I swear she knows it makes her eyes feel good so she’s happy to have me put it in.kristen.c
My 11 year old dog's eyes have become "sunken", the lid edges roll in and the lashes make his eyes uncomfortable. After treating an initial infection, I found that a tiny dab of petroleum jelly would help for about 24 hours. That was hard to get into his eye; I was afraid of hurting him with my little tool. My vet recommended Optixcare Ophthalmic Plus. It is a watery gel that I can drip into the eye, much safer to use. It doesn't give as good initial protection, but seems to be effective for about 30 hours. When he gets goopy eyes, I clean them and give him a dose. The last time he had surgery, it was pretty hard on him, so I am glad to have another option.Rural central Montana

Worked great on my rescue, adopted white Toy Poodle. She had horrific crusted, dark tear stains. Started noticing an improvement before 30 days. Too early to tell how long the staining will stay away…..but, I will always keep a supply on hand if/when the staining starts occurring again. Great product. Great price. Fast shipping. A+ company!Brenda G
Bought a couple weeks back hoping to help with terrier/chi/corgi mix who accumulates massive amounts of buildup in her fur on the lower part of her eyes. The problem is, she has to eat it first and she refuses. Even when we've coated it with bacon grease or something she likes. This is a common issue with she and her brother. They both eat like pigs and we have to be careful with them. But, when we give them any kind of chewable, they just spit it out. If we wrap it or otherwise try and disguise it, they manage to eat everything but the item we need them to consume. It's very frustrating. And, these tables are too big for forced feeding, which we'd rather than do because of the negative drama involved.tjjh

11. Dr. Christopher's Herbal Eyebright – 1 Fl Oz
Product Details:
Christopher's herbal eyebright formula extract is excellent for brightening and healing the eyes, and it is known to remove the cataracts and heavy film from the eyes. a cataract is a cloudiness in the lens of the eye caused by damage to the protein of the lens. this damage impairs vision. most people who live long enough will develop cataracts. cataracts are more likely to occur in those who smoke, have diabetes, or are exposed to excessive sunlight. all of these factors lead to oxidative damage. oxidative damage to the lens of the eye appears to cause cataracts in animals and people. cataracts usually develop slowly without any pain or redness of the eye. the most common symptoms of a cataract are fuzzy or blurred vision, increasing need for light when reading or doing other close work, visual disturbances caused by bright lights (sunlight, car headlights), faded color perception, poor night vision, and frequent need to change eyeglass or contact lens prescriptions. a cataract will not spread from one eye to the other, although many people develop cataracts in both eyes.

I still can’t say how good this product is working for me ( Christopher's Original Formulas,Eyebright ). I have not used it for long. But as far as sinus blaster by Christopher , I love it , it really worked on my bad sinus issues. I have terrible migraines because of my sinuses, I spray sinus blast and does exactly what it says, it blasted the sinuses in a good way. So I’m hopeful for the eyebright by Christopher’s.iHerb Customer
It really helped relieving my eye inflammation. I used as eye rinse … about 20 drops in quality water (not tap water as it has too many not healthy chemicals) in the eye rinsing dish. Very quick benefit in my situation. Please use your common sense, as this type of use is not showing on the bottle. However, I am used to using chamomile (strong tea infusion) as a rinse, which is well know in my culture.iHerb Customer

I would give this 5 stars because it stops the eyes from watering so much but my dog isn't crazy about taste. I put a little cheese on it to get her to eat it. They could improve taste in her opinion. Her eyes are watery every morning. She's a yorkie mix. Once she eats the angel eyes she doesn't. She still has some itching thoughLiz12
I have a Bichon whose tear ducts never developed. The eyes constantly tear, resulting in some very awful tear staining. I have used Angels Eyes for a little over two years now. My dog won't touch the powdered version even when mixed into canned dog food. He thinks the tablets are a treat and cannot wait until the next dose. I have tried both types, the one with the mild anti-biotic and the natural type. I think the anti-biotic type works a little bit better than the natural type, but I don't think it is made any longer. I even looked at Angels Eyes site and it is not listed. The natural chews work pretty well, although I give my dog one more tablet than the recommended dose. Drs. Foster and Smith has a very good price on this product and the delivery is very quick. I plan on purchasing more from them.michael1538
I've used Angel eyes twice over 7 years and it has always worked great for my little 5lb Pappillon. His eyes started weaping again so I first used the powder. The container was nearly empty and no change. Then I discovered it came in a chew, which is soooo much handier, so bought a container and continued giving it to him. He loves the taste, but that's not the problem. He finished the powder and is about halfway thru the chews and still no change. Odd. Previously by now the problem was solved and he was good for a couple years, but now no change. We will continue to finish the chews but I really don't expect anything to happen after this long a time. I'm so disappointed, Angel Eyes was my go to but isn't any more.TXMRS

My dog tolerates it which is a plus. Bottles are hard to get drop out for accurate usage. I have only been using for a couple weeks now so I will continue to watch for improvements. I like the idea that there were actually studies done on it and it is used for humans too which means it is not a off the wall product.tazmanshadow
When I first started to use this product I followed the directions and I didn't think it would help my four legged baby girl but I was reading someone where, when the drops are applied to close the dogs eyes for a bit and so I did and after the second day of following these directions I have noticed a big difference in her eyes. They are a lot clearer, less build up, and she's not squinting like before. So I am very happy because she has cataract issues plus dry eye. I too will be using it for my dry eyes. So far so Good!chriss_3274
I have been using this Repairian stuff for over a half year now to try and get rid of cataracts in my mini schnauzer's eyes, and all I can say about them is that it keeps them from progressing even more, and that would end in her being totally blind. I tried other similar products that "claimed" similar results or even claim that cataracts would be gone after a couple months. They didn't work at all. Repairan is supposed to have one of the highest amounts of N-Acetyl-Carnosine @ 4.2%, and that seems to be what is needed to keep chronic cases of cataracts from getting worse, or even get them to diminish or even disappear in some cases; but so far, in my case, it is my opinion that Repairan is the best on Ebay to do what it says. I can only point out that without using Repairan my dogs eyes would be way worse than they are, so I will continue its use and see what happens.rg1alaska

As my dog has only been on Angel Eyes for less than 3 weeks it is hard for me, at this time, to review this product. I have not seen a difference yet, but I use it daily and expect it may take up to a month or more before I see results. I will give it the entire bottle to see if the results advertised become become the result I want. I can tell you that my dog seems to like it very much and licks the bottom of her bowl to make sure she hasn't missed any. The ingredients in the powder seem be very good and I have no hesitation in giving it to my dog. My dog is a female 6year Llapso Apso/ Shih Tsu mix. The stains became a problem in the last year or so.thelmaandlooez
For those of you scratching your head wondering why Angel Eyes is no longer working, the news isn't good. I have a Pomapoo and a Bichon and the original wipes worked like a miracle and my four-legged babies had clean eyes always. Then the change happened. The miracle ingredient was removed about three years ago. I have tried many products and nothing works as well for my dogs. I'm glad that some of you still find some various forms of the product to your standards. Currently I use a fragrance free lotion, careful to put just a thin coating on the stain, rubbing it in gently to soften the hard crusty eye secretions and as it softens, gently use a small pet brush or fingers depending what works best for you and your pet. I also make a paste out baking soda and use a childs toothbrush and wash they stains, careful to keep it out of their eyes. Just my two cents. Use at your own discretion. I'm not a professional, just a fellow pet owner sharing information.warehouse_9_apparel
I have been using this on My Maltese for many years, used to have antibiotic in it which I believed was the active ingredient that was working, and you had to get it from the U.S. Due to U.K. laws on this without prescription. The new version easily available in he U.K. is now just as affective and you can see it start to dry up the runny eyes in about 5 days of starting it. Keep using it until has totally dried the eyes and you don't need to keep using it. one level mustard spoon size amount on there dinner or on the tongue. I have been told pink staining is a fungal infection that can spread from eye to the mouth causing the whole face to be pink or black stained. Is a wonder product and well worth the price for quick results. 10* great stuff!tomy*girl85

Reviews:
I just can't believe how well this product works. I've had eye floaters since I was 18 years old – 40 years later still have them – and this product relieved the eye floaters within in days. I am stunned. I had this one eye floater that would blur my vision until I would try to move it with eye exercises, very annoying and now its gone. Not sure if it was fluke or whatever, but I just bought a 1 year supply of it because I noticed there are varying prices across the internet. Very impressive, I am grateful and thankful for this product.Jeff
