This e-collar is definitely worth the extra money hands down as its a safer option for counter-conditioning out some nasty habits. Whether it be resource guarding, dog based aggressive tendencies, human based reactivity, or long-term rehabilitation of stubborn habits. This collar is the way to go. Larger dogs require larger solutions and this collar is much more comfortable as its not as sharp compared to some. I have used them all at some point in training, and if you want great results, with the help if a professional this is the way to go.ppotter_0003
this e collar is amazing. My 100lb plotthound is a wanderer. When the other two dogs were out playing in the yard, we'd have to keep him on a long lead, which prevented him from fully playing free with our other dogs. … we tried numerous times to start on the lead, then let him off and continuously do call and reward, but eventually, he'd always sneak over to the neighbors. With The Boss I'm able to correct his behavior from across the yard. It took less than one week to get him fully trained. We've noticed a huge spike in his happiness, his listening skills, and how he responds to commands. This training tool is amazing!Nicole B.
Works on my 120lb Pyrenees lab mutt! He has thick hair. Hes stubborn as all heck. I had to turn the power down to 35% there is plenty left if a deer comes I can juice it up for his safety (if needed.) most of the time 35 will stop him. I rarely need to shock him now. He knows how to win. The only thing I use the collar for is the come here command as that is the most important command ever and I dont want to confuse him. I think it was worth the money as everything is water proof and much higher quality than our last $60 one513briang
3. Comfy Cone Soft Pet E-Collar Tan X-Large
Product Details:
Why put your pet in a hard plastic cone when there's the new comfy cone – a soft, protective pet e-collar from all four paws? this xl pet medical collar helps prevent licking, biting, scratching, and pulling stitches out of wounds. it is designed for helping your pets heal and recover from surgeries, allergy flare-ups, as well as hot spot dermatitis in comfort. hard plastic cones from the vet can cause insecurity, confusion, and frustration for your pet. alternatively, this soft e-collar lets your pet sleep, eat, and use the pet door comfortably. the pet recovery collar is comfortable, washable, and flexible. just as effective as a plastic cone, but it's made of laminated rip-stop nylon with foam padding. it folds back if needed so you can adjust the length to increase your pet's visibility, assist with mealtimes or allow you to examine your pet. hook and loop closure along the seam allows a very comfortable, custom fit, but also enables you to adjust how wide you want the open end to be. change easily from a wider pet cone to a more narrow tube-like shape, depending on what your pet needs. is your pet's measurement between two sizes? then figure out which size you need based on the location of the area you're trying to protect. if it's on the body (chest, neck, back, hip, stomach), order the smaller size to give your pet the most visibility. if it's on the tail, paws, legs, or eye, choose the next size up, which will be longer on the sides.

The extra large cone was just exactly the right size for our oversized (tall, but thin) yellow lab. The cone was a vast improvement over the hard plastic one provided by our vet. Our dog's regular collar fit through the elastic loops, and he was clearly much more comfortable with this softer material as were we when he ran into us. Wish I had purchased it sooner.Annapolis Puppy
This cone lives up to it’s namesake! The padding is substantial to provide necessary comfort and the fabric felt thick and durable. The fabric appeared to be something that should clean easily. However, I did return this item as it does have a black interior, and my puppy could not transition from a bright clear cone to the dark cone.LatteNonna
Excellent cone. She is much happier with it on than when wearing the plastic cone from the vet. We are happier too, as it is more flexible, so she doesn't knock things over so much, and she can still cuddle up with us on the sofa. Only issue (which I think would be the same with the plastic cone) is that she has learnt to be able to chew the dressings on her paws even when wearing the cone. She excels in removing them! Nonetheless, the cone is worth having, as it does reduce the frequency of having to put new ones on.Clare R.

I found this cone so much better than the one from the vet. With the sewn on edging, it didn't dig into my cats neck; and it wasn't as loud bumping on things. Because I took the cone off for feeding and breaks; and the clips are only for one use, I got some tiny zip-ties and was able to take it off/ on several times a day… easily! You don't have to use zip-ties but they are easy to feed thru the holes.CatMomNashville
My cockapoo recently needed surgery to repair a ruptured ACL in his left knee. The collar that the surgeon sent him home with wasn't large enough, and he was able to get at the site of the incision, so I needed to get a larger collar. I hesitated with the purchase of this product because of the negative reviews regarding the fact that people were saying that the clips broke easily. I purchased it anyway because I figured I could always use plastic ties to hold it together if need be. Well, it turns out that the clips work just fine. I regularly take it on and off him during the day so he can eat, drink, and take care of his "business". The clips snap on and off repeatedly with no issues whatsoever. Also, there is no need to attach it to your dog's collar, and there are multiple rows of holes so it's very easy to get a good fit for your pet with this product. Hope this helps!Daddiooo
I have a 9month old labrador and she had to get surgery for cutting her leg. I got a cone from the vet that she took a few days to destroy. I then bought this one, and it literally was ruined within an hour. She managed to chew off the clips, the surrounding black trim, and severely damaged the plastic of the cone. I had attached this cone to her collar with zip ties, as it does not have the traditional loops that e-collars from the vet have, so it would not come off. Regardless of it being fit securely to her collar, she managed to totally demolish the coneBB22

We like to walk our dogs off leash when possible, so these collars are great for controlling both dogs with one remote. It took some getting used to how to adjust the stimulation levels for each dog, and we found that just leaving the stimulation unlocked and adjusting manually is the easiest (rather than using the pre-set levels).Joshua M.

Specifications:
Weight | 1 lb |
Reviews:
The collar has some pretty big (1") sensor probes that look not so comfortable on the neck, probably necessary for the deterrent. The on/off is pretty sensitive to get it on, you need a dime or something to turn on/off which is good so when the dog wears it the normal movements won't accidentally turn it off. That being said, it is necessary to move it around to the exact position and confirm green light that it is on. You can't just turn it to the word ON, it may need to be ever so slightly adjusted a fraction one way or the other to make sure it is on. Our particular experience seemed to work well on our dog, it only took a couple of times of it vibrating to startle our dog and get her to realize that it was because she barked. It didn't seem to vibrate on growling only barking and we had it pretty tight and her hair is short. It would not be something you would want to leave on your dog forever because I am sure the probes in the neck are not so comfortable for the dog. Overall my dog has reduced her barking about 90% even without the collar on. If she has a particular barking episode on our lanai we put the collar back on for a while and she figures it out. She does seem pretty sad with it on but she is learning quickly and hopefully it won't be for long. The vibration doesn't seem to hurt her, just startle her and that does the job. I think the results could really vary from dog to dog and maybe the breed tendencies play into it. For the investment and result WE got it was well worth it to have less barking here in Hawaii and that peace for us and our neighbors.SDaymon
I tried the bird house bark control device with disastrous results (see my review). I needed something, because my outside, extremely nervous, submissive dog barks incessantly. A harsh word, and she reacts as if she's been struck, which she never is. She flinched with sudden moves. This led me to be extremely cautious when seeking a bark control collar. I discussed it with my vet, and we decided that due to her personality, a vibration collar would probably be the best choice. It has been fantastic! She instantly associated the vibration with her bark. She hardly ever barks now, even when her brother does. The best part? No bad side effects! She's not even scared of the collar! I remove it at night when I lock them in their air conditioned garage, and in the morning when I put it on she reacts as if I'm putting on any old collar. I couldn't be happier, and I'm sure my neighbors couldn't be either (even though, bless their polite hearts, they've never complained)!Laine H
Bought one for a rescued bully that had severe old barking due to living on a 3 foot chain…he used to bark nonstop because thats all he knew.. this taught him to calm down in just a couple weeks. He never barked nonstop again. It did scare him the first couple time though. It was a lifesaver for all of us. He was so much more calm. He could lay by the window and watch people calmly after that.Shari44

My little girl had surgery and totally hater the cone. I even cut it down to 1/2 size but she wasn’t having it. I called her vet and she highly recommended this inflatable pillow collar. This has been a real game changer. After a couple of hours she became comfortable with it and was no longer fighting it. This new style collar not only still restricted her movement to prevent her from reaching her stitches, by design she could now see clearly and had her own pillow with her. At first, I thought these were a bit pricey but her immediate response and comfort level made it worth every penny. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT not not for your little ones safety, health and comfort but for yours as well. Their happiness is number one.ABAFLORIDA
Our 17 lb. Cairn Terrier was fixed yesterday and had his 4 dewclaws removed. His neck measures 14-inches. When I was in the store looking at the small and medium sizes, I decided to go with the medium, even though the box said the small fit up to 15-inches. The small collar might have worked, but it just looked too small. The medium works well! I also looked at those plastic cones and this type just looked like it would be more comfortable. Glad I made this decision. Even thought our dog was not supposed to go downstairs, he just snuck down. Probably because of how short his legs are, when I saw him trying to come up, the collar got in the way and he couldn't do it. Another good thing is he is able to eat and drink without any complications.Z Biscotti
I bought two for my puppies one male one female. When they got home with the cones they looked so pitiful. I went to Petco and picked up 2 of the small size. They could reach close to their incision. Both got fixed. But it deterred them enough that it worked for us, we used it 24/7, they could eat drink and sleep with it more comfortably. After a week they started playing rougher and they could pull them off and I'd put them back on. I wasn't fast enough that my one chewer got to the zipper area. And somehow chewed the zipper pull and the where u blow it up. I did have to blow it up a couple times during the week, but I think they needs better tube/valve for the cost. Also would like to see a cover over the zipper that is velcro (after a few times using the zipper it would pop open) and a plastic zipper pull instead of metal. One pull had gone missing 🙁 hope it wasn't swallowed. For the most part I'd rather use this then the cone.Puppy mom 33

Reviews:
My dog had surgery on his paw and has to wear a cone for 7 days. The one from the vet had plastic loops to connect to the collar. He has had a very difficult time getting comfortable and seeing around since the plastic wasn't really clear. I saw this online and bought it to see if it would help. I don't think any cone would be ideal but I have to say that this works out a lot better than the other cone. It took him a moment to get used to the fabric parts and ran into some items during that time. I don't love that it doesn't keep a round shape and just falls on his head while lying down, however, it's flexible fit allows for more movement when he lays next to an object, or me. I think it fits comfortably around the neck. He seems much more comfortable and able to fall asleep without without struggling to get adjusted. I am overall happy that I bought it. I think it was overpriced but in these situations I would pay a lot for his comfort.Hurley0902
I bought two of these products this week for my dog who’s neck is about 18inches. The company’s site recommends to size up if your pet is between sizes which he is between L/XL… this may not be the best option for all. In the size Large my dog had the right fit to see and function normally BUT he could still lick his leg, which was the whole reason for the cone. With the size XL it just barely velcros around his neck and he can’t do much because the top of the cone flops into his eyes constantly. This is still the best option over a traditional cone which is why this got a 3 and not a 1/5. The other issue I have with it is that it should have snaps instead of Velcro. Our dog isn’t particularly sensitive to sounds but the Velcro is right next to his ears and he’s terrified of it. I’d love a better version of this maybe a large that extends a little past 18 inches or maybe even a size L/XL. Honestly I would’ve returned the product if he didn’t get hair all over the velcro on both of them. Maybe if your pet is between sizes shop around for something else.DogParent25
I bought this when my sons husky got spayed at age 2. She didn’t like the plastic one we got from the vet and was bumping into everyone and it’s so jolting because they are hard plastic. This Zen one worked perfectly for her! She was much more comfortable and when she bumped into things it has some give. She could see out the clear windows which was nice too. She has a long nose and still was not able to reach her incision. My other sons dog (cattle dog mix) had an issue with his skin around the same time and got a bad hot spot so he needed to wear a cone for awhile. While he didn’t like any cones he did better with the plastic one from The vet because he didn’t like that this flopped on his face when he laid down. Recently my sons other husky needed one for an injury to her leg that required staples. She tolerated this cone very well and did not like the plastic one. So overall I say it’s worth a shot. I personally love this one, it’s easy to wash, easy to put on and take off you just weave their own collar through the straps and close it up with the Velcro. Just an FYI the round donut looking collar doesn’t work. We tried that as well and the husky was able to reach her incision so if you’re debating on that type or this one, definitely go with this one.Trish505

I purchased this one as I wanted a wireless version vs the perimeter one I had to bury. We use this when we go fishing as well as around the house. We have only had to use the continuous shock once at level 2. The tone works so well we dont really need the other features but we have them just in case, our dog decides to be really stubborn in the future. My favorite is how easy it is to use, charge and the fact the tone is the best way to get my dog's attention. It has not taken long for him to know the remote goes to his collar and that just showing him he knows to heel or the tone sound will come on and get his attention quickly. My sister is purchasing one as well since my purchase, as she has seen how much it has helped our strong willed dog. He just needed a little extra guidance for his safety as we live off a highway and next to woods with coyotes. Definitely would buy again and looking forward to showing my sister how to work hers next week.Countrysun
Really enjoy the simplicity of the collar and remote. My only wish is that the vibrate setting was higher, our deaf American bully doesn't respond to the vibrate setting very well. Other than that we really enjoy this tool and it's nice to have something to grab her attention when getting too far.Tatorgator
Literally bought this as my second attempt first was a petsafe wireless fence and it wasn’t as user friendly as this petsport with a remote. I’m able to keep basic corrections in house and outside in the yard! I was worried it wouldn’t be small enough for my mini Heeler but the collar comes with an abundant amount of holes for proper fit on anything ! Supper pleased with the collar and the three bases it has for training. The beep tone the one hit simulation and the longer hit stimulation gives me theee options to ask my dog according to what she’s doing. I like that it can be supper mild and allow her the chance to be asked nicely and then reinforced mildly and then reinforcement with a sterner setting. A true life saver. My pup was running out to the neighbors across the street and up to meet cars it literally only took thirty mins in house training on basics and then outside yard training for a little under an hour! I am now no longer stressed about her getting hurt she comes right back to me and treats me as I am her safe spot! I thought it would discourage her but if taken time and reading directions and applying properly you will have a new dog !Heeler

I have an adopted fur-baby that had a lot of control and behavior issues. Training, the usual way was just not working. I tried this and, within one day, the disruptive behavior (running and tearing up things in the house, jumping from one piece of furniture to another, non-stop barking) all stopped. He began with sitting, immediately after only two "vibrations" of the collar. By the end of the week, all I had to do was take out the remote control, say the words of sit, stay, no and wait, and he did so. Now, I don't have to use the remote at all but just say the words. I will tell you that, under no circumstances would I recommend the "shock" feature. Because it is easily changed on this model, by accident, I found out, the hard way just how much it hurts the animal. If you click MODE, by accident, from it being on vibrate, it switches over to Shock. BE VERY CAREFUL when you are about to use the Y button, for sound or vibration as, if it's on shock–and this was the very low setting–the dog whelps loudly and jumps, shakes, etc. I would not recommend it for any animal lover as, I don't even want to know what it feels like. Because the vibration is strong, even on low settings, and the other setting of "beep" is a high frequency sound, I found them the most effective. Thebeep sound is for Guiness (my new family member) to come–I use the vibration for correction, when needed. Guiness was the most difficult dog that I have worked with and I have behavioral training for dogs, which I have used for all of my pets. If this worked on him, it will work on most dogs that have behavioral issues. I would recommend it for the vibration and sound settings–and hope to get one that doesn't have the shock setting as, I feel that is just inhumane to use on a dog (my opinion after seeing how he reacted, on just a low setting). PLEASE USE CAREFULLY until you are used to the remote. That is my only advice when purchasing this for training.kelly4jesus
I have had the collar only a few days and so far it has met every expectation. We had a more expensive name brand training collar before this one which my dog somehow removed and chewed to oblivion. Rather than spend over $150 to replace it I wanted to try out a cheaper alternative in the likely event he ruins another one in the future. He had already been familiar with a training collar so going to this one was no problem. I like having a beep tone as well as a vibrate warning before having to go with a full on shock. I have so far only had the use the warning tone which is nice and loud on this collar and the pup recognizes it right away. It seems to have decent distance, have not tested the claimed 330 yards yet though. For the price it is a great unit with nice features. The more expensive one we had before was much more robust but I didnt expect this to be built the same for 1/5th the price, with that said it is built well, surprisingly well for the money honestly. Have not tested the waterproof ability yet as we dont live near water but it looks like it should be fine to get wet without issue. Battery life seems good so far, going on several days without a recharge but we dont use it all day either. Overall I am so far satisfied with it, I would recommend this toanyone who wants an inexpensive training collar but I dont expect it to last for years like the other one we had.kerr8719
Tested on an open field with the collar in line of sight, the range is roughly 150 feet. That said, I strongly doubt if any of the other e-collars can do much better without extraordinary antennas. Here in the US the transmitting power of devices like this is severely limited by law, so the only way to get more range than the competition is to have more prominent antennas. This collar delivers on a 2 year old high drive, 78 pound, male doberman. I used the shock once at 30 and it definitively got a yelp and the dog's attention. Since then the "vibrate" mode is effective enough. Most of the time we use the collar to stop barking at the window, The dog barks we say "quiet" and if, and only "if", the dog immediately barks again he gets a "vibrate". He seems to avoid barking immediately after a "quiet" command. Now the challenge is to extend the time he doesn't bark for at least 30 seconds after a "quiet" commend. Our second and very infrequent application is open field recalls. For that I'd dearly love an electric collar with a 100 yard range, but even this collar's 50 yard range is helpful. Using an e-collar in an open field is a tricky business. What seems to work is to put the collar away until you have a good recall without distractions. Even 10 feet in a hallway or tennis court teaches you and your dog how to do a recall that ends with the beast sitting nicely in front of you and getting a tasty reward. Never repeat your recall command even if it means constantly dragging the animal back until it figures our what you expect. What the e-collar is then useful for is dealing with distractions — another dog, an annoying squirrel or even sniffing a bit of chicken soup spilled nearby. Issue your recall command and look for that momentary hesitation when the animal decides to ignore you and hit the e-collar to remind the beast that you just gave a command. Any other timing and the animal has no clue and would just as easily take off in the opposite direction to get away from the unwelcome stimulation. One feature I miss is a combination tone/shock. Most dogs will quickly associate the tone with the shock and you'll *never* need to use a shock again. Aren't you glad you didn't ask? Aza D. Oberman 3/27/2018wwiernce

I've put this shoe through 50 miles at this point, mainly on long runs over 10 miles. It is a great ride, with enough space in the toe box for those longer runs. The midsole foam does an excellent job at providing cushioning but remains responsive so that even at the end of a long run my feet feel in good shape. I also have a pair of Hoka Mach 4's, and in my personal opinion, I enjoy the Novablast 2's more and feel that they are the more comfortable shoe overall, and especially for longer runs. Definitely recommend this shoe!Stone Z
Overall this is a comfortable daily trainer with decent energy return that allows for quicker than usual pace with similar perceived effort. Pros: very comfortable upper, great midsole padding, good traction, and overall durability seems superior to most Hoka’s I’ve bought Cons: Not crazy exciting (not boring necessarily) but doesn’t feel like anything special underfoot. The big problem that made me give it 4 stars is it rolls my foot inward. I’ve been a neutral runner for 20 years. I’ve never seen my foot so this but I can see and feel my foot roll inward, especially when walking a cool down. My knees have hurt after 6-8 mile runs when they didn’t in the gliderides or Mach 4s. Just kind of oddHoosier Clydesdale
It's a pretty good shoe. Fairly comfortable, removed the stitching on the tongue from the first model that pressed into your skin, which is great. They're also more stable than the prior ones with more cushioning, especially in the front where the last ones fell short. My only complaint is that the hard coating over the end or the shoe goes up so far, not talking about the rubber. It causes my toe to hit it and will likely give me callouses like the last one did, especially on the downhills. Something should be done about it, but you'll have to research more. Still way better than the pegasus about it (wouldn't buy those again). Also, the blue is very bright, it would be better if it was a bolder tourquoise but all these color choices are booty. They're either dad shoes or almost feminine looking, please get some help on that.Christophe

It's high quality; so, it means durability and efficiency. My dog's trainer, well…, he's training me…, to use it correctly and create an excellent communication/relationship. Please look for a professional trainer that has the knowledge of this tool, so you have success in its use. Not to be used without professional advice. My doggy is happy and I'm happier as can be!piu_jean
This is an amazing product, once fitted properly it works perfectly and now my dog has loads more freedom off lead especially in high wildlife areas (that is mostly in our town boundary). The customer service from Bark Control was instant and the advice was thorough when I had trouble with the product to start with but is now rectified and I’m a very happy customer. Thank youJudi L.
The on-line Walmart experience was as good as the best service there is, and much better than most. Ordered on Wednesday, at my door on Friday. Free shipping. The Dogtra Arc collar is just what my American Treeing Feist, 11 month puppy needed. I had borrowed the same collar from my daughter for about a month, but she needed it back, so for the past two months he had begun to get a little independent in the woods. As soon as I put the new Arc collar around his neck, he was a changed dog. Even without paging him, he began to hunt about 75 yards out and would return to check on me every few minutes. Whenever he gets out of sight, and seems to wander too long, I simply "page" him about three seconds and he comes running. Only twice in the past week have I had to stimulate him, somewhere between level 6 and 11. Then for a day or two after that, only the pager button is needed to turn him around. Awesome tool when used sparingly.Buckeye

Product initially worked well. Combination of tone, vibration, and shock works well for training. My golden retriever responded well. Unfortunately the second time I went to charge the collar, the connection between the collar and the charger would not make contact. I chatted with cabelas and asked if they could send me a new charger dongle and they said I wanted that option I would need to work directly with Garmin. They gave me the option to return by mail, but I didn't want to be without the collar for that long. Instead I drove to the store to exchange it but they did not have the model available in the store. I returned it at the store and ordered a replacement on line. Once the replacement arrives, I am hoping I just got a lemon.Renegade08
I bought this collar about a year ago, and it is still just as effective and powerful today. This has all of the capabilities I need for training and enjoying my time with my dog. With the multi-collar functionality, it’s also great for people who own multiple dogs as you would just need a new collar and program it to a different color code switch. My dog can go swimming, get dirty, muddy, get hosed off, and the collar still works like a charm. I am extremely impressed. The handheld remote also floats (I fell into the lake once with it, and it floated just fine) For anyone looking for a durable and functional collar that will last forever, this is it.Skeet999
We bought this a couple months ago! Best investment we ever made! Our dog doesn't like the neighbours dog and would bark like crazy every time he was out in the yard. put the ecollar on him and only had to use the shock button a couple times and it stopped the bad behaviour in its tracks! Love it! The only thing I noticed was the collar became unpaired from the remote after we took him to the lake to swim. But it was very easy to pair up again, just by reading the instructions in the manual. Very happy with this purchase.jackflash72

The 435 X series is really nice and has a small remote control that fits into my hand (I am only 5'4). The XS series is stronger (for large dogs that can be stubborn) and was too much for my need… that's why I really wanted the X series. The 825 X is the same as the 425 X except is has a longer distance reach (1/2 mile) but the remote is a little big bigger. Works great…. make sure you read the manual for the different settings and understand that this is not a training tool per say but a corrective tool (meaning your dog has to know and understand commands BEFORE using it)…Do NOT use as a punitive tool. The nice thing is this item allows you to choose either tone, vibration, or static mode. 99% of the time I only need to use vibration for my dog to get his attention (he cN get sobfocused on a scent that he doesn't pay attention to my commands). He sometimes takes off after a rabbit/wild pig etc. and that's when I have to use the static mode to quickly get his attention away from his chase. I really like that it is waterproof (my dog swims into ponds and rivers)…some other brands claim to be waterproof but really mean to say water resistant! If it doesn't show water depth then it is not waterproof. Quality product worth the money.Noone12345
I have tried everything I knew with this dog, built a relationship with him, treats, toys, praise and I wasn’t able to find anything that would motivate him to actually follow the commands that I knew he knew. I was afraid to use a “shock collar” because I thought it was going to be cruel but it had been 5 months where this 3 year old pit was with me and there seemed to be no progress. I really was not able to find something that worked. I was at a loss and willing to try just about anything. I watched some of the training videos on sportdog’s page. I ended up buying this and I charged it up like they said. I then tried it on myself first. I was very surprised, it reminded me of a tens machine that the chiropractor uses, not what I thought it was going to be at all. It’s been 3 days since I started to use this collar (425XS) and he is responding to voice commands now and the “beep” function on the collar. It is a pleasure taking him out and I’m sure he enjoys not having to be on just a 6’ leash and he gets to run around.Trucker Jeff
Bought this for the intention of training my bulldog to stop running out of our driveway. Never had to use the vibration setting only the beep setting, and seems to work perfectly. Plenty of length on the collar to fit his big neck and then some . Also have used it on my schnauzer and mini doodle .Dawggang

I was so impressed with how long and how well this works. It controls my Gsd and CO dogs. The battery life is amazing on the collars! Mine are used daily and they are still charged a month later. The shock has a good range with a huge difference. From light shock to a heavy shock. The same for Vibration. The tone is amazing , each level is a different sound. My dogs have their own tone for individual correction. The collars are colored and I marked on the unit adogs color, b dogs color and same for c dog.. I couldnt be happier with a more expensive unit than this one. I tried the aeterek Garmin 3 dog shock collar(same priced name brand) and was disappointed as the settings were all the same as were the tone and vibrate. Also the maximum level of shock was not strong enough for my dogs.the price on this 3 dog system is very competitive. You usually get what you pay for but in this case I highly recommend it for your dog.saminator_crystal10
Cons: The sound feature is too weak and lame to get the attention of any dog. The remote is clunky and bigger than necessary and the buttons are badly arranged. You must select the function first before you send a command to the collar. The instructions are overly complex and confusing due to poor product design. The collar does not turn itself off when not in use and the range is iffy. Pros: It looks nice and appears well made. It is the best of the three I have tried. It functions well and reliably. The vibrate function is usually sufficient to get attention. Battery charge lasts sufficiently long and re-charge is not a hassle Skip the cheap ones; You save money by going straight to this pricey-er model.jakes.mail
This is the second training collar I purchased since August. I bought an Oxford and that didn't last. I liked some of the Oxford features over this EasyPet Collar. This collar system is better made and I expect will last longer. While I like the multiple levels of each of the sound, vibration, and shock getting to the setting in a hurry doesn't happen. I have two pit bull mixes. The sound, any level, works for one of the dogs, but not the other. I have moved to the vibration correction for him. This works well as does the shock. He returns to me with both of these. I do suggest putting a sensor on the remote as when the dog is returning after being corrected and cannot see the trainer (as he was deep in the woods) perhaps a sound on the remote would aid the dog's quicker return. I'm suggesting this as he came out of the woods at a different point than where I was. My second suggestion is making the recharging plug on the collar easier to insert. The plug seems flimsy and is hard to secure on it. Since it is so important for the plug to be in to maintain the waterproof feature it should be easier to put in. I do like this product better than the Oxford I purchased so far.MaryP

I have had this since January of 2018, best purchase IMO, is it perfect? No, does it work really really well? Yes it does. Is it sometimes slow to lock onto your phone? Yes, easy fix as I turn the collar and receiver on prior to getting ready or when we get into the car, that way everything is good to go when its time to go. The longest it has taken to acquire and lock on to my phone had been around 5 minutes. I use this several (3-4) times and week and haven't had any issues with the collar prongs bothering my dogs neck or causing issues. IMO it is an excellent value for the cost and its peace of mind knowing I know where my dog is at all times.Alexis
So far I have not used this to train my pup. My pup is to young (only 4 months). I have down load the App to my I Phone & have set it up for use. So far everything has been straight forward & easy to set up. The website for the product contains a lot of information on how to use this product for training & for Trouble Shooting if needed. So far I am very Please with this product & the companies website. The product appears to be well built, at a great price with good company support in place.med5667-1
This collar has tracked my husky as she ran off leash while out on hikes. It shows on our phones where she is, when she stops running, when she barks and what path she takes. It is neat to be able to watch the paths she takes when chasing the deer in the woods. It has tracked her over half a mile away. My only comment – which has more to do with my dog than the collar – is that the shocks don’t seem to phase her. I think her fur may be too thick.Dallas
