Debbie Criswell produced the beautiful holiday Folk Art for this year's AHDRS Holiday cards.  Criswell, a self-taught artist, stays busy with her art and her three children.  She values using her talent to capture the little moments of sweetness that we all share in our collective history.  Combine that with her love of painting animals and you have not only adorable scenes like this year's card, but also commissioned pet portraits.

Criswell's work is on display in restaurants in San Francisco and New York City, as well as hung in private collections, businesses, and galleries not only in the US but also in Ireland, The Netherlands, Canada, Switzerland and the UK. 

Acknowledging her art currently takes the back seat to raising her children, she still tries to carve extra time to create more works of art that she markets on eBay, and she is also working on the creation of a children's book that will include her illustrations.
