This pet bed and fabric refresher actually smells much better than I anticipated. Because it actually works to get the stinky smells out of fabrics, it doesn't just cover them for a few minutes. This Freshener has Bio active technology that uses plants, minerals, and enzymes to actually break down the dirt and odors on the fabric that you spray it on. It comes in an easy spray bottle and the Lemon and Thyme scent is awesome (I wasn't sure I'd like it) all you need to do is spray on the fabric or surface that has the yucky smell and let it dry and within minutes the smell has disappeared and it doesn't come back unless you get it all stinky again. The spray came in a convenient trigger spray bottle, easy to use and no problems with the bottle. The smell was okay, but i found it overpowering. To be fair, I do have a sensitive nose; as do animals. My dog loves car rides, so I used it in my car, but I wasn’t comfortable using it in his bedding because of the smell. There are so many problems with this staircase. I can't believe anyone would actually even leave a positive review. Here are the problems: First, the staircase wouldn't stay open by itself. It was very unsteady. It would often just close up if moved ever so slightly. Secondly, since the staircase is made out of cheap plastic, coupled with its very light weight, it would not remain still on a hardwood floor. Perhaps, it might be OK on a carpeted floor, but again, it is very light and this light weight causes it to become very unstable. Another reviewer said they had to added weight and wood to the staircase in an attempt to make it more steady, but seriously, should you have to go through that much trouble for a new product? Third, the design just feels cheap and flimsy. You almost feel like it's going to break. I returned it to Walmart the same evening. Do yourself a favor and avoid this cheap (referring to the quality) solution.STEVE

Stairs are sturdy and well-build and even though I wondered if they could be a little steep for my 10 lb, 10 month old Maltepoo, who generally tends to be somewhat of a "fraidy cat", I was wrong. Going up was a sinch, coming down took a day or two. Now he goes up and down with ease. Shipping was lightning fast, in fact the stairs arrived 3 days after ordering which was projected to be a week. These beds are very unstable and my 3 dogs will not get on them at all. They just lie down next to them. I have tried everything to coax them onto these beds without success. Each one got on the beds once the day they arrived, the beds moved and wobbled, the dogs leaped off, and none has been willing to try again since. Now I have two folding beds that are essentially useless. Good concept, but the design definitely needs work. Perhaps if the folding mechanism had a lock of some sort to prevent it from folding up when a dog jumps on it would be more stable? I cannot recommend these.drlynn58

I am so pleased with this product. It is of good quality and very sturdy. There is plenty of room for two cats or small dogs. It isn't easy to find a cat bed for a really large cat. (I even researched beds for dogs before I fortunately found this one!) Poor “Duncan” was adopted from a rescue almost two years ago, then relinquished when the adopters got a job offer in a different state, and they decided they didn’t want to include him in their new life. The rescue, which specializes in Duncan’s much-maligned breed, contacted me to see if I could give this sweet old Doggo a home for his twilight days. At his age and considering his breed, if I didn’t adopt him he was doomed to be a “sanctuary” doggo, spending his remaining life in a cage, all alone. I decided I had to give him a chance. When I brought him home it was clear he’d been neglected: he didn’t know how to play with toys, he avoided me and even tentatively nipped my hand in fear. I gave him time to decompress, and within a week he was like a pupper again, showing spirit and affection. He even started asking for belly rubs! Because this is a very social breed, I wanted to give Duncan access to the daybed so he can easily climb up to snuggle and snooze with me. I considered building a ramp, but wanted only the best for this Doggo. After researching online, I decided DoggoRamps was definitely the way to go! After reading how this ramp was built specifically for smaller Doggos, seeing the gradual incline and the grippy surface, I knew it would work well for my sweet boy. I have a paraplegic cat who climbs (and jumps out of) everything in the house, I already intended to find some kind of ramp to try and preserve my sheets from those sharp claws, but then once we changed our boxed bed to a wood one, he became unable to climb on the bed by his own, which was SO TRAGIC. Then we found the doggoramps and it was immediately my favorite option, we researched some more for good measure and came back to this one and purchased it. It arrived on time and it was *everything* we expected. It is very well made, with quality sturdy HEAVY wood, very stable even without the stability anchor. Beautifully finished, the white one complimented our white bed in a way that is just such a nice bonus ('cause we wouldn't have prevented Onyx from climbing on the bed even if it was ugly). And you no what, I have a sample size of 2 (my paraplegic cat and my able-bodied one) but we didn't even need to train them! Just put them on the ramp one time to show them, helped Onyx up one time 'cause he was a bit insecure and BAM, Onyx now only ever goes up *and* down from the bed using the ramp and even Luci, our able bodied cat uses the ramp more often than not. I want to let everyone know how awesome your service is. I received the initial order of 2 small dog ramps extremely fast. The one ramp I opened had been damaged due to shipping. I took pictures of the damaged ramp with my iPhone & sent an email to DoggoRamps with pictures attached. I called & they sent me a reply email telling me what my options were regarding the damaged ramp. I was so impressed how easy it was getting the ramp returned and getting a new replacement. It all happened so fast & extremely efficient! The customer service was outstanding!! I have a very high bed & have not been able to find a ramp high enough for my bed. I have a 2yo Maltipoo who’s 14lbs & I have a very bad back & needed a ramp for him to be able to get on & off the bed. After I took the cot out of the box, I set it up inside in front of some large windows where I know my dog likes to sun himself. He was not sure what to make of it but I invited him up on it and the rest is history. He know uses it daily. It's plenty big to stretch out on and he acts like he is the king from high on his "perch". I am looking forward to using this outside when it warms up because the elevated bed should keep my dog cooler (with the air flow under it) but meanwhile it is making a nice spot inside the house. I bought this last summer for my senior dog, thinking it would be easier on his joints and also keep him cooler when he was resting on the back porch. It took some muscle, but I was able to put it together as directed without any tools. He didn't use it a lot, but I was pleased to see him on it occasionally, when it was particularly hot or cold outside. But yesterday the plastic piece that connects the side edge to the middle support leg sheared off. So after about 9 months of very light use, it is broken and unfixable. I really was excited to try my Lucky Dog Elevated Pet Bed Cot when it arrived. I wanted to see how the dogs would like it. They have always used more traditional type beds and this was a totally new experience. First of all, it needed to be assembled. When it arrives you see all kinds of tubes that need to be connected to set up the bed. The directions say it should take about 20 minutes to assemble for 1 person. We did not find that to be true and the instructions are not as clear as I believe they could be. It took my husband and myself well over an hour to get this bed right. Lining up the pieces and getting the connecters in tight was much more work than we anticipated. As far as how my dogs like it, one is still afraid of it after having it over a week and the other likes it pretty well. So the reaction to it was a bit mixed. To be fair, the dog who is afraid of it has a tendency to be a bit wimpy about things in general. The dog who likes it really doesn't sleep on it much, she just likes sitting on it to look out the window. The material is canvas like and I am not sure she finds it that comfortable to lay on, plus the middle kind of sinks down a bit and is not supportive. I tried putting on a blanket on it and she does seem to like that better. She will lay on it from time to time. Overall, I wouldn't neccesarily recommend this bed. It is just okay in my opinion.

I had been looking and researching for something for my two dogs that are 11 years in age and having trouble getting on and off our bed. I knew stairs wasn't an option so I got one of these wood bedside ramps and I absolutely love it. I like the ribbed carpet that covers it and that makes my dogs feel more secure when using it. I like how it is angled to run the length of my bed and having a tall bed isn't an issue since it has a height of 25 inches. It was very easy to assemble only took me a few minutes and all hardware for assembly was included. It is very easy to keep clean and I can easily move it into our living room during the day so my dogs can have access to the couch if needed. The weight limit is 120 lbs so I dont worry about it tipping over when my dogs are running up and down. The only thing is on wood floors, it will slide as in our living room, but we use a blanket underneath it and this sovled the problem. As long as it helps my dogs and gives them the ability to continue living a easy life, it is well worth it. The PetSafe Bedside Ramp is a wonderful example of craftsmanship that functions extremely well for our Pekingese. It did not take my dog very long to learn how to use it and I am super happy, as previously I was very concerned about her trying to jump off our bed at night. The Ramp arrives flat packed and assembly is required (approximately 20-30 mins for me). All the screw holes were all lined up perfectly and small tools are provided to assist with construction. The item is simple to put together, just ensure that you organize the parts to prevent confusion. The quality of the ramp is far superior compared to other ramps that we have purchased in the past and even the carpet covering the ramp is well made and ensures that my dog does not slip. Over the last 2 years, I have completely purchased all new furniture from the Slumberland in Maple Grove Minnesota. The salesman knew that I had 3 upcoming surgeries and I also had fractured bones in my right hand. When my delivery came, the driver told me that he wasn't allowed to carry these 2 boxes into my home. Each box was 33 pounds. I had to lift them into my home and up 7 steps to the upper level of my home. I was very lucky that my grandson came and put them together for me. The next day I went back to this same Slumberland with my daughter. The salesperson, Nancy, came over and asked me how I liked the pet beds. When I told her how the boxes were left outside and no one would carry them upstairs, she replied, that's what you get with free delivery. I am still upset with her comment. We purchased these from Cabela’s in the past, but they stopped selling them. Our boys love them! Our boys are 55lbs basset/dachshund and 110lbs redbone coonhound/lab. Unlike the other types of material, this doesn’t get dirty, stinky, and gross from boys eating and lounging outside. We just rinse them down occasionally and it’s like new again. I tried buying a different brand, but fabric ended up wearing and tearing. I also had to break bed down often to take off cover to bleach wash out the “dog” smell. Our boys were so happy when their new/old beds were delivered. They naturally will eventually wear out with use. Needed a second cot for 10 year old Gordon Setter, she had outgrown her original. I like that this one has the mesh base. Makes it breathable in warm weather, plus I can add a blanket in colder weather. Madison can now stretch out and not hang over the edges. It is high enough off the ground but not too high. Our cot style dog beds broke after about 5 years not to shabby considering they were free. After much research ordered one of these. When we uncolapsed it was a little worred a little more square then the one's we are use to! No worries works well. Dogs fight over whose gonna sleep on it! Our 95lb lab mix fits very well on it. Love the way it colapses might have to get one for the camper.
