My confirmation email shows the color chart so I emailed them when I got it and they said they would replace it when I sent them a screenshot of my order confirmation. I ordered a shirt at Christmas and love it! I decided to order another one and I am so disappointed! The black writing is dull and almost a brown color. The customer service team was nice and understanding and sent another. The second shirt is even worse! I am confused as to why when something is remade, it wouldnt be checked over. I probably wont order from here again as the item looks nothing like the picture. Its hard to find Great Pyrenees items but I feel I wasted my money on this shirt.Shannon K.
Note super happy: I chose the red shirt with a black labrador #5 on the front. The shirt itself is good quality and the sizing is right on, but what I'm not happy with, is that the color of my black lab came out as a reddish brown. It could be that the color black doesn't show up as well on the red shirt, so emailed Pawsionate to see if another t shirt color might give a more realistic black, as I saw in the photo prior to ordering. I've yet to hear back from them. I will not wear this shirt if I cannot get a color change that I originally ordered.Deb S.
With the heather gray shirt, you can't even see the black writing on it. After it was washed, it just appears to be a white boxer out of place in the center of the shirt. If you are going to promote the "heather gray" color, you should restrict the letter coloring to light colors and exclude black. I'm very disappointed as I was really looking forward to wearing the shirt.Kevin R.
